The JCPenny staff was very helpful and nice. In the salon we did not have to wait too long to get into a chair and the stylist did an amazing job on my hair. Then we went to the Sephora section of the store and they did my make-up for free. Whe...
n the ladies found out that I was going to my wedding they got all excited and the lady doing my make-up was nervous because she wanted me to like it. It turned out beautifully.
