ut unfortunately, the dinner portion of our wedding was not what we expected or paid for. The food was undercooked to the point that most of our guests couldn't eat, and I felt completely devastated seeing that happen.
I want to be fair the appetizers and desserts were nicely presented, and I even thanked Suzanne for the cocktail setup and the late-night nacho fountain. But the dinner itself the part we were all most looking forward to fell apart in a way that I'll never forget. I didn't confront her that night because I didn't want to spend what was left of our wedding in tears, but I hardly slept afterward. It felt like all the excitement we'd built up for months had been replaced with disappointment.
When I reached out afterward hoping for some understanding and a refund, Suzanne declined. I even filed a dispute through PayPal, providing photos and my full explanation, but the decision didn't go in my favor. It's been difficult to accept, especially knowing how much heart and trust went into that day.
This review isn't written out of anger it's written out of hurt. I don't know how anyone could make up something like this. As a fully paid customer, I felt let down and honestly robbed of the experience I imagined. I just wish things had been handled with more care and empathy afterward.
What's been the hardest to see is photos from our wedding being used on her business page, knowing the truth of how things actually went for us. It's a painful reminder of a night that should have been perfect, but wasn't.
I'm sharing this because every couple deserves to have peace of mind on their wedding day. I truly hope no one else has to experience that same heartbreak.

ng food away before all guests were served. We were then served uncooked, raw steak with attitude. She acted like it was a hassle to serve the remaining guests. Taste and customer service was a dud.
Steak was not edible. Every single steak was beyond raw. Several people opted for the fish option which was raw as well. When the steak was returned to be recooked, people received different steaks that were already bitten into AND were still raw.
She refused a refund or any accommodations, threatening the bride and groom to “think carefully.” 80% of the main entree was not edible. How is that okay?

you and your wedding party, loudly, to her coworkers... IN FRONT OF YOUR GUESTS. Imagine you were told there would be 3 dinner options, including a vegan option... You're paying for all 3 options, but on the day of your caterer tells you she didn't provide the third vegan option... AND THEN BLAMES YOU FOR IT SOMEHOW!? Imagine your caterer telling you when you first met about all the serviced she provides, then when the day comes, she tells you she's only taking care of maybe half the services she described... WHILE STILL TAKING YOUR FULL PAYMENT... WHICH WAS OVERPRICED. You can do better, you deserve better. Do not hire this caterer, she will argue with you in the middle of your wedding and ruin it.

couple inquiring on our wedding date. Now I don’t even know if that was true or not, and this was 7 months prior to the initial wedding date that we sent her our deposit because we panicked and didn’t want to lose the service. Our parents got sick and we could not follow through with our plan at our original venue. We made her an offer to keep the deposit until she booked another client and I wrote a very sincere apology email with all these details only a couple weeks after I sent our deposit. She ghosted me for MONTHS and she tells my fiancé that my email “didn’t make sense” yet never sent ANY type of response then had the audacity to rudely speak to him over the phone and refused to give us back our deposit. There was nowhere in the contract that said the deposit was non refundable. This is completely unprofessional and simply rude. I’m happy I never booked her and I don’t recommend her to anyone.

ding. She was extremely rude to my guest and owner of the property. She was caught by my coordinators talking trash about my guests in the kitchen and was caught by my mom and aunt talking trash about my father just because he asked for an extra piece of meat which she ended up giving to my vendors (which was not contracted for) but not my father who paid for her. She got upset because our properties power went out and she took that out on everyone when at the end of the day, she should’ve just tried to help. She did not serve my guests what they had ordered and was rude when they asked to exchange for the proper meal and when I told her directly that I was shocked by her behavior, she sent back criticism to me because the power went out. She did not apologize for her disgusting behavior and frankly kept harassing me after I asked her to stop messaging me. I ended up having to block her and report her. I would absolutely stay away from hiring this company and if you do, hopefully she changes her attitude.

Suzanne has been very difficult to work with. Her emails after our event asked for more money, and she played my family members against one another; awful customer service. Her employees were on their phones instead of working, and when one came to clean up, he cursed at our guests.
Vegan meals were downright awful, Filet mignon was cold half way through eating it, her sides were the most plain and bland food imaginable. I have been very frustrated by all this as I felt like she NICKLE AND DIMED US EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.

Suzanne was able to make our wedding dinner requests a possibility while staying within our budget. We chose to have tray passed appetizers and a sit down dinner for our guests.
