Amazing! Jill is so easy to work with. We had a couple of phone conversations before the wedding, and she delivered exactly what I wanted. Actually she gave us more than what I was expecting. Everyone (including me) were so impressed with the florals at our wedding and rehearsal dinner, I couldn’t stop talking about them all weekend. I’d recommend JMercer Designs for all of their floral needs.

Jill is the best! I could not have asked for a better florist for my wedding! I sent her an email with a picture of what I had in mind for my bridal bouquet, bridesmaids' bouquets, and boutonnieres, and she executed all of them flawlessly, even better than they looked in the photos. She even took a panicked phone call from my mom requesting three additional bouquets the day before the wedding (!!) and exceeded our expectations in those as well. Jill, I can't thank you enough!

I am so glad I chose Jill as my florist! She made everything so easy on me and the floral arrangements she made were exactly what I had envisioned! We had a phone conversation, and with my little knowledge about flowers, I described to her the colors and flowers I wanted. Even from my broken description, she made exactly what I wanted! She gave me a very descriptive proposal and even drew me some examples for our alter. She was very receptive to changes I made throughout the wedding planning phase, which for me was Over a year, and I was very needy towards the end! Haha She was extremely organized and got all the floral arrangements to our venue and set up before I even got there. I got so many compliments on every piece that she made. If you want beautiful flowers and don’t want to be stressed, pick Jill! You won’t regret it. * will add photos when I get them back from my photographer!

It was such a pleasure working with Jill on our wedding in New Orleans. In the planning, she was very responsive and professional, and she provided helpful recommendations and advice to create the ceremony we had envisioned. On the day, coordinating delivery to multiple locations was seamless, the arrangements were perfect, and we didn't have to worry about a thing! We are so happy to have found Jill!

Oh my goodness Jill went above and beyond! I felt as though I threw her many curve balls and she more than delivered! Our bouquets were stunning. When my calla lilies arrived damaged, she called me right away and professionally told me that they were not good enough for my bouquet, honesty that I greatly appreciated. At the end of the day, she surprised me with them in my bouquet and even met up with us in Jackson Square to deliver my flower girl her flower crown. I cannot thank Jill enough for creating the wedding flowers of my dreams!

Jill did a wonderful job of understanding what my daughter wanted. My daughter wanted lots of flowers and Jill delivered! Everything at the reception was beautiful, from the big arrangements to the small centerpieces on the tables. The bride's bouquet was amazing as was the whole wedding party. I have one of the bridesmaids bouquet and it still looks good.(going on 10 days). I really enjoyed working with Jill. I will definitely recommend her to everyone!!

Mrs. Jill was so amazing to work with!! I was struggling with ideas for florals and had just mentioned to her what I like or what I thought I liked and she took that and ran with it!! My bouquet along with all of my bridal party flowers were absolutely stunning. When she personally dropped them off to me the day of the wedding I was speechless. She even stayed to help me tie on my grandmothers charm to my flowers so it would properly show. Thank you so much Mrs. Jill!!

I was looking for an affordable yet still perfect florist and Jill Mercer was exactly that! She brought my dreams to life and I could not be more thankful. Literally the only time I cried MY ENTIRE WEDDING DAY was when I saw my bridal bouquet she made!!!! It was breathtaking. She was also so flexible for our being in a pandemic. She was extremely easy to work with. I’m so thankful for her!

Jill absolutely knocked it out of the park with the arrangement for our wedding. From the boutonnieres to my bouquet, the fall colors were everything we had hoped for. Great prices and communication and of course, beautiful flowers!

Ms. Jill and I met through my wedding planner. She was punctual and professional for our appointment. I expressed to her my vision, and she immediately went to work trying to determine how we would achieve it. Due to the gathering restrictions in New Orleans, my fiance and I have decided to just elope on our wedding date. I notified Ms. Jill, and she gave me two options. Due to us having a destination, I opted out of the floral arrangement, so she refunded me my deposit back. I will definitely rebook her for our big reception. She is amazing.

I can’t say enough good things about working with Jill. Our wedding was postponed due to covid and then occurred the week of Hurricanes Laura and Marco. Jill was flexible and very communicative, even texting me weather updates, since we don’t live in New Orleans. My flowers were everything that I wanted and more. She made a custom board to fit the fountain in the courtyard where we got married and the flowers were gorgeous!

From the beginning of the process, Jill was absolutely amazing. Sometimes it's hard to put into words the vibe you want to achieve with your wedding, and she was able to put together exactly what I was looking for. Jill is very accessible via email and responds promptly. She is also honest and willing to work within your budget by suggesting alternative flowers. I planned on getting married in New Orleans on October 17th, but I had to reschedule due to Covid. I had to reschedule to a date Jill was unavailable, and she is refunding MY ENTIRE deposit. Jill is one of the only vendors who was willing to refund my deposit. This means everything to me because I am losing a lot of money elsewhere. I highly recommend Jill to all!!

Jill did a tremendous job in helping us select the flowers for our wedding. Unfortunately due to COVID we were unable to have the wedding we were planning on having. Due to having to cancel our vendors, Jill refunded our full deposit to us. If you are planning a wedding I would definitely recommend using Jill Mercer for all of your flower needs.

I don't even know where to begin in describing my gratitude for the excellent work that Jill provided for my wedding. Jill made my vision of a dream wedding a reality and I am forever grateful! She took my crazy ideas and turned them into breathtaking arrangements, including the gold pineapple bouquets with ribbons of brightly colored flowers. I wanted both bohemian but glamorous and rich and moody, yet colorful. I don't know how she did it but she made all of that happen! She even surprised me with a stunning floral garland that brought me to tears the moment I saw it! The compliment I received the most about my wedding was the spectacular display of florals. The centerpieces, cake table, and all other amenities were decorated in the utmost elegant, total fashion. All persons involved were completely satisfied with the product, and we could have not asked for a better florist to make our day special. Everything was great. We are from out of town, Mississippi, and only needed bouquets, corsages, and table centerpieces. They were so nice even to my grandma who is difficult to please. This was an easy choice for us.
