Having Jessica as our wedding planner was the best decision we made for our wedding. It was the wedding of our dreams, and it was all thanks to Jessica!!! We went with her full planning package, and was so grateful that we did as she was there with us every step of the way. During all of our meetings, Jessica was really good at honing in on the details that we wanted, and knew which items were a priority for us. She helped ease a lot of our worries and concerns, especially since our wedding was a 400+ guest count event. Regardless of our large guest count, our guests' had the best time of their lives and it was one of the most beautiful weddings they've ever been to, per their feedback, which we completely agree!!!
Our wedding wouldn't have turned out as beautiful and magical as it did if it weren't for Jessica and her JMK events team. It was one of the happiest days of our lives despite the heavy rain showers anticipated to occur during our outdoor wedding. Not only did she provide a lot of hope, positivity, and words of encouragement, she was able to put together a backup plan in one week's time using the venue's limited capacity indoor facility and repurpose so many of our items that we've rented and purchased. To the very end, we could see how hard she worked to help us combat the rain, and we're truly grateful for that.
Jessica was a blessing through our whole wedding journey and the day of. All of the thought, care, time, planning, details...everything she had put forth into our wedding was top tier. Both sets of parents were extremely happy with how everything had turned out, and how smooth it had all gone. It was all thanks to our amazing wedding planner!
A very long overdue review but Jessica planned our wedding in san jose so so beautifully. She helped us from start to finish of finding all of our vendors within our budget and exceeded our expectations on the wedding day. Best decision we made in the planning process was hiring Jessica and her team!
My husband and I got married about a month ago and one of our biggest thanks is to Jessica and her team! In every meeting leading up to the wedding, she was so thoughtful in checking in on us, efficient in everything that needed to get done, and helpful in feeling a lot less stressed after each meeting. We also don't have many married friends, so she really helped us understand and plan the whole process and every little detail. Our wedding day, from getting ready to cleaning up, was a DREAM knowing she was taking care of things behind the scenes so gracefully and I didn't have to worry about anything and everything turned out so beautiful and lovely. We are so grateful for the work you did, Jessica, and making this day such a memorable one for us!
We put a lot of hard work into planning our wedding and we were so lucky to be able to pass everything off to Jess as our "month of" coordinator! She executed everything flawlessly and her calm presence was much appreciated on the day of. Even though she was technically our "month of" she went above and beyond multiple times prior to the "month of" giving us vendor recommendations and guidance on various things like amounts for desserts etc. The weeks leading up to the wedding she was super responsive and helpful, which made us feel fully supported during crunch time. We are so glad that we entrusted our wedding to her and had the most amazing, smooth, stress-free celebration thanks to her and her team!
Jessica understood our vision and particularities right off the bat and was able to not only organize a wedding we wanted but also sprinkled the event with details we did not even think about. The resulting night was magical and so memorable for us all. Thank you Jessica for making this happen while pregnant no less!
Jessica was AMAZING to work with. She was so patient with us through multiple date changes during the pandemic and even through the birth of her own child! And not once did we feel as though she wasn't available when we needed her. She gave fantastic recommendations for vendors (we don't regret hiring a single one) and ran the wedding day so smoothly that if anything went wrong, we had no clue because we didn't hear about it. Our wedding was everything we hoped for and more, and it's due in large part to Jessica and her team :)
We started working with Jessica just 3 months before our wedding due to covid putting our wedding plans on hold. We were extremely worried about being able to plan the entire wedding with only 3 months left but Jessica reassured us that it would be doable — and she delivered. Jessica was extremely easy to collaborate with. She is friendly, patient, and responsive. She was also extremely flexible in meeting up whenever we needed some face time, even late at night. There was a clear checklist of items for us to get through and templates for information that we needed to fill out. She kept things well organized and also kept us on track. Jessica also gave us a lot of different ideas and suggestions (she recommended wedding party favors that our guests LOVED). She also provided many of the miscellaneous supplies so we didn’t need to buy/rent them ourselves (such as table numbers). On the day of, Jessica was extremely attentive. She made sure we stayed on schedule while at the same time not rushing us. We felt completely taken care of and didn’t have to worry about a thing. We honestly don’t know what we would have done without Jessica and we can’t recommend working with her enough! Thank you Jessica!

Jessica is AMAZING, and I would 10+/10 recommend her for all your event planning needs!

Jessica was the planner (and MVP) for our wedding in April 2021.
I first met Jessica back in December 2018 after I got engaged and had initially planned for a May 2020 wedding. With COVID, we went through multiple (and I really do mean MULTIPLE) venue and date changes before being able to finally have our wedding, and Jessica stuck by our side throughout it all, went to infinity and beyond, and delivered MAGIC.
I had lots of ideas for what I wanted in a wedding, but I wanted a planner because I didn’t know how to put it all together. I found Jessica after lots of research and meeting with other Bay Area planners. What got me was her personality. I feel like planners are professional, organized, and detailed, because it comes with part of the job, but Jessica has heart. She was the point person for all our other vendors, collected all the quotes, managed the set up and takedown of the event, coordinated the event as I imagine all planners do. She also thought of all the tiny details I would’ve never thought about--let’s be real, no matter how “on top of it” I may be in my normal life, I’m not a professional wedding planner no matter how much time I spend on Pinterest and wedding blogs. In between all of this, she was incredibly supportive and kept the momentum of wedding planning going when it almost completely died down for me after all the postponing.
Being in healthcare, the pandemic made my life busier than it already was, but Jessica was flexible in arranging our pre-COVID in-person meetings and was timely in responding to my emails no matter when I sent them. I feel so, so lucky that we had Jessica, because I don’t think we would’ve had this wonderful experience with any other planner. Our final wedding plans actually only came together in a matter of weeks (when we found out we were allowed to proceed), and by then, I was so exhausted from work that I really didn’t have the energy to put myself into every detail of the wedding. I remember sending Jessica a text the morning of while I was getting hair/makeup done because I had a last-minute panic about something random, and she replied, “We’re all set! Don’t worry about anything!” I don’t think I ever told her, but I felt myself let out a HUGE sigh of relief knowing Jessica was here for us, as she had been since the very beginning.
We were so fortunate to work with Jessica for our big day! We had met her a few years ago when she coordinated a wedding for our close friends - and we were immediately impressed with how she was able to lead a room of vendors/helpers...we knew we had to have her for our wedding!
She was always so kind and patient with us during our meetings, prepped materials and helped us consider decisions that we would not have been able to anticipate otherwise. Leading up to the wedding, we had to create a plan B in the matter of days due to rain in the forecast. Not only did Jessica go above and beyond in helping us navigate through the decisions, but also managed to rally the vendors’ support behind us.
Our big day went so smoothly thanks to Jessica! There were some minor unpredicted mishaps (I.e. someone forgot to bring a box of decor, we forgot to order extra flowers, power went out for our dessert table), but she always leaned in and made the best of the situation - which was done so discretely that we usually only found out after the fact!!
Jessica’s hands down amazing. We can’t wait to recommend her to our friends any chance we get!
Jessica is an all-time pro. She was our month of coordinator for our fall 2019 wedding. Although she was technically a “month of” she really helped throughout the whole process. She helped us find two of our vendors and checked in with us periodically leading up to the month. Then, we had several meetings to go over timelines and finalize decorations. She went above and beyond what we asked of her. Jessica joined us for our final walkthrough at the venue site and asked questions we didn’t even think to ask. Up until that point, my husband and I had been planning on our own. It was then that I realized the value of having a pro and I low-key wished we had hired her to help with the entire process.
She took over the reins at that point and became the point person for all communication with the various vendors, which allowed us to really focus on the big day. She also provided the sage advice of relaxing, and we were able to really just enjoy the day without stressing as a result.
Jessica is kind, creative, organized, precise, responsive, thorough, and thoughtful. By the end of it, my husband and I just wanted to be friends with her!
I really had a great experience with Jessica. She’s super organized, professional, punctual and keeps the ball rolling. I thought I could handle everything and just have a day of planner, but as soon as I got her on board, I noticed how much better it is to have someone with experience handle things and how many things I didn’t consider/take into account. I went for the rose gold package, which includes partial planning. She was able to use her contacts to get me really good prices on rentals and put together a one pager of estimates for me to choose from. She handled most vendor communications and aligned with everyone before the big day. We had some issues about weather as it might have been chilly and rainy in my outdoor wedding day. She was able to quickly round up heaters for me and make back up plans for us. I was really thrilled with her services and would definitely recommend her!
Jessica was amazing from start to finish. We hired Jessica as a 'day of' coordinator but she consistently went above and beyond every expectation we had. We were able to meet with her several times in person before the wedding to help with planning. She was also always incredibly responsive via email and phone the entire time leading up to the day of the wedding.
The day of the wedding she ended up going even further above and beyond our expectations. We were doing a lot of the wedding on our own and had hired some people to help us clean up the venue after the wedding. When they didn't show up the day of, Jessica stayed longer than her contracted time and helped to start the cleaning process, direct some of our friends on where to focus, etc.
Our wedding day was amazing and we could not have done it without Jessica's help. She was a consistent, calming presence throughout the process always reminding us and assuring us that things were going to be ok. We will be forever grateful to her.
