gs for the party bus to make it the most cost efficient. Other companies seemed rather clueless. The process of booking and communication was great. I will say a few things to look out for. They did forget to stop at our 2nd hotel on round 2 of pickups, leaving some people stranded. Luckily they took an uber in time. Also, after the wedding, the party bus driver wanted to confirm that we still wanted her till midnight at around 10:45pm (which I confirmed that we had paid for). I told them yes, of course, but apparently they tucked themselves away in the parking lot rather than being near the entrance. In doing so, nobody knew about it and everyone ended up walking back to the 2nd hotel.

o recommend the best size buses for our needs. The bridal party bus worked out perfectly and got the groom and groomsmen from the hotel to the church before picking the bride and bridesmaids up from the bridal suite at the venue. The drivers were punctual, polite, friendly and took pride in making sure everyone was safe entering and exiting their vehicles. I was impressed with the bridal bus driver in assisting my daughter as she exited by holding her train off the floor of the bus. We had 2 additional busses to transport our guests back and forth from the hotel to the wedding venue. Our guests also commented on how professional and personable their drivers were. The buses themselves were extremely clean and comfortable, which is key when you’re wearing gowns and suits. They treated our family and guests as they would treat their own. It was most appreciated and gave us peace of mind in getting our guests safely to and from the venue. Our experience did not end the evening of the wedding. We had left behind 2 sentimental guest book items and Kim gave me a call to let me know they were holding them at their facility for me. I would definitely recommend Joshua’s Worldwide to friends and family. It truly was a wonderful, stress-free experience. Sue G.

Sam was our driver and he was great. We had a slight snag at the beginning of the night for him to get to the venue - but that was not his fault. He called us and worked with the group to find a solution and get us where we needed to go. It was a great relief to not worry about anyone having to drive so late and that our guests could enjoy the night. Thank you!

ling process. There were a lot of moving parts throughout the weekend and the staff did everything they could to accommodate our requests. Due to the large number of weddings this year, we were unable to book a hotel block which required transporting guests around the entire town of Mystic to our venue aka MULTIPLE pickups/drop-offs. We not only had guests scattered but there was also a large event in Mystic on our wedding day which caused a lot of traffic in the town and really added to the workload of the staff. Joshua's did whatever they needed to do behind the scenes to get everyone to our wedding day. Wedding timelines naturally get a little chaotic and shift constantly so it's no easy feat! Really appreciate all of the hard work by Joshua's Worldwide Staff!

husband to say there was an issue with the bus. Guests had to find their own way to the venue, which was an inconvenience since we had told guests transportation was being provided for them. Definitely disappointing.

May 2018 that the bus was unavailable because it had broken down and they would be bumping me down to a 24 person instead of a 38 person... unacceptable. After putting that stress on us, they called two days before and said they repaired the 38 person and it was available again. THEN comes the wedding day, where the driver dropped off wedding party & family for photos and never looped back to pick up my guests who were standing in the rain waiting and, in turn, missed cocktail hour and arrived an hour late to my reception. But that's not it!! Then, for the evening rides returning guests back to their hotels, the bus crashed into a tree (thankfully with nobody on it, so nobody was injured) and they did not provide backup transportation until about an hour and a half later, after we were being asked to leave the venue, and only accommodating HALF of my guests with rides, leaving my guests to wait for ubers and cabs. As you can imagine, this was a true nightmare for us. I got in touch with someone from their customer service team the following day who informed me they could not fully refund me for this nightmare experience because "they have a business to run" - how about my wedding day that you nearly ruined? Honestly, this is disgusting business practice and they should be ashamed of themselves. Needless to say, would NOT recommend them on any level...

e driver, Michael, was very unprofessional, obnoxious and very unaccommodating. From the time we arrived at our destination, he wanted everyone to exit the limo immediately. His intent was to leave everyone in the parking lot at Harkness Park. We asked him to please drive around and drop the parties off at the amphitheater where the wedding was being held, he refused. After practically begging him, he finally agreed to drive around to the amphitheater. He proceeded to drive from the parking lot to the amphitheater leaving the father of the bride behind in the parking lot. He refused to turn around and pick up the father of the bride. Once at the amphitheater he proceeded again to rush everyone out of the limousine. We contacted Johsua's Limousine three times to advise them of our experience. We spoke to Catherine, and then Christine, the manager, who advised she would speak with the driver and get back to us. We also left a voicemail for the owner, Gary McKeon. We never heard back from anyone. Needless to say, we are extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this company. I would NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone. They should make it their mission to ensure their drivers provide everyone the best possible service. The driver's mission should have been to provide the clients with superior service from start to finish. The driver's should be expected to arrive at the location with a smile, be polite and friendly toward the clients. These driver's are representing your company and if they fail to provide the service expected by the client then your business fails the client as well.

Our driver was great and they even had a bride and groom bear for the flower girl and ring bearer to play with! They were EARLY, PROFESSIONAL, PREPARED, and RESPONSIVE. I highly recommend Joshua's Limousine for anyone looking for quality service at a reasonable price.

thing was wrong. It was hotter on the bus than the 85 degree weather outside. The air conditioner on the bus was broken and was blasting HEAT! Needless to say, the ride to the church was only 10 minutes but by the time we got there everyone was uncomfortable and dripping in sweat. We refused to get back on and asked that they send another bus. They refused and we were forced to find our own ride to our reception. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM UNLESS YOU'RE WILLING RIDE IN A SAUNA.

giving my information the gentleman reported that the price was actually $750 because it was for a wedding. That is A HUGE INCREASE!! I then called around and yes weddings are more expensive, but no one increased their prices THAT MUCH! They said it was a "tariff" CT charges. The Dept of Consumer Protections did not think that sounded correct and is looking into this. The manager told me "we will book up anyway" and was unwilling to honor their first quoted price for services, even when I offered to pay a 30% increase b/c it is a wedding.

ime (maybe even a bit earlier than anticipated), which was great. However, I immediately noticed that we were given an 8 passenger limo and not one that could fit 9 people as stated in the contract. One of my bridesmaids had to sit on the floor because there wasn't enough room to fit everyone. In addition to being crammed in, the AC was broken and the driver did not roll windows down. We were so hot and uncomfortable that I was actually car sick on the way to my wedding. I know it was only a 15-20 min drive, but it was a very bad experience. What's even worse is I've tried NUMEROUS times to reach out to the company and haven't gotten anywhere. Finally, after leaving a bad review on Facebook, I received a Facebook message on 10/12... almost a week and a half after I initially attempted to make contact by phone and email. The "representative" gave his phone number... I called 3 times on the 13th, left a voicemail, and that evening got a TEXT that said "I received your voice message. I appreciate your call. I will call you tomorrow on my day off. My voice is really raspy and want to hear you out but I doubt you will understand me." ...Days go by and I don't hear anything. I tried calling once more, and it went right to voicemail. Since FACEBOOK seems to be the preferred method of communication, I sent a message on 10/26 with the aforementioned complaints. I got this: “Kristen, You attempts to reach me were due to a cellphone malfunction. It seems like it's been a perfect storm each and every time you have tried to do anything. This is stuff we can not repeat even if we tried. I am very sorry to hear about your issue, and I have not at all attempted to no want to hear you out. Infact, we strive for the best customer service and when we don't give it we expect to hear about it. When you reached out to Stephanie it (unfortunately) was during a time where we were at our busiest time and the owners were on vacation. I never called you back because I was at a football game when I was notified of your un happy experience. I had no voice the next day due to yelling at the kids to play harder lol. We are very disappointed about your experience and would love to have another opportunity to earn your business. Do you have any night outs planed? Family day out on the road? We would love to have the opportunity to have you rave about us and spread the word of your excellent customer service. You can bet, we don't take this lightly. I am sorry, congratulations tho, I wish you lots of love, and prosperity in your marriage.” I requested a refund and was told it would be brought to the board’s attention on Monday, Nov. 3rd. Shockingly, I still haven’t heard anything… STEER CLEAR!!!
