Autrey Mill Nature Preserve - Johns Creek CVB

Located in Johns Creek, GA is a truly exceptional venue, the Autrey Mill Nature Preserve. With 46 acres of forest, woodland trails, heritage gardens, ravines and historic buildings, your wedding day cannot be anything less than dreamy. Exchange vows either in the Warsaw Church or the Amphitheater. The land upon which Warsaw Church was built as a campground in the early 1820’s which was occupied by a group of Moravians from the Savannah River area. During the civil war, it became a meeting place for men to gather and prepare to fight the Union Army. The Church was then constructed in 1860’s and relocated to Autrey Mill in 2004. Since its extensive renovation, it has been a witness to many weddings. The Church can accommodate 68 guests. The Amphitheater, on the other hand, has a seated capacity of 100 and is perfect for ceremonies set against natural woodlands. Host your reception in the Summerour House which is a Georgian cottage that features porches and patios. This venue can accommodate up to 83 guests and comes with the only on-site catering kitchen. It is also possible to put up tents on the lawns. The Pole Barn, once developed in the 1930’s for agricultural use, is ideal for celebrations with a bigger guest list. The Firepit can be availed with additional charge. There are different packages that Autrey Mill Nature Preserve offers couples in order to best serve them. The rental fees go into the preservation and conservation of the land and history. If you’d like, a resident goat or Pebbles the Tortoise can make an appearance at your event. Couples are also welcome to tour the grounds after making a reservation for the same. The staff at Autrey Mill will support you through and through to make your day an unforgettable one.
