Jennifer was AMAZING to work with!! I honestly can't even put the words together to thank her enough for going above and beyond to make our wedding an absolute dream come true. From start to finish she was on top of EVERYTHING - we really didn't have to lift a finger. She coordinated every little thing for our wedding, worked with all our vendors, and put together the most beautiful layout I have ever seen. Her eye for design and attention to detail is impeccable. She put so much thought and effort into making our day so special and we can't thank her enough. I even had friends say they have never attended or been part of a wedding that was run so smoothly and efficiently! I HIGHLY recommend working with her for any event you may have. She was integral in making our wedding such a smashing success. We love and appreciate you so much Jenny! THANK YOU!!
Jennifer is simply amazing! If you're looking for someone that will be there for you, someone who's organized, and understands each and every detail of what you want at your wedding. She's your gal! She's personable, friendly, and gets it done. Jennifer really made my vision come alive and I'm so happy that I got to work with her.
Jenny was by far the best decision we ever made for our wedding! We weren't looking to spend a fortune on a planner and Jenny was willing to work a custom package that fit our needs. BONUS, she does design on the side so she was able to do all of our signage, table numbers, rehearsal dinner decor, favors, etc.! She was a one stop shop! We received SO many compliments on our decor and everything came out just how we imagined it (even better). Leading up to our wedding Jenny was there to answer any question and to solve any problem. I probably emailed and called her more than I should have and she was always gracious and willing to help. She was organized and we barely communicated with our vendors unless it was through her. The day of the wedding Jenny showed up an hour early and made sure that not only the bride and groom were happy, but our families as well and that meant so much to us. The day went perfectly and we were able to enjoy each other and getting married instead of worrying about all the small details (as cliche as that may sound). At the end of the night, Jenny and her team cleaned up everything, organized it and packed it up for our families to take home so we didn't have to worry about it and could enjoy the rest of the night. Jenny is not only an amazing planner but an incredible person in general -- we really feel like we made a good friend out of the whole process while having the most amazing night of our lives! We would hire her 100 times again!
The help we received was worth five times the price. Jenny was the perfect reassuring and capable voice we needed to keep us call and confident that everything was on track. It was terrific for our peace of mind knowing that she had been corresponding with all of the vendors, had the timeline worked out precisely. Due to the venue we chose, we had very little time to set up on the day of the wedding, but Jenny made it all happen with time to spare, and she made it look easy. From start to finish, she was there solving problems as they came up and making the event run smoothly. Zero regrets, and everything and more that we had hoped for. We highly recommended her to everyone we know!
The best decision we made while wedding planning was enlisting the help of a planner. We chose Jenny based on her reviews and her extensive experience in design and planning. We couldn't have chosen a better partner to help us on our wedding day! It was so helpful to have the assistance of Jenny, especially since we were planning our wedding long distance. She was easy, fun, and available at all times. She was available for all of our random or silly questions via email or text whenever we needed her. Nothing was too big of a problem or issue for Jenny to handle. She got along well with all of our vendors and was able to keep them organized and on track for the big day. We absolutely loved working with Jenny!
Jenny did an EXCELLENT job as our planner. She was organized with templates for setup, timelines, and contacting vendors that gave her all the information she needed to make the day run smoothly. We had our wedding at a State Park which meant it was quite complicated (many rules, few amenities, many vendors) and she handled our day flawlessly. She introduced herself to all the vendors ahead of time to make sure they understood the schedule. One vendor caused us to lose our deposit and Jenny helped resolve the issue before we even returned from our honeymoon. Jenny and her team are very professional and AMAZING at what they do. We literally could not have done it without her!
I just had my wedding this weekend and the service my husband and I received from Jenny was amazing!!! I worked with Jenny a month leading up to my wedding and she really helped me to put the pieces together to have the wedding that I dreamed of. She offered very reasonable packages for wedding planning and coordination services. WIth consideration to my budget, I chose to work with Jenny for the final month prior to my wedding date. I planned my wedding from out of state, and many of my vendor selections had to be made after bimonthly travels to Los Angeles or by phone calls and emails. She was prompt to respond to my inquiry and provided a quote for the different coordination packages offered. Jenny scheduled a phone conference with me, and after learning that my wedding ceremony will be at a different location than the reception, she immediately offered useful suggestions to allow for an adequate travel time. Jenny accompanied me to my wedding venue (at the Skirball Cultural Center) and gave us useful suggestions on the floorplan of the reception hall, while still making sure that my vision would still be excecuted to my liking. She responded to my frequent emails, and immediately after getting my list of vendors she maintained communication and confirmed delivery set up/clean up times, etc. I did not have to communicate any vendor during the final week prior to my wedding. This was so important, as the last week of planning became all about completing last minute errands. Jenny came to rehearsal with us, and she collected many personal items that my family purchased to be used for the wedding. On my wedding day, Jenny arrived to my venue early and my venue was styled EXACTLY as I wanted. She communicated with our families, friends, and made my wedding day smooth. I was able to solely focus on getting marred!
I don't even know where to stat! From our first meeting we knew we wanted Jenny to be our wedding planner. She met with us at a Starbucks with a packet for us to review of her packages and check list for wedding to-do's. Everything was tastefully put together, down to the clip that help the packet together! That kind of attention to detail was what we were looking for! Her team ran our ceremony and Jenny set up reception. Everything went smoothly and they kept us on time for the ceremony. Of course like every wedding there were bound to be some details that weren't going to be the way you originally planned, but it's all about the couple in the end. And as a couple we felt Jenny was AMAZING. I feel like I've gained a friend through my wedding planning process. That's how great of an experience I had with Jenny. She even listened to our personal issues and provided emotional support. I cannot recommend Jenny enough! Thank you Jenny!
We want to compliment you on your totally professional handling of our daughters wedding. Morgan had a very detailed vision of what she wanted for her wedding to Travis. She worked for months planning and gathering everything necessary to make this happen and you and your team stepped in and made it all come together. Every little detail was completely handled while under a very tight timeline. To go from a totally empty loft space to a perfection in slightly more than 3 hours was amazing. Coordinating all the different vendors and supervising everyone without hesitation. You totally got Morgan's vision and made it come to fruition. You kept us on time and made sure everyone was there they needed to be, it was flawless. Then in even less time you got everything taken down, packed up and secured for us to pick up later. Your professionalism as well as friendly attitude allowed the family to just enjoy the occasion knowing you had it covered. Thank you so very much for an amazing experience. We highly recommend Jenny.
What more can I say other than PERFECTION! From the communication and walk-thrus to the day of, Jenny was diligent, detail oriented, and professional. My husband and I both work in design and creative fields so we had very high standards as to how we wanted our wedding to look. Jenny and her team listened and delivered! The wedding looked EXACTLY how we imagined. We couldn't have asked for a better team to follow thru on our vision. Not to mention how kind and fun they are, truly felt like working with friends. If you don't hire Jenny for your wedding, you're nuts! It doesn't get better than them!
I hired Jenny as a day of coordinator and she was absolutely amazing. Even though I only had her just for the big day, Jenny was so helpful a couple weeks before the wedding answering any questions we had in a timely manner. Jenny was very professional and her personality was so easy to work with since she's so down to earth. I don't know what my husband and I would have done without her since she kept us on track throughout the day and made sure everything was running smoothly.
