My background is in stage design, and before planning weddings, I worked as a design associate on Broadway in New York City. I’m used to a fast paced environment, high stakes, and lots of pressure to make things perfect - and that is exactly what I love to do. Every couple has a unique vision of their perfect wedding, and I love the process of discovering what that looks like for you. We absolutely loved having Jenna as our wedding coordinator! We hired her for the Management and Coordination package, and she went above and beyond to help us have a beautiful wedding day. She knew the questions to ask our vendors, the timeline was pristine, and she has an amazing decor selection so we didn't have to go in search of anything besides a few unique items. She communicated with us in a timely manner and we really didn't feel stressed leading up to or on the day of. Our rehearsal was smooth as she spoke with individuals, specifically our officiant to make sure certain things were in his speech, and that made sure our ceremony was flawless. Her assistant was also fabulous and we really couldn't have asked for more from both of them. Thank you Jenna!

I cannot express enough how amazing Jenna was. From the very beginning, she was incredibly organized, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making sure everything was perfect.
I was extremely stressed and emotional in the lead-up to the wedding, but Jenna was the calm presence I needed. She was there for me every step of the way, offering support, reassurance, and expert guidance when I needed it most. Her ability to keep me calm and focused was invaluable, and I felt completely at ease knowing she was handling everything.
She truly went above and beyond in every aspect. On the day of the wedding, I was able to relax and enjoy every moment because I knew Jenna had everything under control. I didn’t have to worry about a thing – not even a tiny detail. For example, when the rental company set up the chairs and tables incorrectly, Jenna immediately stepped in and fixed it without me even knowing until after it was taken care of. It’s that kind of attention to detail that made all the difference.
Thanks to her expertise and calm demeanor, everything was executed perfectly. She worked behind the scenes to ensure that every detail was taken care of and that everything ran smoothly. Her hard work and dedication exceeded all of my expectations, and I truly couldn't have asked for a better wedding coordinator.

I truly couldn’t have asked for a better wedding coordinator! Jenna’s expertise was evident in every detail of our planning—from managing vendors and creating a seamless timeline to flawlessly executing every detail on the big day. Her organization and communication throughout the process kept me calm and on track during what could have easily been a stressful time.
Jenna’s talents go far beyond just coordination too. She has an incredible eye for design and brought my vision of a romantic, candlelit ambiance to life. It was stunning, magical, and even more beautiful than anything I had imagined or seen on Pinterest!

I truly can't recommend Jenna enough!! When we first met with Jenna, we knew she would be a great planner for us because she was so professional and got right down to business. Throughout the planning process, she kept us on our timeline, on budget, and consistently drove results. She communicated with myself and all the vendors frequently and efficiently. Our wedding was a unique one, because we got married in my parents' backyard in a horse arena. So we really had to do everything from the ground up. I'm not the most creative, so I really relied on Jenna to bring everything together, both in the functional and creative sense. And Jenna nailed it! Everything came together even better than I could have imagined and we got so many compliments. The week of the wedding, we had some hiccups with some of the vendors and Jenna handled it all professionally and kept the stress away from my husband and I. After all is said and done, we truly think out of everything for the wedding, the best money we spent was hiring Jenna. Not only is Jenna amazing at her job, but she is so sweet and kind and I will miss talking with her every week! Thank you so much, Jenna!!

Life saver. Rockstar. Patient. Beyond helpful. These are the first words that come to mind when describing our experience working with Jenna. Her knowledge of not only knowing the ins and outs of our venue, but of all vendors in the San Diego area made the process of working with her extremely seamless. She displayed a great balance of letting us plan our wedding, but also not being afraid to draw from her experiences and give her recommendation of things as well. Although there is so much that goes into planning a wedding, Jenna made the process so much simpler for us, and it is hard to imagine what our wedding would have looked like if we did not have her on our team!

Jenna was fantastic! We were a very stressed out couple whose wedding originally planned in Maui 8/2023 had to be canceled due to the fires. She calmly helped us navigate the complexities of wedding planning and a seemless execution on our big day , which finally happened in September! Hiring Jenna was the best decision we made for our wedding. We hired her for day-of coordination and she went above and beyond to surpass all of our expectations. She encouraged us to reach out with any questions during our planning process and had great advice and insight whenever we were unsure about something. She also has some amazing vendors she works with, we were extremely happy with her florist recommendation. She is very organized and has a similar type-A personality to me which I appreciated, as I could trust her to keep everything together and communicate all the important details. She helped us tie up loose ends to put all of our design elements together flawlessly and helped us bring to life the vision I’ve had in my head since I was a little girl. The day of our event, Jenna and her assistant were on top of everything. There were some big things that went wrong (as is bound to happen) and I never knew about any of them. My dress came unbustled and they were there fixing it within a few seconds, before we even had a chance to tell them. They were prepared for everything and we really could not have pulled together our beautiful wedding without them. We will forever be grateful to Jenna and her team.

I was trying to cut corners on wherever I could as Weddings are just outrageously expensive. My venue required a coordinator, so I looked and reached out to a few. Most never responded to me or were just way too expensive. Finding Jenna was meant to be. She really made me realize how valuable a wedding coordinator is and above all how valuable she was to us. Jenna made all of the difference with how smoothly planning went amd how the day rolled out. I didn't have to worry about a thing because Jenna literally took care of it all - set up, pick up, making sure everyone was where they were supposed to be, and so much more that I am likely unaware of 😀. She is extremely professional and on top of it all and my husband I highly recommend her. All of our guests commented on how smooth the wedding went and for us was nearly stress free. Jenna and her team were truly BEYOND what I could have asked. They were punctual, creative, kind, professional, fun, trusting and one of the best decisions when choosing vendors. From our very first call through the end of my wedding, Jenna brought so much light and knowledge and took care of every detail. I would recommend her over and over again. I was planning a wedding out state and Jenna kept everything on task, handled most of the communication with other vendors and was at every meeting I had. JENNA, THANK YOU!!

Jenna and her team are AMAZING! There’s so better in the industry. My sibling has a disability and many wedding planners were really insensitive, but Jenna treated him with kindness and respect. Our wedding was absolutely stunning! We cannot recommend her enough. All of our friends loved her and so did we. Thank you Jenna!

Jenna Carino was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the moment we met her, we knew that we were in good hands. i have worked in the wedding industry myself and had extremely high expectations for how I wanted to be supported on my wedding day and Jenna surpassed every single one. Jenna was incredibly helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process, making everything easy and stress-free. She was always available to answer our questions and provide guidance, she helped us with DJ recommendations, design and ultimately delivered the wedding of our dreams! Jenna went above and beyond to ensure that our special day was perfect. Jenna was our favorite person throughout the entire process, and as the bride I was constantly talking about how much I relied on her and loved having her as the person to lean on. I already miss working with her and both of us cannot recommend her highly enough. On our wedding day, we did not worry about a single thing thanks to her. She kept everyone organized, she handled many different personalities with professionalism, kindness, humor and grace. Jenna even designed and made all our signs. She brought our candlelit dinner setting to life with over 300 candles and it was magical! We are so grateful to have had Jenna as our wedding coordinator, and we would give her 10 stars if we could!

What can I say, Jenna was absolutely excellent. Leading up to the wedding she was very organized and professional. She did a great job at helping us communicate with wedding vendors and brainstorm final décor. She communicated our vision to the different vendors and was even an advocate when we ran into a contractual hiccup with one of them. With her knowledge and connections, we got a great deal on our wedding cake and she even had customized wedding mirrors made for our special day. The day of the wedding she took care of everything and truly made us feel like the VIPs for the event. She kept everything on track and if there were any problems I wouldn't even know because she handled them promptly and professionally. I can say if you are on the fence about getting a planner, Jenna is absolutely worth it and saved us from many headaches. Out of all the pieces that go into a wedding she would be at the top of the list for money well spent. We hope to see you at one of our friend’s weddings soon!

Jenna was professional, organized, supportive, and reliable. I cannot recommend her enough! As soon as we met to discuss the wedding, I felt so much more relaxed, and knew that we were in good hands. She made the logistics easy, and took so much wedding stress away. She was a dream to work with leading up to our wedding day, and then helped make our day go smoothly by keeping us on track. Jenna goes above and beyond as a wedding day coordinator. She takes extreme care in all the details; including vendor contracts, timelines and takes very meticulous notes. The day of the wedding, I knew she had everything taken care of, we did not manage or handle a thing. She coordinates prior with the vendors, keeps vendors apprised of any and all changes. She kept us on task even during some of the most overwhelming parts of planning the wedding. We live in LA and she met with us regularly over the phone. Jenna is an expert, allow her to show off her expertise, she will get you whatever you need. The best part of Jenna is that she is delightful human and you will want to remain friends even after the wedding. We chose Jenna after speaking with several coordinators due to her professionalism, ease of communication and she is LGBT friendly. Thank you Jenna, we miss you already!

Our chef cancelled the day before our wedding and we thought our day was going to be ruined. Jenna stepped up, came early (when she didn't have to) and took the lead in making our day amazing! She jumped right in, became our chef, our wait staff manager, AND our coordinator. Without Jenna I don't even know how the day would have gotten done. She really was a SAVIOR! MANY MANY THANKS!

Hiring Jenna saved my wedding! Jenna was absolutely amazing!!! She was ready for literally everything and anything and it took so much stress off my shoulders!!! I was hesitant about getting a wedding day of coordinator at first but it was honestly one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day! I'm super picky and literally interviewed about 30 different wedding day of coordinators until I found Jenna, who I immediately knew she would be fantastic. I had the good fortune of finding Jenna to plan our wedding, and I can confidently say that she is simply amazing. From start to finish, Jenna's attention to detail and organization skills are impeccable. She took the time to get to know my partner and me, and really understood our vision for our special day.

Jenna is an amazing coordinator. She handled our wedding smoothly and she is a great support to me throughout the roughest moments of the wedding planning. She is my coordinator of the day but she's been giving support and advice three months beforehand. I'm someone who is organized and I love that she is the same way. However, there are times that I can't be as organize and prepared as I wanted to be because of life happening in between the wedding preparations, but Jenna was there to guide me and give me some breathing room when I needed it. She was very responsive and proactive with the planning. I like that she is firm with the vendors and fight for what the bride's wanted... what I wanted :) . She made sure I have all I needed in the Venue, and with the DJ. Jenna is also fair with how much she charge her clients and would never push in anything that will not add to the wedding. She is also generous with her time with the rehearsal and such. My now husband and I are truly grateful for Jenna. it would have been tears of frustration and stress on the day of the wedding if Jenna was not there to organize our wedding reception.

Jenna is seriously the best! We were on a tight budget and she was able to design a stunning outdoor wedding for us. It was everything I would have hoped for. Her years working in theatre is such a plus because she is able to envision the flow of an event, needs from a design perspective, and its mega resourceful on any budget. I wish I could add pictures to my review so you could see what I'm talking about. Also, she is the kinda person that you want around an in your corner. Hire her. You won't regret it!

Jenna is just amazing, there is no better way to put it. She took so much stress off of my wife and I as we got ready for our big day. Any questions we had, any concerns, any ideas…she listened to everything, going above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. Everything from the timeline, to the photos, to the cake, was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better day, or a better person to help our dream wedding become a reality.
