Very friendly photographer and crew. All of our photos turned out AMAZING. They were able to capture the best time of our life. So glad we chose Jordan.
We planned our wedding in the midst of the pandemic and unfortunately ended up having to postpone. We lost many vendors including our photographer and the deposit. We did not know what we were going to do, but our DJ and wedding coordinator recommended Jordan, Aaron and crew! I had spoke to Jordan multiple times leading up to the big day. She had called and set up a timeline for the day of the wedding and messaged me days leading up to that day just to check in and ask if there was anything I needed. The day of, Jordan and crew arrive early that morning and they were a blast to be around while we were all getting ready. Jordan checked in with me while getting ready to make sure If I had eaten and making sure I was staying hydrated. After the ceremony, Jordan airdropped a sneak peek to my phone to look through while my husband and I ate dinner! All the photos were amazing and we got them back very quickly! Our highlight video was captured perfectly and was the best footage. We are able relive the day over and over because of them! Altogether, we had a wonderful experience and would recommend Jordan to any and every couple!
I don’t even know where to begin, Jordan was recommended to us through our venue. After looking into her gallery I was quickly amazed and fell in love. I reached out to her and she was so quick to get back to me. I chose her all day coverage package and engagement photos. Jordan traveled over an hour to take our engagement photos and y’all they were FANTASTIC. I couldn’t wait to get wedding pictures back. About two weeks before the wedding we were texting everyday. She was asking if there was anything I needed for the wedding and was finalizing the photo timeline. Skip forward to the wedding. Jordan and her crew showed up about 10:45 in the morning and was there until after 9. She danced with us in the dressing room, made sure I (the bride) was staying hydrated and everything else. She captured the most candid getting ready photos and just honestly she captured every possible moment of the wedding. Jordan and her team are so easy to work with, they are fun and will always hype you up. I had a sneak peak of pictures before I was even in my dress yall. That’s how great she is. We got our full gallery back within 3 weeks of the wedding. I could go on and on but I think you get the picture. Jordan and her team are top notch. I will be using her for all of my photos in the future.
Jordan has an eye for photography, however I believe she does not know how to run a business properly. I thought I could trust her because she did my friends' wedding, graduation, and newborn photos and they had never had an issue before but I was wrong. It is my opinion, that she does not treat her clients like they are a priority UNLESS it's before the wedding and before she has all of your money. Her contract states she will have photos delivered within a 16 week window; when I asked her about my photos (after the contracted 16 weeks) she went days without responding and when she did respond, her responses gave very little comfort. She told me she was having tech difficulties and when I asked her to kindly explain, she left me to worry. These were my wedding pictures, (a huge investment) and she gave me no reassurance that they were okay. Week 19 I let her know in a friendly message asking her to tell me anything and to let me know if the issue was something I could assist her with. A day later she goes " hey I haven't handled this well at all...but I did not know how to tell you.." she basically said the SD cards messed up and she could not get to all of my photos. I was heartbroken because I wish she would have come clean instead of leaving me to worry for WEEKS. She offered to "send the cards off" in hopes they could be retrieved. At this point, I no longer trusted her to do this. I had expressed to her many times the importance of these photos with my mother being terminally ill and that I could not afford to lose them. I emailed her that I wanted the photos she DID have just in case they got lost in the mail, I asked for some financial reimbursement for breach of contract, and that if she could not comply I would be pursuing a court. Not even a day later, all of a sudden she was able to retrieve them all and get my gallery to me that day. This was very suspicious and was made even more so when numerous former clients of hers heard my story and reached out to me to share their similar stories. Therefore, I personally do not trust that excuse. The photos I received were beautiful but I could have lost them forever and I personally will not be taking my chances with her ever again and cannot confidently recommend her to another bride any longer, unfortunately.
Jordan was simply amazing. I hate the camera and it usually shows because I shy away or hold my mouth crooked, but Jordan made me feel so comfortable. our pictures turned out stunning! Her turnaround time to receive our wedding album was very quick!! Most importantly, she made a connection with both of us and our family, and captured our special day perfectly. We are so thankful for her, and treasure the memories she gave us to print and relive for the rest of our lives and generations to follow!!!!! We will be hiring her again, and also recommend her to anyone. She was wonderful at communicating, had a great detailed contract, and even let me know when she was heading to our venue on the day! We love our wedding album, Jordan, thank you!!!!!
Just not a good experience. My fiancé and I got engaged on Christmas 2019. I quickly booked Jordan after viewing her gallery. Things took a turn rather fast. On multiple occasions, I would send a message and would not hear back for over a month. We had pictures scheduled around the time COVID initially hit. A post was made on Jordan’s photography facebook that if sessions were scheduled, she would reach out to reschedule. Never got a message. I had to reach out to see if our pictures were cancelled. After that, the lack of communication continued. The final straw for my fiancé and I was when Jordan posted on Facebook that she was disorganized. This was unsettling for us. We then had to fill out a contact form to get an engagement session scheduled. This did not sit right with us since we had already paid our deposit. After wrestling with what to do, we decided we did not feel comfortable moving forward with Jordan and trusting her with the biggest day of our lives. I was hoping I would receive my deposit back since no pictures were ever taken, but I did not and I understand why. I hope that others experiences are different, but as a bride who went through a rough time with this photographer, I felt the need to share.
Wow - where do I start?
We were married on October 12, 2019. It was the perfect Fall day.
I contacted Jordan pretty short notice to inquire about their joint photo/video services. She said she was already booked but her husband, Aaron, who does the video would be available. GREAT!
We didn't have time to discuss 'visions' because we are not in the same state - the first time I met Aaron was the morning of my wedding.
Everything was fine and dandy, however he was lingering in my dressing room which was a little awkward.... I didn't even want my best friend in there, why would I want this man I had never met...? My mother-in-law had to ask him to leave so I could get into my dress...
ANYWAY - the night goes on. Yaddi yadda. everything is fine... or so I thought.
October 29th. I reach out to Jordan, "Hey! I meant to check with your husband before the end of the night but was curious as to a time frame for the videos" .....I get nothing back.
Again, on Nov 4th, "Hey! just checking in!" Finally I get "Our contract allows up to 16 weeks for the full product to be delivered. we edit in order of our calendar, and always try to deliver sooner".
January 5th they post a little teaser video - that we weren't super thrilled with but ok. I reach out again, "Wow! What a fun surprise to see our video! Wondering if there will be more? The day was such a whirlwind, we don't remember anything!"
She says, "yes the highlight video is included in your package along with the ceremony and another longer 'story-telling' video"
Ok - cool
February 1st - our 16 week due date - comes and goes.
Feb 18th, I reach out "Hey! Hope you are well, checking in on the remaining videos - we are anxious to see them!!"
No response.
Friday, Feb 21st "Checking in again...." (I start getting annoyed here)
FINALLY! "Hey girl! I just checked with My Husband and I was under the assumption that he would message you, but he's not FB friends with you. He said he will have them finished this weekend and send over the links!"
Friday Feb 28th "Hey, so we are getting kinda peeved... I was under the impression that we'd have videos last weekend... 3 weeks after your contracted 16 week allotment. Also, we have family members who will not be able to view these videos digitally, my parents are requesting some DVDs be made and sent out, Please"
Feb 28 (9 hours later) - "Hey girl! He's currently uploading everything to Vimeo for the digital copies, so I will send you those links once the uploads are finished. We have never given hard copies vie DVD, so he will have to figure out how to make that happen/find a DVD Burner 😀"
Finally. MARCH 11th! We get our 'video'... I'm not sure if you've ever SEEN a wedding video but what we got was not it. It was 5 clips of the day's events.
March 17th we had a phone call with Aaron to explain our grievances and explain that what we received was not what we were expecting... at all... Including zero drone footage (that is included in the package barring any weather issues) because his equipment was 'broken'.... So he sent all of his unedited footage to my husband. I'm so over it at this point, I still haven't even looked at it.
Also - never received our DVDs for the family members, but that's ok... I'm too embarrassed to show them what we got.
I'm just thankful I got SOMETHING to look back on and remember my day. What we paid for is not what we got and I'm astonished that we haven't received even the OFFER of any sort of refund.
Jordan is outstanding to work with. She takes great pictures and really makes sure to capture what you would like on your day.
