Jay was truly the star of our wedding weekend. From the moment we started working with her, she exceeded every expectation we had. Not only is she incredibly talented and skilled behind the camera, but she is also one of the kindest and most genuine people we've had the pleasure of working with. She was with us through so many special moments beyond just the wedding day itself. She joined us in Jackson Town Square for welcome party photos, captured speeches at Hand Fire Pizza, and took countless candid photos of our family and friends that perfectly reflected the joy and excitement of the weekend. The next morning, she met us to photograph our private vows, creating some of the most meaningful and intimate memories we'll ever have. On the wedding day, Jay was punctual, organized, and completely in her element. She knew the property inside and out, helping us find the perfect locations for our first look and portraits. She understood exactly how to showcase the beauty of Jackson Lake Lodge and the Tetons, and the way she captured the scenery alongside our celebration was nothing short of incredible. From the ceremony and the breathtaking mountain backdrop to our guests, family moments, and individual portraits, every photo felt intentional and beautifully composed. When we received our sneak peek gallery, we were absolutely blown away. We found ourselves reliving the entire weekend through her photos and were genuinely in awe of her work. What makes Jay so special is that her talent is matched by her personality. She has a calming presence that immediately puts you at ease in front of the camera. She made us feel comfortable, confident, and able to be ourselves throughout the entire experience. Instead of feeling like we were posing for photos, it felt like we were simply enjoying our wedding weekend while she worked her magic. We cannot recommend Jay highly enough. Her communication, professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail are exceptional, but most importantly, she is an amazing person. We will treasure these photos for the rest of our lives, and we are so grateful that she was there to capture every moment. If you're looking for a photographer who will not only document your wedding but truly tell the story of your day, Jay is the absolute best.

I cannot recommend Jay enough. Not only is she a great photographer, she's also a delightful person. Since booking her, she gave a great advice for locations for the first look and just general logistics for the day-of things. I got married in Grand Teton National Park during the first couple weeks of the current government shutdown (10/11/25) and Jay sent an email reassuring me that the parks were still open and we shouldn't have any issues with our ceremony. This email definitely helped calmed my nerves surrounding the situation. It was such a nice, thoughtful thing to do. Day of, Jay was so easy and fun to work with! From the first look to the couple photos after the ceremony, she suggested poses for us to do while constantly hyping us up. She was also a trooper- our ceremony was during a thunderstorm and she didn't miss a beat- she was running around in the rain to get the best shots and did so wonderfully. We got the Sneak Peak photos soon after and I'm still blown away. She captured the day so well with the lighting despite the rain/clouds and I can't wait to see the rest of the photos!! Definitely recommend Jay Photography. 10/10.
