Josephs is the absolute best in the game. My fiancé worked with Trisha to get the ring of my dreams, and are currently working on my fiancés ring, using a family heirloom. They are super knowledgeable, helpful and genuine. We were able to play with different stones in price points, sizes and shapes. We worked with them from out of state, and it couldn't have been easier.

There is no one like Josephs. They are kind and patient and want what is best for you as a couple. I worked with Annemarie and I loved every second of it. She was so helpful and so excited with us. Joseph's helped us find our wedding bands. Kelly was great and let us visit with her multiple times to find the right ones. She let us try them all on many times, went over budget with us, and helped us select our wedding bands. Josephs did a great job of cleaning my ring for wedding day and soldering my band after the ceremony. I will always recommend.

Don't even consider any other jeweler! Josephs is THE place to go! They are not pushy, they understand that a budget is a budget and they stick with it. My fiancé went to Josephs 2 times before he made the decision on his final ring selection. Never once did they push the sale. They are great people to work it!

We worked closely with Jesse at Josephs Jewelers in West Des Moines, and we could not be more pleased with our wedding bands! My husband's band was custom ordered and we both absolutely love it. I also had them rhodium plate my white gold engagement ring before the wedding and it looks fantastic! They provide outstanding customer service and have a great selection to choose from. So glad we chose to go with Josephs!
