We couldn't have been happier with AJ as our wedding DJ! From the very beginning, he was incredibly professional and attentive to our music preferences. AJ managed to create the perfect atmosphere, seamlessly blending our chosen songs with crowd-pleasers that kept everyone dancing all night long. His energy was contagious, and he had a remarkable ability to read the room and adjust the music accordingly. We received numerous compliments from our guests about how great the music was. Joe's DJ was in contact with us throughout our planning process and always answered any question we had. They listened to want we wanted to hear and made it happen. Bonus points: they had already played at our venue (as they have at so many venues), so they knew the layout well. One less thing for us to think about!

This vendor was simply the best… we had our wedding at chico hot springs resort in august.. site unseen!!!! We are from Wisconsin and this vendor was the best!!! I would have never messed around with some small company or someone who is doing it on the side… use a professional company… joes!!!! We had the craziest music for ceremony and I wasn’t sure he could make it happen….. they did!!!! My husband used to listen to snoop dog and dr Dre in his youth… well guess who provided the bad ass instrumental for my husband to make his entrance walking down the aisle … joes!!!! And the rest of the night was Fantastic because they do the best job on anything you need!!!

Joe’s DJ was amazing! They are so organized and professional, communication and coordination leading up to the wedding was so easy and really set us up for the best day. Dan ran our day and was so awesome to work with, we loved him! The DJ is such a major part of making your day hassle-free, they were the best investment (not to mention very reasonable prices) and I recommend them to anyone.

Joe’s DJ service is friendly, affordable, and organized. We worked with AJ who had us fill out a questionnaire about our service and reception and then called to go over all the details to us. DJ Dan Dragon was our DJ and he was fantastic. He had great communication with us all night, he followed our set list, and checked in with us if our guests wanted other music. He kept our reception going with the perfect cadence and was sincerely a pleasure to work with. We love music and it was a huge part of our special day.

David was so professional, timely and easy to work with. He set up on time and delivered exactly what we asked for. Our wedding was so amazing and David helped make that happen! Thank you!

The music and order of an event sets the tone and Joe's DJ's service did an outstanding job! Our hats off to David for making our daughter's wedding fabulous! AJ with Joe's DJ Service was AMAZING! He was very helpful and organized leading up to our event. On the actual big day, he was fantastic! It started to rain during our pictures, and he was there with an umbrella! Most importantly, he was a BLAST during the reception! Our guests consisted of mostly family and close friends, and we are NOT dancers. This awesome human had us dancing the entire night! I had to add on additional time!! 100/10 recommend!!!

I knew that the DJ would be an important part of our wedding, but I had no idea how crucial Joe’s DJ Service and our DJ, Ryan, would be to making our big day memorable in all of the best ways. Going with real pros made all the difference, as it’s clear how much the professionalism and expertise of the Joe’s team really paid off. AJ was fantastic to work with ahead of our wedding. He was beyond patient and understanding when we needed to postpone due to the pandemic, and when we finally started the planning process in earnest, he was quick to answer every question I had. From strategies to amplify the ceremony at our remote outdoor venue to the best mic setup for our videographers to capture the audio they needed, he’d done it all before (and worked with many of our Bozeman-based vendors as well), and the value of that experience was clear. And of course, the detailed questionnaire and follow-up call the week before the wedding was the perfect way to make sure we’d ironed out all of the details. As a bride, it often felt like my job to think of everything, but with Joe’s, I got the comfort and relief of a pro who’d thought of everything I hadn’t and was always one step ahead. Our wedding day was wonderful but a bit chaotic, validating all of the prep work Joe’s did to be ready for anything. Some nasty weather rolled in and we had to change quickly to an indoor venue, but because we'd been over the backup plan, our DJ was able to shift gears quickly without scrambling for new instructions. And about that DJ: Ryan was a ROCK STAR!! It was a bit of a fire drill for him to pack up his equipment when the rain came and switch over to our alternate venue, but he did an absolutely amazing job. The second setup worked really well, with all of our guests able to hear our ceremony clearly—a huge priority. Ryan was also very responsive to feedback, turning the volume down during dinner when asked and rolling with other requests. We’d provided a list of songs in advance, but unfortunately his printed copies got rained on and partially ruined… however, I didn’t realize that until much later because he understood our vibe so well that he ended up playing what we would've wanted anyway! We got compliments not just from guests but from our shuttle drivers saying that the party sounded fantastic and that we had the best playlist—all thanks to Ryan! We loved the fantastic energy he brought, joining our friends on the dance floor and understanding exactly how to keep people pumped up. We wanted a mix of country, pop, and some “guilty pleasure” tunes from our college days. He managed to find the perfect blend, switching it up to keep things fresh without giving anyone musical whiplash. The moment Ryan became the real MVP of our wedding was when he approached our venue and got them to extend our end time! He saw how much fun we were having and took it upon himself to see if we could keep things going. We had the very best night, thanks to Ryan’s intuition and initiative and the professionalism and preparation of the whole Joe’s team. I cannot recommend them enough!

Joe's DJ Service knows how to make a wedding truly special. AJ and Taylor were incredibly easy to work with helped us plan our ideal wedding party from start to finish. And when it was time to dance, Taylor brought the beats and worked the crowd! EVERYBODY danced to the last song! So much fun! Thank you!

AJ was absolutely awesome to work with. I loved how organized he was with all the preparations, and options for our wedding. He was very on top of everything & responded quickly to all communications. Our Dj (Jarred) did an amazing job playing everything we wanted. He was extremely helpful & polite throughout the night. He went BEYOND his job as a DJ to make sure our night was special, by offering to get us drinks and checking on us throughout the night, as well as entertaining one of our flower girls. 😂 I highly recommend Joe's DJ! They were really awesome to work with! Easy and Professional. We decided to hire a DJ at the last minute, this company came highly recommended by all of our vendors. Our DJ was amazing, he came out and danced with all of us. It was a really intimate wedding, so that fact he just joined the party just made it extra special. *He had some really sweet moves too

Great service from initial contact until the end! We were so thankful to work with AJ and his team. They helped with every detail of the timeline for the day, and even during the wedding would come up and check with us if something needed to be switched or changed. Very professional and friendly! All of our guests commented on how wonderful our DJ was. He knew how to read the room and when to play what songs. We were so thankful for AJ and the team! Hire them, you won't regret it!

Outstanding service from start to finish. Working with Joe's DJ service was easy and so pleasant. It was very clear what they needed from me to make my day perfect. Our DJ Drew was incredible, he transitioned through all our songs and during the reception was able to keep our more reluctant crowd engaged and dancing. Even when things didn't go as planned (like a fire alarm during the ceremony) Drew was wonderful at lightening the mood and helping to get everything back on track. Overall I couldn't recommend them enough for your wedding or event. From the coordination with AJ to the final song Drew played, they made the event a success!

All around very professional and proactive to help make the evening go smoothly. We threw them some curveballs and they took care of us with no problem. It was a killer party!

Overall, our DJ did not live up to our expectations for our big day. Keep in mind that in hiring Joe's DJ service, you do not get to pick the specific DJ that will work your event. It appeared as though our DJ did not look over our day-of timeline as key events were missed/mis-announced throughout the evening. During the dancing portion, our DJ had trouble reading the room and keeping the party going despite requests from our guests. While I'm sure Joe's DJ service has some wonderful DJ's on staff, ours did not meet the mark for our big day.

Had such a great time with Ryan! He really worked with our crowd and made sure everyone was having a great time. He kept events on track throughout the night. Great energy and super fun!

Joe's DJ (Evan) was SO MUCH FUN! They really nailed the vibe for our wedding, read the crowd great, listened to our do/do not play list with the right balance of genres, and made sure towards the end of the night we had heard everything we wanted to hear. They also provided music for our ceremony and cocktail hour. We had a specific recording from a family friend to play during the ceremony and they cued it up perfectly while staying very out of the way from the main event. A great DJ makes all the difference for a great party!

Our DJ was Eric, and he was awesome! Kept the party going and seemed to genuinely be having fun with us! Their service is very reasonably priced compared to many DJ's in the area and they were worth every penny!

AJ with Joe’s DJ service went above & beyond for our wedding. Due to COVID-19 we had to re-plan our reception not once, not twice, but THREE (yes, three) times. AJ immediately tried to help us find a new venue, new photo booth, everything. He made sure he was the one to DJ our wedding even though it was his wife’s birthday, just because he wanted to make sure we had the best night possible. Our guests continue to rave about how amazing our DJ was & how he kept the party alive the whole time! We are forever grateful for Joes DJ service, they helped make our special day possible!

We had 2 DJs (one was in training with the other one) and they were a BLAST! They were so much fun and very accommodating! I would 100% recommended them to anyone I know and we would absolutely hire them again!

Joe's DJ Service was fantastic to work with for our wedding! We specifically requested AJ and he truly added so much light and happiness to our day. He was helpful, but not intrusive and fun and funny but not too in our faces. Every single song he played was off the (very long) list of songs I gave him and somehow he knew exactly when it was right for each different song or genre. He arrived to the venue early and chatted with us before everything got going and we were so grateful to feel like someone had a great handle on the events of the night. We cannot recommend Joe's DJ and AJ enough!! Thank you AJ!!

AJ was wonderful to work with during the process leading up to the big day. They have a well thought out form for you to fill out and he does a phone call to go over all the logistics and make sure everything is ready for the big day. He records the phone call to share with the DJ too which is smart. Erik, our DJ, was really nice and listened to me when I went up to talk to him about songs etc. He did play a couple songs that we had on our do NOT play list, so I don’t know how well he read over the form we submitted, but it wasn’t a big deal. I would recommend them to others.

AJ was the DJ at our wedding reception and he did an outstanding job! We were dancing ALL NIGHT! He played every song I wanted snd communicated well with myself and my other vendors. He was also very flexible and willing to go along with any changes that happened as the night went on. As an example, I wanted to do the garter and bouquet toss earlier than I had anticipated bc I wanted to change into a more comfortable dress... when I told him I was ready for the bouquet and garter toss he transitioned into it very smoothly without hesitation and communicated it with my planner very well. Extremely impressed with his service before/leading up to the wedding day as well as ON the wedding day. Outstanding service ! Thank you!

Joes DJ Service was absolutely amazing on our big day!! Jake was the DJ that was assigned to our Wedding and he went above and beyond to assure everything was the way we were hoping. He communicated with our other vendors to keep the reception running smoothly and even checked in with my Husband and I to assure we were having fun. I would highly recommend them!!!

Amazing! From the point of booking up until the day of our wedding, Joe's DJ Service was truly awesome. We had a call with AJ a few weeks before the big day and he made us super comfortable and at ease. Jake was there the day-of and he was GREAT! We had a small, intimate wedding and wanted to be sure all guests were up on the dance floor. He made sure that happened! Highly recommend!!

Joe's DJ was great to work with!! I interviewed several DJ companies and chose Joe's DJ because I was impressed with their professionalism and philosophy of keeping the dancing going and the night moving, but not making the night about the DJ. And they delivered! My guests were dancing all night and had a great time. The bartender told my sister he had not seen so many people out on the dance floor at a wedding in a long time!

Joe’s DJ was seamless to work with! Very organized and attention to detail. When it came to the wedding day though, it felt like there was maybe a little miss communication? The DJ was insistent on speaking with me (bride) when we had provided a full schedule and communication plan prior to the wedding day. After we got this figured out and got him the schedule and communication info he was great. The dance floor was full all night and he followed exactly what we requested so everyone (elders and younger) were able to dance! Thanks for throwing a great party!

Very great to work with! They reviewed everything with us the week before and were very thorough, and made us feel like the night was truly ours. The DJ was also very flexible and moved the dance floor downstairs when he noticed everyone wanted to be outside and dance! Extremely affordable too.

I would straight up use them for all events. They are so thorough, they even do a full call before to get a feel for what you’re looking for and the DJ chose perfect opening music that matched our style and was so much fun with our guests! He even let them sing behind the DJ booth and made our event so much better.

I recently got married in West Yellowstone and they were professional, timely, and very friendly to work with before, during and after the event! I would highly recommend them! We had to do all our planning from long distance and did all our planning with them over the phone.
