I got married last July at Natirar and Jenny was so amazing to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process. She truly got my vision and took the time to get to know my husband and I and really understand what we wanted, and would make suggestions and connect us to vendors that were the right fit for us (and I was 100% obsessed with all of our vendors!) she truly made it all come to life beyond what I even imagined.
I’m a bit of a procrastinator and Jenny not only kept me in check but also made it fun! Anything unexpected or challenging that came up she handled with ease and on the day of I truly didn’t have a worry in the world because she had everything in place and the day ran so smoothly.
Our dream was to have our outdoor ceremony at Natirar and when we were told we had a 25 min window before the rain would start, our guests were just arriving off the shuttles. Jenny somehow got every single guest seated and the ceremony started in minutes, and we had our perfect ceremony we dreamed of with the rain starting seconds after it ended! Jenny gets it done every time!
I’ll never be able to thank her enough for making the wedding planning process so seamless and I genuinely loved working with her. Shes truly an expert in her field and really helped us pull off our dream wedding. Endless thanks and appreciation for Jenny & her team!!

As our wedding planner, Jenny worked with my husband and I from start to finish. She even made herself available to answer my father and family’s questions through email, phone calls, and texts. This made the experience beyond belief easier on my husband and I as both of us come from large families and work full time. Jenny also kept us on track for all timelines)

Jenny is awesome! For starters, my mom and I during the wedding planning process were very type A. I had a vision in my head but wasn’t sure how to fully execute it or where to start. We reached out to Jenny for her help in making my wedding day vision a reality. We spoke with Jenny early on, and she gave us a whole list of vendors to reach out to. The recommendations she gave us did NOT disappoint, they were all so phenomenal and reliable. Throughout the entire process, Jenny helped calm our nerves (we had a lot) and reassure us. She came with us to all of our details meetings, walked through our venue with us, coordinated all of our rentals, and put together a gorgeous sample tablescape with the florist. Day of she worked her magic and took so much stress off of us. She made sure that all our vendors were doing what they were instructed and if there were any issues with a vendor or guest she handled it right away. I couldn’t picture the day without Jenny and her team, I owe that I was so relaxed and happy to them! My whole family was able to enjoy themselves because we knew she had it all under control. Not to mention I was stunned at how her team pulled everything together - we got so many compliments on all the little details Jenny secured for us (linens, chargers, gold rimmed glasses, napkins). I consider myself a lazy perfectionist- very much procrastinated because the thought of doing even a minor task felt like climbing a mountain since I wanted it to be “perfect” for such a momentous day- so I’d put it off. I needed someone who kindly pushed me in ways I needed (but not uncomfortably) but also brought the level of experience and nuance that I didn’t have going into the planning process- which for me being mildly Type A was so great to have in Jenny and her team! We got married at a venue that isn’t really known for weddings so I had to lean on her hard. She took the reigns when I needed her to but also very much wanted to make my vision come to life and make it personal which was so important to us. We also were a Covid wedding and it pushed us back a year- rescheduling was not fun, emotionally and otherwise, it was new to literally everyone but I can honestly say it was as close to a breeze it could have been with her. I used her as a partial planner, but on many occasions she stepped in and worked with me longer than she signed up for, and she never batted an eye, which I very much appreciated. Plus she’s super funny and lighthearted which is always great when things can get overwhelming! She found there were some things I stepped back on because I was overwhelmed and she took it all in stride and would take that task over. I would absolutely book her again. She really cared about us and took the time to get to know us. Her roster of references are fantastic and I always felt comfortable in her hands- and more importantly- the day went by wildly smoothly to the point people in the wedding and vendors would come up to me and say this was one of the most relaxed and enjoyable weddings they had been a part of. Jenny is truly amazing and made our day so perfect and beautiful, I am SO excited and lucky we were able to work with her!
Where do I even begin....Jenny Orsini is the best Planner in the business. Not only is she a phenomenal wedding planner, and turned my wedding dreams into a reality, but also, she is an even more phenomenal person and will make the experience special. Planning a wedding once is hard, having to move it due to a global pandemic, is a whole other ball game. Jenny was supportive, encouraging, and exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process. She took on extra work and burdens to relieve the stress from myself and my wedding party. She was kind and personable, and with us, every single step of the way. And let me tell you, it was worth the wait. My wedding was executed flawlessly, all thanks to Jenny and her excellent team. She turned my vision into reality and made it the best day of my life. Jenny was 100000% the reason why my wedding was SO perfect and I cannot say enough amazing things about her and her team! Not only is she an incredibly talented wedding planner, but she is also so kind, genuine, and kept me sane throughout the entire wedding planning process. Jenny kept me on track with deadlines, coordinated with all of my vendors, and worked with me endlessly on creating all the little details that made my wedding so beautiful (floral arrangements, signage, chargers, linens, neon sign, music, cigar bar, EVERYTHING...). I was such an indecisive bride, but Jenny was so patient and creative in helping my vision come to life. She was so organized, prepared, and I literally did not have to stress about a thing because I knew that she had it all covered - I truly cannot emphasize how fabulous she was!

What can I say about Jenny? She is the REAL DEAL! 100% Professional, 100% Prepared. She came recommended by our venue Park Chateau and we are so so so happy that we picked her. It was important that our wedding planner understand the LGBTQ experience and the ways in which our wedding would be both similar and different to a hetero wedding. She got what it meant for us, as women, and she understood what we were looking for. If you're thinking about hiring her- do it! She's worth every penny. My bride and I didn't lift a finger for our wedding- she handled everything!
Jenny knows people - every single one of her vendors was flawless! She also got us featured in a 3 page spread in NJ Bride Magazine! She's so creative- Jenny came up with the cutest custom details for our nuptials - my favorites were the cocktail napkins with quotes that we liked (a little thing but I loved it) and the dance floor wrap but there were so many more!
Since our wedding took place during COVID-19 there was ENDLESS changes to the plan and Jenny had to pivot at the last minute on many things. It didn't fluster Jenny at all. She is truly 100% professional and exceptional at her business! I would hire her in the future for any event for my family!

I booked Jenny Orsini Events for my wedding coordination after reading several reviews that I couldn't overlook! I spoke with several wedding planners and coordinators and well, there was just "Something About Jenny"! She is REAL. Us brides have these fairy tale dreams and want it all. Jenny will tell you how to have all that you want, on a budget, while never compromising quality! She will also tell you if you're pretty much losing your mind which is what every bride needs in a partner. I felt like she was truly doing what was best for me and she genuinely was. She recommended the best floral design vendor and I partnered with her immediately! Jenny also had us partner with an amazing member of her team, Melissa! Melissa was extremely detail oriented, kept everything on schedule even when we experienced an elderly family member delay, and truly served as someone on I can rely on. LADIES! I promise, we will forget the little details that only these ladies can stay on top of and their creativity and organization is unmatched. They allowed me to live my fairy tale and I will forever be grateful for this 5-star team.
I was a Type-A Perfectionist Bride who had every detail handled…and really wanted the last two weeks leading up to, and day of my wedding to be the time I could finally just relax. Jenny and Melissa were my power duo.
I spoke with 4-5 local bridal services companies, and immediately JOE stuck out to me. Every vendor knows what to say to cover enhanced day-off services. Jenny did not just have the pitch handled, she had a personable air about her that had me know, “yes this is the kind of person I want around me in the face of my 250 crazy Greek relatives.” Melissa created our day-of timeline for us, and had it to all of our vendors, which made our lives so much easier and made wrangling our 13-person bridal party a breeze.
What really stood out to me though, were Jenny’s and Melissa’s unconditional willingness to do whatever they needed to for my wedding to feel perfect. Taking items to the venue for us after the rehearsal dinner, handling the dispersal of tips to our vendors at the end of the night—and most importantly for my particular wedding—being willing to be stern with family members who may have wanted too much of the limelight or insisted on getting us off of our timeline.
The day went so smoothly, I didn’t just make it to my cocktail hour, I actually got to dig into the food and relax with my new husband for nearly the whole hour. Jenny and Melissa, you were vital parts of my big day and I will always remember how amazing it was to work with you both. I cannot more highly recommend JOE.
Jenny was the absolute PERFECT wedding planner and we couldn't recommend her highly enough. When we got engaged and knew we were planning a cross country wedding from California, the first thing my fiance and I did was interview multiple wedding planners. When we met Jenny in person, she had clearly done her homework and came prepared with a picture of a venue for us based on what I described I was looking for over the phone. The minute we saw the place we knew Jenny was a great listener and understood exactly what we wanted and we hired her for full service planning. Of all of the many positives I could rave about in terms of working with Jenny, I think the #1 thing that made the difference is her vendor recommendations, starting with that perfect venue that we ultimately chose. Every single vendor she brought to us was top notch, coordinated well with the others, and made our wedding day a complete dream from start to finish. We didn't have to stress or lift a finger one time. Living so far away I needed to completely trust Jenny to handle many of the small details, and she didn't drop the ball on a single one for our big day. For over a year and a half she was there constantly offering me open and honest advice and feedback and I couldn't find a flaw in the actual day of our wedding if I tried! Jenny is extremely detail oriented and her design skills are truly special. As someone lacking a design eye, I turned over the reins and trusted Jenny and her team to create the ceremony and reception I had always envisioned, and she OVER delivered. Jenny is superwoman. Plain and simple. She planned and executed my dream wedding from start to finish. She came with me to all of my appointments to ensure my vision was not only met - but exceeded. And through this process she truly became a friend.
I knew Jenny was a perfect fit from our first meeting. She arrived early and very organized. She was able to articulate exactly what I envisioned and had all the right contacts to ensure my needs were met. So much so that she was hired by my mother to plan my dream bridal shower! Fully equipped with a rose champagne bar, pastel balloon wall, English garden themed table scape and dessert table with the most beautiful linens, charger plates and menus. Jenny is all about the details. And she is damn good at it!
My wedding was spectacular. Live strings for guest arrival and ceremony. An 8 piece band and DJ for reception. The most stunning orchid trees with hanging candles. And don’t get me started on the custom linens, charger plates and rose gold foil menus. Jenny only works with the best vendors and it shows. She arrived with her team to my venue hours before I did and they hustled from the start to ensure nothing less than perfection. And they make it look so easy because they are all true professionals.

I rarely write reviews, however, the level of service was so amazing that I felt compelled. We met Jenny on a cold December evening, in hopes of finding a wedding planner we felt could live up to our expectations and help create our wedding vision. Her enthusiasm, energy, knowledge and professionalism led us to hire her immediately. She understood our vision and our needs and we both felt confident as she walked out the door that evening that she would be able to execute on our vision. We were most definitely not disappointed!! From the beginning she provided recommendations and options for our officiant, photographer, floral designer, DJ, makeup and hair….and just about everything else. She kept us on our timeline and on budget. Jenny was the interface with our maître d and was quick to provide alternatives and solutions. We were never worried and, while any bride and groom has some nerves on their wedding day, our day was fun and very low stress because we knew Jenny was at the helm. We could never have come close to creating or executing the perfect day that Jenny did and did so in such a friendly, understanding and professional manner. Somehow, five starts does not seem sufficient for helping us create such a beautiful day filled with a lifetime of lasting memories.
Jenny was wonderful to work with! She was VERY organized. She kept track of our financial expenses and worked to keep us within our set budget. She was quick to respond to our emails and text messages, which helped the planning process run smoothly and stress-free. :) Jenny helped us make quick changes when needed and kept in close contact with all of our vendors until the wedding day. She made detailed outlines/timelines of our wedding day and sent them to our bridal party in advance. This helped everyone stay on the same page and made our wedding day more peaceful! She is very funny and was there for us from beginning to end. :) We have very special memories with Jenny and are lucky to have had her add some humor to wedding planning.

Jenny and her team are absolutely fantastic to work with. She made it very clear from the start that she will be our right hand man for the rehearsal and day of the wedding, which was definitely true. I loved my experience with Jenny Orsini Events. My mom and I were nervous about planning a NJ wedding on our own amidst our busy schedules, and a wedding planner was the perfect solution. Jenny helped to ease our fears and calm my nerves every step of the way. She was always willing to lend an ear whenever I was panicked or confused about vendors or decisions to be made. She was always there to give suggestions and advice about every aspect ... from linens, to invitations, to decor, to vendors, etc. Jenny is extremely responsive and attentive and she gives you her undivided attention no matter how busy her schedule may be. I had the full-service package, and Jenny was always there for me and would respond to my text messages morning, noon, and night. Even though I was always trying to cut corners on the budget, Jenny was able to find ways to help me save on areas and spend on others so that my wedding was beyond beautiful and elegant. The table design she created along with the centerpieces by A Touch of Elegance were beautiful and the linens, menu cards, and Chivari chairs made all the difference. On the wedding day, Jenny and her staff were amazing and kept everyone calm and the day on track, so that everything was perfect and ran smoothly. Everyone says to expect that there will always be something, no matter how small, that will undoubtedly go wrong at your wedding, but I honestly cannot think of a single thing that didn't go exactly as I had hoped. The day was perfect! Highly recommend! Jenny is the best!

Jenny was a major asset to our wedding. Her experience was so helpful when it came to any questions we had and she always had a smile on her face. Jenny was a huge help along the way - securing us our amazing makeup vendor at 7am on a Sunday morning three months before the wedding, helping with last minute decor details, and leading our families and bridal party successfully through a monsoon into the church and onto an unforgettable evening. You won't be disappointed, she is the best! Thank you again!!!

Where to begin? Jenny is professional, responsive, calming, funny and dedicated to making each of her weddings beautiful. From the moment I initially contacted her to discuss her services to after the wedding was over, she was responsive and always willing to provide advice. While we loved our venue, we were a little worried about its underwhelming decor and Jenny and the florist/event designer that she recommended helped to transform it into something classy and gorgeous. The moment I glimpsed our exquisitely decorated candlelit ceremony and heard the string trio (that she recommended) playing, I broke into tears. She's that good!
Practically speaking, Jenny is very conscious about staying within budget and never recommended anything beyond it - she can truly make anything beautiful within your means. Jenny also acted as a liaison between us and some of our vendors when things became a little stressful and was able to troubleshoot and resolve some issues as they arose an invaluable asset. As if all that isn't enough, her personality is absolutely hysterical and several of our guests who interacted with her still ask about her months later.
If you are questioning hiring a wedding planner - don't! We couldn't recommend Jenny more highly.
Melissa from Jenny Orsini Events Inc. was super helpful as our day-of coordinator! She was able to handle a lot of the hiccups that came up on the wedding day, which allowed the whole day to move along flawlessly. Melissa made the wedding day easy and I will definitely be recommending her to our friends.
