Jessica was amazing!! She captured our wedding day perfectly. She was flexible with timing, went with the flow and got over 1000 pictures! There was zero stress! She also made a video for us which we love even more than all of the pictures.

Jessica did an amazing job with our wedding - We got in all the photos we knew we wanted but even better than that, she captured more moments/details then anyone could plan for. She made every photo really show our personalities and the details of the wedding that made it ours. She met with us beforehand to check out the space and get to know us a bit, and I think that made a huge difference. 100% recommend Jessica!

Jessica was so easy to work with - esp if you have kids in your wedding party! She is also so knowledgeable regarding the Deep Creek area which I really appreciated since I was coming from out of town. She always answered all my questions promptly and didn't mind that I emailed her non-stop. Everyone in my wedding party raved about her on our wedding day and then again when they saw the pictures she took!

The best decision I could have made for my wedding was hiring Jessica Fike as a photographer! I was in a wedding prior that she was a photographer for and seeing how organized and easy and strategic she was to work with is what convinced me! She makes you feel so comfortable and helps teach to how to pose and smile and look so natural! She keeps you on schedule throughout your day and captures so much emotion in her photos. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her and her work, she is worth every penny plus more! I have got more compliments on my pictures than I every imagined!

Jessica Fike is an amazing photographer in the Deep Creek Area!!! We instantly clicked and knew she was the right fit for us! She took our engagement shoot and listened to our vision of how/where/what we wanted our pictures to look like. Jessica and her team did an AMAZING job with our engagement session, wedding photos, & video. Other than a few family photo requests, I was very hands off on direction - I trusted JFP to do their thing. We had the best experience working with Jessica, Carole, & Christine. Our photos and videos recently came back and they are stunning! The video and photos compliment each other so nicely. Hire Jessica! You won’t regret it. Seriously, when I started the wedding planning process one of the most consistent pieces of advice I received and read was to hire your favorite photographer, not the cheapest or the first one you found. From the first time I saw her site Jessica was my favorite and I can’t tell you how glad I am I headed the advice. Jessica made the process smooth and fun both before and the day of the wedding and my pictures are AMAZING! So much so that both a cowork and my sister have inquired with Jessica even though their weddings would both be out of state for her! To start I loved Jessica’s style and her easy going attitude. We decided to do our engagement shoot with a rather unusual (and large) prop and Jessica was completely open to it. She embraced something new and different and we got fantastic pictures out of it. We also had a lot of fun, which was unexpected as we are neither one particularly photogenic people so I thought it would be pretty stressful. Jessica guided us through everything and yet the pictures look like no one was guiding us at all, which is impressive! During the planning process Jessica was also a resource in a lot of unexpected ways. When I had questions about photography items she was always on hand to answer them, but she went out of her way to connect me with my florist, hair stylist and calligrapher. Working with Jessica was kind of like having a rolodex of fantastic vendors all in one. She even helped me with ideas for program signs instead of paper and pointed me toward Abby who made those and our guest canvas a reality. The day of the wedding Jessica arrived and was so knowledgeable and experienced that she was able to take charge of the scene and get amazing shots without interrupting any of the activity going on. She was both everywhere and sometimes invisible at the same time. I honestly have no idea how she did it. She even helped out with things like passing our gifts to each other between the rooms where we were getting ready. When it came time for the photos Jessica and her second shooter (her mom for us!) were efficient and easy to work with. No small feat when working with kids and teenagers! They captured amazing pictures but worked quickly so that we could spend as much time as possible enjoying our day and our guests. She also really paid attention and accommodated our requests like making sure to balance getting some sunset shots with our desire to be at our cocktail hour to see our friends and family. I was really impressed. And all of that leads to the most important part of all, the pictures! I can’t even narrow my favorites down to 50 because they are all so great. It was important to get a few good formal shots of course, but where Jessica really amazes is her ability to get all the moments that you remember when you look back. I smile just seeing them and remembering the shared smiles as I walked down the aisle, why my sister was laughing or the look on my groom’s face when he turned around at our first look. I will treasure the pictures and memories forever and if I was starting the planning process again today there is no one other than Jessica I would trust to capture it!

You should book with Jessica Fike to do your wedding photography. Her pictures were lively and bright, she knew how to set us up in all the best poses, and her energetic personality was a lovely addition to our experience. She is a gem and will give you wonderful wedding pictures! -Tricia & Joe

Working with Jessica put me at ease for my July 9th, 2016 wedding. From the first time I spoke with her over the phone I felt completely at ease with my decision to have her shoot our wedding! She was more like a friend than just our photographer. How she treated us made me feel like the most special woman in the world. We got the sweetest little notes from her about how excited she was for our wedding and afterward an adorable package (with champagne gummies!). Jessica is also incredibly prompt, we had a picture sent to use the day after our wedding because she had started working on our sneak peak. My heart melted. When we got settled into our honeymoon, I had checked my email just to see if our full sneak peak was in... I was honestly tearing up looking at the 25 pictures. Jessica's ability to capture emotion in her photographs is incredible! I'm so happy that I got to be her first sunshine filled, mountain top ceremony! I look forward to sharing these pictures for many years to come!

Planning a wedding can be stressful at times! As I’m sure most brides do, I questioned decisions I made throughout the whole planning process. One decision that I never loss sleep over or stressed about was our wedding photography because I knew that I had Jessica Fike on my team! From the first email I sent, Jessica has been a pleasure to work with. Her enthusiasm and passion is contagious and her detailed and timely responses make her any bride’s dream photographer to work with. We did engagement and wedding photos. I recommend doing both! The engagement photos allowed us to get comfortable in front of the camera! I was initially worried about poses and backdrops, but Jessica took care of all of that and made us feel relaxed and enjoy the session. She also provided valuable input on figuring out the timeline for our wedding day! We decided to do the “First Look” which I would also recommend. Jessica and her second shooter were flexible and accommodating, taking beautiful photos in multiple locations- Mt. Washington, along the river, in the lighted tunnel under the convention center and on the 9th street bridge. During the ceremony and reception she helped us stay on track and perfectly captured everything from saying “I do” to organizing a group shot on the dance floor from the balcony! We left for our honeymoon on Monday morning and were thrilled to see that Jessica had sent us a sneak peek with a handful of photos that we looked through while we waited for our flight! She quickly turned around our entire wedding gallery and we were able to include the group photo on the front of our thank you cards which all of our guests raved about! I look forward to working with Jessica again in the future and hope that you have the opportunity to work with her on your big day too!

Jessica did both our engagement and wedding pictures. She was wonderful and so passionate about photography. She took our big day very seriously, and we loved all of our photos! For our engagement session, she even let us include our little beagle in some of the pictures, and those are some of our favorite from that session! For your wedding day, Jessica will ask detailed questions about how you want everything to go, and when to start and end. I would suggest just giving her a call or meeting with her rather than typing it all out. It might be easier to work out details that way! She wants things to flow exactly as you imagined. Jessica even sent us fun packages with thank you notes and chocolates. It was really a special experience and we are very proud of the work she did!

I was in "aw" of Jessica’s work! She captured our day and shared her talents with us and our guests! The pictures were everything I could have dreamed of and more! We love all of them. Jessica was absolutely amazing throughout the wedding process for us! We initially got engagement photos through a friend, but opted for a second session with Jessica, and were not disappointed. It was great to get to know her ahead of time, and practice modeling for the camera. Jessica was extremely professional, and responded to all emails very quickly. She made us feel at ease, and has a great eye for shots, lighting, and pretty backdrops. The day of the wedding Jessica brought along a second shooter, and they were both great to work with. Jessica and her assistant were an absolute dream team! My husband and I were not into an engagement photo session or many portraits and she totally took that and ran with it! She photographed our rehearsal dinner and captured some of the most beautiful photos I've ever seen of my family. On top of her talent, she's one of the sweetest people I've ever met--- and pulled this all off while being 4 months pregnant. Hire her now before someone else scoops her up!
