Jenni is one of a kind fabulous! Planning a rehearsal dinner and welcome party with her was relaxed and fun. But make no mistake- every detail was covered perfectly. The flowers she did for our tables—wow. The Friday night events vibe Jenni created led beautifully to an absolutely gorgeous wedding! She and her team worked hard but maintained a sense of fun and calm that was never ruffled. She totally “got” the vibe my son and his wife wanted and made it come to life. Jenni is the best.

Jenni is a wedding magician. She designed and planned our wedding weekend events and truly exceeded all of our expectations. During the planning process, she guided us through venue shopping, vendor options, and was responsive to all of our requests and questions. She took our design inspiration and executed it in such a beautiful way. On the day-of, she took care of every single detail and we were able to enjoy the day without any stress. When our officiant had to unexpectedly cancel two hours before the reception, Jenni smoothly handled the crisis and made sure the ceremony was executed flawlessly despite the change in plans. Not only is she a planning professional, she is a lovely person! We would recommend Jenni and her team to anyone planning a wedding, they will make your dreams come true.
We found Jenni late into our planning process after having issues with our original planner. With less than a year until the wedding we were stressed about making a change but it was the best decision we could have possibly made for our wedding. Previously we felt like our planner was too busy for us and that we were just another thing on her list that she could hardly remember anything about us, but with Jenni it felt like every time we met, or even between meetings just through texts or emails, that we were the center of her attention. She had every detail handled even those that we had no idea to think about. She took our loosely scattered wedding plans and put them together flawlessly to create our perfect wedding. We had a destination wedding weekend with multiple events, and my husband and I spent the whole weekend asking each other if we could even imagine what the weekend would be like without Jenni and thanking God we decided to make the switch! Jenni was more than just a dedicated and hands on planner/coordinator, she’s also a talented artist/designer and, the best part, a great friend to spend time with. She made multiple trips to Cabo, where our wedding was, to be sure things were perfect despite us not being able to be there.
I knew nothing about wedding planning when we started, and I have no eye for design or even planning whatsoever, but if I have any advice for those starting to plan it is that a wedding planner is by far the most important factor. Having worked with a subpar planner and then switching to Jenni I have first hand experience in planning under both circumstances and would say that the best decision we made for our wedding is making the switch.
Jenni is truly dedicated to her clients and their events, and I could not recommend anyone more highly!
Maybe you are thinking you only need a day of or month of planner. Maybe you think you can do most of the logistics yourself. Can't be that hard, right? STOP. Please, save yourself, and do not think anymore on that matter. All you need is Jenni and her team. It's going to be so, so worth it.
I really mean it when I say we had absolutely the best time and no issues with Jenni! She is a powerhouse organizer, it's very obvious she loves what she does, and she has such a great community of vendors (and friends!) that are amazing to work with too. She's so creative - you can give her a vision and she will be ale to pull it up for you with ease. Also, she HANDMADE all of the name tags and seat assignments which I know took SO LONG because they were hand dyed!!! Hello!!! Is this not enough information for you yet to say HELLS YES to JENNI??!!
Ok, fine. I will give you more. I love spreadsheets. I thought I was good at spreadsheets. I then realized no, I am not and she is queen of spreadsheets. This let down in my capabilities was soon overcome with awe and admiration and all the joy I got in getting to witness their organization and beauty. She has everything in an online platform and you can access all of the things there - vendor lists, bills, contracts, checklists, everything. I love it!
Ok, last bit here, because if you are not convinced now then I am convinced you are not a real human being. Jenni and her team (we worked with Taylor and she was so on top of it too!!!) are so fun to be around. Jenni had us over at her place to go through the decor and place settings, and she was just so welcoming. And can you imagine, she was dealing with her own wedding at the same time!!! And she was handling it all! Never was there a moment where she looked stressed or had me or my husband feeling stressed. Her scheduling of the night was super smooth, and everything flowed really nicely. Bottom line - she knows what she is doing and never lets her guard down.
Jenni and Taylor are the ultimate. You will not be disappointed. I honestly don't have anything that constructive to say, other than I wish I had made more of a point to keep some of the pretty things that she had made for our wedding and spent so much time on! They all got tossed at the end of the night - but c'est la vie! We were wrapped up in the best day ever, and it is very much thanks to Jenni.

Nearly 3 months out from our wedding and I finally have the head space to fully articulate the magic Jenni helped us create for our 3-day wedding weekend.
It wasn’t just a wedding, it was a spiritual, emotional, boogie-filled festival! Jenni makes your vision happen. She is enormously helpful in the months and weeks leading up. Where Jenni really shines is making things happen on the ground. She is direct, creative, professional, intuitive, and a jack-of-all-trades!
She was handing our officiant tissues to hand my husband and I at the exact moment we needed them mid-ceremony. She was behind-the-scenes making magic happen to making not 1 but 6 (!!!) events and locations come to life in a way that completely blew us away. This included a celestial space cowboy evening, solar eclipse viewing party, the most gorgeous ceremony site I’ve ever seen (word to the wise: use Jenni’s incredible parasols to make your ceremony the most magical), a string light dinner straight out of a woodland fairytale, disco reception, and epic desert rave after party. This woman is incredible. Also her assistant Taylor is just as on it as Jenni.
Jenni + Tay are the most loving, warm, talented and exceptional humans. Hire them. They will so easily become family.
Jenni truly is an amazing person and wedding planner! We are east coast based and worked with Jenni remotely while she planned our June 2023 California wedding which included 3 events, each with a different vibe and she nailed them all.
Right from the beginning it was clear that Jenni is organized, creative, energetic and infectiously positive. She has great relationships with tons of venues and vendors and brought together an amazing team to support our wedding weekend. These relationships were tested and showed their strength when our original venue flooded 6 months before our wedding date. Jenni immediately calmed our nerves and was a badass replanning our ceremony and reception for a new venue, keeping all of our original vendors on board.

Jenni from start to finish was amazing to work with. Up until the wedding day, I had trust in Jenni and really felt no stress. The wedding turned out better than my wildest dreams. Jenni worked with us for several years planning our wedding, originally disrupted by the pandemic, so we have unusually deep experience with her. She exceeded our expectations in every way. The team of vendors and relationships that she has curated highlight her ability to create a collaborative and joy-filled environment. This was especially important because our wedding was a full weekend of glamping on our mendocino property- she handled everything from coordinating arrivals of 140 people on a one-way driveway, three days of catering and several musical acts. Jenni always kept an upbeat attitude, behaved professionally and completely handled all details. Neither my husband nor I had to address anything during the weekend. I am hopeful I can work with Jenni again on a celebratory event with all of our friends.
It has taken me a while to write a review for Jenni because I am having the hard time to find the words to express how INCREDIBLE Jenni was not only as a planner, but as a friend, throughout the entire wedding planning process. I am truly SO grateful to have worked with Jenni for my wedding. She was organized, helpful and creative throughout the planning process. I can be indecisive and I really appreciated that Jenni was honest and open with me and helped me stay focused to make decisions.
Jenni also designed my wedding, which I would do over and over again. Not only does she have an incredible taste level, but she knows exactly how to make a wedding unique and special, which is exactly what I told her I wanted when we started working together. Even months after my wedding, I still hear from friends & family how unique and beautiful my wedding was and I owe it all to Jenni.
I was told by peers to be ready for something unexpected to happen on my wedding day, but not with Jenni! Everything on the wedding day was seamless and smooth! Even when my strap on my dress unexpectedly broke, Jenni was there to sew it right back on (she even secured the other strap to make sure it didn’t happen again!). She kept me calm and collected throughout the entire day!
I also want to shout out Taylor, Jenni’s assistant, who is just as wonderful as Jenni. The two of them are a dynamic duo and I am so lucky to have worked with them!

Jenni planned our wedding(s) over the 2020-2021 wedding season. We originally picked Jenni as our planner because hers was the only planner screening conversation where we hung up the phone feeling more relaxed. She stuck with us through a wild wedding season -- our original date was in October 2020, and around May 2020, we made the call to shift the date to October 2021. No problem - Jenni handled it all seamlessly. I think all told Jenni actually planned 3 weddings for us (only 1.5 of which ended happening). She also served as an emotional pillar over a period of pandemic time and a set of decisions (postponements, don't invite grandma) that kinda sucked. Her strengths: grace under pressure, good vibes, "look and feel" that aligned with our own aesthetics, and vendor curation that both aligned with our vision as well as gave us some creative new ideas. Her team is so incredible; we've since referred them to our friends. It was very important to us to have a wedding that shared what we loved about San Francisco and California with our guests, and she did that exceptionally well. We strongly recommend her to you. You won't regret the decision.

Jenni was over the top exceptional. She was our wedding planner for our son and now Daughter-In-Laws wedding. Jenni was so thorough and helpful all the way up to the wedding including the day after. Upon her arrival at the wedding site several days before she was like our angel. She remembered and brought to our attention absolutely everything that made our wedding perfect. As the mother and father of the groom we were worry free and enjoyed our weekend with guests because of Jenni. We would highly recommend her.
What can we even say about Jenni? We got engaged while living in MA and before we even knew we'd be moving to the west coast, we decided we wanted to get married in Cal's neck of the woods, in the Bay Area. Jenni gave us such peace of mind planning our wedding from across the country. She also took the unique challenges of our venue and completely made it all work seamlessly. After giving Jenni our design board, we kinda just said, "go for it!" and boy, are we so glad we did. Jenni took our vision and made it come to life in a way we could never have imagined or done ourselves. We're so so happy we went with Jenni and her team. We had the best day of our lives!
For planning: Jenni was nice and accommodating in setting up the first meeting. We felt like she understood the vibe & style we were going for. She helped us figure out what we needed to book and had recommendations that we used and loved. We decided to postpone the wedding due to COVID-19, and she took care of rebooking/rescheduling literally everything. At times she wasn't super responsive but that is understandable given how busy everything got and nothing was missed or dropped - only our stress was impacted. In the final few months leading up to the wedding, we felt like she made us a priority and held our hand through food choice, seating charts, and preparation for the big day. She took care of so much behind-the-scenes that we don't even know everything. She coordinated with the vendors and handled signage.
For day-of: Jenni was the absolute best! She made sure all the vendors were where they were supposed to be and made sure everything was ready on time. She knew the perfect pacing throughout the day and moved things along smoothly - our friends said it was the best-paced wedding they'd been to. The guests also stated that they knew her and other vendors were there but never made their presence known enough to disrupt from all the attention being on us. She helped fine-tune things when we asked her to adjust things as we saw them; for example, we had a bridesman get COVID the morning of the wedding so she helped fix the seating, notify catering, and coordinate with the DJ. Every wedding isn't without its problems, and for us, the bride's dress's zipper was broken before even putting it on. Jenni helped calm her down and made sure it looked okay for the ceremony. Before the reception, she already had a needle and white thread on hand and spent 20 minutes (and many holes in her fingers) sewing her dress together. We had a lot of fun at our wedding and enjoyed ourselves, which we've heard is uncommon, and owe that to Jenni.
Wedding Planner of Dreams! Look know further than Jenni Grubba for your wedding planning needs. Why? Because she takes it to the next level. As a bride who had a Pinterest board, but hadn't been planning her wedding her whole life, Jenni took what I gave her and turned it into something beyond what I'd ever imagined. She's incredibly responsive, has an incredible team behind her and amazing connections in the industry. We had a few ups and downs during the planning process with other vendors, and her calmness really helped me relax. Our wedding turned out perfectly at the Fairmont, and I couldn't have asked for a better woman to execute an amazing day!

Look, as the father of the bride, I must tell you that I have been around the block a few times. Never, NEVER have I had the privelge of working with a person who brings to the table, 3 of the most important traits I look for in my own executive teams I have assembled over my career. They are PASSION for what she does, EMPATHY (she gets you and works tirelessly works to fufill YOUR vision and dreams) and EXPERTISE (she CLEARLY knows what she is doing, is AMAZINGLY well connected to vendors i.e. photographers, florists, hoteliers, videographers, make-up artists etc.,). I interviewed many extremely high-priced planners (some as high as 60K) some who were featured in the preeminent wedding/bride magazines and let me tell you….they made it all about them.
Jenni will make it all about YOU! She is a brilliant artist who is unsurpassed at what she does.

Jenni did a wonderful job planning our wedding. She is a real expert - she has tons of contacts in the industry and got us connected with a photographer and band, she works with a floral expert, and she has been through everything so nothing got her flustered or stressed out. We also had Jenni help with the rest of the weekend and gift bag stuffing, which took things off our plate. Jenni has a strong sense of design (which we don’t) and was very helpful at creating the right color palette and design aesthetic, which translated perfectly at the venue. We LOVE the way she brought in the absolute perfect decor, furniture, floral and other accents to exactly match our style and expectations. Everything went perfectly and I didn’t have to think about a thing during my wedding. I am a type A personality and was a very organized and hyper-attentive-to-details bride, and Jenni handled me with great when I got anxious. As mentioned, she’s truly an expert and stays cool, calm and collected no matter what.
Jenni is a wedding ninja. On the day of, she was simultaneously everywhere and nowhere, making sure everything happened that was supposed to, on time, with no fuss. Her eye for decor is amazing; I had just the vaguest 'design inspiration' (avoid disposable flowers, go for greenery, potted plants, and succulents) which she turned into a beautiful and unconventional reality (primeval-looking green ferny bouquets, xeriscapey terracotta cacti and potted exotic flowers for the tables, a cake that looked like an olive tree was growing from inside it). Also, leading up to the wedding she communicated very clearly and was very accessible via text and email, and incorporated last-minute changes and requests without batting an eye. It's very clear that she's a seasoned professional, and if we had to do it again we would definitely hire Jenni. Highly recommended.
How do we even start...we first reached out to Jenni two years ago to help us plan our wedding and never looked back. She started as our planner but very much became our friend and anchor through the good times and the hard ones. Through planning our initial wedding originally set for September 2020, helping us through the tough decision to postpone, managing every aspect of our change of plans without a hitch, and following through on every single detail to the finish line in September 2021 - she was a dream to work with and truly the very best person to have on our side through it all. We got married in a family friends' backyard which required that everything - every place setting, each table and chair, the bar, the dance floor, a massive tent and more - had to be accounted for. Jenni didn't miss a single detail, big or small, and made it look easy and most of all beautiful. She brought the vision that had been in our minds for 2 years come to life with a smile on her face and a calm, professional and can-do demeanor - just the sort of person you'd want to be there for you leading up to and on your wedding day. Jenni Grubba Events helped my daughter and new son-in-law have the wedding of their dreams! Jenni was utterly fantastic in every way. Jenni Grubba was a truly phenomenal wedding planner (including logistical support, efficient coordination of vendors, design and implementation of pretty things, and emotional support)! We chose the full wedding and design package and the only regret of our whole wedding was not adding on Jenni’s full weekend wedding planning services. From our first conversation I knew that she would be fun and easy going yet also thorough and able to successfully create the wedding we envisioned. She made herself immediately and continuously available from small text questions, lengthier email discussions, to comprehensive phone conversations depending on our needs. Our most important choice was the venue, as we wanted to create a weekend of wedding events for our family and friends to gather and celebrate together onsite. She listened to our ideas, clarified with questions when needed, and set off to find the perfect spot. She completely understood and found us the most magical venue that was above and beyond our expectations! Then, based on our descriptions of our ideal wedding, she made personalized vendor recommendations. After we had explored their websites and such and picked our favorites, she reached out individually to connect us to vendors. Overall, Jenni made the vendor coordination process smooth so we could focus on the fun aspects of wedding planning. She then designed truly EXACTLY what we were hoping for to create our literal dream wedding that was beautiful beyond belief, completely stress-free and comfortable for guests, without a single mishap or catastrophe, amazingly well coordinated, and just a complete blast! The decorations were stunning, the food was delicious, and the DJ + musician combo was insanely awesome. Our guests raved throughout the entire weekend that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Because Jenni had taken care of everything wedding related with ample time to spare, during the whole weekend we were able to focus on being with our friends, family, and each other. Being emotionally present was hugely impactful for us and enabled us to truly treasure all the details and moments. Now three months after the wedding family and friends continue to randomly text about how fun and beautiful it was. Jenni’s vendor recommendations could not have been better, her logistical planning and designing were superb, and her dedication and hard work ensured that we had a truly incredible experience. Jenni put together the most magical wedding we could have imagined. We went into our 2019 engagement feeling completely unsure about what we wanted beyond a “low key fancy” event and operating with a slimmer budget than most Northern California couples (aka not six figures). Through countless Zoom calls, Jenni helped us build out our vision for a one-of-a-kind wedding ceremony and reception. She connected us with some of the best vendors in the business (Annamae Photo, Sounds Elevated, the So Good Photobooth, and Park Ave catering) and the dreamiest venue (thank you John and Laura!) to create a seamless event – even in the tumultuous backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Every detail – from the breathtaking arbor, bouquets, and florals, to the typesetting on the menus, and cheeky cocktail names – captured our vision for a stunning, fun, and grown-up wedding that didn’t take itself too seriously. Thanks to Jenni and her team, we were able to fully enjoy our party without ever once worrying about the details. Jenni was an absolute dream to work with on planning our wedding - especially through the ups and downs of the pandemic. What I most love about Jenni is her creative vision and the ability to deliver our inspiration / ideas in a really beautiful way within our budget. Jenni recommended and managed all our vendors, helped us plan for months and stay organized and executed the day of without a single hitch. She let us work on parts that we were passionate about and did a lot of heavy lifting without us in the weeds. Choosing Jenni Grubba Events as our wedding planner, was the first and likely the best decision my daughter, son in-law and I made in regard to planning their wedding. Jenni was a wealth of information, had creative and helpful insight into the process. She listened, guided and directed with grace and humor.
The wedding day itself was relaxing (no, really!) and enjoyable because she was in charge. She moved easily and unobtrusively throughout the event and kept everything on track. Over the course of 3 years (thank you COVID) Jenni went from wedding planner to friend and I couldn’t be more grateful! I must have looked at dozens of wedding planner websites and read what felt like a million reviews before setting up that initial phone call with Jen - I never looked back after that. She was beyond easy to work with and made destination wedding planning a virtually stress free process - not an easy feat. Then when COVID hit and we we were forced to come up with a whole new wedding game plan last minute she took the reigns and made that nightmare so much easier to handle. Fast forward to wedding day 2.0 and oh my gosh what a dream! I couldn’t have been happier - the day went so smoothly, I loved all the vendors she recommended and we ended up with a truly magical, intimate wedding. Jen - you really are the BEST, anyone planning their future wedding would be lucky to have you!

Jenni is a great planner and is so, so flexible. We moved dates, moved venues and changed our guest list due to Covid and she rode the wave alongside us. Not only have we worked for many years professionally, but we have also developed a beautiful friendship. I knew the moment we shared our first coffee, it would be the first of many. We even spent two weeks together in Bali adventuring and playing in waterfalls! Her attention to detail, how she can balance like 5000 things at one time and stay composed, her warmth, joy, and heart for what she does!! Jenni will have your back! Imagine trying to plan and execute a wedding in 2020…impossible, right? Not if Jenni is on your side. When we originally started thinking about planning our wedding it was before the pandemic hit. We did our best to find a location and get the ball rolling but quickly realized we needed some help. When we found Jenni’s website online, read about her, and saw the images of the amazing weddings she’d done before we were hooked. There was something so personal and lovely about each of those events that we knew she was the right planner for us. When the pandemic took hold, she was right there keeping us calm and assuring us that she would be our planner no matter when our wedding took place. Jenni helped us come up with a Plan B…and that Plan B was amazing! Our wedding was very personal to us. It was beautiful and elegant in a non-fussy but still stunning kind of way. I can’t tell you how many compliments we received from the small group of family and friends that attended. We heard over and over that the wedding was beautiful and intimate. We wanted everyone at the wedding to see and feel how much we loved one another, and Jenni created the perfect setting to let that shine through. She had every detail covered. It was magic!
Where do I even start with Jenni? She is absolutely the BEST wedding planner and does anything and everything she can for her clients. When I started to plan my wedding I was initially a bit reluctant to get a wedding planner but I am so incredibly glad that I got to work with Jenni for my big day! Our wedding was in San Francisco this past August and had approximately 65 people in attendance. There were a lot of moving parts to the day: a ceremony at SF City Hall, a second line brass band parade, a multi-stop city tour followed by dinner and a reception at an antique store. Amazingly everything went off without a hitch and I have Jenni to thank for coordinating everything behind the scenes. From the very start of planning Jenni made sure that everything was taken care of: timelines were set, insurance was sorted out and potential vendors and rentals were identified. She provided useful spreadsheets and guided me trough the process of budget tracking, venue research and even seating charts. She has a wonderful vendor list and I was extremely impressed with every vendor she recommended. On the big day, Jenni was kind enough to print our wedding signage and even made a beautiful frame out of reclaimed wood for our welcome sign (it's currently hanging up in our house!) When we decided to hire Jenni of Jenni Grubba Events, I was not sure whether it was a good idea. Why do we need a wedding planner? Can’t we do these little things between ourselves and our army of friends? But after the event I can tell anyone planning for a child’s wedding, don’t even think of executing a streamlined wonderful event without a good wedding planner. And Jenni is not just good, she is extremely good wedding planner. Everything went through without a single hitch and everyone including the about 300 guests loved every minute of it. We had the perfect wedding (for us) and we have Jenni Grubba to thank! We approached the weekend totally stress free. In the lead up, Jenni had an easy approach to the decisions that needed to be made and a great feel for what we wanted. She became a trusted friend in the whole process and, because of her attention to detail and firm handle on all the particulars, we got to be amazed and even a little surprised about how it all came together. The design, the florals, and all the vendors were perfect because of her.
Our wedding was a full destination weekend for 100 guests in Northern California and we worked with Jenni for about a year in advance. We live in Chicago and didn't have much time to plan details. But, we also have a pretty particular design aesthetic. So, it was important that we find someone who understood our vibe and had taste that we trusted. We knew we couldn't be too hands on and finding and hiring Jenni was the first, most important decision we made. Her taste is amazing, her manner is easy-going and her confidence is totally calming.
Every decision after hiring her had an easy pace. She gave us options to explore when we wanted them (the venue and the photographer) and, as we got to know each other better, made strong recommendations where we wanted something particular (the DJ and sound design and hair/make-up.) She focused us on the stuff that we needed to do and took care of lots of details that we didn't need to focus on. The result was the weekend we had dreamed of with (almost) no stress along along the way.
It was a once-in-a-lifetime event and we are incredibly grateful that Jenni made it happen so gracefully and easily.
This past August we held the most epic wedding and Wedding Festival Weekend for 150 guests. The venue was remote and that required the services of a top notch wedding planner. We hired Jenni Grubba and all of our wedding weekend dreams came true. I have never met a more hard working creative ‘can-do’ woman, than Jenni. She kept us on track with planning throughout the year that we worked together, culling, interviewing and contracting all of our vendors through her relationships. She kept positive when inevitable challenges arose which was so helpful. When the wedding was upon us, she was all calm exterior and high energy interior. She’s capable of handling a remarkable amount of details, individuals and situations, with an easy-going confidence that puts bride and bride’s parents at ease and allows them to enjoy the important weekend along with their family and guests. And besides all of her strong capabilities of working with budgets, families, venues and vendors- she’s a fun person! We looked forward to our planned calls and missed her when the wedding was over and we were reminiscing over the beautiful images!
Jenni was an outstanding wedding planner. She handled everything we asked her to handle, which was probably more than she bargained for, with poise and complete competence. Maybe more importantly, when we got stressed out and overwhelmed by all the wedding stuff (you will too, unfortunately), Jenni was always there to talk us down and keep us grounded, reassuring us that we were on schedule and everything was going to be fine.
Our wedding was particularly difficult for a few reasons. For one, we had to plan two different ceremonies (one Indian and one western) on the same day, one in the morning and one in the evening. This involved different sets of decorations in different locations, dealing with different lunch and dinner caterers, and wrangling guests and the wedding party twice. For another, our wedding was in a fairly difficult location (OVY Camp, can’t recommend it enough). Jenni had to help us get all the food, drinks, and guests to our camp out in the woods.
Despite all the complications, our wedding went off without a hitch. It was beautifully decorated by Jenni and her assistant and choreographed to perfection. We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding and Jenni made that possible. We can’t recommend her enough.
Jenni is hands down the best! We couldn’t have made our wedding happen without her! She helped us through every step of the way, reminding us of our to-do’s, giving us advice on important decisions, and relieving us of a lot of potential stressful things. We had a very complex wedding celebration in mind that would inevitably span over the course of 3+ days, celebrating alongside 150+ friends and family in a remote setting with logistics and activities not unlike a music festival. It was no easy task to plan and manage, but Jenni was there with us every step of the way, day and night, and ever-present in full force. She made multiple trips to the venue before, planning, scheming, dreaming, and curating, always staying on time and ahead of the game as well as in touch with those involved from vendors on down to guests. At one point during the wedding weekend, in an effort to help us meet our budget, I found her at 7 am on Friday, power-lifting and squatting our welcome dinner tables into place while simultaneously coordinating the itinerary for the day, ensuring we were fed and all was going according to plan, without breaking a sweat… just smiles. No detail goes amiss with Jenni and no mistake unfixed or problem left unsolved. For the first time in so long, I was able to breathe, kick back, enjoy my Wedding and quality time with the people who mean the most to me, without a worry on my mind.

Jenni is the truly the most amazing wedding planner, I could not imagine putting my very complex wedding in the hands of anyone else and having it go has smoothly as it went. My husband and I wanted a festival wedding in the woods for three full days so its safe to say there were a lot of moving parts and complexities involved in planning. Jenni got our vision from the very beginning and worked hard to make it happen exactly the way we wanted it to. All of her vendors are amazing and easy to work with which is important in the process. When it came to the wedding weekend, she worked incredibly hard to make sure everything was in it's place and all the pieces flowed smoothly. She even ran after my flower girl to help her take her shoes off before she walked down the aisle which avoided a possible flower girl melt down. She addressed issues quickly as they came up and even reminded me multiple times to eat and drink water, which trust me, you'll need the reminder. She also designed the place settings which were stunning, and even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Throughout the weekend she had a positive attitude which helped me feel at ease and most importantly, I felt that I could completely trust my special weekend in her hands. I very rarely like to use this word but honestly my wedding was perfect, and so much of that is thanks to Jenni. Beyond being incredibly good at what she does, she's an all around awesome and fun person to be around and both my husband and I now consider her a friend. You'll be incredibly lucky if you get her as your planner!

I can not begin to tell you how great Jenni is! She was very professional and friendly throughout our time together. I was dealing with an event planner at our reception location who was not great at communicating and was putting a great deal of stress on me and my husband and Jenni, hired on as a day of coordinator for the set up of our reception venue, came in and made us feel completely at ease that all would be taken care of. She had to rejig some decor, as our floral arrangements were not working where we had originally wanted to place them, and the results were breathtaking! I can not speak highly enough of her! As I said before we hired her for solely day of support, but if we could go back and do it again we would have hired her on to plan everything.
We hired Jenni to do our month of coordination, decorations and flowers and couldn’t have been happier with her services. Jenni was fantastic to work with! She helped us plan our wedding, provided us with day-of coordination, and more! My husband and I really thought we'd be able to plan and coordinate our 70-person wedding ourselves, but realized we needed help only a couple months before the wedding. We were super lucky to find Jenni as our wedding date was approaching quickly and we still needed to nail down several details. Jenni was a dream to work with, exuding calm and confidence (despite being so close to the wedding!), providing excellent service and advice on what we asked of her, and also going above and beyond to make up for the shortcomings of other vendors. Jenni smoothed over issues with our venue that we weren’t able to resolve after months of back-and-forth with our venue’s on-site coordinators; she made insightful suggestions that helped us perfect our day-of plans. Jenni is also a very talented calligrapher – we weren't sure we had time to add in a welcome sign, but Jenni personally created the beautiful calligraphy signage for us! Not only did Jenni do a fantastic job, but we also loved every interaction we had with her. She’s a great person and loves what she does. Highly recommend for any of your wedding planning needs!

I’m so glad that I found Jenni! My husband and I are from Utah. We wanted to have a very small, casual ceremony on Baker Beach, San Francisco and thought we’d just hire Jenni to be the officiant. Jenni was the wedding planner for our son’s wedding on September 15, 2018 at a sprawling outdoor venue near Half Moon Bay, California. She was phenomenal! The wedding was an entire weekend of celebration and the wedding day included 4 events in 4 separate locations at the large venue. Each portion of the wedding celebration was absolutely lovely and came off without a single glitch. Jenni was on site from early morning until late at night doing anything and everything to help, in addition to coordinating every detail.
