Jay's Limousine Service

These people have HORRIBLE customer service, they were so late to pick me up I had to cancel and get a ride to my ceremony from my Mom, and 2 of my bridesmaids had to ride with my photographer!!

Let me tell you about the limo service. This was my first time in a limo and I was very excited. After this disaster, I am not sure that I will be renting a limo again. The driver parked along side the resort, so we never saw him until he came over to meet us. The outside of the limo was not cleaned and had marks on it. The inside was DISGUSTINGLY GROSS. The floor was standed all up and so dirty that I was afraid my dress was going to get messed up. The seats were OK. The limo driver was wonderful. Only great thing about the trip. The drive was nice. Was very helpful with getting all of us out of the limo. The ride home we opened a bottle of champagne to celebrate and there were several rows of cups in the holders. My husband grabbed a cup and filled it, gave it to our father and grabbed the next cup.... much to our surprise the cup had liquid in the bottom. ALL OF THE CUPS WERE DIRTY. Thank goodness my father did not drink out of his yet. We asked the limo driver about clean cups and he tossed them back to my husband (pink and yellow SOLO cups). I was very upset with the fact that they did not clean anything out after other people used it. SO NASTY.. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Jay is awesome and very easy to work with. His rates are very competitive and the car was very nice. The driver was punctual and had a great personality.

The air conditioning sucks! We were all dressed up and sweating... Not a good way to come down the aisle. Then we got stuck in traffic on the way to the hotel so by the time we got out and had to take formal pictures, everyone was sweating. I hope the pictures still came out okay. But I'm sure everyone looked tired and unhappy. They were definitely the cheapest I could find, though. $95 per hour. No tax (if you paid cash).

Their fees were very reasonable and they confirmed a couple of times and showed up right on time. The limo was a little tired looking though.

I would recommend Jay's to anyone getting married on Oahu! The rates are great , the limos are great and the driver was so awesome!!!!

The limo was nice, but the service wasn't that great. We were late to our ceremony and the driver took a very long time to get to our ceremony - which was all in the same city. For how much we paid, i wouldnt recommend this company.

The limo was a great way to transport everyone to the wedding! We only had it for a few hours and they were great getting us from one place to another.

I was happy with this limo service - my driver was pleasant and there were no problems except that the driver was 10 minutes late which made me worried.

Hese guys are awesome. I was stressed out because we were behind on our timeline. But the drivers had a way of assuring me that everything was going to be just fine. My grooms car driver looked like Michael Douglas. He was very sincere and made a great impression for the company. the next driver was awesome too. When he said "I'll get you there'" he really got us back to the hotel ON TIME!

Our drivers were very courteous and got us to the church and back to hotel on time. The limos were clean and good for what we needed. The price was also the best in town.

This was an unfortunate weak link on our wedding day. While we appreciated the great and responsive service from Jay when we made the reservation, his fleet unfortunately does not live up to that same level. The quality and upkeep of the limo was embarrassing, certainly not even remotely suitable for any bride on her wedding day.

The limo was very old and didn't look as good as it did in the picture. They should update their photos. The owner Jay sounded irritated when I called to ask if I could upgrade to a larger limo. He wasn't very personable.

I used this company for the bachelorette parties and the driver was amazing and very helpful and into the scavenger hunt! GREAT TIME!!!

Jay's limos was wonderful anytime I contacted him I received a response within 24 hours. He understood exactly what I wanted and had the means to provide that service. On the day off the limo showed up 10 minutes prior to the expected time and did a wonderful job backing up into our narrow driveway of our rental house. He was very understanding about us wanting to take pictures in front of the limo and even participating in taking some of the pictures so everyone could be included. We had contracted the limo for 5 hours and we wanted to leave after 4 he was waiting for us at the Turtle Bay Resort he pulled right up as soon as my husband called him and asked him to pull the limo up. He provided enough water for everyone and made sure that they were in a cooler. He was courteus and respectful. Even after we had returned home. We received an email from Jay's informing us that there was an error in payment that we had accidentely mispaid him and he recharged our credit card for the correct amount without any fuss. Absouletely would recommned to anyone!
