Lynn was absolutely fantastic in helping me pick out a ring for my girlfriend. I had no knowledge of diamonds or rings to start, but she was extremely patient and helpful in telling me what to look out for (and what not to look for). She also did not apply any pressure at all, and the whole experience was very comfortable and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend visiting them, as they will definitely take care of you and help you find something perfect in budget and what you are looking for.

She was attentive, patient, and her enthusiasm made the experience all the more enjoyable! Midtown Jeweler did a amazing job with the engagement ring I custom designed with them. Despite difficulties due to the Covid shut down they kept in constant communication and did everything the could to get the ring done as soon as possible. My fiancé loves the ring and is so happy I worked with Lynn at Midtown to design it.

We worked with Lynn at Midtown Jewelers on my engagement ring. She was a pleasure to work with! We looked at a couple of other local and online jewelers first but didn't feel good about any of them. Lynn was incredible in helping me create the perfect engagement ring using old diamonds passed down through my family for generations. She worked with me through many options and designs as well as recutting the old diamonds, and even as the pandemic hit never stopped exchanging emails though the shop was closed. My fiancé and I are now getting our wedding bands through Midtown as well, as they open the shop now by appointment only. We were even able to get my fiancé’s engagement ring resized while we were at the store looking at band designs, and they gave us a lovely gift basket for our engagement! Bobby and Lynn have been a pleasure to work with every step of the way, I can’t recommend them enough.

Bobby was so friendly and helpful. He didn’t put any pressure on us to make a decision, and gave us lots of options to choose from. The price was more than fair, and they were even able to re-size my ring same day. They also had plenty of precautions in place to make guests feel comfortable shopping during the pandemic. We will definitely be back in the future for our jewelry needs!

Lynn is the absolutely best! She made the process easy for my fiance and he did not feel pressured at all to buy from the store. Midtown Jewelers is excellent to work with. I went in with a basic idea of what I wanted to get for my girlfriend as an engagement ring. Bobby was very patient and easy to work with. After he got a basic layout, he printed out the specifications for her ring. I decided to shop around due to the size of the investment and went to a multitude of different jewelers including a major competitor in Tysons. I found the major competitor pushy and standoffish and the other jewelers were just flat out unable to acquire the type of diamond I wanted for her ring. After mulling over the pros and cons (including bang for the buck), I ended up purchasing her ring from Bobby at Midtown. We also purchased her wedding band as well as my wedding band from Midtown. My ring was no easy task due to my requirements for its weight and uniqueness. Bobby pulled it off spectacularly.

I had a custom engagement ring and wedding ring designed and made by Midtown Jewelers, and I could not be more satisfied. The design was very unique and required the wedding ring to fit perfectly with the engagement ring to create a symmetrical design. Lynn Ferguson helped morph my idea into a full design and we iterated to get it perfect. Once the ring came in, it was absolutely beautiful and my fiance loves it. The price was about what I expected. I wouldn't say I got a bargain, but you have to pay for quality and this ring was worth every penny. It will become a family heirloom, and you can't put a price tag on that.

The team at Midtown Jewelers were phenomenal! I got the pleasure of working with the owner's wife, Julie. She was a delight, fun and very patient. I must have looked at 20 rings and we narrowed it down to 2. I ended up going with a platinum Danhov setting with 1.5ct Oval center. I cant say enough good things about Midtown Jewelers and in particular Nancy Malesic. It was the first jewelry store that I walked into to "browse" for engagement rings. This was about a month before I planned to propose. Like most guys I had tried to go on the internet to do some research and was absolutely lost. A friend who came with me looked on yelp and heard from a friend about Midtown so we decided to go there first. We were greeted by Nancy. She was incredibly welcoming and in a great way not what I had expected with a jeweler. What I mean by that, is that she was concerned more about what my to be fiance wanted and not concerned about up-selling me in any way. She showed me a great number of rings but never once pushed one over the other (believe me she could have pushed me to buy a crazy expensive one). Once I decided on the ring we moved on to the diamonds and Nancy unlike others was completely honest. She showed me some larger. more expensive diamonds and when asked for her opinion didn't try to sell those. She pointed to a slightly smaller one that was more clear and cheaper. All the diamonds were in the range that I was willing to spend but she gave me her honest opinion which I greatly appreciated. 4 weeks out I had come to the conclusion on what I wanted but we had run into a problem of how soon it could be done. The diamond would need to be sent to California where the ring would be made. Nancy rushed the order and was able to get it done within 3 weeks as opposed to the 4 weeks needed which would have put me on the edge and possibly ruined my plans. The entire team at Midtown is great. I had a chance to speak with Bobby as well and he was beyond helpful. I now only hope my fiance gets my wedding band from them because I certainly will be coming back for hers.
