I have hired Jess Mattingly for all 3 of my daughter’s weddings, one of which was her first wedding ever!! She is professional, timely and very dependable. She and her staff think of everything to the smallest detail. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, do it! It makes the day of the wedding so enjoyable not having to worry about anything but being present for your daughter♥️

We had heard about JDWC from family friends who had used this team and loved them! We had Megan as our day of coordinator and there are not enough words to be able to describe just how helpful and amazing she was! She was so organized and she always thought of the little details that you just don't have time to think about. She went above and beyond for us and was there all day Saturday to make sure things ran smoothly. Megan was someone you could absolutely trust that the day will run smoothly. She is so organized, efficient, and a dream to work with. We feel so blessed that Megan helped us with our special day and she deserves all the praise & credit for the outstanding work that she did! I could not recommend using JDWC more! As a bride that wasn't super invested in the small details because it would stress me out, Megan came along and helped me figure out literally every detail from start to finish! Our wedding/day-of coordinator Megan was amazing. She went above and beyond our expectations and was 100% worth the cost of the service. I cannot imagine having to manage all of the vendors that are required for a larger wedding - she was a lifesaver! The confidence I had on the day of our wedding that everything was taken care of and everything was where it needed to be was worth it’s weight in gold. Through carefully planned check-ins, they helped me keep track of every detail from the thoroughly mapped out day-of timeline, to the list detailing each item that I needed to prepare or check off my to-do list for the big day. I interviewed several wedding coordinators to see who I would get along with best and who offered the types of services I was looking for. Jessica focuses specifically on the day of coordination, which I knew would be a must for me because I wanted to enjoy the day stress free and focus on my friends, family, and husband on the day of the wedding. Jessica was by far the coordinator who was the friendliest and who I trusted to make sure my wedding was flawless. I was planning a wedding on a shorter (5 month) timeline, flying in a photography team from California, getting my wedding dress delivered from a boutique in D.C., shipping in fine China from Virginia to give you a sense of how intricate all of the details were. My husband and I also had friends and family coming in from 17 different states (all while juggling unknowing COVID logistics), so we wanted to give our guests the best experience possible. Jessica was extremely detail oriented and acted as a human checklist for me to make sure all areas of my wedding were executed perfectly. She even acted as a pseudo wedding therapist when wedding stress was high and I was trying to juggle overly opinionated family members (thanks Jess!). I can confidently say if you want to throw a stunning and stress free wedding in the Indianapolis area, Jessica is the wedding coordinator for you. Kendra was absolutely fabulous and made our wedding day flow seamlessly! The preparation process was so helpful; she thought of so many components of a wedding that we would not have thought of and for that we are so grateful. She also answered so many of my questions and provided her own suggestions/insights along the way. Kendra was very professional, timely in responding, and flexible with our schedules when it came to booking the planning sessions. On the wedding day, she made sure my husband and I felt comfortable and had everything we needed. She also was so helpful at the end of the night with the tear down of the event and helped us bring gifts, cards, décor etc. to the car to take home. Natasha was AMAZING and extremely helpful, I genuinely don't know what I would've done without her! She was very thorough, very sweet, helpful, and gave great advice when we needed it! Jessica was a huge asset in making sure our wedding day ran smoothly! She helped cover areas I wouldn't have thought of, gave suggestions on vendors, and created a well thought out timeline. Our venue had a unique layout and I can't imagine planning it without her help. She was always timely in her responses and supportive throughout the whole process. As a Mother of the Bride who had planned a wedding before, I wasn't sure we needed to hire somebody. Boy, was I wrong. Jessica is a dream to work with and thought of so many things that I would have totally forgotten. She made sure every little detail was seen to and allowed me to totally enjoy the day without having to worry about a vendor showing up or a detail being forgotten. We used her as a Day Of Planner, but that actually means she helped out starting several months before the wedding by going over lists, making suggestions, creating a timeline and following up with all of the vendors to insure we were all on the same page. If you aren't sure about the details, I'm certain Jessica would be equally as wonderful to help with those items, as well. I cannot say enough positive things about her and her company. If in doubt, don't be. Just make the call and let her and her team take the stress out of wedding planning. She is truly exceptional!

Jess is AMAZING. Hiring Jess as my wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. Jess is organized, attentive, and truly passionate with what she does. Jess brought so many details to my attention that I would have never thought of. Her timelines kept us on track and she was always readily available with any questions I had. She coordinated our vendors with ease which truly allowed us to relax and enjoy our big day. One of the things I personally appreciated most was how flexible and understanding she was when I had work conflicts that would come up and interfere with our meeting times. She was adaptable and never made me feel bad for rescheduling. We are SO happy with our decision to hire Jess as our wedding coordinator!!

We did not plan to hire a wedding coordinator originally, but a few months in decided we needed the help and to make the investment to work with Jessica. I am so happy we did, it was the best decision we made. From the beginning, Jessica helped me think through all of the details that I was completely unaware of. One of her first projects with me was putting together a rough timeline and that was extremely helpful as we started working with other vendors and planning out more concrete details. She is patient, kind, very responsive, and a joy to work with. She also was key to our rehearsal and the perfect timing of the ceremony processional including organizing our three sweet flower girls. I would recommend her time and time again to anyone planning a wedding.

Within a month of our wedding date, my wife and I had to change our plans from a venue wedding to a much smaller backyard wedding due to local COVID mandates. As we figured out how we might reimagine and replan our entire wedding in just over three weeks, we quickly called Jessica Dum on the recommendation of a close friend. Jessica immediately responded that she had time for us and from there we knew we had found someone and a company who was supportive, organized and thorough and could both offer valuable suggestions based on experience in the days leading up to the wedding and then execute it seamlessly on the day of the event. And while Jessica handed the day-of coordination to her teammate, Megan, we felt fully supported by both Jessica and Megan throughout our experience. From our initial conversation, through a couple of detailed planning calls, and through the day of the event, Jessica and Megan worked to understand our vision, offered clear communication, followed through on commitments, connected us to other vendors (and then kept constant communication with them), and in general put our minds at ease that they had things under control. A backyard wedding was not what my wife and I first imagined when we started wedding planning, but the support, attention to detail, and ability to execute a plan (while at times adjusting on the fly) from JDWC helped us create the wedding day that my wife and I had always dreamed of - intimate, fun, personalized, and full of love. We can't recommend Jessica Dum Wedding Coordination enough!

I would give Jessica Dum and her team a hundred stars if I could. Kendra was absolutely amazing - she tackled everything top to bottom! I didn't have to worry about getting anything to the reception site, because Kendra took it down for me. We didn't have to worry about remembering to pack up gifts at the end of the night, because Kendra packed them up for us. We didn't have to worry about making sure the menu cards were at every setting, because Kendra had it all handled! When I look back on our wedding day, I remember getting to take it all in because I wasn't worried about the small (or the big!) stuff. Don't even question this decision - hire JDWC to make your day run smoothly!

I don’t even know where to begin - Brittany was truly the BEST decision and a total dream to work with. From our very first meeting in February 2020, my mom and I knew she was a perfect fit for us. She is so incredibly efficient, organized, upbeat and fun to be with. When COVID hit and quarantine started, we continued planning for our August wedding but also began discussing contingency plans as a family and consulting with Brittany. From every email, text, phone call and FaceTime call, Brittany empathized with our anxiety, frustrations, and feelings of uncertainty. She supported our desire to get married on 8/8, even if that meant something very different than we had planned. She helped us come up with contingency plans based on what was important to us and the state's ever-changing limitations, which offered more predictability for us while keeping our primary concern, our family and friend’s health and safety, top of mind. She was an absolute pro in communicating our changes with all of our vendors and making it so easy on us. After pivoting and pivoting and pivoting again, we had truly the most magical and dreamy wedding day I could have ever imagined with a small group of our closest friends and family. There were moving pieces all the way up to the day of and Brittany was a champ - she rolled with it and kept it fun and light-hearted for us. We are SO darn thankful we met Brittany and will refer everyone we know to her and JDWC. xx

My husband and I were lucky enough to work with Kendra from the JDWC team on our wedding day! Kendra was absolutely amazing and helped us feel very at ease on the wedding day! We had a few appointments with Kendra leading up to our big day and she brought up wonderful ideas and brought up things we hadn’t even thought of! We had a lot of personal items we wanted to incorporate for the wedding and she picked them all up from us, transported them to the reception and made our vision come to life! I simply can’t imagine not having her as our day of coordinator! She went above and beyond for us, the day before the wedding I called her at 8 am with the timeline change and she immediately communicated it to all of our vendors and called me back once it was all confirmed! On the best day of our lives it was so nice knowing that Kendra would handle Any mishaps that came up or simply make sure the timeline went according to the plan we had made! I HIGHLY recommend working with the Jess Dum wedding group!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with JDWC! My fiance and I were very hesitant about getting a coordinator. With all of the wedding expenses, we were asking ourselves if we really needed to spend money on this. Believe me when I say it was worth EVERY penny and the best money we spent! Jessica's service was priceless. If you know me, i'm a very high anxiety person. The day of the wedding i had 0 stress or anxiety. That is only because i knew Jessica was in control. She helped me with our first initial meeting with things i needed to think about for the wedding that i never knew existed. She was always available for questions throughout the process. She never once persuaded me either way or made me feel pressure to do one thing over the other. She was so laid back and wanted this to be my wedding experience and was there as my backbone. The day of the wedding nothing went wrong, and if it did, i still to this day know nothing about it. I was hesitant to pay for a wedding planner, and at the end it was the best money spent. As mother of the bride hiring Brittany Disalvo as our day of coordinator was the best money we spent on our daughter’s wedding. Brittany was amazing , taking care of every detail and allowing us to simply show up and enjoy the day , our family and our guests. When we arrived at the venue everything was ready and just as Beth had envisioned it. Brittany is a joy to work with ,super organized and ready to handle anything that comes up! When a strong wind whipped Beth’s cathedral length veil off her head as she started down the aisle Brittany chased it down and slipped it back on like it was an every day occurrence. My goal of hiring a day of coordinator was to be a guest at my own wedding, and Jess allowed that to happen! She was an amazing day of coordinator! Let me preface this by saying that I, myself, am an event planner. My husband and I are capable of planning events, and even enjoy doing it. So, "Why??", you ask, did we get a wedding planner? Well, let me ask you: do you want to enjoy your wedding? Or do you want to be running around making sure the DJ cues your dad to the dance floor in between mingling with the most special people in your life? Your wedding will already go SO quickly - don't waste it by attending to the small details. Jessica was AWESOME. I'm a laid-back bride and I appreciated her relaxation, yet incredible attention to detail, during the planning process. We met for coffee twice and communicated via email in between. She brought up questions I hadn't even thought of, created the agendas, communicated with vendors, chimed in when we needed advice and made our wedding perfect. She's the kind of wedding planner that will make sure you eat at your own wedding (so you don't pass out), will snag you for that perfect sunset shot, and keep the event running smoothly while you enjoy the best night ever. She's amazing, kind, efficient, professional, and fun. Definitely recommend!

Jessica Dum Mattingly was EVERYTHING I needed on the day-of and everything leading up to our wedding day! I would highly suggest having Jessica be your day-of coordinator for any wedding! Jessica was very passionate about making sure everything was taken off my plate on the big day. Starting from the first meeting, Jessica always reassured me that anything I was stressed about was going to be taken care of. Her detailed notes that she sent weekly really helped not only the bride but other family members and vendors significantly! After working in events for about 4 years myself, I understood how stressful day-of-events can get. (I totally believe in Murphy's Law) Knowing this is why I needed Jessica by my side and why I had no stress on the day of my wedding. Jessica was in contact with all of my vendors weeks leading up and organized their entire day, which is the biggest weight to take off of any bride's shoulders. Not only was Jessica helpful and organized but she was also such a positive and calming person to be around. As any Bride will know, your wedding day no matter how big or small is a little chaotic. Chaotic in the sense of everyone wanting to hug and kiss and say hi to you. Whenever Jessica was around she was very calm which made things much more enjoyable for me and my groom. Our day would not have been as enjoyable if it wasn't for Jessica Dum Mattingly. I would suggest anyone to use her 100000000000000 times. She's amazing!

My sister-in-law had Jessica coordinate her wedding a few years ago and told us we HAD to have them for our wedding. We were able to book Kendra for both the rehearsal and day-of, and that was probably the best decision we made while planning. During all of our consults, Kendra would walk me and my husband through our timelines and make sure we checked every box. She was so thorough and helped us plan our day down to the fine details. When it came to our wedding weekend, it could not have gone more smoothly. I felt like the vision I had for the reception came directly to life. I had ZERO worries the entire day and even received complements from the bridal party on how easy and carefree the day was! I owe so much of that to Kendra’s top notch organizational skills. Hiring a coordinator was worth every penny!

Hiring a JDWC coordinator for our wedding day was a great decision!! Brittany helped us think through all of our last minute details and how we would execute them. She made me feel very comfortable and I knew by the end of the planning process we had not forgotten anything :) Brittany added such value to our wedding day and provided a sense of calmness and ease! Jessica is a dream to work with. My daughter had a complicated wedding with the evening’s events happening at several locations within the venue. Jessica was on top of it all and managed everything with perfection!

Jessica is truly the best at her job. As a very type A person myself who loves to plan and organize, I wasn't sure if I needed a day-of coordinator or not, but I am SO glad I had Jessica on our wedding day. She is very thoughtful and organized and everything went perfectly during our wedding thanks to her. There were so many little things that came up that Jessica handled so that my family and I could just enjoy the day. We thought we could plan a wedding by ourselves, little did we know there is so much work that goes into a wedding! From the first meeting with Jessica my Mom and I felt at ease. We had no idea how to make the timeline for day of, let alone needing someone to execute it! Day of our wedding (February 2018) Jess was amazing! She was attentive to every detail, from when vendors got there to getting our things into the limo before the exit. We do not have enough good things to say about Jess and her company! Booking Jessica Dum Wedding Coordination was one of the best decisions my husband and I made during wedding planning! Originally, we were not planning on booking any sort of wedding planner because our venue had a designated wedding coordinator. However, a friend recommended Jessica and we are so glad that we reached out to her! Jess is organized and efficient and has such a great personality! During our meetings prior to the wedding, every detail of the day from timeline and vendor coordination to venue setup and our sparkler exit was covered. On our wedding day, my husband and I did not have to worry about a single thing. It was such a relief to know that someone was overseeing the details and that our families could enjoy themselves and not worry about setting up or tearing down. We worked with Brittany. She was absolutely wonderful!! Truly helped me keep my sanity the day of. We had a few meetings prior to ensure that I wasn't forgetting anything in the planning process. We had some last minute issues with one of our vendors and Brittany was on top of it. It was definitely worth having a coordinator who worked for me and helped to create what I envisioned on our wedding day.
