I officiate at weddings, recommitment ceremonies, and other family & friends events. I specialize in working with couples of different faith traditions (and none). We will work together to make sure that your ceremony reflects both of your wishes, hopes, and dreams, using the words that you believe and want to say. Please note that although I have performed more than 100 weddings over the past 15 years, I am new to The Knot and Wedding Wire.

Shannon was simply incredible. My Husband and I felt like she was an old friend. She took our love story and personalities and was able to weave it in perfectly with her words at our ceremony. She had all 135 people laughing and then crying tears of joy within 3 sentences. We had so many guest come up to us and ask us who she was and if she was a friend. Almost all of them said they want her to do their wedding.
From start to finish, Shannon was an utter joy to work with. I would recommend her and her services to anyone. The customization she is willing to do to make the day special for you is the biggest driver. She really got “us” all within our schedule meetings. Just simply incredible!!!
Shannon is everything we were hoping for in an officiant and more. She has a very calm and thoughtful demeanor, and guided us through the process with such kindness and professionalism, from the first call through the wedding day. Shannon took the time over several calls to get to know us and customize the ceremony to our personalities and needs. She was especially helpful to my husband and I in combining a religious and non-religious background into a ceremony that was comfortable and meaningful to both of us. Her knowledge base spans multiple religious traditions and wedding customs, but her focus is entirely on the couple and their wants. She was fantastic at our rehearsal, interfacing with both the venue and the wedding party/families, wrangling everyone expertly into their places so we were fully prepared for the next day. Shannon was an incredibly helpful and impactful part of our marriage preparation and wedding day, and I recommend her wholeheartedly.
Rev. Wall was such a lovely officiant for our wedding! She is kind, professional, and officiated our ceremony with poise and confidence. Her calm energy put everyone at ease, and we were able to focus on celebrating with our friends and family. Cannot recommend her highly enough!
Shannon was great at communicating and sharing her thoughts from past weddings. Shannon was friendly during all our conversations and even gave us advice on future children and our finances. My husband and I are a very simple couple so we didn't expect much for the ceremony. I was pleasantly surprised to hear Shannon include tidbits of our lives and personality in her speech that wasn't originally in the draft. Shannon did a great job!
Shannon is truly a wonderful and caring person and we couldn't have asked for a better officiant for our wedding. She did such a fantastic job coordinating and prepping the ceremony in the prior months and delivered one of the most heartfelt and personalized ceremonies. We hope to continue a relationship with her going forward in our lives together! We HIGHLY recommend Shannon!
Not enough can be said about how wonderful it was that we chose Reverend Shannon Wall to officiate our wedding! Our ceremony was perfect and she was wonderful to work with. Incredibly responsive and simply nice to talk to. We wanted at much guidance as possible with the planning of the ceremony and Rev. Shannon was happy to help. She helped us integrate religion and our personalities into the ceremony and really made it special to us and our families! Highest recommendation imaginable!
When Devin and I started looking for an officiant, we knew it would be tough. I come from a Catholic household and my husband is an atheist. I used The Knot to find officiants within the area with expertise in interfaith/non-religious ceremonies. When we first met Reverend Wall, she immediately made us feel comfortable and that our views were being equally respected. Through all the times we met with her discussing premarital topics such as religion, money, communication, etc, she took special care to get to know us both as individuals and as a couple. Our ceremony was touching, personal, and everything we could have asked for. She used humor at the perfect moments and could reflect on many of the stories we told her during our premarital counseling sessions. Many of our guests said this was the best ceremony they had ever seen. I cannot express how grateful I am to have had Reverend Wall.
Shannon was my Pastor for about 6 years and I saw her perform many services including weddings. She is a caring, creative, thoughtful, intelligent, and spiritual person with lots of experience and natural poise. She is easy to work with – supportive, reliable, and fun!
Shannon did such an amazing job of adding a personal touch to our wedding. We had her officiate the wedding at the Fox Hill Inn and it was such a beautiful ceremony! She took the time in our meetings leading up to the big day to get to know us on a personal level and included some of our special things that make us unique as a couple in her speech. All of our friends and family were so impressed and just couldn't say enough nice things about Shannon. It was a pleasure having her as a part of our special day!
Shannon did such a beautiful job on our wedding day! She went out of her way to get to know us before the ceremony and was extremely helpful in making sure the ceremony was just what we wanted. Many of our guests also complimented her beautiful message. She did an amazing job and is a joy to work with!
Rev'd Wall make my husband's and my wedding day unforgettable and perfect. She was kind, generous with her time, thoughtful with her words and very accommodating. We had an interfaith ceremony, and Rev'd Wall was both very respectful of my husband's different faith and very good about finding the place I wanted for my own faith. I cannot recommend her more highly.
