They messed up a number of attendees reservations and what was described is not what was delivered.

Won't be using Brian again and may never use a travel agent again after this experience. Typically I would have planned the trip myself but we decided to have 2 stops on our honeymoon in Mexico City and Tulum, and I didn't want to plan our honeymoon while also planning the wedding. We reached out to Brian before flights were available and talked to him about the trip. He was supposed to reach out once flights were available, but I had to contact him a couple weeks after I noticed that flights were available. He made a nice itinerary with hotels and flights, however we had to go back and forth a bit with the time frame because he had the dates wrong. He gave us a quote and we confirmed that he could book it, but we ended up having to pay more than the quote because he couldn't use some website that he typically uses to book an itinerary all in one (was about $400 more). In our original itinerary he was supposed to book transportation from the airports to the hotels. Several weeks before the wedding I reached out to him to ask the best way to take our travel documents with us and anything he suggests bringing to Mexico. A week before the wedding he sent the travel documents and let me know that he hadn't yet booked the transportation to and from the airports (which is really important because the nearest airport to Tulum is in Cancun, 2 hours away). He said that he "dropped the ball" but could still take care of it. I asked him to book it, however the Tuesday the same week of our wedding (we got married on a Friday) he still hadn't booked the transportation. So we told him not to book transportation and we would take care of it. I was fairly calm about the situation but this is not the kind of thing you want to hear, days before your wedding, especially when you leave for the honeymoon 2 days after the wedding. Fast forward to when we were in Mexico City, we get a call from the receptionist telling us taxi driver that would take us to the airport had called to tell us the pick up time. So turns out he did book transportation in Mexico City but clearly had no clue that he had done that. We had also told him some sites we wanted to visit and he said we would take care of this piece of the itinerary later, however never did. One hotel he picked was phenomenal and the other was awful. The hotel in Mexico City, the Historico Central, had complementary breakfast and water (which is super important in Mexico), and the staff was incredibly courteous. The hotel he picked in Tulum, the Azulik, was awful. When we booked our trip, a little less than a year before the wedding, Brian told us that we should book quickly because this hotel was very popular and there were only a couple rooms left. So I didn't look into the hotel very much, and I wish I had, because it gets awful reviews, is very expensive, and is nonrefundable. We weren't able to sleep at the hotel because there was music playing that was incredibly loud, and the staff did nothing to improve our stay. It also seemed there were a number of empty rooms at the hotel. Brian might be fine for booking a trip with just one destination, but I definitely wouldn't use him if you are looking to go to more than one location.

Brian was a great guy to work with and set up our honeymoon at an awesome place in Punta Cana. I would definitely recommend using JetSetPilot Travel.

Brian did an amazing job helping us with our Honeymoon. He walked us through every step before we went and everything went smoothly. He also lined up our trip perfectly for us so we were not too run down to run around Italy. Hotels and service was perfect for my husband and I. I highly recommend him. This is our second time he has helped us and loved working with him.
