I cannot recommend Jesse highly enough! She went above and beyond for our wedding day and provided absolutely spectacular photos in a timely fashion. She was incredibly responsive and easy to work with throughout the entire planning process. She took the time to get to know us as a couple to understand our vision for our wedding. She also offered helpful advice and suggestions, and was always available to answer our questions. On the day of the wedding, Jesse was professional, efficient, and fun to be around. She captured all of the important moments of our day, from the getting ready photos to the first dance, and everything in between. She was also very creative and came up with some amazing shots, ESPECIALLY with it having rained for a majority of the day. She knew we wanted some outdoor shots and made it work. We received our wedding photos within a few weeks of our wedding, and we were absolutely blown away. The photos are stunning, and we will cherish them forever!

Jesse was the BEST to work with. I knew right when we first spoke she was going to be the calm yet assertive presence we wanted on our wedding day. When we met Jesse for our engagement pictures, we felt like we were hanging out with a friend. She immediately made us feel comfortable and gave us the direction we definitely needed. Jesse was a delight to work with on our wedding day. She was relaxed and her and Erin made us both feel calm and comfortable. We knew we were getting all of the shots we wanted without even asking. Our sneak peaks (2 days later!!) are absolutely amazing, so we can’t even imagine what all the photos will look like. Highly recommend!!

Jesse was our absolute favorite!! After receiving our engagement photos back from the original photographer we booked we were defeated and disappointed so I started the photographer search over from scratch. The second I had my original call with Jesse I was confident she would be perfect for us. Jesse knew our venue so well that we didn’t even have to give her any direction which was amazing!! In my opinion style is so natural with a slight editorial vibe which is exactly what I loved and was looking for. One thing I learned through the process of searching for a photographer is to ask for full wedding galleries because often what is shown on Instagram is only their very best photos, for Jesse ALL of her photos were the same quality as ones you would use as a highlight on Instagram. She was the sweetest and calmest photographer I’ve ever met and it was like working with a friend. The day of our wedding we had so many rain showers, Jesse took every opportunity to get the most perfect shots as soon as the rain stopped, from our photos you would never know that it rained at all! She was soo quick with portraits too that I could not believe the amount of amazing photos she was able to capture. Another thing we love is how she not only captured amazing portraits but also caught such natural expressions and candid reactions from our guests. Her second photographer was wonderful to work with too!

Jesse was so great to work with! She captured our entire day beautifully, the light airy-ness for myself getting ready and the dark moody-ness for my husband while he got ready. Overall, a dream to work with, she scheduled calls to go through everything with us leading up to the big day, and we couldn't be happier to have had her and her team there to capture the most special, dreamiest day! Thank you so much, we will be cherishing these pics forever!

Jesse is BEYOND! I felt immediately at ease after our initial conversation and she was incredibly responsive and helpful leading up to our wedding. From the moment she arrived in the bridal suite, it reinforced that I already knew that we were in good hands. She took the stress away immediately and kept our group organized and on schedule in a kind and respectful way. She said the most important thing is that it was about ‘us’ and ‘our day’ and she would do whatever she could to help us achieve the best version of that. Jesse/Jaye Avery Photography was recommended to us through a family friend and we are SO lucky to have had her photograph our wedding day. Jesse way over exceeded all of our expectations. Due to COVID, we had to cancel our planned larger wedding (& original photographer) and instead held a microwedding for 15 guests. Looking back, we could not have been more happy about this because we found and booked Jesse, who produced THE MOST beautiful wedding photos on our special day while making it seem effortless. She's super efficient, fast and just a pleasure to be around. My husband and I do not like to be in front of the camera and she made taking photos actually fun! She also went above and beyond to find a breathtaking view for our sunset session. We are so grateful to her that she did this. She also recommended the BEST hair and makeup artist. We are obsessed with the photos as are all of our family and friends. She captured our intimate wedding just perfectly and we could not be more happy with the decision to hire Jesse. Jesse was the absolute best! She traveled to the Jersey Shore for our engagement photo shoot. It was such a fun, stress free, easy day that resulted in beautiful photos. Neither my husband or I consider ourselves very photogenic, but Jesse put us at ease and the best pictures we have of ourselves are from her. We ended up having a nightmare of a wedding. Our original date was 3/28/2020, which we had to cancel but eloped with just witnesses on 3/22/2020. We postponed until November 2020, which we made the decision in late August 2020 to also cancel. There were a few things that we really felt like we missed out on by eloping - wearing my wedding dress, having all of our immediate family present, and having more than 15 pictures taken by my sister on her iPhone. We rescheduled to have a backyard wedding with just our immediate family in October and thankfully Jesse was available. Jesse was incredibly flexible throughout our entire wedding experience. She offered to come day of our elopement to photograph, however we planned our elopement with 90 minutes notice, it was the day the stay at home orders were being issued! We were so excited when she confirmed that she was available on our October date! On day of the wedding she was very health conscious, wearing a mask and keeping her distance when possible. She has such a talent for photography but also for magically appearing when you would want a photo, there was never a time that I would have to ask her to come take a picture, she was already there. Another big bonus of working with Jesse is that you do not hire her for a certain number of hours, you hire her for the day. It was so nice not to look at the clocking looking to get photos in within a specific amount of time, we took pictures before and after our wedding without any pressure or stress. We had this crazy idea to take pictures of me in my wedding gown (with a big ball skirt) and my husband in tux on our beach bikes and to actually ride them. Jesse could not have been more excited for this, even helping me tuck my skirt underneath me to make it work! They are some of my favorite pictures from the day! Our pictures turned our gorgeous, I have no idea how we’re going to narrow them down to make an album! I cannot recommend Jesse enough! We’re so grateful that we finally have professional photos of us celebrating our marriage and we’re so happy that we chose Jesse as our wedding photographer. Best wedding photographer hands down.

OMG! Jesse is an absolute gem!! I knew from the moment we spoke about 2 years ago she would our photographer. She has been an amazing photographer and she has become a friend! She has done our engagement photos and our wedding day photos and were blown away!! She is so responsive and really cares about her clients. We cannot wait for May for the Mazzolla party and obsess over those photos too! Woohoo!

We absolutely love working with Jesse! My fiancé and I wouldn’t normally consider ourselves especially photogenic, but after just a few minutes into our engagement session Jesse made us feel so comfortable and confident, and made the whole session a really fun experience. Not to mention that she was willing to wake up before the sun came up in order to capture the most perfect lighting for us! She delivered the photos to us very soon after the shoot, and we were blown away at how great they came out. We can’t say enough good things about working with Jesse - now we’re even more so looking forward to working with her again on our wedding day!

From the moment we met Jesse, we knew she was the photographer for our wedding. She is friendly, funny and super accessible. She has reasonable prices for an amazing talent. She went the extra mile for our wedding, even though she was a new mom!!!! Jesse cares about recording your every moment... she’s not someone who times your day. She was there from the moment my make up started, until the grand exit with sparklers!!!! I originally found out about Jesse through the recommendation of a friend. I booked an initial appointment to meet with her as well as with another photography company. Talking with my fiancé about which one we should book we weighed the pros and cons. The other company was cheaper but we felt so much more comfortable and confident with Jesse (and that is something money cannot buy). So we booked her and I haven’t looked back since. Months before my wedding Jesse reached out to me and told me she was pregnant and may not be able to shoot it because it is around her due date. She informed me that her other shooters will take her place but she will still be the one editing all the photos. She also asked if I was okay with that and gave me the option to opt out due to an unusual circumstance (the fact that she even gave me the option shows her professionalism). I loved her editing skills and most importantly I trusted her so I trusted her team. The day of the wedding comes and I couldn’t be happier with the team she provided us with. They were so fun, friendly, professional, and really made me and everyone else feel so comfortable. My family and bridal party still continue to comment on how nice they all were and how well they worked with my other vendors. Jesse even surprised us at our venue to take a few portrait shots, which just knows how much love she has for photography and for her clients. When we received our photos I was speechless. I knew they would be amazing but I didn’t think they would be THIS amazing. There was a perfect mix of posed and candid shots and the photographers creativity is unmatched. Not to mention how quickly I received them after the wedding! Jesse and her team are absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend her to everyone! She is extremely professional and organized and made me feel so much less stressed. I’m so glad I chose her to capture our wedding! Photographers are one of the most important wedding vendors and you will NOT regret choosing Jesse!

I can not express enough how wonderful and how easy Jesse was to work with through our wedding planning process. She was so accommodating with our busy schedules. Her response time is so quick and she was always accessible for any questions. She met with us prior to layout the plan for the day so we can have as much time celebrating. Our wedding was in Long Beach Island and she had no issues with traveling. The day of, she was everywhere yet you didn't know she was there!
