Our alterations and pressing are done on-site, for your convenience, by our incredibly talented team of seamstresses and pattern makers. Alterations are not a flat fee but rather by the work you have done and paid directly to your seamstress.

I couldn't have had a better experience than Jennifer's Bridal! As soon as I booked my first appointment I felt so welcomed. I showed up to my appointment with 5 guests, and Jennifer welcomed us all with open arms. She let us explore the salon, and then I tried on. She made me feel so comfortable trying on dresses and had all the perfect advice! The third dress I tried on was the one. We could all feel it. It was a very simple and elegant Pronovias dress, but I wanted a statement bow so much that she went and found different bows from different dresses, and we had fun playing around with them until we found the exact design to fit in with my dress. Jennifer made our experience just perfect! After I ordered my dress, I worked with Karen from alterations, and Karen rocked it! We did some pretty big changes on my dress in the front that we weren't sure possible, but she did it! Jennifer's Bridal was such a perfect bridal salon, and I would recommend it in a heartbeat!!

At Jennifer's, you are more than just a bride - You are family ! These girls love what they do and their energy and love for all things bridal is contagious !! I was even able to hire one of their girls, Lauren to deliver my gown to me on my wedding day, help dress me, and follow me around to help stage my gown during pictures and bustle it before the reception started. I seriously cannot say enough great things about my experience with Jennifer's. The store is amazingly beautiful, their girls are always friendly and helpful and you will be sure to find the gown of your dreams !!
I would recommend this place a million times over to anyone and everyone. I was nervous to try on dresses and went into my appointment with a certain look in mind but ended up leaving the store with something totally different. I worked with Jennifer and she is extremely kind, patient and thorough. It was my first appointment to try on dresses and could not believe I found something I loved so easily.

Being from the area, I knew about Jennifer's great reputation, so when I got engaged I did not have to think twice about where I was going to shop for my dress. To no surprise, Jennifer's lived up to their amazing reputation, had just the ultimate gown selection that accommodated a range of budgets and visions, and made for the most special and perfect experience.
My ladies and I were warmly welcomed into this absolutely beautiful and quaint boutique by Amy, my amazing consultant. Amy was so knowledgable, made the most perfect suggestions after we discussed my vision and my venue, gave honest feedback, never rushed us, and was beyond patient with me when I had to try on my final two dresses time-and-time again. Amy truly made for a special experience as I found my dream bridal gown.
I then met Jen when I went back to try my dress on after it came in. Jen is just a special and wonderful human being who will always hold a special place in my heart for elevating my experience as a Jennifer’s bride to the next level. I could thank Jen over-and-over again for making my experience as a Jennifer's bride that much more special. Jen helped me find the most perfect (custom) veil that just added even so much more to my already beautiful gown. Jen also made me feel like a princess and gave me the confidence boost I needed to look in the mirror and just feel outright beautiful. Jen always brought the best suggestions, wisdom, and so much excitement and enthusiasm. She always made for such a personable experience and always just took the time to talk with my mom and I to get to know us as people. Jen also always stopped by the alterations side of the store each time I was there to check in with us and to see me in my dress showing her dedication to her brides! It is so obvious that Jen is just so invested in her job, her brides, and just loves what she does!
Jen also did something extra special for me. The day I went to try my dress on, I fell in love with a little white dress that I wanted for my bridal shower. I ordered the dress, not knowing there was a surprise shower planned for me and the dress would not be in on time. When I found out about the shower just weeks before, I called Jen in panic because my little white dress would not arrive in time. Jen already knew about the predicament I was going to be in as my mom let her in on this surprise, spoke with my mom, devised a plan, and gave me the sample dress from the store (the fit PERFECTLY) so that I would get to wear this beautiful little white dress to my shower!
Another positive about Jennifer’s Bridal is that they have multiple in- house seamstress. I was assigned to the wonderful El. El is simply AMAZING at what she does and has the most tender and sweetest soul. She fit my dress so perfectly and spent hours designing the most beautiful and elegant bustle for my VERY long train.
I will always cherish being a Jennifer’s bride. Being a Jennifer's bride made my wedding era so much more special and I would highly recommend Jennifer’s Bridal to any bride!
I bought my dress at Jennifer’s Bridal and had the best experience! From the initial appointment and purchasing the dress to all of the fittings, my experience was unmatched! I worked with Jennifer Kienzle (owner) and she was very professional and knowledgeable, she even selected a dress that I wouldn’t have imagined myself in but it ended up being the dress I bought! I would definitely recommend Jennifer’s Bridal to any future brides!
What an experience!! Was like a dream, I had visited several bridal boutiques and didn’t really fall in love with any dresses. When I finally visited Jennifer’s there were SO MANY beautiful dresses to choose from all in budget for me! I was so floored! Of course the dress I ended up picking wasn’t at all what I was originally looking for but I’ve heard that tends to happen! I put it on first and bawled like a baby in the mirror when I saw it! Was a discontinued Hailey Paige dress which I’d never heard of but I fell in love instantly!
I received so many compliments about how different and beautiful it was at the wedding which is just what I wanted! Different yet beautiful! The in-house alterations Susan did for me were also amazing! The back of the dress was more open than I had wanted, and she did a gorgeous job making a back piece that looked totally original to the dress without any need to take material from the train! She also repaired an old veil crown from my grandmother I wanted to wear on my special day which meant so much!
My experience with Jennifer’s Bridal was so amazing and all the ladies are so fun and just upbeat. They made me feel like a princess and were so kind. I HIGHLY recommend!! Best dress buying experience ever!

Excellent service. Loved my bridal consultant Jen Caffo. She was always willing to give her honest opinion. She was very patient - I tried on a lot of dresses and I never felt rushed. I bought my veil, hair comb and earring there too. They carry very high quality, elegant dresses and accessories.
I was so happy I was able to find my dream dress at Jennifer's Bridal. I was so pleased with how both my dress and veil looked the day of my wedding. One thing that left me a little disappointed was I purchased my earrings from here as well and they broke the day of my wedding which left me with no earrings to wear. These earrings were by no means cheap. I ended up very upset that day and my photographer had to give me her earrings to wear just so I would have something. Other than that though I had an overall great experience! I felt like a princess in my dress!
AMAZING! Not only can you walk through and look at dresses, the staff is so nice and I went back so many times to try on my dress and accessories, etc. They also do alterations on sight and I love Susan. My dress came out perfect and fit like a glove, I did not want to take it off.
My experience at Jennifer's is something I raved about, it was simply so enjoyable. I live in Houston but came to Jennifers because the rest of my bridal party and family are from the northeast. I had a lot of apprehension about trying on wedding dresses because I'm curvy, which caused a few bad experiences at other bridal shops. Jen, my consultant, was attentive to my detailed list of requests and supportive when it came to trying on dresses. Not once during my appointment did I feel anything short of beautiful. Jen is the reason I found my dream dress and veil. She sat on the phone with me and helped me order a custom veil which required her to take measurements of my dress's train and relay all of the specifications to the designer. On top of finding my dress I was worried about the logistics of getting my dress all the way to Houston from Delaware. Surprise surprise, the whole process was effortless and I received my dress and veil in perfect condition half way across the country. I can't thank Jen and Jennifer's enough for making me feel beautiful on the best day of my life❤

I had the absolute BEST experience at Jennifer’s! When I began this experience, I was nervous about trying on dresses and knowing what I would like for my wedding day. When I went there for the first time with my parents, we met Jen, who was the kindest, most knowledgeable, and patient person we could have ever asked for. She pulled dresses in my size for me to try on so I could envision what I would look like in them. This was the part I was nervous about, but they had a plethora of dresses close to my size for me to try on! What a relief!! Jen was extremely patient as my mom and I went back and forth between two dresses until making my final decision. Although I ordered a size down and the dress did not fit, Jen never once made me feel bad about the decision; rather, she worked with my parents and I to find a solution, calm our nerves, and had me work with Karen who is truly a magician! She added the most beautiful corset to the back of my dress to be sure I could wear my dream dress on my wedding day! She took her time throughout our fittings to ensure it was up to HER standards! Even though I thought everything looked perfect, she has such great attention to detail that she went back and altered it to be even more incredible. She also added the most beautiful bustle that was easy to tie the night of my wedding. It was so comforting that through every alteration appointment, Jen was there with me. We laughed through every appointment and truly had fun every time I was there! Again, although I mistakenly ordered a size down, Jen and Karen never made me feel guilty or negative about myself, rather than found the most beautiful solution to my problem. I drove an hour and a half to this salon and would not have traded it for the world. It is the only salon I went to and they made my experience memorable. Thank you to everyone for being absolutely incredible! You are all amazing and made me feel like the most special bride!!
I was so scared to try on a dress as I am a curvy plus sized bride. Not only did Jenn reassure me, but she encouraged me to try on a dress that was outside of my comfort zone that I just kept coming back to on the rack. It ended up being the dress I fell in love with and purchased. Rosa was a SAINT and managed to alter my dress and add in a corset back as I am larger in some areas and smaller in others and the dress was not fitting the right way. The staff was caring, greeted us warmly, checked in frequently and overall great attitudes.
The ONLY thing I would say, is that for as much as I paid for the dress, I would have thought that my measurements would be taken and the dress made a little more catered to my size, rather than have to order a size up and then alter down. I understand they just order the dress and work as the distributor for the vendor, but just food for thought since they are high end gowns.
I bought my dress for my September wedding from this salon and honestly it was a great experience. I actually had the owner for my appointment and completely fell in love with my gown. Everyone was so nice at this appointment. However, the fitting experience was awful. I dreaded every appointment. Karen made me feel awful and the alterations she did for the dress did not hold up. The buttons broke off on the bustle. The dress was not hemmed short enough I was tripping all over it. I would not recommend getting alterations done here. All in all I loved my dress and thought they had a large selection of beautiful gowns in all different price ranges but wish I didn’t travel so far for alterations that didn’t hold up, were expensive, and to be talked to the way I was.
I absolutely recommend this bridal shop! I had the best experience while shopping for my dress and felt the experience was very intimate and personalized. My bridal attendant, Jen, was amazing and helped me find my dream dress. 10/10 recommend Jennifer’s Bridal!

I can not speak highly enough of Jennifer’s! I found my dream dress in my first shopping trip and enjoyed every minute of trying on gowns. My stylist made sure to pull a variety of silhouettes and fabrics so I could narrow down my options, and when I was between two choices, she allowed me time to try them on again and with different veils to complete the look. I felt like I was in such great hands throughout the entire process. I also went with their alterations department which was equally as wonderful! I’m so glad I went to Jennifer’s!

Jennifer's was a great experience. They were able to get a sample of a Jenny Yoo gown they didn't carry in the store for me to try on after a previous appointment. It was the perfect dress! Jen was great to work with for selecting a gown.
Susan my seamstress was an artist. In the end, the dress needed quite a few alterations to fit well and she made my vision come to life, the dress fit like a glove. Highly recommend!

Overall, I had a good experience at Jennifer’s Bridal with everything but the alterations. They offer a huge selection of beautiful dresses and the space is beyond gorgeous. My stylist listened, picked out dresses that I loved, didn’t try to persuade me one way or another and gave me ample time to make a decision. El was the seamstress who did my alterations and unfortunately this is where things went downhill. We were not on the same page at all with what I was looking for and during one of my fittings she even rolled her eyes at me. I would not recommend her as a seamstress to future brides. I asked for a different seamstress, but it was too late in the process and this could not be accommodated. I will say that after I expressed my concerns, and Jennifer contacted me directly, explained things more thoroughly, and made it a point to be at my last fitting. She definitely had my best interest in mind and did not let me leave until I was happy with the end result. I was very much appreciative of this.

I had the best experience finding my wedding dress at Jennifer’s. The store is beautiful and the staff are wonderful. I worked with Jen who was the best. She got me! She pulled a unique Allison Webb dress that we both fell in love with. I felt absolutely beautiful on the wedding day and looked forward to trying the dress on for alterations. If you are over a size 2, I highly recommend not going here. The sample sizes were so small that I couldn’t even tell what a dress looked like. In addition, they sat us right night to another group which was uncomfortable. Overall a very unpleasant experience.

hy we order sizes in all ranges. We cannot carry every style in every size but we certainly aim to have a variety. We will take your thoughts and feedback to our next buying trip. We have a very large showroom to allow space for more than one group, as well as oversized dressing rooms for private viewing if a bride prefers. We also offer two floors if guests want a completely private experience. Had we known you were uncomfortable we certainly would have moved your appointment to a different space. I highly recommend shopping for your dream dress at Jennifer's. I purchased my gown at a trunk show in January of 2019 for our anticipated wedding in October 2020 (which got postponed to Halloween 2021 due to covid).
I was looking for something unique, romantic and a bit witchy for our Halloween wedding . Not only did Jennifer's deliver on finding me a dress that was unique, but something that really felt very me. During the appointment, Jennifer was very focused on finding what was right for me based on my vision. She made me feel beautiful in each dress I tried on, while providing honest feedback on which dresses were most flattering and felt most me. I also got my veil from Jennifer's.
Go to Jennifers! Seriously, its a great place with a great selection and consultants that are passionate about helping you find your dream dress! They also have a stellar alterations department; Susan has altered three gowns for me over the last few years and they've all fit beautifully.
I couldn't recommend any salon more than this one. You won't regret it. I felt like the most beautiful version of myself on our wedding day.
I found my dream dress at Jennifer's (the 3rd dress I tried on)! While all the dresses that they have available to try on are very large in size, the staff helps you clip the dress tighter so that you can get a feel for what it would look like in your size. Everyone I worked with throughout my multiple appointments at Jennifer's was professional, helpful, and kind. The measurements that the staff took for me were perfect and the size that they ordered for me only needed minimal alterations. My dress was stunning and got so many compliments. I also got all of my bridesmaids dresses here and got a discount since I bought my wedding dress from Jennifer's. My bridesmaids had a great experience too. Everyone got to pick the style that suited them best, but all in the same color. Their measurements were pretty spot on as well! Highlyyy recommend Jennifer's. Since it's Delaware and there's no taxes, their prices on the same brands elsewhere can't be beat.
Jennifers blew every other bridal salon out of the water. The store is beautiful, they have an amazing selection of dresses, and the customer service goes above and beyond. I worked with Jen who was fantastic. Never once did I feel rushed, pressured or talked down to in the entire time I spent there. I drove out of state to go to Jennifers not once but twice. I was offered the dress at another salon and turned it down to come back and purchase from Jennifers. I would recommend Jennifers 110% - ask to work with Jen, I promise you won’t be disappointed!
Jennifer's is the absolute BEST location to look for a wedding dress! My sister bought her dress here in 2016 and I didn't even think to look at another boutique when it was my turn. The staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful- they listen to what you'd like in a dress but truly know their stock so well and can help you find exactly what will work on your body type. Their selection is amazing and they have dresses that work with every price point.
Alterations were a breeze and I even got my bridesmaids' dresses here as well. I wholeheartedly recommend Jennifer's!
Jennifer's was the only store I visited to find my wedding dress. I tried on, maybe 8 dresses, and picked dress #2. Amy was my consultant and she was AMAZING! I showed her a few pictures and off she goes to find some dresses that looked like the ones I showed her, some others that I might like and a wildcard. 2 dresses in, she pivoted and grabbed 2 more dresses off the rack and put 2 back. She was outstanding, listened to ME (not my family or friends) and was so much fun to work with. The store has amazing events - I picked a Lazaro gown and then was able to meet the designer at a showcase that they hosted with him! -and the prices are so reasonable. My sister bought her bridesmaid gown here too and again, the experience was great. Highly recommend!
Jennifer’s was the best decision I ever made! Their staff always greeted me by name when I came for subsequent appointments for my wedding gown, my bridesmaid dresses, abs my MOB dress. They made every step of finding my dress and altering it a magical, personalized experience. Susan made the dress my personal perfection with her alterations and was kind and patient teaching my mom the bustle. I wish every bride the experience I was blessed with at Jennifer’s in their hunt for the dress!

Jennifer's was great to work with! I had previously gone to BHLDN and was really overwhelmed by the experience. My experience at Jennifer's was comfortable from start to finish.
Lauren helped me try on probably 15-20 dresses and my mom, grandmother & sisters were able to be there to give me feedback after each one. After my visit, I loved 2 dresses but couldn't decide.
After a few weeks of thinking it over I decided I wanted to buy the Tara Keely dress that I had my eye on. I lucked out because the designer, Lazaro, was actually going to be having an event at the store. When I went back to make the final decision, I even had the opportunity to meet Lazaro, and he was super nice and even drew up a picture of me in my dress. That was so special!
I returned for my fittings, which were super easy. On my wedding the dress looked and felt great. I could not be happier with my choice and I'm so grateful for Jennifer's for making a stressed out COVID bride feel great!

This was the most spacious and beautiful of all of the boutiques we went to. It was the first we went to and I was open to any silhouette at that time so I tried on over 20 dresses. The person helping me was just there. She wasn't unkind but she also wasn't very excited. She was patient with me trying on a million dresses but she didn't really get into the process or offer a ton of feedback. She answered questions when I asked but she didn't offer anything unless I asked. She just didn't make it much of a fun, interactive experience.
I liked that you could go through and look at the dresses and touch them and select the ones you wanted to try.
We went during a slow time so we had the place (and the mirror) all to ourselves which was nice.
We returned much later because I wanted to see the new season of dresses. When I set up the appointment I asked when the new season was due to come in and I made my appointment accordingly. This place isn't close to me. It's about an hour drive. We drove an hour to the appointment and upon our arrival were told that they didn't really have any new dresses. I was pretty frustrated because that was the whole point of us returning at this time.
We ultimately didn't say yes to the dress here. They had some nice dresses but none of them were really wowing me, personally.
It is a beautiful boutique and they have some nice things in their inventory. I would recommend giving them a try for yourself since all brides are different and every season of wedding gowns is different. It's worth giving them a shot!
I highly recommend Jennifer's Bridal - I had the best experience during COVID. I luckily came across the salon on instagram and noticed a gown that I wanted to try on. Jennifer was amazing - we got an appointment quickly, tried on as many dresses as I wanted and was super helpful and available for questions the entire time. When I narrowed it down to 2 dresses, she let me come back in 2 days later with my Maids of Honor to make the final decision during the official trunk show for Blush by Hayley Paige. I am SO happy I stumbled upon this salon and was able to buy my dress here.

Jennifer’s was the most amazing bridal experience I had. All the ladies there are super sweet and patient. They have the best designers (in my eyes) and not to mention the salon is super cute ! Even with COVID, they were super responsive and kept an open line of communication via multiple platforms. I can happily say they were the only place I went to for dresses and found my dress after only trying on a couple. I also loved that my dress was fitted there with a seamstress who has worked on it before & knew how to properly take it in without taking away detail. It was the most perfect experience!!! Definitely recommend getting your dress from here !
I had the BEST experience with Jennifer’s Bridal when searching for my wedding gown. I am so thankful I came across Jennifer’s Bridal when searching for retailers who carry Hayley Paige gowns, which is what my heart was set on. Not only did I find my absolute dream dress with ease, I found my perfect accessories by Haute Bride at Jennifer’s & even got to meet Hayley Paige at a trunk show when I went for my fitting! Jennifer's Bridal was such a wonderful bridal salon. Beyond being stunning, the salon and its staff provide a warm comfort that makes dress shopping feel relaxing, comfortable, and fun. Everyone I interacted and worked with from emailing to in-store appoints was completely wonderful. We were lucky enough to get squeezed into their Hayley Paige trunk show and Conversations and Cocktails party with Hayley Paige. It was an absolutely amazing experience made even more perfect by the details, energy, and sparkle Jennifer's Bridal added to the event. I was an anxious bride and nervous about dress shopping and picking “the one,” but they all made it easy and fun. They carried the “Elke” dress I came for in the trunk show (they didn’t have it in the trunk show by me in Pittsburgh). I was so excited when I was able to try it on and instantly fell in love - not to mention Hayley Paige being there was perfection! They allowed me to have a one of a kind experience and gave me access to my absolute dream dress. I never once worried about my dress being ordered correctly or coming in and everything was perfect as expected. We also got my mom's dress there for a great deal when we went back to pick my dress up. They have stunning dresses throughout the store for everyone involved in the wedding!
Jennifer's Bridal could not be more perfect. First of all, the shop itself is so beautiful with lots of natural light and a lovely, slightly rustic feel. The selection of dresses is incredible. On top of that, Jennifer (and I'm sure the other women too) is SO friendly and helpful. She knows her dresses and is fantastic at guiding you to THE dress. Once I had found my dress, Jennifer also recommended a style of bridesmaid dresses that would work beautifully next to my dress as they had similar fabric/flow. When I finally got to wear my dress next to all of my bridesmaids, I loved how romantic the dresses looked together. Jennifer's vision was perfect! I also selected my earrings from the shop (with Jennifer's help too) and received way more compliments than I ever expected on my earrings that night :) Everything was perfect!
As a local, Jennifer's was a simple choice when wanting to find my wedding dress. It was the only place I went to try any one, my second time there I found my dress. After noticing she knew I wanted Hayley Paige she catered to the dress and style of exactly what I wanted and how to altar the dress to make it fit me. The dress shopping experience was perfect, they don't overwhelm you with every dress in the world. Keep your family and friends comfortable while you wait, the décor is updated and rustic chic that I felt like I was in my home. During alternations, Elle was professional and knew exactly where my dress needed to be altered to cater to my shape even when I was nervous to cut all that fabric! After my final fitting the dress fit perfect! They also have the addition of Cocktail, Bridemaids and Mother dresses to get the whole package!Jennifer's staff truly loves what they do, you can feel it the minute you walk in there. I would go just to watch them work their magic and see happy brides!
I went in here months ago to look for a wedding dress after going to other places and being happy with other selections. Over the phone when I called to schedule an appt they asked my budget and said 1500 but flexible, and front desk said okay great! Showed up for my appointment and was re asked what my budget was. I said now I’m thinking 1800 but still flexible. I basically got laughed at, Told I wouldn’t find anything here within that budget that’s worth trying on, and was told to come back on a day they had a pop up sale with dresses that were already tried on. So that was very uncomfortable, offensive, and disheartening after having a great time looking at other dresses elsewhere. Ended up buying a short dress for my bridal shower that I loved, which even Throughout trying on 4, I was getting rushed. months later I’ve heard of friends and clients buying their dress from there for way less, when trying them on and ordering them! And they were beautiful! So I’m extremely offended that my budget got laughed at and they didn’t even give me the time of day. It was a big waste of time and plain rude. I hear so many good things about this store and havent come across anyone else who has this encounter so I’m sure it’s one worker who most likely doesn’t work there anymore, but needed to share after months of hearing everyone else getting these beautiful dresses for even less than my budget
I had an amazing experience working with Jennifer's! It was especially meaningful to me to purchase my wedding dress there as Jennifer's is located in my hometown - and, you can't beat tax free shopping in DE! I purchased my wedding dress at a Pronovias trunk show, and was so fortunate to work with Amy. Amy was incredibly kind and offered helpful feedback when trying on each dress. Having the alterations done in house was also very convenient, and El was so sweet - not to mention a talented seamstress! I also had our bridesmaids order their dresses through Jennifer's, and we were offered a discount on their gowns since I purchased my wedding dress there, and we had a larger bridal party. I highly recommend Jennifer's Bridal for their stunning selection of dresses and wonderful staff!

Jennifer's was my first dress shopping appointment and I instantly fell in love with their inventory of dresses. I was very impressed with the staff and their attention to me while I was there. I never showed up to my other appointments because I did not think it could get better than Jennifer's! They let me store my dress there right up to my wedding day and they offer on site seamstresses for fittings. It was a very smooth process, as it should be!
Shopping for dresses at Jennifer’s Bridal was a dream! They have a lovely selection and a great set up upstairs for trying on dresses, veils and accessories. Amy helped me from day one, and I’m so grateful for how sweet and patient she was. She truly wanted to understand my honest thoughts and opinions to help me narrow down my choices.
I ended up finding my dress at another store during a trunk show. Unfortunately that other store, dropped the ball on my second appointment. I called Jennifer’s to see if they could get my gown on loan (since they carry the same designer), and they were able to get my dress on loan from the designer. I am so happy that Jennifer’s bridal came through for me, and I was still able to get the dress that I fell in love with!
A few months later, Amy worked with me to create the custom veil of my dreams, all while ensuring that it was the perfect length to match my dress and had the details that I wanted.

I had tried on a dress at a different store where I had a less-than-stellar experience. I called Jennifer's because I knew they carried the same designer and they had the dress available. Becca was an awesome salesperson - knowledgeable but not pushy, positive, honest, and patient as I tried on many many gowns, only to decide later that I was still in love with the first one. They're a great shop with a lot of stock, definitely check them out!
After obsessing with Haley Paige’s dresses, I stumbled upon Jennifer’s bridal! My experience was nothing but perfect. From the moment I walked in to the moment I picked up my dress, everyone was so amazing. But Jen made my experience, I felt like I’ve known her forever, she was so kind and helpful. Oh this bridal shop just fills my heart with so much love! From the very first time I stepped in the store, they welcomed me with warmth and lots of smiles. I am so grateful I found my dress here. When I stepped into the gorgeous embroidered Lazaro gown, I knew it was the one. I got my alterations done here as well from Susan. She did an amazing job and every fitting was easy and fun. Every time I came into the store, all the employees remembered me and what dress I had. They were so kind and are filled with genuine happiness and excitement for all the brides who step in their store. If you need a wedding dress, GO HERE!!
Wow, I can't say enough about Jennifer's. I purchased a different dress that I hated from another shop, and came to Jennifer's with a 5 month time frame, limited budget (as I already purchased a gown), and a need for an inclusive size. I called on a Thursday, and spoke to Jen. She got a sense of my style, and the theming of my wedding, listened to my circumstances and offered options from companies she knew could rush order, and from gowns they had remaining from a recent trunk show. Knowing my time line, she squeezed me in for a 12 o'clock appointment the following day with Amy. Amy greeted us with a warm smile, and kind words. She had read the notes Jen had left about me, and promptly brought me to my dressing room (we were 20 minutes early) with the dresses Jen had earmarked. She also picked out a few dresses that she recommended herself - including some that didn't fit into the "style" I wanted at my request (and this dress ended up being the one!). From there, I tried on a series of dresses with lots of support, and guidance. Amy was able to help me picture what a dress might look like with some simple alterations - including a genius idea to swap the white lining for a champagne one to give me the color I so desperately wanted! Amy was always present and helpful, but gave me the time to process and carefully weigh pros and cons before making this big decision! Finally, I got a chance to briefly meet with the seamstress, El, to discuss if the modifications I wanted to make were possible. In short, Jennifer's is a beautiful bridal boutique that specializes in making your feel bridal and like the most confident, beautiful version of yourself due to their incredibly caring, knowledgeable and helpful staff.
I knew from even before I got engaged that I wanted a Hayley Paige dress. I actually found Jennifer’s through an Instagram hashtag and I am SO lucky I did (hellooo 0% sales tax in DE). I was apprehensive at first since I am an in-betweener (size 12-14) with wide hips. From the time I made the appt and until I picked up my dress this past weekend, my experience has been nothing but inclusive, comfortable, and happy. Katie was my bridal attendant and she made sure that I was taken care of from the start. I purchased my dress through a trunk show and actually got to meet Hayley Paige at the salon! After trying on a few dresses, her assistant asked me what I was looking for and after I described it she went, “I know just the thing!” and brought me the most beautiful gown that I have ever seen in my life. I tried on the sample size (they have plus size samples you guys!!) and it actually almost fit me perfectly. I was ecstatic and said “yes” right then and there. I was able to pay in installments and my dress came in approx. 7 months after I ordered. When I went to pick it up, everyone was so helpful and not to mention always smiling!! I will recommend Jennifer’s to everyone I know. I would have gotten alterations done there if I didn’t live 1.5 hours away. Could not recommend Jennifer’s enough! I went to a few bridal salons before a cousin told me about Jennifer’s. It was the best decision! The employees are so friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed in picking a dress, but I did end up getting it there! The process of getting alterations was so easy. I would highly recommend looking at Jennifer’s first, before going anywhere else!
Jennifer's was such a great part of my wedding planning experience. From getting my wedding dress there to all alterations - everything was a 5 star experience. Myself and my mom enjoyed coming in every single time and will miss having a reason to! My only complaint is they ordered the incorrect color dress for my maid of honor, which they fixed in time for the wedding but was still frustrating. Overall great experience at Jennifer's- highly recommend!

I felt so comfortable with her, and did not feel rushed at all while trying on dresses. The try on rooms are so spacious and nice. I tried on 6 dresses and ended up picking the first dress I tried on! A beautiful dress from Pronovias. Love how they have name brand designers to choose from. I have been recommending Jennifer’s to everyone I know whose gotten recently engaged.
The ladies at Jennifer’s made finding my perfect dress a DREAM. My mom is in a wheel chair and they were so accommodating the entire process so that she could come and see me. My dress is so beautiful and fit so perfectly. My bridesmaids dresses were also from Jennifer’s and they were truly perfect - everything i had ever dreamed of and the girls looked so gorgeous in them. I could not recommend them enough!!!
Jennifer’s is an amazing bridal salon with so many beautiful options for wedding dresses. The entire staff was very helpful and sweet throughout the entire process. I even ended up buying the first dress that I tried on! I couldn’t recommend them enough.
I first went to Jennifer’s Bridal for a Hayley Paige trunk show and let me start by saying this shop is GORGEOUS and they have so many beautiful dresses to choose from!
I ended up falling in love with a Hayley Paige gown that day, but didn't purchase that day because I didn’t have a venue picked yet (we had just started that search a few weeks prior). The women at Jennifer's helped me visualize the gown in multiple venue settings; then she said the magic words "garden wedding", and I left the store picturing myself walking down the aisle to marry my fiancé in this gown! I didn’t feel pressured to buy that day, and in fact made an appointment less than a week later because I couldn’t stop thinking about this dress! This time it was a late afternoon appointment so me and my family were the only ones in the showroom with one of the consultants, and it was all I could have imagined! I said yes to the dress that day!
I visited Jennifer’s many other times between those first two appointments and my wedding (to pick out accessories like earrings and veil, shop for bridesmaid dresses, and get alterations) and every time the women at Jennifer’s were warm and welcoming, included when a gem felt out of my wedding earrings and they quickly replaced the missing gem in time before my wedding day!
I would totally recommend Jennifer’s for all your princess bridal dreams, even if you have a somewhat tomboy past - like me!
Jennifer's Bridal is the way to go when shopping for your dream dress. The store itself is so cute with a HUGE selection. Becca was my consultant and was incredible. She looked at some of my inspiration pictures and picked out multiple dresses well within my budget to try on. She made the whole day super fun and helped me envision the big day with a veil and belt to complete the look. She also gave me and my bridal party/moms champagne to celebrate finding the one! The selection at Jennifer's bridal is amazing with reasonable prices. Definitely make them your first stop for your dress search - it will most likely be your only one!

I had been to Jennifers when my best friend got married about a year before me and I knew at the time there was no place else I would even think to go when it was my time to wedding dress shop. The girls at Jennifer’s are absolutely incredible. Jen made finding my perfect dress so easy. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the process and was so helpful. She helped me sort through and narrow down without being pushy or overwhelming in any way. When going back for my veil it was like she knew exactly what I was looking for and found it for me immediately. My fittings with Susan were also seamless. She was so easy to work with and my dress fit like a glove. I cannot recommend and thank the girls at Jennifer’s enough!
You must come to Jennifer's! Compared to the 4 other bridal shops I've been to in PA and DE, Jennifer's clearly had the most beautiful and versatile (in price and style) dresses. I was so pleasantly surprised with my options at Jennifer's. The whole store is beautiful and filled with the most stunning dresses. I had a great experience there as well. Amy was the one who helped me try on wedding dresses. She made me, my mom, and my friends feel comfortable and helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding. She also helped me find a beautiful veil to go with it. Overall, I would highly recommend all brides to come here!

It was exactly the experience I was looking for when wedding dress shopping: laid back, stylish, friendly, comfortable, gorgeous options, the latest designs, reasonable prices, expertise, etc. I hate feeling rushed and pressured - so I was thrilled to have the opposite experience when dress shopping. At Jennifer's you get the feeling that everyone who works there loves their job and has a real passion for finding you the perfect dress.
Specifically, I worked with Jen as my consultant and she was incredible!! She had the vision to pick out my dress based on meeting me that very first day and was so sweet to stay in touch with me whenever I needed anything throughout the process. My dress was everything I could possibly have dreamed of and more! I was even able to rent a fur shrug directly from Jennifer's to complete my winter wedding look. Tax free shopping is also an obvious bonus to shopping in Delaware.
Susan was my expert seamstress - I felt immediately comfortable that she had worked with my design before and it fit me like a glove. I am not a local bride so I was especially appreciative how flexible she was with my fittings.
From the beginning of my dress journey to the end, Jennifer's was helpful, lovely and made me feel special. I would recommend them to every bride!!

All three consultants I worked with were beyond nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. AND I found my dream wedding dress! Jennifer's is a beautiful boutique with a mix of classic and fairy-tale inspired dressed. My review will be focusing solely on the sizing of the dresses available at Jennifer's. Their service is quality, the team at Jennifer's is incredible and I truly can't say enough good things about the team and the boutique.
I am 5'9" (though my husband swears I'm 5'8") and at 230 pounds (now 215) I am around a size 16. During my first appointment at Jennifer's, I pulled roughly 8 dresses. I was only able to try on 4. There were a few that I honestly could see myself having fallen in love with, but my only option was to stick my head through the hole between the dress and the hanger to allow the gown to drape over my frame. This was sincerely discouraging. This was also the case with a lot of the boutiques I visited.
I chose my gown, which was the Pronovias Anabel and it was more beautiful than I could have imagined. Seeing everything come together was magical and the first time I saw myself in the mirror, I nearly lost it.
I recommend Jennifer's but I do wish they had larger sample sizes.
I purchased my dress at Jennifer's in April 2018 for my January 2019 wedding. Becca made the appointment so enjoyable for myself and my family! I was concerned because I was a size 16 at the time and was not sure if they would have many dresses that I could really try on - but they did! I only tried on three dresses before I found the one, and it was nothing like what I had intended to buy. Becca realized what I actually wanted before I did! And to make it better - the dress I purchased was 50% off! I bought the floor sample and came very close to my original budget.
This review does not end here - over the months leading up to my wedding, I lost over 40 pounds, putting me at a size 10. I was terrified because the dress was a size 20 - I didn't know if they would be able to take in the dress that much! After some panicked emails, the shop assured me that everything would be okay. I went in for my first fitting and met Susan, their seamstress... SUSAN IS A MIRACLE WORKER. It only took two fittings for her to completely transform my dress and make it fit PERFECTLY. Susan made sure that every detail of my dress was perfect (and there were A LOT of details: lace, appliques, crystals, pearls, all over the dress)! I could not be happier with my experience at Jennifer's and would highly recommend them to anyone who wishes to feel calm and beautiful on their wedding day.
If you would love to belittled and disrespected, highly recommend Jennifer. She's just full of rudeness and making sure you feel like the last priority for the day! Also, make sure to arrive 30 minutes late to your appointment -- as they don't run on time. And they also make several rude comments if your early.
Lastly, if you aren't a size 2 don't go here. You'll be made last priority

I ended up purchasing my dress through a friend, however, Jennifer's Bridal accepted me with open arms to make sure that I had all the final touches to make me feel absolutely stunning. They not only found me the most perfect veil, El in alterations pretty much fit my dress to perfection at the first fitting, so I only needed to make minor hemming decisions at my second fitting. She also chose the best bustle for my dress. Convenient location, super friendly and professional staff, and absolutely STUNNING shop. Would highly recommend.
At first, I had a difficult and frustrating time with my wedding dress search... until I went to Jennifer's. The salon is absolutely gorgeous! The staff was extremely helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. I ended up with a Hayley Paige dress and if you are looking for this designer, Jennifer's is the only place to go! Huge selection of dresses in all different sizes. Alterations were also easy and the dress ended up fitting me like it was made for me :) Thank you Jennifer's for helping me find my dream dress! Jennifer’s Bridal is one of my favorite places in the world. My experience went above and beyond my highest expectations! Amy was seriously amazing. She was so sweet, knowledgeable and helpful. I obviously said yes to the most perfect dress I could ever imagine. I went back to look for bridesmaid dresses because I was having such a hard to figuring out what I wanted and within minutes I knew exactly what I wanted and we walked away with the most perfect dresses picked out! I look toward to going to Jennifer’s any time I get the chance! I would recommend it to any bride looking for dresses or bridesmaid dresses. They are seriously the best of the best!!
