We hired Heidi at Jenna Culley Events for our October 2024 wedding. This review is a little delayed because I am still in disbelief and awe at the event they helped to create for us. I was never someone who had a "vision" of what I wanted and even had a hard time articulating my desires for the event. Somehow, Heidi was able to understand what I was trying to depict to create the most beautiful event possible. It was genuinely more beautiful than I could have imagined. During the day of the event and for months after, our guests have given very high reviews of our event and were so amazed by the work of JCE on that day. If I had known my wedding could be as stunning as what it was, I would've been dreaming about it from day one. The process was so fun and EASY! Heidi absolutely saved our life in the process and helped manage even last-minute issues, so that my wedding week was relaxing! I couldn't have been more calm during the planning process and I owe that all to Heidi and the JCE team. My husband and I are out-of-state and never had to worry about a single thing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend JCE to everyone I know and I wish I had another event in the works just to get the opportunity to work with them again. Thank you guys so much!

Overall, we were mostly satisfied with our experience. They did a good job identifying vendors and organizing the day of services. However, they were sometimes a bit slow in responding leading up to the wedding day. That said, everything did come together in the end.
We hired Jenna and her team for our July 2024 wedding. As an career event planner myself, I had a clear vision of the day and high expectations for what our wedding planners would provide. Jenna and her team exceeded these exceptions and truly helped make our dream wedding come together. From our first call, I felt like Jenna understood us and was just such a fun and kind person to work with. Liz, our lead planner, was amazing as well and took care of so much for us. They made every meeting fun, were quick to pivot when we needed, and never said no to an idea I had, even if it was something they hadn't previous done. They helped us determine the perfect venue for us and then connected us with all of our other amazing vendors, they really know the best of the best in the industry. JCE's talent really showed in the design process, and it was so incredible to see them turn my huge Pinterest board into reality on our wedding day. They made sure my husband I were solely focused on enjoying the wedding day, and handled everything else for us. I need to also shoutout Leah, another Lead Planner, who supported us day-of and not only crouched behind me in photos holding my train to protect my dress from the rain, but also sewed on my bustle when one loop was missing. I would recommend them over and over again - love you, JCE team <3

I work with a lot of vendors and suppliers in my day job, so I know exceptional customer service when I see it. Jenna and her team were FLAWLESS start to finish and made the process of planning a wedding fun! Our wedding was very complicated and unique - Jenna's team really listened and got to know us as people. We felt like their only client. Going with Jenna Culley Events to plan our wedding was the best decision we made! We were paired with Heidi, and her vast knowledge of weddings and the planning process was invaluable. We went with a close to full-scale planning package and we started planning in September 2023 for our June 2024 wedding.
We had a fusion Hindu-Christian wedding and we wanted it to be all in one day. While I found most of the vendors, Heidi coordinated with all of them and provided amazing insight along the way as to how best to incorporate both of our cultures into one beautiful event. We had regular meetings with Heidi, and she sat in on our vendor meetings as well!
We also used JCE’s sister company, Linen Effects, for all of our event design and decor and it everything came together in the most spectacular way! Jenna herself helped us build the perfect aesthetic for our wedding and we could not have been happier. One of the coolest things they have in their inventory is this 8x8’ gold square structure that we used as a mandap for the Hindu ceremony, and then they were able to convert it into an altar for the Christian ceremony! We had vibrant colors and I was worried about it looking gaudy or overdone, but all the elements were balanced so tastefully and we were in awe. They also made sure they worked within our budget, which was very appreciated.
The day-of coordination was impressive and flawlessly executed and resulted in the most perfect wedding day for us. ❤️ We cannot recommend Jenna Culley Events enough!
Heidi and the JCE team are the absolute best, would choose them again and again! They were extremely professional, on top of everything, Heidi picked up and took on tasks before we could even think to do them, and the full staff the day of made sure every detail was perfect down to making sure we got to try the appetizers and dessert. If you are thinking about going with a wedding planner it's JCE or bust!
Hiring Jenna Culley Events was the best decision we made. Working with Heidi allowed for us to plan a successful and memorable wedding weekend in St. Paul from Atlanta in just under 9 months. Heidi’s “only handle it once” approach to organization and planning is very much in alignment with how we operate. We never felt like an agenda was being pushed; instead, she was completely receptive to digging in and executing OUR vision. From assisting us in handling vendor communications (I think we had 20+ overall), to making sure our day-of went smoothly, we were fully covered. Because of her decades of industry knowledge, not only did we have a gorgeous wedding, we also enjoyed the planning process. We cannot thank you enough, Heidi!

Our wedding day went so smoothly, and we were so confident that everything would go well even if a problem did come up, because the day-of-coordination was so well thought out. Looking back on our past year, there is nothing more we could have asked to be done by JCE. It really feels like Heidi and JCE really did everything for us. We had a very average wedding budget to work with, so we went back and forth about hiring a month-of coordinator for our wedding. But both my now-husband and I agree that hiring Jenna Culley Events to be our month-of coordinators was some of the best money we spent throughout the wedding process. Right from the initial consultation--before we had even hired them--they had so many insightful suggestions, discount codes, referrals to high-quality vendors, etc. Everyone we interacted with at JCE was kind, enthusiastic, helpful, professional, responsive, and clearly experienced. Working with them was not only smooth and easy, but it made the planning process in the months leading up to the wedding more enjoyable. In the last few weeks leading up to the wedding especially, having the JCE team as someone to punt all the logistical details to, and to have them coordinating times and hand-offs with all of our vendors in conversations that we didn't need to be involved in was such a massive weight off our shoulders. The logistics are the least fun part of planning a wedding, so to have a trusted vendor who can just take them off your hands makes wedding planning so much more bearable--especially in those last two weeks of crunch time.
As if the JCE team hadn't already shown their value in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding, having them onsite on the wedding day was really a dream. They knew exactly what they were doing, and they pulled all of the strings silently and seamlessly in the background, so we never had to think about anything, and we were just able to be 100% present at our own wedding. We never for a moment doubted that things would go perfectly--and they did! Although we were lucky to only have a very few, very minor things go wrong on the day-of, when any of them did, the JCE team took care of them fully, and showed their years of experience by solving problems with ease.
The JCE team is a team full of incredibly experienced professionals who were an absolute joy to work with. We recommend them over and over again.
I cannot say enough good things about Jenna Culley Events and the entire team. I had looked into probably 5 or 6 other planners when I began my initial search, but after my phone consultation with Jenna I knew none of them would compare to JCE. I truly felt like she cared about every word I said during that initial meeting and I immediately felt a sense of calm and trust. After that initial conversation the team was so great at communicating next steps while we got acquainted with the online planning suite they use (which was truly a life saver!) and had our first meeting with Heidi, our lead Planner. From there, Heidi and the rest of the team handled everything and made sure we stayed on track every step of the way.
I remember being so nervous that I was going to make the wrong decision when it came to selecting some of the early wedding vendors just based on their reviews online, so trust me when I say you can believe every word of all of JCE's positive reviews (including this one), and you should feel nothing but confident about choosing them to be your wedding planner. Our entire bridal party, both of our families, and many of our other vendors have told us how great Heidi and the team was to work with, how easy they made the entire planning process, and how smoothly our big day went thanks to them! I truly cannot recommend them enough!
It took me a while to write this review because I needed to meet the character limit, and I could write an entire book about our fantastic experience with Jenna and JCE! First of all, I am that bride. I am a perfectionist, and usually in control, but didn't want to plan a wedding, but also wanted to be involved with decisions. My husband and I also decided it would be great to change jobs, start planning an out of state move, and maybe throw in some egg freezing during our two year engagement. While we lived our crazy life, Jenna and her team handled the logistical nightmare that was our request to have our wedding on a private island in the middle of a lake in a state that neither of us lived in. Not only did Jenna and I immediately connect in our first conversation, but it was SO easy to tell she is just a DOER. I never once felt like a ball might be dropped, or something overlooked. (This includes but is not limited to set up and take down of an entire different tent, a flooring solution, placing glitter on flower petals, fogging the grass for bugs, dealing with a brand new venue staff...you name it--she had to deal with it). She catered to our many very specific requests, found me the perfect vendors who also were wonderful, and helped my vision come alive in a better way than I even imagined! (Who thought it was possible ;) ) There were road blocks (big ones), and all sorts of things that came up and Jenna and her team handled them with professionalism and complete cool. She had a solution for everything, and I could trust that she had our best interests, and budget, in mind. It felt like she was just as invested as we were. On the day of, Jenna helped me into my dress, rode with me to my first look, and cooled me off when I was hotter than I've ever been in the heatwave we had. Most importantly she helped us keep our perspective throughout the whole process. The entire JCE team really embodies the "above and beyond" sentiment that is hard to find these days. I really don't know how we got so lucky! While having a formal wedding started out as just a reason to have a big reunion/party after COVID--JCE gave us an intimate, beautiful, super special day that we will remember forever and are so glad we did it. We cannot recommend JCE enough! Jenna, Justin, Erin, everyone--we miss you already!
We had a great experience working with Jenna and Heidi for our wedding. They provided us with excellent vendor recommendations and really helped us with the floral and decor design. It was so nice to be able to trust Heidi to handle the logistics, which allowed us to be relaxed and truly present on our wedding day. They even met with us the week of the wedding to take all of the extras and sentimental items off of our hands so we didn’t have to worry about it on the morning of. We would highly recommend hiring Jenna and the team for a stress-free planning experience!
Where to start with how amazing Jenna Culley Events is? We worked with Liz and had a phenomenal experience. As a type-A gal myself, it can be difficult to trust passing on responsibilities to others, especially with something big like a wedding. Liz did such an incredible job staying organized and delivered on every tiny detail. There were some oopsie moments on the day of our wedding- instead of being stressed about these, I knew that Liz and her team would come to the rescue, and they did!! We are so grateful to JCE and are thankful that we chose them to coordinate our special day. :)
Jenna Cully Events is nothing less than fantastic. Each and every step of the way my wedding planner was there for me to answer any question that I had. Response times were quick and the had the best guidance and advice! On the day of the event, not only was Heidi there to handle everything that went on behind the senses she also made sure everything was perfect for me and my now husband. She refilled drinks, got us water, grabbed us snacks, anything she was there! My wedding party, friends, and family were extremely impressed with their work and agreed that it was one of the best put together weddings they had been in and/or attended.

Where do I begin! We were gifted the help of a wedding planner by my in-laws, and I am just so thrilled we chose Jenna Culley Events. We interviewed many people, and if you are now in that same spot, no need to look any further. This is your planner!
We worked with Heidi throughout the planning process, and she was unbelievably responsive and helpful! We often sent emails to Heidi late at a night and would be shocked to get a response minutes later. I don’t know when she sleeps. Jenna and Heidi made every idea come to life and recommended the absolute best vendors to work with. Our day was perfect because of them and all of the behind the scenes work they did.
Before the big day, they took all of our DIY and sentimental items off of our hands. I know that some wedding planners won’t handle the DIY items so this was such a relief, particularly to my mom, who would have been the one doing all of that. At the end of the night, they gathered everything and offered to take it all back to our hotel.
I really cannot say enough good things about Heidi. She was a dream to work with and genuinely a fun and kind person to be around.
They thought of every single detail and Heidi and our day-of coordinator Liz managed to be everywhere all at once the day of the wedding. They made the day so easy and had such a calming presence. We are beyond thrilled with their hard work and so happy to have connected with them early on in the planning process!!!!
I had the pleasure of meeting Jenna in Jan of 2021. It was about a few weeks after I was engaged and had interviewed a few wedding planners prior to meeting her. When we had our meeting, in my spirit I knew she would be our wedding planner. Her caring nature and compassion exuded through our video conference and she was extremely understanding knowing that we were located across the country at that time.
Throughout the year and a half until our wedding, the JCE team enabled the smoothest transition anyone could ever request. Jenna and the team provided a variety of options for vendors, locations, designs, and other aspects that allowed my visions as the bride to be brought to life. I truly never became the “bridezilla” most brides become due to the immense assistance to make our beautiful day become a reality.
On the day of our wedding, the JCE team worked seamlessly with the vendors at our venue and went above and beyond to have the best wedding the venue had ever seen. For me, trust and honesty are components of a relationship that is sustainable and Jenna and her team became our family and more. Her team remained transparent through the entire year and a half and took initiative to get to know my husband and I.
We are sad that our relationship for wedding planning has come to an end, however, we are elated to have the JCE team our family, and lifelong partner for any other parties or events we desire to have. 10/10 recommend Jenna and her team!

Jenna was recommended to us by friends who said she did a fantastic job for them. How right they were! She was a godsend. She found the photographer, videographer, florist, tent rental company, invitation designer and linen supplier, and coordinated them all so that everything went flawlessly. All along the way, she was a source of calm, and she made many wise suggestions. She took on multiple additional tasks that I had initially thought I could handle myself. When plans had to be drastically changed two days before the wedding she somehow managed to save the day. She was fun to work with, and always a reassuring presence. The wedding was perfect in every way, and we never could have done it without Jenna.
I would highly recommend choosing Jenna Culley Events. I worked with Jenna and Betsey -- who were both lovely to work with and very creative + supportive from day 1 to any need or idea as it came up planning for our wedding. Betsey in particular went above and beyond -- making sure that every detail was followed up with and executed well across the many moving pieces / vendors.
Heidi was absolutely fantastic!! She was such a pleasure to work with. There were no curve balls thrown at her that she couldn't handle. We originally had our wedding date set for January first and my husband ended up getting covid 3 days before the wedding. We had to completely reschedule everything! Heidi just rolled with the punches and made the whole planning process just as smooth the second time around. We couldn't have done it without her. She even helped us coordinate a gender reveal at our reception to make the day even more special!! Seriously, 10 out of 10 service!!!!!
When we were laying on the beach on our honeymoon, we talked about the biggest takeaways and pieces of advice we’re going to tell our friends who are getting married the next few years. Number one on that list was working with Jenna Culley Events. From the start, our planner Betsey Palmgren was an absolute superstar. She was extremely organized, thoroughly communicated with vendors and kept all the planning on track when we completed a cross-country move in the middle of a wedding year to California. And that was all before the big event. On our actual wedding day, Betsey and her team were incredibly punctual, helpful and organized. Everything we planned was executed to perfection. Oh, and they’re wonderful people -- which makes the whole experience a 12/10. Seriously, we can’t recommend Jenna Culley Events (and Betsey!) enough.
Jenna Culley Events is absolutely top-notch. If within your budget during wedding planning, I wholeheartedly believe that a wedding planner and day of coordination services through JCE is the best decision you can make (besides getting married, of course!). After my initial consultation with Jenna, I could feel the excitement and passion she had for her business and the wedding industry. At the time, the services did not align with my budget, and we selected another planner. After a sub-par experience with that different planner, I outreached Jenna again, who had remembered our conversation and offered another free consultation- I was floored! We compromised on portions of our budget and started our journey with JCE and we could not be happier that we did.
After selecting a package with partial planning and day of coordinating services, we were then connected to our lead planner, Heidi, who is phenomenal! Jenna and Heidi helped to curate beautiful design ideas, connect us to reputable vendors, and got us set-up on their wedding planning software, Aisle Planner (which provided tools to stay organized). Heidi managed all of the communication with our selected vendors and even created 3 different timelines for our big day- a family timeline, a groom/groomsmen timeline, and a bride/bridesmaids timeline. Our wedding was everything we could have hoped for and we owe a lot of credit to Heidi and the JCE team. If you are looking for kind, passionate, and effective event planning, look no further than Jenna Culley Events!

They were quite literally the BEST ever!!! I have absolutely no idea what I would have done without the expertise and experience-driven support ... truly outstanding. Jenna knows what the heck she is doing, and it gave me SO much peace of mind knowing I could trust that and count on her to drive things day-of so I (and family) could just relax and enjoy the day. The train of my dress ripped when we arrived at our reception venue, and Jenna was right there with the sewing kit she had on-hand to fix it. Her and Betsy really thought of everything, and came prepared for anything. It was evident that my(bride) / groom / family’s wedding-day experience was Jenna and team’s priority..that meant so much to me, and was all I had ever hoped and dreamed of! We worked with Jenna and Heidi from Jenna Culley Events, and from our initial consulting call to the very end of our reception, working with the JCE team was amazing.
My husband and I had a shorter engagement, and both of us were incredibly busy with work during the majority of that time. We wouldn't have been able to pull off our wedding without JCE!

I cannot say enough good things about our wedding coordinator Heidi and Jenna Culley events. About two months before our wedding this past summer we were notified the coordinator we had been working with left the company. Heidi stepped in and did an amazing job of communicating with us and our vendors to make sure she was up to speed. Despite stepping in somewhat last minute, Heidi was organized, efficient, and extremely helpful. It is not an exaggeration to say that our day went off without any issues largely due to Heidi's (and her teams) efforts. I would recommend Jenna Culley Events to anyone getting married in the Minnesota area and if you do, ask for Heidi.

Initially we didn’t think we needed a Planner, but now having been through the experience, it was the BEST decision we made and was worth every penny. Jenna and her team were always professional and responsive - their attention to detail is unmatched. They went above and beyond to work around the limited planning time we had travelling in from out of state - even going to a second food tasting in our place when we couldn’t make a trip up in the middle of the week.

Jenna and her team were great! They really shined the weekend of the wedding, taking care of all of the small last minute details, coordinating the rehearsal and day-of activities and making sure my wife and I didn’t have to worry about anything other than remembering our vows!
Leading up to the wedding, they helped us understand timelines and when decisions needed to be made, helped us find vendors and did a lot of that coordination, and had good communication in terms of frequency and mode.

There was a lot to organize, especially during Covid, with multiple delays, vendors failing, hair on fire, etc. Nevertheless, our wedding unfolded like a rare flower. The many fine vendors that Jenna organized for us performed in exemplary fashion, especially The Loring String Quartet, who provided just the right musical touch for the perfect venue at The University Club.

My husband and I enjoyed working with Jenna Culley Events for our wedding. From the first phone call that we had I knew we would be getting a high quality experience by hiring them for a day of coordinator. We were paired with a coordinator and had our first meeting to go over any questions and walk through the days details. A couple weeks before the wedding we got an update that our coordinator had a family emergency and would no longer be available for our wedding day. However, they did not leave us hanging, they made sure we were still covered and ensured us we will be taken care of. A week before the wedding we meet with our new coordinator, Betsy. She listened to our plans and details, and helped walk us through all the major and minor details of what her role is in our wedding day. The day of rehearsal, Betsy was on time and professional in helping our wedding party run through the ceremony. The day of the wedding Betsy took care of connecting with all the vendors we hired, taking care of the details we talked about and leading the day according to our timeline. She ensured me and made me feel comfortable that everything was being taken care of, I had no worries but to enjoy our special day. I would highly recommend Jenna Culley Events and their coordinator Betsy, all the work they put in was well worth it when we reflected back afterwards.

Out of all the vendors to choose from, I was positive I wanted a coordinator to help me coordinate all the wedding details before my big day and most importantly on it. Thank the lord I found Jenna. Especially thankful to have her during a global pandemic... I repeated this almost daily. It was my 2020 mantra! Not only does she do her job well--- but, she was a kind soul to lean on during the ups and downs fo this year. It was touch and go in the beginning and she consouled and advised us at every cross road.
Jenna Culley Events was the most important role of our day ( aside from the officant). My husband agreed after our wedding that Jenna and her assistant Liz was worth every penny and more. This was a huge compliment from my husband who didn't think we needed to hire a coordinator prior to finding Jenna-- after, he saw how much value there was in having a support system to streamline our day. Jenna allowed us to be fully present at our wedding and we enjoyed every moment of the day because of her. Im forever greatful-- Additonally, shes super sweet and down to earth. I entrusted her to shine in her creative ways with my decor and gave her the freedome to do what she thought best. I'm happy I did, she decorated our venue beautifully and better than I would have.
Advice for future brides-- let go and trust your vendors. They are EXPERTS and you'll be happy at the end of the day. I had so much peace when I let go and It's because Jenna was 110% behind me all the way. Also, her husband is a rockstar who helped on the day of and he definily was a nice addition too. We had many complimants from guests about Jenna and her two assistants. ;D

We got married at the Lafayette club in the fall of 2018 in an outdoor ceremony. Jenna and her assistant were amazing. She anticipated my every need. She went above and beyond for so many helpful tasks including bringing me a more comfortable pair of shoes for the reception and had them ready for me when pictures were finished after the ceremony. She coordinated with all my vendors to make sure everything was set up, including the musicians and the lighting/DJ. I can’t imagine the stress of that I would’ve had if I had to manage all that myself. I couldn’t avast for a better wedding coordinator than Jenna Culley Events.
As the owner of another wedding company in town, I'm writing from that perspective. Jenna is wonderful to work with. She loves what she does and greets events and people with a smile and energy. Jenna and her team were so incredibly helpful. Planning a wedding is so much work, we were so grateful to have Jenna to rely on to help us truly think through all of the details and bring our day to life ESPECIALLY through covid re-planning where we had to revert our wedding plans from a large downtown ceremony to a small intimate backyard ceremony. Jenna is simply wonderful. I was a COVID bride and I was so thankful to have her walking through all the uncertainty with me. She stayed up to date on all the changes as they happened and communicated with me regularly. Jenna was a source of encouragement when I was disappointed or frustrated and she always had a new idea to help us towards our dream. Ultimately I had to cancel my big wedding and replace with an outdoor micro ceremony. Jenna was kind and accommodating the whole time. On my original wedding date she showed up at my front door with a beautiful flower arrangement, a gesture I won't soon forget. If you're a bride planning a wedding I highly recommend working with Jenna. You don't know what unexpected situation will pop up while you're planning. I certainly wasn't expecting a worldwide pandemic! You'll be glad that Jenna was on your team, I definitely was.
ABOVE AND BEYOND. As a bride, I can't say enough about how wonderful Jenna was to work with. She is so good her service actually ended up paying for itself. My husband and I were married during a 5 day cruise in the Caribbean and held a separate reception for about 190 guests in Minneapolis the day after the cruise. We needed someone we could seriously trust because we would be traveling and cruising the week leading up to the wedding reception. Not only that, but we live in California, so most of the planning was done over the phone. The one time we did come to town to meet with her, she literally DROVE US to all of our vendor meetings so we wouldn't have to rent a car or Uber. She sat through all of our vendor meetings to make sure the right questions were asked and that we got exactly what we wanted in style and pricing. Also being out of town there were items we needed shipped to Minneapolis but didn't have a place to send or store them. She let us ship multiple packages to her home. She unboxed, assembled, and brought them to our venue for set up when the time came...at no extra charge. She thinks of every little detail- all of the things that you as a bride don't think of. I honestly could not (lol and don't want to) imagine what our day would have been like without her. It was absolutely seamless! It allowed me to be a guest at my own wedding and not have to worry about the flow of the night or any little detail, but simply enjoy the party! She took care of emailing and communication with our vendors and was able to negotiate pricing with MULTIPLE VENDORS. The amount of money she saved us in the end actually would have payed for her service. On top of that, she worked with us on pricing to fit our budget and was never pushy or made us feel like anything but family. She was prompt with getting back to us and very clear on communication. As far as pulling my vision together for the look of the venue, all I will say is that I am a perfectionist and so, so, so detail oriented. I could not have been more pleased. Our wedding day was beyond amazing all thanks to Jenna. She is so hardworking and has such attention to detail. She also helped navigate us through issues with our venue, always representing our best interest. Hiring Jenna was the best decision we made and I cannot speak highly enough of her.
I hired Jenna A Events for planning assistance and day of coordination. Overall, I was very happy with my decision to do so. Jenna has such an upbeat and positive attitude. She is so down to earth and friendly, making me, my husband and family feel really comfortable working with her. When I had questions throughout the planning process, she always had helpful advice. She provided some great referrals for several other vendors I worked with as well.
The thing I probably valued the most working with Jenna, was having her handle all of the wedding day setup. Jenna and the florist did an amazing job bringing to life my vision. It turned out better than I ever imagined! And it was so nice that we could drop off our décor with her a few days before the wedding and not worry about any setup on our big day.
There were a couple of hiccups on our wedding day, which everyone tells you will happen. It's hard for me to say whether or not those issues would have happened with another planner. Maybe there would have been more, maybe there would have been less. But Jenna took care of any issues that came up with as little involvement of my husband and I as possible so that we could enjoy our day free of stress.
I feel that Jenna A Events was worth the investment. I’m sure that both the planning and day of coordination would have been overwhelming for me and not nearly as well executed without Jenna’s help!

While other brides are stressing the week and day of there wedding I was extremely calm knowing Jenna had it all covered. Jenna Culley Events was a fabulous partner for planning my daughter’s wedding. Jenna listened to my daughter’s vision for the wedding and used her in-depth knowledge of vendors that could best deliver the look and feel we wanted. She kept our budget in mind and was a great guide and expert through all of the decisions that needed to be made.
She helped us lay out a highlevel timeline so we knew what needed to done when. She helped with all of the details at the reception venue and worked around my daughter’s travel schedule (she lived in another state) so that all tastings and in-person meetings could be scheduled when she was in town. She went with us to the rental companies and helped make sure we ordered what was needed and not too much or too little. She also kept track of everything, so we didn’t have to worry about having anything missing on the big day. And she took care of all of the adjustments needed for food and rentals as the rsvp numbers were finalized.
She provided great guidance on what needed to be done when, helping us to prioritize and use our time wisely when my daughter was in town.
The day of the wedding, she worked with the church and the reception venue to make sure everything was where it needed to be on time and that all set up was happening the way we planned it.
When I arrived at the reception, I could see that Jenna had delivered exactly what my daughter was dreaming of. Everything was beautiful and it was exactly the look and feel my daughter wanted.
She and her team were there all day and that made it easy for us to take in and enjoy the day without having to be worried about any of the details. Everything was smooth and on time. We could savor the day and celebrate with our friends and family. It was a perfect day.
Working with Jenna was the BEST thing we could have done. Her services were actually a gift to us from my mother-in-law. I didn't really want a wedding coordinator, but since she was a gift, we used her. She really proved her worth, though, and made everything run as smoothly as possible.
Before the wedding day she was in contact with our church, our reception venue, and all of our vendors, and she made sure we had a master schedule with all of their details and contact information. And then, the wedding day itself couldn't have gone more smoothly. Jenna was on top of everything from the beginning. For example, our reception venue messed up and put the wrong number of chairs at each table, which would have totally thrown off our seating chart. Thankfully Jenna was there and made sure it all got fixed, so we didn't even know about it until after the day was over. She ordered and picked up sandwiches to make sure we ate something before the ceremony, and she even picked up a last minute print order we had. Then there was a change with the bakery and they wouldn't deliver the dessert, so she took care of that, too. At the ceremony, she helped us manage our time and cued everyone in appropriately. Later at the reception, while we were busy dancing and chatting with family, she got everything gathered together for us to take at the end of the night. She made it so simple!
I truly, honestly can't say enough good things about Jenna and her event planning. I was blown away by her skill, professionalism, and positive energy, and am forever grateful to her for helping our day be the most perfect it could have been. Thank you, thank you, thank you Jenna!

Outstanding execution of our wedding day. Jenna pulled one million pieces of a puzzle and pulled. them together so that everything went off smoothly and without a single hitch. She managed vendors, guests, the wedding party, clergy and everything in between. I realized I needed a day-of wedding planner about 3 months before our wedding. Jenna A Events was a referral from another vendor who was booked, and as it turned out, it was the best referral I've ever gotten. Dealing with Jenna was great, and she assigned us her lead planner, Betsey. I cannot thank Betsey and her assistant, Sarah, enough. They took care of so many things for our ceremony and reception, and it enabled us to enjoy our day and our guests. Betsey jumped in and "did" rather than being asked. She established contact with each of our vendors and was the go-to person for questions. She is also an absolute delight to deal with. Her personality shines in all that she does. She is approachable, capable and detail oriented. Plus she is genuinely kind and has a good heart.

Hiring Jenna A Events will be the best money you spend your entire wedding planning process. Jenna was absolutely amazing and the reason our wedding really did turn into the best day ever. She is incredibly friendly and professional with the right amount of Type A to keep everything running smoothly and on time. I know that there were things that went wrong behind the scenes during the day (I found out after ;) ), but I was fully able to enjoy every minute of it because Jenna took care of the rest. When you spend so much time, effort, and money on one day it should go smoothly and be a day that the bride and groom have nothing but each other to think about.

Jenna + Erin from JennaA events were absolute lifesavers at our wedding. I didn't decide to book day of coordination until pretty late into the planning process, realizing all of the things I wanted to set up/do would be impossible while spending time with our wedding party, friends and family, and being somewhere else taking pictures prior to the ceremony. I met with both Jenna + Erin a few times at our venue, who took every vision in my head and made it come to life on our wedding day. Not only were a lot of people in our wedding grateful for them (whether it was helping rescue the flower girl dress that was left in the bridal suite and locked in the room one hour before it needed to be on her, or helping with our ring bearer's tears before the rehearsal) -they were absolutely incredible to us as well. Jenna + Erin coordinated our event, exactly how we imagined it going. and were absolutely essential by being that missing piece to get everyone on the same page, by being able to communicate with one another from across the venue + queue the wedding party entrance with the DJ. they didn't miss a thing. the timelines that they drafted for us were so helpful for not only the bridesmaids, groomsmen but also for our families! on top of that, they secured our wedding cards + gifts and delivered them to our nearby suite, locked them safely in the room and left us the sweetest note + gift on our return. I can't imagine looking back at our wedding day without them. even the groom said it was the best money we spent for our wedding. we can't imagine pulling it off without these two. thank you for everything!!
Jenna handled all of our day-of details for us. Having the peace of mind for the day was worth it! With older parents (80+), we were focused on making sure they had minimal work. Having Jenna and Erin there to take care of the details and the little questions allowed us to focus on the important parts of the day. It was also helpful to be able to review and talk through the detailed timeline of the day-to make sure our expectations and priorities were communicated and documented. Jenna was also an amazing resource and voice of calm when we needed to find a new photographer just two weeks from our wedding date!
Jenna was our day-of coordinator for our September wedding. We hired her last minute after debating for months whether it was worth it to have a coordinator. And I am so glad we did! I was very organized throughout the process, but I just felt that I would be more at ease if there was someone there overseeing the set-up because we had a tight 3 hour set-up window. That included tables, flowers, candles, table-settings--the works. Our tables ended up being super late and not arriving until nearly 3:30pm. When I saw this I ran up to Jenna to ask what we needed to do to get on track. She was completely calm and said not to worry--that everything would be set perfectly by the time 4:30pm rolled around. And she was right. We had a beautiful wedding that rolled smoothly. I don't know what we would have done without her. Best wedding money we spent!

My wedding day was relaxed, memorable and fun knowing that Jenna would take care of everything.
