Loved working with Jason's catering for our wedding!! Adriana was super helpful, knowledgeable, organized and easy to work with! From our tasting to planning meals & setup to our wedding day, everything was smooth. We had to make a few last minute changes (as most people do) and she was on it. All of our guests enjoyed their meals - especially the late night taco bar (highly recommend adding this option to your wedding)! We also had a personal bartender (Brooke) who followed us and made sure we always had drinks/anything we needed - we had no idea this was planned but it was great and Brooke was amazing! Overall, loved working with Jason's and definitely recommend using them for your wedding!

Adri, Jason, and their whole team are just amazing :) Words can't express how grateful and happy we are that we chose them as our caterers for our wedding. As a COVID bride, there were so many unforeseen obstacles that occurred during the wedding planning process but Adri & Jason were so understanding and flexible throughout the entire process, even with all the changes we had to make. Even when I was stressing out about the wedding planning, Adri always made me feel reassured that everything would turn out beautifully. She is seriously the hype woman that any bride needs! Up to the weeks before our wedding, she was responsive and worked well with my other vendors When it came to the day of our wedding, their team came prepared and with big smiles for the entire wedding. Our guests raved about the food and tons of people lined up for seconds. The bartenders made AMAZING cocktails - like best i've ever had at a wedding :) The staff was extremely polite and friendly and really made us feel special. As the bride and groom kind of get pulled in every direction, we barely had time to eat. They made sure to pack us a meal to go to enjoy later (we did at 3am). They also brought us our signature cocktails and waters without us even asking! it's like they read our minds and knew just wanted we needed :') Thank you again so much for making our wedding day so special ~ I would recommend Jason's Catered Events to anyone :)

Adri and her team were good to work with. She really sought to understand our vision for the wedding and was flexible to give us what we wanted-customized menu, different selections at the bar. She remained flexible despite a fluctuating guest list and COVID concerns. I appreciated Adri's cool and calm nature that made a stressful process much easier. Adri worked with us to provide solutions to problems that COVID caused. However, on the day of, we had a few mishaps. The tray passed appetizers did not make it to every guest. My husband and I received a dinner that was cold. The salad was missing the nuts we selected. The service for the wine at the table was excellent and our guests loved the bartenders. Multiple guests complimented us on the quality of the food. Overall, we could have had a better experience but are grateful to Jason's for the experience they gave our guests.

I used Jason's Catered Events as the caterer for my wedding. They were a pleasure to work with, very professional, and easy to coordinate with. Their food was phenomenal, and guests are still talking about how delicious everything was. Their staff was professional and very attentive. They went above and beyond our expectations and I would highly recommend them!

everything was so wonderful! they changed the menu to suit our tastes. they put up with my million questions. and when it came to the event they were so on top of things. everything tasted so good. kolbi beef skewers were to die for. all my guests were amazed with the food. the bartender remember everyone's drinks and kept us refilled. everything was amazing! thank you for helping us have a wonderful day.

We had a 10/10 experience with Jason's Catered Events. From the food, to the table set-up, to the organization as a whole, we could not have asked for anything better. Adriana was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful and we are all the more grateful to have had her help while planning our wedding.

Jason's Catering was great! The food was amazing and we loved all of the options we had. They were very flexible in ensuring that we had vegan meals, gluten free meals, and even made sure that our friends observing Ramadan got served after sunset. Adri was so upbeat and helpful, working with her was great. All of the bar staff/serving staff were really flexible and helpful in making sure we got our meals after we were done with pictures and that they were still warm. They also brought hors d'oeuvres and cocktails out to us as we were taking pictures so we could also enjoy the food. Our signature cocktails were amazing as well. We're so glad we chose Jason's as our caterer.

I just got married November 10th, 2018 at the Richard Nixon Presidential Library. The venue gives you two options to choose from as far as far as catering and beverage services go. We couldn't have been happier with our decision. First off, Adriana is the BEST from start to finish. She is incredibly helpful, responsive, and flexible when it comes to making sure that we were pleased with the decisions we made. They offer a wide variety of options, plated menu, and various beverage menus. The Music and Food were most important to us and in working with Jason's we knew we'd be getting the best quality and service out there. They were incredibly responsive and available throughout the planning process. Even up until the very end when I decided to make changes to linens, and the bar menu they were more than happy to meet our requests. There is a lot that goes into the "big day" so having someone like Adriana who was always two steps ahead made all the difference. The day of the wedding went off without a glitch!! They had 20 staff members on site to make sure our guests were well taken care of and everything was delivered on scheduled per the coordinators timeline. We went with a surf and turf plated option which was ABSOLUTELY delicious. Our guests are STILL talking about how good everything was from the cocktail hour to the dinner. We hosted an open bar which offered a variety of different options - bartenders were awesome! More importantly it was the little things - their staff made sure my husband and I had drinks the entire night. We opted not to join our cocktail hour to finish up photos and take a quick breather alone. They came to check on us in the bridal suite brought us our own plate of hors d'oeuvres and "his" and "hers" cocktails that were featured on our menu. SO thoughtful! After our grand entrance they brought another plate of each of the 5-6 hors d'oeuvres we selected for round two in case we needed additional snacks to hold us over (especially since the bride and groom don't really get a chance to sit and eat without any distractions!). One amazing final touch was they had "to go" plates wrapped up for my husband and I to take on our way - and we DEFINITELY ate them as soon as we got to the hotel. All in all they are WONDERFUL! It's very true you get what you pay for and it was WELL worth it! I HIGHLY recommend Jason's if you're looking for quality, experience, and service. We can't thank you all enough for making our day so incredibly memorable! The Whites

We used Jason's Catering for our wedding at the Richard Nixon Library and I'm so glad we did! Weeks after our wedding, people are still telling me how good the food was (especially the waffles). Since we had a daytime wedding, we asked for a brunch menu, which was not one of the standard wedding packages. Jason's was great at coming up with a custom menu for us and worked very hard to stay within our price range. In fact, Jason's surprised us on our wedding day by providing three tray passed hors d'oeuvres instead of the two we paid for! Also, the bartender that served us on our wedding day was very attentive and professional. Jason's also has a great selection of table linens and silverware to choose from. If you need some help with extra lighting or decorations, they can help you with that too. The Nixon Library basically only allows you to use one of two caterers for their weddings. While we did find the other caterer to be very fast at responding to our emails, Jason's eventually won out and I'm so glad we went with them. Adriana was our point of contact and I really felt like she was a part of our team. We couldn't have done our wedding without her.

Adri, I'm sorry for the delayed email but I'm just coming back down to reality and day to day stuff! What a magical evening you put on for Nima and I. I couldn't have ask for better food, service or night in general. You were the reason we never went to even taste at White House. You sell Jason's single handedly and that is something to be proud of. I made the correct choice when I picked you and not for a single minute have I regretted it. My guests can not stop talking about the food. You guys nailed it and I owe it to you. Thank you for making all of my dreams come true. I will be forever grateful to you! Cassidy and Nima Taleb

This is a very difficult review to write. We used Jason's Catering for a two day event. Food, service and rentals were provided on Day 1, and only rentals were needed for Day 2. Day 1 went great. All of the food was perfect, the service was outstanding and didn't have to worry about anything. We were spending right around 10k for Day 1 and for the rentals on Day 2. We made sure to tip at the end of the night as well (roughly $600). It was a wet and rainy weekend, so we rented a big tent, with a heater, to make sure our guests were kept not only dry, but warm. The heater for the tent worked perfectly on Day 1. On Day 2, we couldn't get the heater to work. We tried getting our guests to still use the tent, as we had a Taco Man right outside, but people were very cold. When we called Jason's Catering, they sent two people out right away. This was awesome and got our spirits up quickly. We promised everyone the heater would be up and running soon so to please use the tent (many people were going home- there wasn't enough space to house everyone inside our home, hence the tent with the heater). We were happy that many went outside, sat under the tent and were waiting patiently while the individuals sent from Jason's Catering was working on the heater. We all kept thinking it would work. The individual who came out found that the heater that was left wasn't working properly and we would need another one. We weren't going to be able to use the tent until the new heater came. We let everyone know, and we served the men who came to work on the heater food from the party, including huge pieces of our wedding cake. A new heater was brought out and we were excited to get it up and running. We still had a NYE party that evening from 7:30pm-12:30am. Even though we couldn't use the tent during our Day 2 Event, we were still positive. The 2nd heater never worked, we were promised a partial refund that we still have never received and no one from Jason's will return our calls. We had to pay for the entire weekend of rentals on Day 1. I think that's what has been so difficult. We paid for the blow heater and the tent completely and were promised a partial refund. We weren't upset about the mishap and still were recommending Jason's Catering. I've left voicemails, sent emails and after 2 months, we still haven't heard back from them or had any resolution.

We highly recommend Jason’s Catered Events for your wedding. The hardest part of the process was the food tasting – everything was AMAZING! Not only was the food delicious, but the service was extraordinary. Through all the questions, changes and details it takes to plan a wedding Adriana and team were flawless. They will work within your budget and provide various options to have a wonderful event. We received so many compliments on the food! Everyone loved it. Thank you to the Jason’s team!

We tried out both White House and Jason's Catering on the Nixon Library's caterers list, and Jason's Catering blew us away with their detailed proposal, warm welcome, and everything in between. Adriana made sure we got what we wanted. I love that there are steps we had to go through to get to the wedding day (pick out linens, walkthrough, try food, etc). However, on the wedding day, they did not deliver the exact plan (wrong color napkins, failed to serve vegetarian meals). But these are just small things that I noticed. Other than these, they accomplished their and our goals. Food was very well complimented on. I liked working with Jason's catering and would recommend it to all brides.

Jason's Catering did a wonderful job catering for my wedding. Everyone loved the food. People are still raving about the food after my wedding. I'm so happy that I picked them!!

Jason's Catering was the first catering company we had a tasting with, but they offered us a package too good to pass up. After meeting Adri (our catering coordinator), tasting the food, and seeing the menu and pricing options, we knew Jason's would provide us with everything that we were looking for in a caterer. Adri made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. She listened to what we wanted and she customized a dinner buffet comprised of stations that offered a wide variety of food options, including a dessert crepe station. Their service was professional and reliable, and the food was absolutely delicious. To this day, our family and friends have not stopped talking about the food.

We are so incredibly happy with the service/food/bar provided by Jason's. The waitstaff/bartenders/servers were awesome. The food was delicious, our signature drinks were made impeccably, and the hor'dourves were yummy. They were so gracious during the food tasting, and they retained the same attitude during our wedding.

Jason’s Catered Events provided great service and food for my wedding at the Nixon Library. Everyone raved about the Hawaiian butterfish! They were quick to respond to any questions we had and even allowed us to attend two tastings so we can finalize our menu with confidence. The only negative comment I received from my guests was that hors d'oeuvres service was slow, but overall everything else was great.

My guests are still talking about how wonderful the food was! We did three different food stations at our wedding reception. After a one on one tasting at Jason's Catering in Santa Ana, they helped us create a customized menu that ended up being a huge hit with everyone! The staff at Jason's Catering was personable and they even catered first class to the Bridal Party and the Bride and Groom. Not once did we feel something was a-miss or had been over looked! The relationship that Jason's Catering had with its vendors also helped us get great deals on liens and speciality glass/dish ware! HIGHLY recommend Jason's for ANY of your catering events!!!

All around amazing. Natalie was truly an angel. We were so blessed to have such a helpful and caring team. I was kind of bummed to have the wedding end because then that was the end of working with Natalie. The service team at the wedding was fantastic. The menu was unique and so very yummy. I highly recommend to any bride on any budget!

The food & service were excellent. My husband and I love gourmet food, enjoy restaurant week and agree that Jason's Catering is one of the best. The food at the tasting was great and was even better at the wedding. We had no problems and only compliments from our guests. The service was also fantastic, I did my own flowers and Jason's Catering placed the centerpeices at each table, a rose at every plate and set-up the escort card table for us by special request.

Jason's was amazing and did a fantastic job on my wedding. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. They truly made the night special!!
