I hired JHevents for month-of coordination of my wedding, and they absolutely blew me away! From my first conversation with Jessica Gonsalves, I could tell that she was organized and experienced, and very easy to get along with. She was enthusi...astic and supportive about all our wedding ideas, but was also there to offer suggestions if we needed help, and practical reminders as we got closer to the wedding.
We had an intimate lakeside wedding, in my in-laws' backyard at the end of August. The day before, Jessica came to (I thought) run our ceremony rehearsal and go through final details with us - in actuality, she did so much more. She helped us set up for our rehearsal dinner, made calls to track down our rental delivery when it was late, and directed the rental deliveries and made sure we received everything we had ordered. On our wedding day, Jessica and her assistant Alicia were AMAZING. The setup looked incredible, like they literally took what I had in my head and put it out there (and I'll admit I am definitely particular about how I want things to look or be set up). Five minutes before our ceremony start time, it started to rain, and continued to rain for about 30 minutes. Jessica and Alicia ran and removed the seat cushions on the ceremony chairs so they would stay dry, ran the napkins through the dryer and refolded them all, wiped all the plates and tables down, and somehow managed to restore everything to how it looked before 30 minutes of rain. Jessica made sure everything ran smoothly the whole day and had the vendors all running on the same schedule, and had a very calming "everything is under control" presence throughout the wedding. Throughout the whole day, Jessica and Alicia were there executing our vision exactly as we wanted, they were available to help us and the guests anytime, and they were so kind and fun on top of it all. Thanks to JHevents, our wedding day went smoothly and was definitely much less stressful; all the work they did allowed me and my husband to actually enjoy the day and spend time with each other and with our guests.
Jessica Gonsalves and her team are SO good at what they do, truly professionals, and I would 110% recommend them to any couples looking for a planner or coordinator.
