Jillian is the best of the best and so knowledgeable in her field. She is also very experienced in weddings at A-Basin if you happen to be getting married there. So helpful to us months leading up to and on the big day! She helped our day flow and stay on track. Even as an organized bride, I found Jillian helped to add so much to our day! So much planning goes into the day and to be able to just sit back and enjoy is very important. Even you are thinking about a day of coordinator, I highly recommend booking her. She handled many timing details of the ceremony, setting up our wedding reception, she even pinned my ripped underskirt of my bridal gown on the dance floor, and so much more! So thankful for her.

Jillian was so instrumental in our wedding day going so smoothly. She was so easy & fun to work with! We were able to just enjoy our day & not worry about details because we knew she was on it! As a very type-A person, this is not a frequent occurrence! From safety pinning my bustle that broke on the dance floor, setting up all our decorations inside the venue, running a Zoom video call for our grandparents who couldn’t travel to 11K feet, and coordinating rides for guests who were uncomfortable riding the chairlift up to the venue, and everything in between, she knocked it out of the park!!

There's a reason Jillian only has 5 star reviews! She is by far the best in the business and made sure our wedding was a stress free celebration. She truly feels like an old friend from the moment you meet her and her level of organization is next level (and I say that as a very type A bride)! Jillian was very helpful with all of our vendors in the two months leading up to our wedding and resolved more than one snafu with calmness, professionalism, and a problem-solving mindset. We truly could not have had the wedding day of our dreams without her and I'll never stop recommending her to anyone planning a wedding!

Hiring Jillian was by far the best money we spent on our wedding. She was wonderful to work with - I'm honestly sad that our time working together went by so fast! I had so much fun getting to know her, she truly feels like a friend. She made the last two months leading up to the wedding and the day-of stress free. She thought of so many things I hadn't that would have been definitely become a last minute issue - like ceremony sound and striking decor! I would recommend her to anyone getting married in Colorado.

Jillian was the absolute best decision we made in planning our wedding. She was responsive, organized, positive, and easy-going. I am a bit of control freak, and was so worried I would not be able to let go and enjoy my wedding day. She seamlessly built trust with us and I spent 0 percent of my wedding day thinking about the details because I knew Jillian had it all in hand. Our family, friends, and vendors all commented on how warm but also assertive she was. She effortlessly made sure our wedding was perfect and that everyone had a good time. I am still realizing all of the little things she did (she carefully organized all of our personal items and loaded them into the car within minutes of the end of the event so we could leave and enjoy our after party; nothing was left behind). EVERYONE should hire Jillian to coordinate their wedding. I don't know what we would have done without her.

I cannot imagine planning our wedding without Jillian. From day one we felt an instant connection and then having her support with the final months of planning allowed us to maintain our sanity and actually enjoy the process. She gave us peace of mind and helped us navigate last minute changes without additional stress. Working with Jillian for our wedding was hands down the best planning decision we made! Jillian is incredible - she is so organized and has such a calming demeanor. When something stressful would happen with a vendor, she was calm, cool and collected. She always had an answer and was ready to pivot anytime something didn't go as expected. During our outdoor dinner, a thunder storm started to develop. Jillian carefully orchestrated a plan to get all of our guests inside to finish dinner. The transition was so seamless it was as if it was a part of the schedule. I honestly don't know what we would have done without her! Planning a wedding during COVID and out of state could have been much more stressful than it was. Jillian's incredible professionalism, communication and organization throughout the whole process and the day made our wedding perfect. She is AMAZING - if we could give her 100 stars we would!

Jillian is a fantastic wedding coordinator and wonderful person! She was very communicative throughout the last couple months leading up to our wedding. The day of the wedding we didn’t have a worry in the world. We showed up and everything went smoothly with Jillian leading it all. We’re especially grateful that she volunteered to drive us to our hotel after the wedding when our scheduled taxi didn’t show up - certainly not within the scope of her services but hugely appreciated! We highly recommend her for anyone looking for a wedding coordinator.

I don't even know how to properly put into words the greatness that is Jillian Jensen Events. Hiring Jillian was the absolute best thing we did when starting to plan our wedding-hands down. She handles everything (and I mean everything) in a timely manner, taking a huge load off of your shoulders. She responds to vendor emails, creates schedules, coordinates drop off/pick-up of materials, cake, chairs, etc, and a million other things that never even crossed my mind. I joked that our wedding would not have happened without the help of Jillian-but it's true! She plans and organizes for things that my husband an I never thought about. WEDDING MAGICIAN! Jillian made all of our wedding dreams come true. Not only did her and her team bring together all of the details of our design and vision to life, she helped us with some many details and aspects we would never have even thought of. The weeks leading up to our wedding were filled with calm and excitement rather than stress and logistics because Jillian had it covered. Planning a covid, out of state wedding would have been impossible without her. She was fun and supportive and brought a sense of confidence and poise to the process. She went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for in a wedding coordinator and is a MUST HIRE for any Colorado bride. Having her and her team support our day was one of the best decisions we made and allowed us to focus on having fun with our friends and family!

Jillian was an amazing planner!! We are so happy with our decision to use her for our wedding. We knew right from the initial interview that she was the perfect choice. She was prepared, knowledgeable, and friendly. We had her for our “month of” coordinator. She kept in touch periodically prior to that point and gave us great vendor recs and was quick to respond to any question we had early on. Once we started working together more regularly she was on top of everything. She reached out to vendors for us, gave us reminders on the timeline, had several meetings with us to keep everything on track and organized. She has a great personality- super friendly and easy to talk to. She’s smart, loves what she does, and remains calm under pressure. She set up all of my wedding decor and took everything down at the end. I had one issue with a vendor during my wedding and she helped coordinate some of the communication afterwards. She is very talented at what she does and you would be crazy not to choose her for your wedding!

Jillian Jenson deserves 10 stars! She was truly magical and pulled every single aspect of our wedding together and brought our dream to life. She was constantly in communication with all our vendors to make everything run seamlessly. The day of the wedding we had to move our timeline around a bit and she did it so easily and without even a bump in the road. Her hard work and effort allowed us to truly enjoy our wedding day and it was the most magical day of our lives. Hiring Jillian may be the best decision I made for the wedding!

Jillian went above and beyond as our Day of Coordinator! We signed up to have her begin working with us about 2 months before the wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made throughout the process. Jillian is warm, thoughtful, attentive and detail oriented. Leading up to our wedding we emailed, texted and called often-sometimes daily. Jillian drove to Estes Park to do a run through of our venue because she hadn't been there before. We were so impressed by this effort and willingness to make our day flow as seamlessly as possible. She also made it a point to attend every single one of our final vendor calls and saved the day when hiccups arose the day of our wedding with our florist. Her assistant Megan was lovely and also great to be around. Looking back, we can't imagine having anyone else as our Day of Coordinator! We miss Jillian already :)

Jillian far exceeded expectations for a wedding coordinator. She took a great deal of stress off of us leading up to our wedding and craftily navigated our wedding day behind the scenes so we could focus on enjoying each and every moment. She was very detailed in all aspects of our wedding. During the planning/preparation process, she utilized her vast experience to ask questions that we did not think about. She filled in all of the blind spots that were unbeknownst to us during the planning process. She thought through each and every part of our day of timeline to ensure seamless transitions throughout the day. This also ensured all of our vendors were on the same page. We were very impressed with her interactions with all of our vendors. She deftly navigated between trusting each vendor to rely on their experience to know what would work best while also establishing expectations and following through on our vision. We had a good amount of decor at our wedding and we dropped it off with her the day before at our rehearsal dinner. Each and every piece was perfectly in place the day of our wedding and we know it was because of Jillian and her team. We also utilized her sister company Jillian Jensen Creative for some of our decor. Each piece was exactly as we expected and we did not have to worry about anything being damaged in shipping/delivery. Jillian took notes on the most detailed things (bride did not like food touching on plate, 3 year-old flower girl's stuffed animal waiting for her at her seat at ceremony, pronunciations of each person's name of bridal party at reception, etc.). She also drew from her experience and provided great input that was priceless. She recommended that we take 30 minutes after the ceremony to relax in our bridal suite at the venue during cocktail hour. Your wedding day is very exciting, but you don't have much time to relax. This 30 minutes was something that we cherished because it was one of the only times we had during the day when we were by ourselves and it was right after our ceremony. We would have never have done this if Jillian did not recommend it. She also had our favorite drinks waiting for us when we arrived in the bridal suite. Jillian is extremely nice and caring. She truly loves what she does and it shows through her sincerity. Each time we interacted with her was a pleasure. She maintained this kindness in dealing with each vendor and any stress that went her way. She was very level headed which made our day as stress-free as possible. We can not recommend Jillian Jensen Events enough. She was the glue that brought everything together and made our wedding day the best day of our lives. Hiring her and her team was the best decision we made prior to our wedding.

From the moment we met Jillian she was confident and made us feel comfortable. This is how we knew she would be a great fit for us! The kindest, most organized and hardworking woman out there. So grateful we found Jillian to help us navigate planning a wedding, postponing due to C19, and rescheduling. In the words of my father in law, Jillian has such poise in the face of decision-making and the perfect skill of managing small and large details. We all enjoyed working with her for both events. There is no adequate way to say that "we could not have managed this successful celebration without you." We also used Jillian's Creative company to create the table numbers, bar signs and other signage for our event. They were all stunning and there was such ease in having her bring these along to our venue.

There is no way that we would've had such a seamless wedding day if it wasn't for Jillian. She was on top of everything from pre-wedding day emails with vendors (she would respond to emails before we even got a chance to read them, she's that good!) to setup and communication the day of. We got married at Arapahoe Basin Ski Area, which presents some logistical challenges in and of itself, and Jillian and her team handled them beautifully. We would highly, highly recommend Jillian and her planning services if you're looking for an efficient, stress-free and memorable wedding day!

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful our experience with Jillian has been. Jillian was an absolute life saver for our wedding. We were so overwhelmed and stressed trying to plan a safe wedding during the pandemic. Jillian saved my sanity more times than I can even count. She was on top of all vendors to make sure they complied with extra precautions we had to make sure our guests were safe. She was so helpful throughout the entire planning process. She has the knowledge and experience to ask all the questions that I hadn’t even thought of and make sure all my bases were covered. She also was so quick with all of her responses even when I sent her multiple back to back emails daily. I do not think my wedding would have been nearly as successful if not for her. She truly made it the best day of my life.

We can’t say enough good things about working with Jillian. We were lucky to already be working with Jillian when the pandemic hit, and we wouldn’t have felt confident moving forward with our event if we didn’t have Jillian to work with through each step of the way. Her organization, attention to detail and insight were key to our event operating smoothly. I like to be very involved in the details, but it was easy to entrust the vendor contacts and day of details to Jillian. When COVID-19 became longer than the two-week lockdown we all first expected, Jillian was there each step of the way discussing what we wanted to do, if we wanted to move forward and how that could happen with regulations changing day by day. One the day of the event, you would have thought Jillian had been working pandemic weddings her whole career. One of our best decisions was hiring Jillian – everyone who talked to me while wedding planning knew her by name as I constantly had good things to say about her and insight to pass along from her. Jillian is a goddess! If you are hesitating at all the have a day of coordinator JUST DO IT! We altered our wedding budget to hire Jillian and it was without a doubt the best choice we made in wedding planning. We are due to get married in June 2020, right in the middle of the COVID crisis. While everything is up in the air (including whether or not we can hold our wedding as intended), Jillian has been incredibly kind and helpful. We hired Jillian for “day-of” coordination, but what it really meant was that she took everything off my plate about two months out from the wedding day. Jillian was the dream day of coordinator. No words cannot express how much of a blessing it was to work with Jillian to execute our perfect wedding. After getting off the phone with Jillian for our first "meeting", I immediately called my husband and told him that I was in love with someone else too- and her name was Jillian! She was such a calming force in the weeks leading up to the wedding, coordinating with all vendors, helping us with the smallest of details, and keeping us sane the entire way. Working with Jillian as our day-of-coordinator was one of THE best decisions I made throughout the entire wedding process. She was incredibly kind, professional, easy-going, sweet and organized!! I didn't have a bridal party or any family locally, so I did much of the planning for our wedding on my own - talk about stress. Jillian having my back for the last 2-3 months leading up to the wedding saved what little sanity I had left! Our wedding was only about 50 people total, but still had many moving parts. Through phones calls, emails and in-person meetings she was 100% on top of things when I needed her most. She was there with me down to the last moment and beyond, fixing my veil and making sure things ran smoothly through the reception. We had our wedding at the Denver Botanic Gardens with 50 people in attendance and it was perfect. Our guests had an amazing time and I had many comments about how smoothly everything went. If you're looking for a coordinator or a planner, LOOK NO FURTHER! Jillian is your girl.

We chose to get a coordinator for our wedding because we wanted to make sure that our families and obviously ourselves could enjoy a stress free day and we are so glad that we did! We had Alyssa as our coordinator and she was AMAZING! It was such a breath of fresh air knowing that someone was supporting and backing up your day just as you would. Alyssa was organized, involved and responsive. She calmed me down when I needed a little reassurance and she always made sure we were on time and taken care of. We knew everything would go smoothly having Alyssa there and it absolutely did!

Jillian coordinated our wedding this past weekend at Camp Hale and I know that we COULD NOT have done it without her. My husband (!) and I were finishing our last year of grad school across the country and didn’t have much extra time to devote to wedding planning. She made sure that we knew what we needed to do as well as the deadlines to make decisions and kept us on track. Camp Hale is challenging because there’s no cell phone service there but Jillian was cool as a cucumber the entire time! Plus we had a dance party that went until 1am and she somehow made it through the whole day :) not to mention she is the speediest email responder of all time. She was our “month of” coordinator but she always responded to all of my questions leading up to the wedding, even way before a month out. We give Jillian our highest recommendation!

I could probably talk for days and days about how amazing Jillian was during our wedding planning process, basically, if I didn’t marry my now husband, I would probably marry Jillian. She is AMAZING! She took everything off our plates the last few months leading up to the wedding. Not only that, she was always accessible over email before our contract even started to bounce ideas off of. I’m pretty type A and have worked in events in the past, so I really needed someone who could beat me to the punch and someone who had an answer for EVERYTHING, that was/is Jillian. She is a wizard at logistics and timelines and made the last few weeks of our lives leading up to the wedding so much less stressful. Our band also cancelled 2 weeks before (basically any bride’s worst nightmare), and Jillian just went to work. She sourced bands, quotes, talked to everyone and anyone, to make sure we didn’t panic. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her work ethic and her as a person. Do yourself a favor and HIRE HER FOR YOUR WEDDING.

Jillian is the absolute best!! I was definitely not on top of my wedding planning but luckily, Jillian was! She is super organized, professional, and to top it all off, she is the sweetest person! My fiance and I went back and forth on whether or not to get a day of coordinator (girl on budget over here) but she was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. Jillian is AMAZING. Hands down, one of the best decisions of our wedding. I'm a very organized person (one that always says.."ya, I could have done that better") BUT Jillian was ON IT. Alyssa was AMAZING. It became evident even before the wedding how helpful having a day of coordinator would be. There is so much planning and coordinating that goes into your wedding day and Alyssa made ours wonderful. Our family and friends were able to enjoy our wedding without having to worry about helping with set up or any details. My fiancé and I were able to enjoy our day to the fullest. Alyssa is so detail oriented and goes the extra mile to make everything perfect. Worth every penny and I can’t recommend Jillian Jensen events more.

Oh my gosh, I cannot say enough good things about Alyssa and the whole Jillian Jensen Events team. Alyssa was absolutely wonderful from the start. She is super organized, fun and handled every vendor and detail with such ease. Our wedding day was beyond perfect and it was largely due to Alyssa! Leading up to the wedding, Alyssa was so available for us to answer any minor question and address any detail. On our wedding day, I didn't worry about a thing because I knew Alyssa could handle it all. I can't recommend her enough!!

Where do I even begin with Jillian? From the start of our contract to the very last minute I was at my reception, Jillian was above and beyond incredible. I am a highly organized, Type A control freak and was melting down pretty badly a few months leading up to the wedding. I had barely delegated a single task throughout my entire 1.5 years of wedding planning. Passing off the torch to Jillian could not have been a more comforting, painless process. She took complete control, it was like a properly trained captain had finally taken control of the ship. Jillian is my insanely organized, exceptionally communicative counterpart. I don't think I ever waited more than a few hours for an email response from her. She was 100% on top of my vendors, assuring that everybody was where they were supposed to be on our wedding day. Not only is Jillian incredibly organized, but she is just a downright kind, easygoing person. She was empathetic to my crazy "anxiety bride" personality, never made me feel like I was being a bridezilla with my concerns or requests, and just put me at such ease during the two months leading up to my wedding. I had booked a brand new venue which was under construction and EXTREMELY behind on their completion (they were literally finishing up projects the morning of my wedding), and Jillian totally took control with them. She didn't even bat an eye. I probably would have been scrambling to find a new venue a week before the wedding if it weren't for her total and complete management of the situation. I assure you, her prices are well under market and worth every penny. HIRE JILLIAN! She was my mental health savior, she can be yours too. Thank you Jillian, for our spectacular wedding and everything you did for us leading up. Words can barely describe how appreciative we are.

Jillian was so helpful, friendly, and prompt which made communicating such a breeze! My day of coordinator Samantha was amazing, she made the day so smooth and literally everything was perfect! They gave such great advise on a planning front which stemmed from clearly lots of experience with wedding planning, and also made my dream day a reality!

Jillian was truly indispensable. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and instantly put us at ease the minute we met her. While my wife planned an amazing wedding, there are so many of the small details that we were dreading and/or unaware of that she completely smoothed out. We could not have been happier to have found her and would gladly have paid triple for her services, she was incredible and worth it. Thank you Jillian!
