I wholeheartedly recommend Diana and her team with Jubilee Events! From the moment we hired her, she worked tirelessly alongside us for several months to help plan our wedding day. She was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, no matter how big or small, and her answers were always thorough and thoughtful. I never felt like I was left in the dark at any point during the planning process.
One of the things I truly appreciated was how organized and on top of everything she was. She kept us on track with booking vendors and made sure we met all necessary deadlines, which was such a huge relief, especially with so many moving parts. Her attention to detail was unmatched, and it allowed us to focus on enjoying the process, knowing she was handling all the behind-the-scenes logistics.
With regard to the design aspect of our wedding, Diana truly took the time to understand my vision, my style, and what was important to me and my husband. In the end, our wedding looked absolutely stunning – a true reflection of us as a couple.
What really set Diana apart, though, was how invested she was throughout the entire process. She visited our venue multiple times to ensure every detail was perfect, and even met with vendors on her own time to make sure everything was in place before the big day. She advocated for us on many occasions, always professionally and with grace. Diana is a true gem!
Diana is incredible! We worked with Jubilee Events for our wedding at the end of summer 2024, and could not have been happier with her partnership, commitment, and vision. She did a masterful job of keeping us on track for everything we needed, managing vendor communications, and being a fantastic sound board in the planning process. We were on the more “hands-on” side of the involvement and planning scale, and Diana was more than accommodating and receptive to all of our ideas, (multiple) changes, and concerns. She was a calming presence whenever planning items were stressful, and was particularly helpful in resolving and navigating one very late vendor issue that was out of both of our control. During the wedding weekend, Diana and her team did a phenomenal job of managing everything from start to finish, and they enabled us to completely enjoy and embrace such an important time in our lives. Most importantly, Diana is such a truly great person who cares for her couples - she’s exactly the type that one should want to work with when planning such an important day / weekend in one’s life. We’re so fortunate to have gotten to know her and highly recommend her and the Jubilee Events team.
It is hard to put into words how truly extraordinary Diana and her team are! She is a DREAM to work with and we count our lucky stars that we got to work with her! We hosted a 4-day wedding weekend and Diana executed everything flawlessly. I am a very type A, organized individual with all things in my life, and EVERY time I would reach out to Diana regarding a task or something that popped into my head, she was already 2 steps ahead of me getting it done behind the scenes. She is extremely organized, proactive, and responsive. Because of her and her team, we were truly able to unplug and enjoy our weekend without any worries. The craziest part to me is that throughout the process, I thought we were her only couple since we were towards the end of wedding season (given how much attention and care she was giving us), but every weekend I would see her out at another wedding she designed/planned! I don't know how she does it all and makes you feel like her number 1 priority every step of the way.
Beyond Diana's INSANE planning skills, her design was out of this world!!! Really a dream come true. We had so much fun collaborating with her. She knows ALL the vendors and was able to bring all of my visions to life, while also complimenting with things I never would have thought of. Seeing it all come to life will forever be a favorite memory for us. It was better than we could have imagined and I still pinch myself when we see photos.
Diana is incredibly kind, patient, empathetic, and everything a wedding planner should be. I felt less like a client by the end of this and we will forever consider her part of our family! I will recommend her until I am blue in the face because I really think everyone needs a Diana....and hope she is still planning weddings by the time our future kids get married LOL.
I couldn't speak more highly of Diana and everything she did to make our wedding absolutely perfect! Diana created a very thoughtful budget, timeline, and design to keep us on track. She answered any and every question we had. She also referred us to amazing vendors. Diana and her team did everything to make sure our day was even better than what we had wanted. We are forever grateful!
My husband and I decided to host a backyard wedding in summer of 2022 with 200 of our closest family and friends. I had a dream in my head of an elegant wedding (one in which I could not let go of) and we knew we needed to hire help to make sure that the day went off without a hitch. Further, it was really important to us that my parents were able to enjoy the wedding without feeling like they were working, since the event was at our house. After my initial call with Diana at Jubilee Events I needed to look no further! Diana’s planning package offers if all and she is a true expert in her field. It is safe to say we would have been lost without her. She perfectly captured my vision in her design and slated a dream team of vendors for us. She remained calm and organized through our entire planning process and is a logistics queen!! I cannot recommend Diana enough or thank her for everything she did to make our big day everything we could have hoped for. Further, if you are looking at hosting a home wedding, you need Diana for the day of! I can’t imagine that weekend without Diana being a part of it. The house was cleaned spotlessly after the wedding ended and all vendor equipment had been taken away. She truly helped take care of my parents entire home, on top of throwing an incredible 200 person wedding. We are eternally grateful for Jubilee Events!!
Wow! My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams and all thanks the Diana, her wonderful team and incredible network of vendors! We couldn’t have done any of it without her. From the moment we had our first call with her, we knew she was special! We expressed our wants and needs and over the next 10 months she kept us organized, kept us having fun and introduced us to an amazing extended network inclusive of the best photographer, florist, officiant, stationary designer, band and everyone else in between. Every need was met, every detail executed to perfection and all with the most engaging and lovely of attitudes!
Hopefully we never have to get married again but if we did, Jubilee Events would be the first team we would call;)
OUTSTANDING! Diana will create the wedding of your dreams!! She is the ultimate professional. Diana is trustworthy, polite, experienced and has a very talented list of vendors. She will follow you from start to finish and is ALWAYS responsive to your needs. She is extremely organized and pays attention to budget. You can be certain your wedding will be executed PERFECTLY. Diana and Jubilee Events. Diana knows how to stay organized and make a couple feel like they are her only priority. She remembers all of the details you ask about, and she knows the perfect vendor for each budget. In addition to plan A, Diana always has a back-up plan. When our day arrived, and the forecast looked colder than usual, Diana knew who to call to add sides to our tent and make sure our grandmothers stayed warm all night. Of course, the tent really heated up when our friends and family started dancing – all thanks to Diana’s AMAZING DJ recommendation. I can’t stress this enough – I really wanted a live band, but I knew that it was out of budget. Diana said we would love our DJ and that is an understatement. So many friends have asked for his information, and we would not have found him without Diana. Every time we think about our wedding or look at a photo, we think about Diana and her remarkable ability to make the day everything you dream about. HIRE JUBILEE EVENTS!
I am the Wedding Sales Manager of Riverhouse Catering and all I can say is - wow! Diana of Jubilee Events was not only a true professional, but such fun to work with! Diana and I had the great privileged of working with a very unique and creative couple this past June, who had a one of a kind vision of bringing color into every aspect of their big day - even the menu! Diana was easy to communicate with and worked alongside my kitchen to add a colorful spin to even the most basic of dishes such as Mac & Cheese! On the big day my team was fully supported by Jubilee; those ladies handled all of the set up & decor so that my team could fully focus on what they were hired to - the food! The event couldn't have gone more smoothly and I contribute that to the planning and management of Jubilee Events!
Jubilee Events did an amazing job! I had to get a wedding planner because planning an out of state wedding with a full-time job was not something I could do. After much researching on the Knot for a top rated wedding planner, I came across Jubilee Events and checked out their website. Really beautiful. I had Diana Chounaird as my planner. She did a fabulous job coming up with the perfect "English Garden" theme the suited our Venue. She is always positive, cheerful and quick to respond. We started planning about 10 months ago. I can't believe how much goes into planning. Diana made such a daunting task manageable and fun. I was always involved in the planning no matter how busy my schedule was. She worked around me. She even drove to Kleinfeld's to pick up my dress and veil!. Although, we kind of exceeded our initial set budget, it was all worth it. Thank you, Diana and Jubilee events! Highly recommend them.
From the first point of contact with candice coppola, she was an absolutely professional and expert at what she does. she handled all the coordination and really took the stress out of that for us. she also had great recommendations and great relationships with so many vendors! her team really understood the vision i wanted and really impressed me with his they executed it. we brought in a TON of props and extra furniture to the wedding and they handled it all like it was not a problem. if you want someone fabulous, go with jubilee. thanks guys@
I thought Jubilee did a wonderful job in the design planning of my wedding. She thought of many little details that really added to the day. She also was able to connect me to rental companies and calligraphers. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars ( and I don't know if this is because I only did the design, not the full planning package) was that I felt like I was not really a top priority despite my wedding being at the very end of the wedding season (almost off season) when the craziness was already dying down. She did a wonderful job and I would still recommend her highly, I just felt a little second rate...
Working with Candice at Jubilee Events was the best decision I made for our wedding. I was a little hesitant about getting a planner at first, as I thought it was an unnecessary luxury. I was wrong. I am an extremely good planner, but I wanted to be able to relax and enjoy my big day. Thanks to Candice, that is exactly what I got to do. I just knew anything I threw at her, I could consider taken care of. I took the route of working in tandem with Candice on everything to achieve my vision, and the day was amazing. She responds very quickly to emails, and always has such an excited and positive attitude about everything. Whether your email is about something as big as the dinner menu, or as small as where to source personalized pencils, she handles it with enthusiasm. She has a great list of vendors at her disposal as well. The entire team is so cheerful and enthusiastic. They are also very creative and brimming with fresh ideas. It may seem expensive to get a planner, but it is worth every penny for what you get out of it. My day went off without a hitch and was just as I wanted it to be. Hire Candice and her team!!
Candice Coppola and her team worked so hard to make my wedding a classy and beautiful day! She made sure every detail was attended to, and I was able to relax and enjoy myself, which is so important when you're the bride! One of the services that Candice provides is that she will call all of your vendors and confirm everything with them. So, imagine my surprise when she called my limo company on Friday (for my Sunday wedding) and they were out of business! I was freaking out, but Candice was calm, cool, and collected and within an hour, she found me a new Rolls Royce for myself and my groom and a limo for our wedding party. Candice is awesome, and I recommend her full planning service for a great experience!
