I hired Joseph's Limousine Service on 6/20/22 for my wedding on August 28th at Naninas in the Park. My agreement was to get two shuttles to arrive at the hotel. The first at 5:00pm and the second at 5:15pm. For clarity, my ceremony began at 6:0...0 and the venue was 17-19 minutes away. Any bride will tell you, the DAY OF YOUR WEDDING GOES BY FAST, and the last thing on your agenda, is tracking your vendors. The logistics of the vendors should not, and will not be handled the day of your wedding because you're too busy taking pictures, videos, etc. At 5:47pm when guests are getting seated at the venue, we find out the shuttle has not arrived to the hotel and there are guests waiting around for more than 45 minutes. My husband called Joe, and supposedly there were two shuttles there, which we eventually found out was not true because we have text messages and pictures of guests waiting around. This completely delayed my timeline for the day of and cut into my reception time. For a day that is costs SO MUCH, I don't recommend ANY company that can affect your day. This company may be affordable, but you'll end up losing more in the long run.
