Jillian didn’t miss a beat, jumping in to help make everything make sense and bring everything over the finish line! From helping to coordinate on-site babysitting, transportation plan for our guests, advising on when the weather was officially looking good and we could nix the sidewalls of our tent, to keeping things moving during the party, overseeing the installation of our tent, procuring our late night McDonald’s for the party, bringing our color palette to life, etc etc etc. thank you Jillian!

and small we needed done. She was extremely supportive the weekend of the wedding. She came to our rehearsal and put up with my crazy family! She was so patient and she did so well leading everyone. The day of my wedding went so smoothly. She decorated and put up anything we needed to make the day special. Not only did she decorate, but she also was by my side all day! Whenever I said her name she was there to help me with whatever I needed to make the day less stressful for me. If I could hire her over and over I totally would. She is absolutely amazing and anyone would be extremely lucky to have her as their day of coordinator!

ough I did the pre-planning myself. I can say with full confidence that the least stressful piece of the whole planning process was the part where Jillian took over (ie the actual wedding itself).
Jillian provided advance help and advice prior to my wedding day on things like the timing of the event and came to do a site visit with me a month before so that she could get to know our venue and onsite contact. At the wedding itself she was a calming presence (she was 8 months pregnant but didn't let this slow her down a bit) and made thoughtful changes (like remembering to move our table of heel protectors from the ceremony site to the entrance of our tent and moving up the timing of our speeches when the entrees were served slightly late). If I could go back and do things again I would have had her manage even more details for me: the rehearsal and having someone onsite at my house to keep the photographer and bridesmaids on schedule).
Take it from someone who knows events as well as I do; Jillian will be an asset to your wedding as a day-of planner or more. She was a big part of helping my dream wedding become a reality.
