I used JM Glamour for my wedding day and it was such a great experience. They are extremely talented. I wanted to look perfect on my wedding day, and Jennifer made sure that happened!

daughter look absolutely stunning on my wedding day. She did our hair and makeup. My daughter looked so gorgeous. Everyone loved my makeup and hair. Jen arrived on time, was friendly, kind and answered all of my questions. She was extremely knowledgable, helpful, and helped settle my nerves while I was low key freaking out about the wedding. I did not want her to leave after she was done because she is so calming. My hair and makeup also held up the entire day and night! She did such a great job, I even asked her for tips after my wedding to get some of the products she used on me and my daughter to buy for ourselves as Christmas gifts and her help has kept us both stunning! I could not be more grateful for her help. I wish I hired her to do my hair and makeup for my engagement photos too, but I didn't think to hire someone for that. She is the absolute best and her team are all so kind and fabulous!
We were disappointed with the makeup of the mother of the bride. The makeup artist did not put too much effort. I understand that you go for a more natural look but the makeup needs more work. We were told that retouch is ok. The makeup artist was gone before the time agreement.
(Short version, I love Dana. Everything else was a disaster) Months before wedding, I sent a txt to the owner Jennifer with a video of my hair, showing layers & inspo pic (slicked back bun) said I’d been removing layers for months to make the hairstyle easier and asked if I should even all layers to achieve the hairstyle, and got no response.
Months later, after reaching out via email and call to book the trail, she sees the text msg, apologizes for the no response and says my hair is fine as is. We book the trial.
I set up my photographer and spray tan and nail appointments to get bridal portraits the day of my trial. She texts me 3 days before and says she can’t do my trial after all because she’s moving locations. She did have the complete wrong day (thought it was on Monday, but I told her it was Wednesday. But she said Wednesday wouldn’t work either). I cancel all my appointments with photographer ect. After the fact she says she would’ve sent someone to me if she knew I was doing portraits (that was a nice after thought, but it was too late)
The day of trials I take off work early to drive from Dallas to Southlake for our 4:00 trial. I sit in my car and sweat for 30 minutes as she texts me she doesn’t have her keys to get in and I can’t get in the building without her. We finally begin 45 minutes late once someone has brought a spare key. She starts my hair, we get it how I want. Dana the makeup artist (she is truly amazing & the entire reason I kept them until my wedding day) does my makeup exactly how I ask. Jennifer forgets she has a zoom so she leaves before the end of the trial and I finish with Dana. I arrive to my photos late of course because we started the trial 45 minutes late so I get cut short from the photo session I paid for.
Before photos even start I have hair coming out of the bun. My friend fixes it. I get the bridals back and see the back of my hair & it looks very sloppy in my opinion so I text Jennifer the pictures along with my inspo and explain. She thanks me for the feedback & tells me how she will do it differently for the wedding. She asks if I want to do another trial before the wedding and I decline because I can’t take off work again and drive 3 cities over again.
(In the meantime, JM glamour does my hair and makeup as a bridesmaid at a friends wedding. Dana does my makeup again and it’s amazing, a hair stylist named ruby does my hair and I’m obsessed. I did ask Jenifer if I could switch to Ruby for wedding day but Ruby is booked. There are talented people on jennifers team)
Wedding day comes & Dana slays again. Jennifer gets my hair much better than the trail and I love it when she leaves. She told me initially she would send me with Bobby pins. She forgot. 30 minutes after Jennifer leaves and I am taking pics with bridesmaids the entire thing falls out (okay 50%) I have half bun half ponytail. The wedding is in an hour. My bridesmaids scream at the sight and fix it like fairy godmothers. I send Jenifer a text of my hair and she apologizes, says I have heavy hair which makes it hard, and says she will give me a partial refund. I get a $100 Venmo from her on my honeymoon as the refund.
All this to say- absolutely every step of the way was a complete disaster. Unless Dana or ruby was involved. The scheduling, communication, knowing when the trial was, having the key to get in, matching the hair style that is the most overdone hairstyle of brides since Hailey Bieber. Thank God for Dana.
Jennifer was FABULOUS with her communication and in pairing us with an awesome makeup and hair artist, Sam! Sam was so friendly and professional. She really listened to each of us regarding our ideas for hair and makeup, and helped us feel amazing with our final looks! HIGHLY recommend JM Glamour!
They did a fantastic job and communicated really well! My bridal hair and makeup artist had a family emergency and couldn’t do my wedding, so she offered two others to take her place along with a complimentary trial with them. Jennifer, Veronica, Meghan, and Stephany were wonderful!!! Book them, you won’t regret it!
I cannot rave enough about this company enough! Jennifer and her team were incredibly responsive, sweet, and professional. They worked with me and my needs, budget, and vision. They asked lots of questions to make sure they knew what I was looking for and executed my vision to perfection. I felt absolutely beautiful and stunning at my engagement session and during my wedding. They clearly know their stuff, love what they are doing, genuinely want to get to know you, use quality products, and can work on a variety of hair and skin tones. I was impressed/grateful with how well my makeup/hair looked and lasted throughout my engagement session and wedding. Thank you so much Jennifer and Stephanie and your entire team! Jennifer and her team are amazing! I reached out over a year before my wedding, Jennifer answered all of my questions in a timely manor and was so helpful in helping me figure out the process. When I booked I was able to get a trial appointment and had so much fun getting to know Dana and Stephanie (2 of the many skilled stylists on the team). They were patient, professional and helpful in identifying my goal for day of style and even followed up to check on how things wore throughout the day after the trial to have notes day of.
On the big day Dana and Stephanie were so amazing!! They fit right in with my group and we're beyond helpful and so much fun to have around and WOW my bridesmaids were GORGEOUS!!! When I tell you they are able to enhance everyone's natural beauty to look their best I'm not exaggerating. And the stay power was there, I was in my makeup and hair partying until 4:30am and looked just as good as I did at 2pm when they put me together, and so did my bridesmaids.
We had such a great experience with the ladies of JM Glamour! We had the privilege of working with Sam, Genna and Victoria. Victoria's work on makeup was phenomenal, I have problem skin and she made my bridal look absolutely flawless and adjusted exactly what I wanted from our trial. She even spent the extra time and effort to help me cover up my tattoos to hide them from my mother-in-law, I really appreciated her for this even though I didn't ask for it prior to tge day. She made my bridesmaids gorgeous. Sam and Genna also did wonderfully with my bridesmaids' hair and worked with me on last minute changes to my hair when I got last minute extensions. They all adjusted so well to all my last minute changes and were so kind, we had a great time with them!!
Jennifers team is incredibly talented, kind, and easy to work with! I HIGHLY recommend her services for wedding day hair and makeup.
My wedding day was a crazy experience because the day of my venue lost power due to a storm the night before. We had to last minute book hotel rooms nearby for getting ready (since there were no working outlets to plug in hair tools and it was 100 degrees in Texas heat!!). Jennifer’s team adapted to the change seamlessly and we had to last minute redo the whole get ready schedule. Meanwhile, all my bridesmaids were frantically calling other venues in Dallas because there was no guarantee that the original wedding venue would get the power back. Veronica even posted on a local wedding vendors Facebook page as a helpline for coming up with a plan B. By Gods grace the power got turned on at 1:30pm which was just in time for us to wrap up hair and makeup and rush over for pictures and final touches before the ceremony!
Disregarding all the wedding day craze, I was so happy with the way my hair and makeup turned out. I felt confident and beautiful and natural! I felt like ME on my wedding day (which from previous experiences getting my hair and makeup professionally does not always happen).
All of my bridesmaids were incredibly happy with the results and all of the stylists were kind and willing to make changes that fit every girls vision.
I would highly recommend Jennifer’s team to anyone!!
The service I received on my wedding day was fantastic. The girls I had for myself and my bridesmaids were on time, professional, and got everything done according to my tight timetable. We all looked beautiful as they did a fantastic job with both our hair and makeup. Communication leading up to my wedding day, however, left something to be desired. Details were jumbled, and I had to remind them of my contracted pricing and specific timetable/needs for the day. Overall the finalization of details and payment was messy and disorganized on their part, and I expected more from a professional business who is supposed to be well experienced with weddings. With all that being said, the details did end up getting sorted and everything was correct and ran smoothly on the day of my wedding, and everyone looked fantastic. The girls who did our services for us were lovely and wonderful, on time, and did a great job.
Jennifer and her team were great! They expertly provided the various hair and makeup desires of everyone in the bridal party and they were pleasant and enjoyable to be around in my daughters wedding day. This is the second time I have used Jennifer and would hire her again.
Jennifer was the makeup artist I hired for my wedding, and I am so thankful for her services! I’m a little picky when it comes to other people doing my makeup, and Jennifer did such an excellent job! She was the only person I went to for a hair and makeup trial because I knew after the trial that I wouldn’t need to try anywhere else. The team she brought with her was incredible, and they were all so talented as well. Everyone looked and felt great! And, the makeup lasted through a long day and a night of a lot of dancing! I highly recommend Jennifer and her team!
JM Glamour made my entire engagement and wedding process so amazing. Jennifer helped with my engagement, bridal and wedding day hair and makeup. All of my looks came out great and Jennifer was so open to my feedback whenever I wanted something changed. Jennifer was quick to respond to emails whenever I had questions or needed to book. The JM team arrived on time to my wedding day and was able to set-up quickly and then completed everyone on time as well. All my bridesmaids were so happy with their looks as well. Our hair and makeup held up well despite the Texas May heat and humidity.
I'm a little torn on this review as there was good and bads.
Jennifer was great during the booking process. She sent me each individual artist portfolio/Instagram since she has a lot of artists and let me pick which I wanted! I scheduled my trial for a month before the wedding due to being a out of state bride. I loved my hair girl (Maria) but ended up HATING my makeup. My lash was coming off within the hour and it was so cakey and made me look old and orange. I emailed Jenn and she quickly offered me other artist and a 2nd trial for free! I ended up loving the 2nd makeup trial with Dana and she was so understanding of what I wanted and ensuring I felt comfortable. I booked both Maria and Dana.
The week before I had to reach out multiple times to Jennifer to get my day of schedule for myself+5 others. I received it Monday before but it only gave me (the bride) 30 minutes for my hmu, this seems insane since I pay double what the bridesmaid pay. I asked for her to allow 1 hr for each of my services and she said she would send me an updated scheduled asap. I had to follow up every day and didn’t receive the update until Thursday, which was then wrong again. I called her and got it resolved and finally got the updated schedule Thursday P.M.
The wedding day is what makes me very torn. Overall, the hair and makeup looked great by Dana and Maria. I’ve never seen my mom look more gorgeous! The lases Dana uses are so comfortable and natural looking and Maria crushed all of our braid updos! However they ran very far behind schedule which was very stressful. Jennifer only allowed 30 per bridesmaid look and it was taking between 45 minutes to 1 hour per girl. I informed her we had a hard stop at 2 when making the schedule but because they were so behind, we had to move the moms to be after me (bride) so I wouldn’t miss the photos. This also made it not possible for my mom to dress me as she was still getting her h&mu done when I had to get dressed. Overall, we all got done and got the photos done before the ceremony as planned but I was so very stressful on me making sure everyone was fit in, reordering photos, and not relaxing at all. I really wish she would have started at 8am as I initially requested and not 10am.
But the hair and makeup lasted all night even through our sobbing for the ceremony and hard dancing for 5 hrs! In the long run it is fine, however I don’t 100% know if I can recommend them for this reason alone. I just don’t think for the money we are paying 30 minutes should be allotted.
Personally I had a few difficulties with this vendor. She was late to come do my hair and pushed us right up to the deadline so I didn’t get a chance to take any photos before the wedding. Additionally, my hair was down and in the photos SUPER frizzy. I feel like I could have done a better job and saved money by doing it myself. Makeup was just fine but a little heavier than originally discussed
I’ve never felt more beautiful in my entire life all thanks to Jennifer, her makeup stylist Adriana, and her hair stylist Christie. These stylists went above and beyond for me on my wedding day. I highly recommend these sweet and talented ladies to anyone that wants to feel like an absolute queen!

Thank you guys so much! Stephany did an amazing job for my wedding! She enhanced everyone’s beauty and was so sweet and down to earth! We had more than enough time after to breathe a little before going off to the venue because she was so efficient with time! I really appreciate her service! :) I also appreciate Meghan for doing our hair so beautifully!! She gave waves, curls, braids…it was perfect! Both girls were very efficient with time and made us feel like princesses!
Jen and her team were absolutely amazing. So easy to communicate and work with and they were perfect on the timing on my actual wedding day. It definitely was one less thing to worry about on my big day. They made all of us look beautiful and worked well with all our skin tones and types, would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!
JM Glamour was amazing! The girls took my vision as a bride and nailed it on the first time doing the trial! Everyone gushed over how my hair and. makeup looked the day of, and all of my bridesmaids were extremely happy with how their hair and makeup turned out! The girls kept to my timeline perfectly day of, and even finished ahead of schedule! Could not recommend these ladies enough!

I had an amazing experience with JM Glamour. My entire team was absolutely wonderful. Victoria was my makeup artist and my makeup was INCREDIBLE!! I had so many compliments all day long. She was such a pleasure to work with and truly helped me to feel relaxed and beautiful on my big day. I would highly recommend asking to work with her. She is incredibly sweet and very receptive to my suggestions, but also had lots of makeup recommendations when I wasn't sure what to do.
Meghan did my hair and she was also INCREDIBLE!! She had a lot of great suggestions and was so helpful with helping me make the decision on how tight to make my curls. She was also so kind and very easy to work with. I really enjoyed my time chatting with her while she styled my hair. She also really helped me to feel comfortable and beautiful on my wedding day.

I had Jennifer herself do my makeup! All of my girls and moms looked stunning and I can honestly say I have never felt so beautiful. I have always had a hard time with body issues and Jennifer heard my concerns and made sure I was confident. I loved working with her and HIGHLY recommend their growing company!
I cannot get over what a fantastic job JM Glamour did for my wedding day! I was so happy with the results. All of my bridesmaids looked so glamorous! Jennifer and her team were so patient with us in the craziness of getting ready. They made sure we all looked amazing, and felt good about our hair and makeup before the big day. I seriously could not have been happier with jmglamour!! All of my bridesmaids and even my mom were so happy with their hair and their makeup. It lasted all night!!!! I did two trials, because I couldn't decide rather I wanted airbrush or regular foundation and honestly both lasted all day after the trial. Wedding day was even better than the trial. I enjoyed having the ladies getting ready with us and they arrived on time and finished even earlier. You will not be disappointed!
Jennifer was very sweet and a joy to hang out with on my big day. Some of my bridesmaids complained that their hair was falling pretty quickly after receiving services, but JM Glamour has a team of many stylists who each have their own unique abilities. Overall a good experience.
I had myself, 6 bridesmaid, MOB, MOG and two flower girls that received hair/makeup services. Brittney and Victoria did an amazing job (and on time at that). I don't wear a lot of makeup on a daily basis and Victoria made sure that I looked natural and myself with makeup.
It was a very windy day on our wedding day and my hair stayed the whole night -- through the wind, dancing, etc. I got so many compliments on it throughout the night.
Jennifer and team came early to ensure that all my bridesmaids and loved ones had beautiful make-up and hair. All my bridesmaids looked stunning and so did my MIL and mom. They were both complimented multiple times on how beautiful they looked! Jennifer worked with me and answered all my questions/comments and concerns. I wasn’t going to do a trial at first, but Jennifer made it work with her scheduling! I normally do not wear a ton of make-up and Jennifer made my natural look and elevated it! I could not have asked for a more supportive make-up and hair team!

JM Glamour was absolutely wonderful! First starting with my trial, I, unfortunately, had poor planning. My hair and make-up trial were scheduled right before I had to work a 12-hour night shift at the hospital. I decided to keep my hair and make-up throughout my shift to see how well it will last, and I was shocked! My hair still kept perfect curls when I went home the next morning. Even through wearing a mask the entire shift, my make-up was practically the same - beautiful. At the trial, Brittany and Victoria were wonderful! I only had a couple of vague ideas, and they were able to create a beautiful look. I am so grateful for them! The day of the wedding, there was a little confusion. Jennifer was incredibly accessible and helpful. She was able to resolve any concerns I had! I genuinely appreciated her quick reply! The day of the wedding we had 13 women getting ready, and they all looked stunning! All my sisters and friends brought photographs of every different style. The stylists and make-up artists made them look better than any inspiration photo they showed! They all did a phenomenal job!! I am so impressed and would definitely recommend them for your wedding!!
Kristen and Maira were amazing!! They showed up on time and everyone in my bridal party and my mom were so happy with both their hair and makeup!! We finished with more than enough time for pictures! JMglamour’s pricing was also some of the best I found. Very affordable and extremely great service!
Jennifer was amazing! I absolutely love the way she did my hair and makeup for my wedding day! My hair and makeup stayed in place the whole night! Her customer service was fantastic, and she was easy to work with. She did hair and makeup for my mom and myself, and her assistant did both services for my bridesmaids. Jennifer did such a great job on all of my make up I did trials with her my bridals with her and my wedding day and my bridesmaids used her for their hair and make up as well as my flower girl. She was super professional she did exactly what we asked her to do with our hair and make up and it lasted the whole day I loved how my make up looked even my maid of honor said she loved her make up even more than her own wedding make up that she had done on her wedding day by someone else. I highly recommend booking her for any event you need she’s great she’s on time and she’s fast at what she does.
I used JM Glamour for my wedding hair an makeup for myself, my bridesmaids, and the mothers! Our wedding party looked AMAZING! Everyone complemented us all night long on how great we all looked, and the looks lasted well throughout the night! Jennifer and her team is great and super friendly! They created the perfect look I wanted for my wedding day!
Jennifer and her makeup artist, Victoria, were great! They worked efficiently and helped get all 8 of us ready on time--that included all 7 bridesmaids getting hair and makeup done, and myself for hair. I loved how my hair looked and how well it lasted throughout the evening. My point of contact was directly with Jennifer, and it was very easy to work with her and get responses to any questions or changes. I would reach out to her again for future services!
Jennifer is so amazing! She is one of the nicest people and does exactly what you ask of her. She did a great job for our engagement shots and our wedding. She was able to get 6 of us done in a very timely manner, and we all did hair and makeup. I can't wait to work with her again in the future!

I absolutely loved working with Jennifer! She did a great job with my trial, but there were a few changes I wanted to my hair. When it came to my wedding day, Jennifer happily made the changes and my hair and makeup looked incredible!! At the trial I was 98% happy, on my big day I was 120% happy! She also did an absolutely amazing job on my mom and sister. She is quick, easy going, and fun to talk to. On top of all that, she is affordable! I would absolutely recommend her, and would book her again in a heartbeat.

Because of her sweet and laid back nature our day was very relaxed and stress free. Her assistant did a wonderful job on the bridesmaids' hair as well as mine. Jennifer and her team recently provided HMU services to my bridal party. Jennifer is a passionate, flexible, and professional artist. She takes the time to understand what you want and ensures that you are satisfied with her services. On the day of my wedding, Jennifer and her team were punctual and willing to go out of their way to ensure that everyone was happy. They were open to feedback and displayed an easy-going and calm demeanor, which is always a plus in the bridal suite.
Jennifer was awesome! She did the makeup for myself, my mother, grandmother and few bridesmaids. She did such a great job giving everyone a beautiful natural look. My makeup look great and lasted throughout the day. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
Jennifer is amazing!! I did a hair and make-up trial for engagement photos and then booked her and her team for my wedding on December 1, 2018. She did such a good job!! I had the hardest time finding a stylists for my wedding. I did 3 trials prior with different companies until I found jm glamour. I am so glad I found jennifer, because I truly thought I was never going to find the right stylist and even thought of just doing it myself. Jennifer was extremely patient, caring and very sweet with me! She made sure I loved the look and really got to know me and my wants. I was very stressed, but our trial calmed me. I was a bit nervous she would not be able to duplicate on wedding day, but she sure did and even better! My bridal party and I were very pleased with her and her team she brought!

Jennifer was a delight to work with. She responded to emails promptly, accommodated my work schedule when setting appointments, and happily agreed to do a second trial when I had second thoughts about the look I wanted. I enjoyed getting to know her throughout the wedding planning process and appreciated how willing she was to experiment with different makeup and hair styles on the fly.
Most of all, I was impressed by how efficiently she and her assistant Dani got myself, three moms and a flower girl ready on the morning of the wedding. We had a morning ceremony so time was of the essence, and she and Dani arrived promptly and had everyone finished right on time with no stress.
Professionalism was a priority to me since wedding planning is stressful enough, and Jennifer delivered. Everyone felt beautiful and I would recommend her to anyone seeking a makeup or hair artist.

Jennifer and her team were great. Jennifer did my hair for my bridal shoot and it looked so stunning! My flat hair finally got some volume!! There was a slight hiccup - Jennifer had to go out of town the weekend of my wedding, but she re-accommodated us with her other amazing team members, Gretchen and Christie. They were so awesome to work with and all of the bridesmaids and mama’s looked BEAUTIFUL!! We greatly appreciated not being left high and dry, like some other vendors might have done.

I am SO happy that we found Jennifer and JM Glamour. Not only are her prices super reasonable, but the quality of her work was outstanding. She took the time to help me find the right hairstyle and makeup look for the big day, and was super patient as I tried different ideas. Her suggestions were great and her experience as a make up artist and hair stylist really helped me look and feel my best. I can honestly say Jennifer made me feel my most beautiful on my wedding day, and I cannot thank her enough. Also, my makeup and hair lasted the whole night, and I didn't have to touch up at all (which was great because the day flies by so quickly I wanted to savor every moment!). Not only did she do my hair and makeup, she and her second stylist also did my mom's and my 6 bridesmaids, and it did not take long at all! My mom and bridesmaids were all SO happy with their hair and makeup (which is not an easy task with that many people) and I am so happy with how everyone looked. Perhaps most important, Jennifer was so sweet and I genuinely have enjoyed getting to know her though my trial, my bridal portraits, and my wedding day. If I ever need my hair and makeup done again, I'll definitely be contacting her, and I'm sure my two younger sisters (not yet engaged, but likely in the next couple years) will be reaching out to Jennifer for their weddings too. Jennifer and her assistant Brenda did such an amazing job on me and all my ladies! Everyone loved their hair and makeup and it really did last ALL DAY! The pictures turned out beautifully! My wedding day was 3 months away when I booked Jennifer. She was super flexible working with me from out of town and when the day came, she was prompt to arrive and had SO MUCH makeup and tools with her! The makeup work was flawless and stayed on all night! Sweetest person you'll ever meet and have on your wedding team.
Jennifer was really great and so easy to work with! You can tell that she has a ton of experience and knows how to do any makeup look that you're going for - just make sure you come in with an idea of what kind of makeup you want, because she can do it all!

Jennifer was really great. She is super talented and made my bridesmaids and myself look awesome. She has an extensive amount of cosmetics and I really loved the airbrush look. All I had to do was show her a picture of the hairstyle I wanted and she achieved it with perfection.

Jennifer is such a sweetie. She's quiet and soft spoken but she knows her stuff. All of our makeup looked great! I would also recommend getting a trial run. I wasn't at first but am glad I did because it helps you get used to what you look like with a lot of makeup on if your like me and go makeup free most days. It seems like a lot at first but in pictures we all looked amazing!
On top of being amazing at what she does, Jennifer is the sweetest person ever! She did my hair and makeup for my wedding and it was absolutely PERFECT! There is not one thing I would have changed!
