Tracie is literally a "Rock"star! She knew exactly what we wanted and made it happen! We couldn't be any happier!
Thanks Tracie!

Hands down, the best. Julie is our favorite and helps us everytime we are in there.
I bought my husbands ring here and a new wedding band a few years later as a Christmas gift, the staff went above and beyond to help me personalize it and get every detail I wanted...
. My husband also had diamonds in my wedding ring swapped out for different ones and they were very helpful and knowledgeable to what he wanted. After all this we have even gone back for an insurance claim after a ring was lost, they made us feel welcome and were quick to get everything taken care of for us like we just arrived to make a new purchase. They will give you advice on everything they have in store and if they don't have it they will order it for you. Very personal, professional and a pleasure to work with. Will not recommend any other place. They are excellent!
The ladies and gentleman at Jim Kryshak's are wonderful! They remember me every time I come in and remember my story! After my ring broke they completely redid the entire ring an...
d made the custom bands to go with! They didn't charge me for "custom" but now I have it! They are great to work with!
Jim Kryshaks was awesome! They were so helpful and really knew what they were talking about. I worked with Jodi and she was the best! She was always patient and showed us a variety...
of options. She made sure we had the best while also staying in our price range. She did not push us but also took the time to follow up to make sure we were satisfied. I would definitely go back and I would recommend Jodi and Jim Kryshaks for all your jewelry needs!!!
We bought our wedding bands at Jim Kryshak's. Every time I walk in the store everyone is kind and friendly. They are able to help me right away and answer all of my questions. I ha...
d to get my bands resized multiple times, because once they were on my engagement ring it didn't fit quite right, but each time they helped me get through it and they weren't going to stop until the rings fit me perfectly. They offer great insurance for the rings and have all sorts of styles to choose from. I'm glad to know that I can walk in any time and get my ring cleaned and checked out to make sure no diamond is loose. I will continue to go to them for any upkeep on my ring or any other piece of jewelry.
The rings are beautiful and the staff is extremely helpful!
We will not buy jewelry from anyone else. It all started with my husband picking out and buying my engagement ring from them. We also bought the band as well. However, I didn't ...
like the band that came with it because it covered up the side details, they gave us the idea of having it custom made, it matched perfectly, and ended up being cheaper than the other band! Ask for Kelly!
Purchased both our rings from Jim Kryshak's. They had choices in both our styles and our price ranges. Great customer service and willing to work with us. Will definitely go back f...
