We had our wedding in the Rose Garden outside of Joes on 10/04/24. We had a reception of about 50 people, and it was perfect. The perfect space- we had a dance floor, DJ, 10 high top tables, lounge couches all in the grass and it was set up so beautifully by the staff. I had never seen this area in person- I’ve only ever eaten inside. We were looking for a high quality food(not banquet) but didn’t want indoor vibes of a restaurant because we still wanted a dance floor and DJ. I stumbled upon Joe’s even though there’s not a ton of info on their outside event space. And I cannot recommend it enough- it was 100 degrees and I would still do it all over again. It was abnormally hot for October so the night before they offered us and indoor option and I really had my heart set on the outside and I’m so glad we didn’t change it. It was a night time wedding, and yes it was warm but not unbearable and the view was incomparable to anything I’ve seen. As far as staff, the manager Mike was really great to deal with throughout the process, being so far away whenever I had a question he’d get back properly. Again, I put a lot of trust in them because I just showed up the night of the wedding in high hopes it all worked out and it was stunning. The staff that night was on point. They never skipped a beat- our guests are still talking about the food. Food, DJ (DJ Tony was 10/10) and ambience exceeded our expectations and I cannot say enough about the evening. I know everyone says this, but the amount of people that said best wedding, best food ever was shocking. We had passed appetizers and seafood display and the display stole the show. I was worried about not having enough food because nothing was plated - but it really just added to the whole party vibe that we really wanted. Don’t hesitate if you need an event space for your wedding- everyone thinks Vegas is just the spot for Little chapels and Elvis so this really blew everyone’s mind.
Best food and portion sizes for our wedding. All the guest complimented our choice. Great service!!! Great job
For everyone having issues contacting Jose, he no longer works there. My wedding & reception are in 29 days, they JUST told me after I'd been trying to get ahold of him for a week. I have to start over at square one & replan my entire reception in less than a month! UGH.
The food was great and wait staff for our reception was great.
The issues we had are with the coordinators of our reception.
We had our wedding reception at Joe’s Seafood Las Vegas back in October of 2015, and I've been trying to rectify some issues we had at our wedding reception at Joes Seafood (Las Vegas - GiGi Room) and we have not been responded to, for 2 months.
We had paid extra money per person to upgrade our appetizers to the “Whale” option to include Stone Crabs for our wedding guests (51 people), and the Stone Crabs were not served and they had changed our appetizers without letting us know (we only noticed at the end of the night when a family member came and said that there were no stone crabs).
Secondly, we had paid extra for some up-lighting to be used for our reception, and noticed that they were not turned on, and when the staff went to check, it was actually not even working.
These are not huge issues, so I emailed my coordinators to let them know about my concerns. No response after 1 week, so I emailed them 3 other times, NO response what-so-ever (it has now been 2 months).
We are very disappointed by the ignorance presented by the events planning staff.
I was disappointed with the communication. Planning a wedding from out of state isn't easy, let alone nerve racking. Jose, event contact, was good about providing general information on my initial request. However, when I had a list of questions. I did not receive a response. I sent a follow up email. Still no response. Not even, I'm busy. I cannot help you. Needless to say I selected a different vendor.
We had our wedding reception at Joes in their outside garden with unlimited beer, wine and champagne with passed appetizers. The food was incredible and so was Nichole! I highly suggest looking into Joes, that were so nice and easy to work with!
I started planning for our wedding over a year in advance knowing that Joe's was the perfect spot despite never having been there before. From the get-go, Jose was extremely attentive and accommodating to our needs. Our reception had around 50 guests and a lot of crazy details and Jose, Nicole, and the entire waitstaff were extremely patient and professional in dealing with us. The night of our wedding, we were blown away with how gorgeous the Gigi room looked with our decorations; they were able to transform the room beyond our expectations without needing much instruction. The entire planning process was handled with ease primarily via email, and the staff was so friendly during the times we visited in person. The food was incredible, the bartender did a spectacular job, and the service was 5-star. We will forever be loyal to Joe's and I highly recommend having your event there!
My (now) husband and I booked Joe's for our wedding reception for 56 guests. We had our reception in the Gigi room and an open bar throughout, a cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres, a seated dinner and then a dance. We are from out of town so relied on reviews and e-mail communication. Let me first start by saying that the room is STUNNING! Pictures don't do it justice. The ceiling are quite high and have these awesome lights hanging down. There are lots of windows and views of the strip. The room has it's own dedicated kitchen and separate bar which was so convenient and wonderful. Throughout the planning process, both Jessica and Nicole were so accommodating and helpful. We dropped off some decorations, favours and place cards the day before our wedding. On the day of, all the vendors delivered their items (cake, flowers, dance floor, lights etc) and the room was set up for us.
The food was out of this world! Each guest had appetizers, salad, their choice of 5 different entrees (chosen night-of) and 3 different desserts. Seriously, it was some of the best food I've ever eaten...and all of our guests agreed they had never had such good food at a wedding. At the time we booked our reception, Joe's was rated number 11 as a restaurant out of 2400 in Las Vegas....a well-deserved reputation.
The staff serving us that night were also wonderful. The wedding party was met out front with glasses of water and then the emcee was informed we were there. A couple of each of the appetizers were saved and placed at our table so we could try them. The staff did a tremendous job at keeping wine and water glasses full and accommodating guests that had food allergies, needed gluten free meals.
We were able to leave a bunch of stuff there that night and return the next day to pick it up so we could continue the party late into the night (so wonderful). They only teeny thing that I wish could have been different about the night is that the lights couldn't be dimmed for dancing. The Gigi room lights are connected to the rest of the restaurant and the other diners in the restaurant need to be able to see.
Please, if you are searching for a wedding reception venue, end your search here. It will be the best decision you make!
The food was delicious! My guests had salad, 2 sides, and a choice of steak/salmon/chicken, plus dessert. I have no complaints about the food, and the venue (the Jesse room) had a classic/traditional look that I liked. Very good, I even plan to return for an anniversary dinner.
First off, I am from out of town and started planning 5 months before my wedding day, so I really couldn't squeeze in a quick visit to Las Vegas... so my only bases on all of my vendors was on The Knot and other wedding websites that past brides used and received a high overall rating.
VENUE= We had about 62 guests and the Gigi room was very intimate without the room feeling too small or too big with a dance floor. The only thing that was kinda off to me was the lighting. Although it was good for pictures, it seemed to bright for some people to dance too; it was either on or off- no dimmer switch avaliable.
FOOD= The food was off the charts and never ate at Joe's until my reception. I loved how the guest got to choose their entree and dessert when they got seated. And without a doubt, Joe's has perfected the stone crab. I added the ribeye to the menu, (knowing there was an additional charge) and so glad I did because a lot of my guest ordered it, and was glad they had that option. I also had the bar open to a dollar limit of my preference and was told I was going to be notified once I pass a certain point of the bill, but luckily we didn't hit the limit.
Overall Joe's was the perfect fit for us. The reception coordinators, Jessica and Nicole were on top of my requests and also made sure my other vendors were on time and had everything set before my guest or I arrived. Furthermore, had a set font for everything, from my invitations to place cards and when I got the chance to go over the menu, I got the chance to change/alter the font and clip art to my liking.
Best part was when my guest enjoyed the reception and couldn't stop raving about the food.
Thanks so much for the wonderful experience!!!

We had a 4 hour cocktail and Hors d'oeuvre reception in the Gigi Room since our ceremony was at 7pm and it was perfect. We had about 100 people there with 4 sit down tables and 5 or 6 cocktail tables. We first worked with Beth but she left the company and Jessica took over. It was a pleasure working with both of them and the staff the night of our wedding was great! We picked four different items to serve and all tasted great. It was a little tight in the room at first but the staff moved some cocktail tables around to have some dancing space (like we originally planned). My brother had delivered our table items earlier and they were set up for us. All around a great experience and very glad I chose Joe's to hold our reception.
The food and service was outstanding. The Gigi private room looked straight out of a magazine. Everything was wonderful
The food was amazing, the staff was wonderful. Our wedding reception was perfect. All our guest had nothing but positive comments. They ALL said it was the best wedding reception they have ever been to!
Joe’s was perfect. That about sums it up. Beth was hands down my favorite person to deal with while planning (and I liked every one of my vendors). She answered all my silly questions and fast. Honestly sometimes I had a response to an email within the hour. She wasn’t around the night of our party or when we arrived to drop things off – she was on her honeymoon – so she was forgiven :) . In Beth’s absence I dealt with Jessica – who was also fantastic and knew all our details when we showed up. The Gigi room was the perfect size for our 32 guests – we had originally booked it to hold about 45 so I was worried it would feel too big for our smaller crowd. Not even a little bit. We had 6 tables for dining, a cake pop/guestbook table, our DJ and a dance floor. Perfect. The food – oh my god – the food. Our guests RAVED about how good it was. All of it. “The best _______I’ve ever eaten” insert steak, salmon, crab, mashed potatoes, pie here. I had the crab cakes – they were literally all crab, I could only eat one. So apparently Joe’s is famous for their key lime pie. I don’t like key lime pie so I had the peanut butter pie. Holy mother of goodness. Nom. Sooo delicious. I was soo sad that I was too full to eat more than a few bites. Next time I see a Joe’s I’m going for the peanut butter pie – before the main course. The service was also phenomenal. One of my friends told me she had been sitting for an hour and a half and her wine was still at the same level because they keep refilling it – she told me she was worried about standing up! We had a male and a female host, the female was fantastic and on the ball and the male was hilarious – all of our guests loved him. We were short on the room minimum so our female host (Heidi – I’m pretty sure that was her name) suggested we send our guests home with bottles of wine. Great idea! Our guests certainly thought so – they were all so surprised and excited when we told them. Like I said Joe’s was perfect. I would change nothing. I love Joe’s. If you couldn’t tell
We had our wedding reception in the GiGi Room 3.31.12 with about 50 guest. First off Beth is AMAZING!!! She is so helpful and sweet. You can tell she enjoys her job and is passionate about what she does. The room it self is beautiful! I did not do any extra decorations because the room is beautiful enough on its own. I brought seating cards, favors, guest book, ect. the day before and the room was perfect for the reception. The food was out of this world!! All of my guest raved about the food and the serviced we received. I never had to worry about a thing. If I had to do it all over again I would NOT change a thing!! Joe's far exceeded our expectations. If you are thinking of have your reception here do not hesitate! I can not wait to go back for our anniversary!! :)
We had our reception here in the Gigi room on 8/27/11 and my husband and I both believe this was the absolute best decision. The food was AMAZING, people still talk about how good the food was. The room is GORGEOUS!! The staff was unbelievably friends, accommodating and helpful. The process of planning went w/o a hitch even though there were some changes to the staff during my planning process. Overall if I had to do it again, Joe's would DEFINITELY still be my choice for the reception.
Held my reception dinner in the Gigi room & it turned out great! Perfect for 41 guests. food was what fine dining should be in Vegas. I didn't have to add anything extra for the room. It has it's own separate kitchen & bar for the room so you don't have to share with the rest of the restaurant. The staff was great & so accommodating. I didn't have to worry about a thing!
My husband and I recently had our reception at Joe's. There is no other word to describe the experience than AMAZING.
We had around 20 people at our reception. I was worried that because it was so small, it wouldn't feel like a "real" reception. My guests and I are still raving about the food and services. And it for sure was exactly like a true reception!
Wedding planning can be very stressful, but my coordinator made everything so easy and seamless. On my wedding day, I was not worried at all. Everything was set up exactly how I envisioned it - to the smallest detail.
The food was spectacular and my guests enjoyed every bite! My husband is such a picky eater...but he loved his menu choice!
Overall, if you are getting married in Vegas, I highly recommend Joe's for your reception! We were married at the Paris Hotel and took a car over to Joe's. It was perfect. It's a night that I will never forget and was the perfect way to end our wedding day and night! :)
We were married in Las Vegas at Caesars Palace and our wedding co-ordinator recommended Joe's to us as we were looking for a location to have a wedding dinner after our ceremony. We love seafood and the wedding co-ordinator recommended Joe's because of their 2nd Mortgage appetizer. We selected "The Exclusive" menu which gave us many selections to personalize the entrees and desserts while still giving our guest choices. The food was amazing! We had not tried stone crab before and it was very fresh, plump and delicious. We are foodies and initally thought that we would need to order extra appetizers in addition to the pre-planned menu but we were overwhelmed with the amount of food as well as the portions. We were expecting food portions that tend to be very small yet displayed artistically on the plate. While the food was displayed artistically it had substance to it. The desserts were huge! The 2nd mortage alone could easily have kept us content. There were 17 of us at a long rectangle table in Jesse's Room. The atmosphere was vibrant and classy. While we were getting our pictures taken our guests were able to have a seat at the bar and have some drinks. The service and attention to detail that Joe's offered made our Wedding evening stress free. We were able to have a wedding logo added to our menus which were printed by Joe's and our server kindly set them aside for us to keep as wedding momentos. Our contact at Joe's through email kept us on track with our planning and was patient when I kept on re-designing the wedding logo and answered all of our questions. I was able to walk over flowers that were delivered to us that day and Joe's set them on our dinner table for us. The Maitre De allowed us to wait for all of our guests to arrive before we entered the party room for dinner so that we wouldn't have any stragglers. Eventhough we arrived a half an hour early for our reservation they were ready for us when we arrived. All around the food, the atmosphere, the service was second to none!
My wedding reception at Joe's was the best. The food was excellant and the staff was great! Every question I had was answered promptly whether it was an email or phone call. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone whether it is for a wedding or just for dinner, I wish there was one where I lived!!
My husband and I love eating at the restaurant in Chicago, and so once we realized that there was a Joe's in Las Vegas (where we married), it was an obvious choice for our wedding reception. Everything was perfect! The special event coordinator was extremely helpful (and organized!), the staff was attentive, the view from our room was beautiful, and the food was AMAZING. Of course we thought it was the best night of our lives, but many of our guests couldn't stop talking about it weeks afterward. Definitely would recommend this venue!
I can't rave about Joe's enough! We had our Wedding Reception in the Gigi Room on October 22, 2011 at 7pm. They set up the tables for us, one of my bridesmaids dropped off the favors earlier the day of the wedding, and Joe's took care of the rest! The room was equiped with everything we could possibly need. We had our own private bar, bathrooms, and a view of the strip! The room itself was gorgeous. The staff were so friendly and took care of our every need. The food, amazing! The guests kept talking with every bit about how good their meal was. Beth, our contact at Joe's was extremely helpful and easy to talk to throughout the planning process. Our guests all were saying it was the best wedding reception, best party they had ever been too!!! It was such a relief to not have to go set the reception venue up before the ceremony, it was nice to leave it all to the professionals!! Everyone at Joe's did a fantastic job! We felt like Movie Stars! I can't wait to eat there again when my husband and I go back to Vegas!
Joes: A++
Have you ever had the best experience in your life, at the most amazing restaurant, with amazing food and AMAZING staff?? I have, and it’s called Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak and Stone Crab! Unbelievable! Our guests are STILL talking about it and it’s been over a month. The food was out of this world. Most of our guests got the steak and lobster, and of course why wouldn’t they? I even got it and I don’t eat seafood. Ralph Lazano was so great and so nice and so sweet, everyone was. We couldn’t have picked a better venue for the wedding reception and I can’t say enough good things about them. We had a $5000 minimum for the room which I was so scared we would go over but in fact we were under by about $900, so Rashad Tabeb, the wine steward, brought me a wine and champagne menu to choose bottles to take back to the hotel with me. I had no idea what I was looking at except for the Dom Perignon so I asked him to choose for me and he did a great job and was also super nice!! Our coordinator Nicole Eldridge was amazing as well, she also put up with a million e-mails from me and she was so great about it. I was a little sad I didn’t get to see her and thank her in person but she had everything ready to go for me and she just helped out so much, even when I was undecided about things. I can’t wait to go back there, I would redo the wedding just so we can experience Joe’s all over again. It was the best time of my life.
This is our favorite restaurant and what better way to celebrate our wedding day. The service was impeccable. ALl the staff was amazing. Amy Benning the director of private parties was great and professional.
Thank you!
If you are thinking of having a reception in Las Vegas DO IT HERE!
We rented out the Gigi Room, and would make the same decision a thousand times over!
As I wrote in my post about Caesar's Palace and their wedding department, it was such a breath of fresh air to have someone actually care about what you wanted done for your wedding!
Nicole answered every.single.question. and then some in a very professional and helpful manner!
The entire staff that was on during our event went leaps and bounds above what was expected!
EVERY SINGLE ONE OF OUR 50 guests was blown away by not only the service but the food too! The room is absolutely gorgeous, has a private bar, and the food is impeccable.
Everyone's dish was cooked to order, and there was not one single complaint :)
WE WERE SO HAPPY HERE :)ENJOY!
