John swooped in when we were in need. He helped us finalize everything the last three months prior to the wedding. He is organized, has a keen attention to detail, creative, visual, tech savvy, budget conscious, and a great listener. He gave us more time than he should have and always went above and beyond. I could go on and on - this is coming from 2 very type-A brides. We were lucky we found him and would recommend him 100x over to all our family and friends. We were happy we snagged him before all of FL finds out about him. If you want an amazing outcome/aesthetic John Campbell is a must.

Growing up gay, my husband and I never thought we would get married. Then marriage equality passed and then a few years later we met and decided to get married. We had NO clue about weddings. We told John we didn't want to sweat, we wanted a party but we wanted it to be fancy. HE KNOCKED IT OUT THE PARK. From the colors, to the theme, to the small details, every person that came to the wedding said, "This was THE BEST wedding I've ever attended." We could take no credit for it. It was ALL John! Thank you, thank you, thank you for an amazing day of memories that not only meant the world to us, but to our families and loved ones. HIRE JOHN!

John is phenomenal to work with! He is extremely organized, has such an eye for everything, even the small details, and will go the extra mile to make your day absolutely perfect! I highly recommend hiring him to help you with your big day because he really takes out all of the stress that goes into planning a wedding!!

John worked with us on our virtual wedding - it was an amazing experience as he was able to really hear our needs and vision for the event and make it so special even with our families attending remotely. I would recommend John for any couple that wants to create a very special experience for their big day.

My husband and I were married February 2020, and from the time leading up to our wedding and through the day, John really helped us bring our wedding from thoughts on paper to real life. I first met John at a wedding expo, and his calm and caring demeanor really spoke to me. I knew that I had to hire him as my day-of coordinator! John listened to us and our visions for our wedding; he never made us feel like something was too big of a request or unattainable. He has excellent connections with local vendors. He has extensive insights to what goes on with planning a wedding from the back of the house to guest experience. John is very communicative and easy to work with. We had a few meetings during the year leading up to our wedding date to make sure we were on track with our planning. He worked well with our vendors to make sure everyone knew their roles. Most importantly, he kept us on schedule and made sure my groom and I got to do all of the things we wanted to do on our wedding day. His assistant Rose helped us the day of our wedding and she is also just as sweet and efficient as John. I cannot sing his praises enough. Hire John Campbell for your wedding!

Having John Campbell organize and supervise our wedding day was a dream come true. Not one person asked us any questions about anything that day. It was a great comfort knowing we didn't have to worry about anything that day and just enjoy! And he did our beautiful flowers! Well worth the money!

John was THE BEST decision we made throughout the entire wedding process. He exceeded any expectations of what we had in mind for the role he would take on - especially the months leading up to it. We instantly connected with him. From the first meeting with John to the very last, we left each one feeling at ease as if we had made much more progress in that hour with him than we had made in the weeks leading up to it. He was the the key in putting all of the pieces together for us. John was full of suggestions and recommendations in every area and was incredibly knowledgeable on all the pieces that go in to planning a wedding. To add to that, he is skilled and incredibly knowledgeable on flowers! It was so much fun working with him on it too! I was set on the idea of tropical flowers and John knew every type out there. He suggested flowers I had never seen before that were perfect for the look we were going for, and he was able to put everything together in a way that took my vision and made it even more beautiful. He made me the most stunning floral headpiece (a last minute request) and it could not have been any more perfect. I was blown away on the day of the wedding when all of the decor and flowers came together. It was all so much more beautiful than I could have ever dreamed of. John never once pressured us when it came to our ideas or our budget. He had a very genuine approach in making sure that we would have the wedding day we wanted in every aspect of the day. John always made us both feel so at ease the months leading up to the wedding and the day of, which is really such a key component in all of it. John ran things seamlessly from start to finish. We always had 150% confidence that with John, we could make it all happen! I really can’t speak highly enough of him. He is incredibly gifted at what he does and I feel so grateful that we crossed paths with him. I can't imagine our wedding day having gone on with out him. I HIGHLY recommend John and his team!! Thanks for making our wedding day the most perfect day, John! <3

Words cannot do justice! John is absolutely incredible. He is efficient, organized and super knowledgeable about everything wedding related. I did not realize just how much help he would be, but he continued to surprise me everyday! He had so many tips for us in regards to the many aspects of what goes into a wedding, the day of, the timeline, vendors, everything! During our big day he was on top of it all and was the reason everything turned out perfectly. John is attentive, organized and an absolute pleasure to work with and be around! He even brought me some of my favorite appetizers from cocktail hour since he knew I was bummed about missing out, LOL. The entire day + night ran so smoothly thanks to John and his assistant, Rose. They went above and beyond to make sure we were doing great and were comfortable - literally - thank you so much, Rose, for driving over to our hotel because I forgot to bring my backup reception dress!!! You guys are amazing and we loved working with you! Anybody looking for a planner, do yourself a favor and hire John!!!

John was the best decision I ever made for the wedding. He helped SO much and made our day so much less stressful. There were several little things that we forgot to bring and John had every item we wish we brought in his bag. There were a couple minor problems with other vendors and John handled them all without getting me involved. He is such a kind person and so nice to work with. LOVE him. ❤️

John was an absolute wonderful wedding coordinator! He helped with day of wedding design planning at Saxon Manor and was reading available via text/phone/email. He made sure every vendor was ready and that everything was perfect. If there was any hiccup, John made sure to correct it and make sure things kept running smoothly. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and I knew he had everything under control.
