Finding Stacy was the BEST thing we did for our wedding, hands down. Since day one she has been enthusiastic, creative, encouraging, and down to explore any crazy idea that I have. We explored venues across the US and landed on Northern California. When the wedding day weather was unexpectedly freezing, Stacy and her team pivoted and problem-solved immediately providing blankets, hot beverages, and heaters. Everyone involved in the wedding loved working with Stacy. She kept us organized but also allowed us to get everything we dreamed of for our big day. Her work speaks for itself, but beyond that she became part of our family by the end of the wedding planning process. I can't recommend Stacy and J&L Events enough!!!

Stacy was absolutely amazing! She is very personable, sweet, and down to Earth! She made wedding planning a breeze! We have to admit though that we couldn’t have done it without her! Juniper & Lace hit it out of the park! As the mother of the groom Stacy worked with me to plan an amazing rehearsal dinner followed by a welcome reception for 90+ guests. She is a thoughtful listener, helping me figure out how to design what ended up a perfect evening and an excellent start of a beautiful wedding weekend! She’s attentive to detail, has great follow through and is calm and positive and so easy to work with at a time that can be stressful. What’s unique about our experience is the couple began planning their wedding in Northern Michigan and decided to switch it to Boston in the fall. When they informed Stacy, she was thrilled to have the chance to plan a Boston wedding. It came off without a glitch! She and her team seemed to have enjoyed the challenge and they certainly met it with flying colors! Stacy is hands down, the BEST! My daughter got married at The Homestead in Glen Arbor OUTSIDE in February. She listened to my daughter and son-in-law's vision and brought it to life. She's so patient, and never gets rattled. She went so far above and beyond throughout the entire process. The day of the wedding, everything just fell into place perfectly. The snow started gently falling just as the wedding began (I thing she had a connection on this). If you ever dreamed of a winter wedding just call Stacy. Trust me!

She made us feel so comfortable through the whole process and really took the time to understand my vision and help bring it to life. I am a very type A planner and Stacy still thought of details that I wouldn't have---from the planning process to day of coordination everything was like a dream. Stacy and Emily are goddesses. Stacy worked with us for two years (through a pandemic related delay) to plan every little detail of our wedding and it made our wedding weekend absolutely perfect. We came in from out of state and had a weekend full of events. Stacy worked with us in the weeks leading up to the wedding procuring everything from vendors to plates, napkins, s’mores supplies, lanterns and more. The weekend of the wedding Stacy and Emily were there to help set up and break down tables, design, and even help set up tents for our guests staying on site. We would have been a wreck without their help and we really cannot say enough good things about them. They also helped us save a ton of money by knowing where to get everything. Stacy was able to help bring our vision to life. With her help, we were able to combine the beauty of the woods and camping with a fine dining experience that we will never forget. If I could give more than 5 stars here, I would! Stop what you're reading now and work with Juniper + Lace! We worked with Emily who was truly a dream. Emily went above and beyond to ensure our day went off smoothly (even when I accidentally left my veil in the car and it had driven away!) She learned all about the ins and outs of Jewish weddings and worked not only with myself and the groom, but with our families when they had questions (like finding a babysitter for my niece and nephew, putting together welcome baskets for some of our guests, picking up printed materials, and picking up stickers to put on the name cards for our vegetarian guests.) I cannot say enough positive things about Emily. As my husband and I were recapping the wedding, he said to me, "Emily was in her element at the wedding - she had her game face on!" and she truly did. We were so well taken care of and after a full weekend of events I had planned for our guests, it was so wonderful to let Emily take care of everything and know it would all run smoothly to make our day a success for us and our guests.

My grand daughter was able to have a wonderful time at her own wedding because Stacy made sure that their plan met or exceeded expectations and everything went according to plan. She constantly amazed us with her command of detail and calm demeanor.

I wish I could give more the 5 stars! Stacy and her team are absolutely amazing! Extremely detail oriented, thoughtful, fun, organized and creative. She always had an answer or solution and was calm, cool and collected the entire time. She made it so that my husband and I fully got to enjoy our events. Stacy from Juniper and Lace is so much more than a wedding planner - she is a creative partner, a guide, and a fairy godmother (I swear she is magic). Planning a wedding during COVID-19 brings a unique set of challenges but Stacy brought laughter, creativity, passion, and professionalism. Working with Stacy was *by far* the best wedding decision we made. Stacy is such a joy to be around and made the entire planning process a fun and inclusive experience. She created a truly magical wedding weekend for us and our guests (many of whom would like to work with Stacy for their own weddings!). The reviews below this one truly say it all and my wife and I mirror all of these people. Two weeks ago, Stacy made sure our wedding ran flawlessly. Stacy was simply put, amazing! She made everything easy and made our day perfect. We were initially not going to have a wedding planner/coordinator assist us. We have two wedding planners in the family and thought how hard can it be? BELIEVE ME, you need Stacy! Everything from addition beer runs to buying out all the encrustables from the grocery store so our guests had the perfect parting gifts while leaving (and so much more)...Stacy and her team truly killed it. Both my wife and I found ourselves saying at least a dozen times throughout the day, "I dont know, ask Stacy". It was then taken care of. She was with us every step of the way. From the initial planning process all the way to the day after, helping us clean up the mess of a perfect party filled wedding. I am sure you can find planners out there that will be great, but I feel Stacy separates herself in the fact that she cares. She strives for amazing weddings and wants the couple to have the best day ever. Go with Juniper and Lace, ask for Stacy. You will not be disappointed, I promise!

I cannot give enough praise and thanks to Stacy and Emily from Juniper & Lace, but I will try! I first met Emily and Stacy in 2019 when I started planning my wedding. I was going to try to plan my wedding myself but my mom - who knows me better than anyone - insisted on gifting me a planner and asked me to research and find one I clicked with. After firing off 10 or so emails to potential planners, Stacy was the first one to get back to me (within 5 minutes). We set up time to talk and I knew it was a match made in heaven. I did speak with other vendors, but no one compared to Juniper & Lace. I can wholeheartedly say that hiring Juniper & Lace to be a part of my big day was the best decision I made (besides marrying my husband). Emily - my day-of-planner - went above and beyond in every aspect. I cannot count the number of times she talked me off the ledge in planning my wedding during a pandemic and helped me through every step of the postponement process. Over the past two years, she has become a friend and role model and someone that will always hold a special place in my heart. The day of our wedding, she was flipping and rolling wine barrels, making sure everyone was prepared, and ran a flawless event. Everyone in the bridal party, my parents, and my husband's parents were amazed by her attention to detail, kindness to all, and her efficiencies throughout the day (sometimes we wondered if she had 10 arms!). The evening ending with my husband hugging her for an extended amount of time, asking her not to leave because he didn't know what to do without her! Stacy willingly partnered with me on the design front after a venue change and me realizing I do not have a eye for design. This wasn't a part of our original package or plan and she graciously let me add this on even though she was slammed. I am forever grateful because my wedding looking like a fairytale. I am not overexaggerating... "dreamy, magical, and another world" are verbatim what my guests used to describe my wedding. She proposed big ideas within my comfort zone that made my wedding exceed expectations I didn't even know I had. If you are considering hiring Juniper & Lace for day-of-coordination or design, do it. It was by far one of the best uses of our wedding budget and I gained two lifelong friends.

Stacy is a dream to work with and goes above and beyond for all of her clients. If it wasn’t for the pandemic and postponing we wouldn’t have had the chance to work with her. She jumped right in with us and went above and beyond on every single email and every version of our plans we came up with. Even a few weeks before we flipped the plan around and she just rolls with it and comes up with the most beautiful elements! I have no doubt we would’ve gave up on our wedding if it wasn’t for her. She’s incredibly responsive, organized, and so kind. She’s like having a best friend that is helping you plan your wedding! I would recommend her and Emily to anyone! Where to begin... not living in Northern Michigan, I had to send my mom and sister in law to meet with Stacy from Juniper & Lace. Anxiously waiting for the meeting to end for their feedback, I received a call - book Stacy now!! She was so fun, laid back and professional - exactly what I wanted in a wedding planner. She was on board for every idea/vision I had - and came back each time with ways to make it even better. She was SO quick to respond to emails which was huge for me. It honestly felt like I was her only client - even planning during a pandemic when I'm sure she had brides calling her nonstop worrying what to do. She and her team stayed so positive and helpful throughout the entire process. Stacy had another wedding that was booked before mine on the same date, so I had Emily as my day of (let's be real - entire weekend) coordinator. YOU WANT EMILY. She was suuuuch a delight on wedding day - my favorite moments helping me change shoes before the reception and handing me cocktails after the ceremony. They helped my mother in law plan a beautiful rehearsal dinner from afar, which was especially a challenge as she had never been to the area. They helped us plan brunch the next day when we knew we didn't have the capacity to think about anything past the wedding. Working with Stacy was the best decision (after choosing to get married of course) that we ever made. My now husband and I used juniper and lace events for our wedding in traverse city. Planning a wedding in a different city than you live in is hard enough. Planning a wedding during a pandemic could’ve pushed us over the edge. Thankfully due to juniper and lace, and Stacy horn in particular, it was a truly enjoyable experience. Stacy worked very closely with us to find out who we really are, and what we really wanted in a wedding and wow did she go above and beyond our expectations. As new covid restrictions and definitions were coming out, she would call us on a Friday night so she could explain our options instead of us stressing out over the weekend. She discussed back up plans in a way that didn’t sound like an ultimatum or a bad thing! Because of Stacy, we were truly able to have our dream wedding and we were able to trust her 100% without a doubt in our minds. Our venue, flowers, decor, food, I mean everything was our idea of perfect! I can’t rave enough about how amazing and helpful she was and how incredibly happy we are. We are still reveling in our moment 😍 If you’re on the fence about using juniper and lace, jump! Do it! You won’t regret it!!!!

This review is extremely hard to write because there are soooo many amazing things that I want to say about my process. Stacy is a Real Gem. I could not have gotten down the aisle if it weren't for JLE. It was a real adventure. My husband and I switched locations 3 times (3 different states) during our engagement process and Stacy never sweated, she rolled with the changes and made sure we were accommodated in every way. Covid-19 caused us to have to shift our plans and scale back on size, so in an effort to make it memorable we went to Utah. Would you believe that this Phenomenal woman drove there from Michigan?! She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day went off without a hitch. It was literally a DREAM. I will never forget how seamless and special our day was. I had the wonderful pleasure of photographing an unbelievably gorgeous wedding that Stacy and her team designed and planned late summer of 2019. I was blown away by how chill yet organized she was. The schedule gave perfect amounts of time for photography without feeling rushed at all and that's a complicated thing to pull off when there are so many moving parts to a wedding. Getting Ready, First look, Ceremony and the Reception were all in different locations, but everything went super smooth. If you’re thinking about getting a wedding planner, get Stacy. I can’t explain how grateful I am that I found her and was able to work with her throughout the wedding planning process. She is so friendly and warm and always available to chat through ideas or answer questions. She was so open to all of my constantly changing ideas and helped me pull my vision together. Our wedding literally could not have happened without her. She did SO much for us and she went above and beyond what I ever expected from a wedding planner. I was not excited to plan a wedding. I would not have known where to begin. There would have been Pinterest fails as center pieces and a few pizzas. Which is why we decided to hire someone. We called her about a year out and she quickly became the third member (and by far the most important) of our relationship. We did not have any of the stress or anxiety with planning anything. Seriously anything. Things I didn’t know I’d have to worry about she took care of. She quickly learned our style and personalities. She’d give us a couple options that were our style, so we were never overwhelmed. She organized everything; rehearsal dinner, wedding, brunch. The whole weekend was so stress free. Everyone was coming from out of town, including us, and our wedding size was about 120. It would not have happened or been so magical without her team. So many people said it was the best wedding they’d ever been to. I’m biased, but agree. It was the best weekend of our lives. I still cannot believe the reality was better than the pictures she showed us. Her details were so perfect. We had a Jewish ceremony and did a couple traditional things during the reception. Stacy and her team found fresh challah (in Michigan that’s a feat) and knew or learned all of the customs. We are so grateful for her and her team. If you are on the fence with hiring someone to help, it is more than worth it and while you’re at it, hire Juniper & Lace!

Wow. There is so many fantastic things to say about Stacy and her team! I chatted with a couple of different planners when researching event planning companies for our destination wedding and I felt as though Stacy just ‘got me’. She understood the vision I had in mind for our wedding and did an amazing job bringing it to life! I literally showed up on my wedding day and was so excited that she created exactly what I was looking for. She made planning a wedding seamless and never made me feel like I was asking too much. We had a medical emergency with my mother-in-law on the day of and you never would guess if she was caught off guard. She handled everything thrown at her with poise and grace. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to have handled my day and I feel as though I gained a friend. She had a great sense of attention to detail and goes to bat for her brides on getting the most out of a budget possible. I would recommend Juniper and Lace Events to anyone looking for a good, honest and hard working team for any Northern Michigan wedding/event.

This review has been quite delayed in the making however I must share our intimate experience with Stacy. My (now) wife Nora-Beth and I were undertaking extremely busy studies which left very little time for wedding preperations. We did not want to overlook the important little details and were quite overwhelmed with the prospect of such. We wanted to get married on Mackinac Island in Michigan as this was a nostalgic area for Nora-Beth and her family and I absolutely loved the place (and wanted to share it with my family). We finally found Stacy. What a godsend. Our planning started 2yrs before our planned wedding date and Stacy was extremely engaged throughout this time (even while she had other weddings to work on). Her responses were always quick, and when she didn't have an immediate answer would let us know that she was on it. I personally treasure good communication and have very high standards for such, but Stacy exceeded those standards severalfold. Here are a few examples of how Stacy went above and beyond for us: -we are Canadian (Eh!) - we weren't sure how the wedding process/registry worked between the US and Canada. Stacy found that out. -We weren't sure how we would get people to and from our reception (no cars are allowed on the Island, and some of our guests had mobility impairments). Stacy figured that out. -Some of our guests needed motels that would accomodate families and disabilties. Stacy found that out. -Some of our guests wanted to attend but also had some financial constraints (the Island is not cheap). Stacy figured that out. She went above and beyond for all our requests and we couldn't have had such a perfect day without her. Meeting face to face was definitely a challenge given the geographical barriers, however Stacy made sure to organize some facetime so we could discuss and finalize issues face to face (albeit electronically). We also worked together to develop our budget and Stacy incorporated all the little details (most of which we would have never thought about, but after they were incorporated really appreciated their value) within our alloted costs. She also troubleshooted extremely well and efficiently so that we would never stress about the "background" things. Stacy also helped us find our photographer, DJ, etc. I honeslty cannot thank her enough and cannot recommend her enough. If anyone is on the fence about choosing a wedding planner, do not hesitate one bit, and I can assure you that Juniper and Lace is 100% worth it. Joey & Nora-Beth

We knew Emily was the right fit for us upon our first call with her and Stacy. Emily was so on top of everything even way back in the early stages of planning 1.5 years before the big day. I do a lot of event planning in my career, but never weddings, so we went with the month of coordination with Juniper rather than full service planning. However, Emily went above and beyond to make sure we had the right vendor recommendations, thought of all the little details we were unfamiliar with, and saved the day on numerous occasions the month of the wedding. Emily helped us deal with some super stressful situations the month of, and helped us see that everything would be just fine. The day of the wedding we had a few vendor mishaps and Emily flawlessly handled each of them, so much so we barley even noticed anything was wrong/not what we planned. I could go on and on about how great Emily is, but just know if you book with Juniper and Lace you will not regret it! They were amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better group to lead our month of efforts for the wedding. Choosing them to work with was one of the best decisions we ever made with the wedding! Everyone told us you NEED to book a coordinator for the wedding so you can revel in the moment at the wedding, and boy were they right. Just as their motto claims, they really made sure were able to revel in the moment and be emotionally present for our entire wedding weekend.

Stacy was absolutely phenomenal - we are beyond grateful to have had her coordinate our wedding! She is so much fun to work with - we loved going through the planning process with her! Stacy is detail oriented, dedicated to her clients, and impressively calm in the midst of crazy on the day of the wedding. She goes the extra mile - or however many miles it takes - to make sure your wedding turns out beautifully. For example, the day before our wedding, we discovered that the tent we rented was in rough shape and we couldn’t get a tent liner on such short notice. Stacy could very well have just said we were out of luck, but no - instead, in the dark the night before our wedding, Stacy herself installed starburst ceiling draping in our tent! This wasn’t something she had any experience with, but it ended up amazing! She also seamlessly smoothed over any day-of bumps that came up with vendors without us even realizing there were bumps. We could go on and on, but basically - you’re our hero, Stacy. We truly cannot thank you enough!

The best decision throughout my wedding planning process was hiring Juniper & Lace! I worked in various sectors of the the wedding industry, and silly me thought I could handle the entire thing without a coordinator. In the months leading up to the wedding, I realized that I absolutely needed help bringing everything together the day of, and even the month leading up wrapping up final details. I cannot recommend Emily enough! She is extremely organized, knowledgeable, kind, professional, and such a calming presence. She went above and beyond to make sure the day ran seamlessly, and she took care of things I didn't even think of. She handled all vendor communication/confirmations, created the timeline and layout, offered opinions and solutions to various challenges, and coordinated all logistics day of, etc. Our day was perfect because of her planning and coordination, and she took my extremely detailed decor plan and executed it perfectly. Stacy also communicated with me on multiple occasions, and she also is so sweet and will make sure you feel special and taken care of throughout the wedding planning process, and beyond. My wife and I could not have been happier with Juniper & Lace, and Stacy Horn in particular. I just can’t imagine another wedding planner doing a better job. They helped us plan a June, 2019 wedding better than we could have ever imagined. My wife and I want to give them the strongest possible recommendation because we are so truly grateful to them. (Also, we are real people; if you go to their Instagram, we’re the picture of the cake with foxes on it at the Leelanau School.) We hired J&L in the fall of 2018 for our June, 2019 wedding. Over that time, Stacy learned our tastes and personalities, walked us through every step, and constantly kept us on-schedule and on-budget, even though we live out of state. She must have spent hundreds of hours working on our wedding (or she is a wizard). For example, my email account shows 165 email threads on which Stacy is included, many of which have several emails of multiple paragraphs back-and-forth going over details big and small. In addition, we probably had at least 20 phone calls with Stacy, many of which were several hours long. Beyond that, she did site-visits, set up contracts and meetings with vendors, and basically anything and everything that needed to be done. I know she had other weddings to plan, but she always made us feel like we were her #1 priority. All of that hard work, combined with Stacy’s impeccable taste, great relationships with venues and vendors, and years of experience, transformed our abstract ideas into a beautiful, fun, STRESS-FREE day. She had tremendous creativity to help us plan original and personalized features. For example, our ceremony was located on a part of the property on which that venue had never before held a ceremony. As another example, immediately after we walked down the aisle, my wife and I canoed away from the ceremony. My wife and I are both busy professionals. Stacy respected that there were times where we couldn’t work on the wedding for a week or two at a time, or for example, that we could only chat after 5pm. She was unbelievably accommodating and worked with us around our schedules. Stacy is easy-going, kind, and funny. We legitimately miss chatting with her. Moreover, she runs her business with integrity. For example, early on in the process, but after she had put in many hours of work, it seemed as if the venue that we really wanted only had available dates on which Stacy was already booked. Stacy without hesitation told us that, if this turned out to be the case, she would refund us our money for us to hire another wedding planner, rather than force us to book a second-choice venue. Luckily, we found a date on which Stacy and this first-choice venue were both available. Again, my wife and I could not have been happier with J&L.

Stacy Horn is easy to work with and is very professional! She has an eye for detail and is always ready to help make your vision happen! Our wedding weekend consisted of a Friday night welcome reception, the Saturday wedding and a Sunday brunch. Stacy was there for us at all times and made sure everything was orchestrated perfectly! Stacy surpassed our wildest expectations and always did so in a friendly and calm manner! Please take our advice and let Stacy plan your wedding! Stacy is fantastic!

Hiring Stacy and the rest of Juniper & Lace team was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding! Stacy helped us bring our vision to life in a creative and thoughtful way, and has impeccable attention to detail. She made us feel like we were her only couple at all times, even though she has a full roster of weddings to plan. She also went out of her way to answer every question about vendors and other wedding details, even if they weren’t necessarily included in our package. She truly went above and beyond and we would have been lost without her.

It all started with the most beautiful pink goblets I saw on an Instagram post, styled by Juniper and Lace. After losing our original wedding venue in Napa Valley, and moving locations and dates, I was in panic mode, with little more than four months or so to plan my dream wedding. I reached out to Stacy and within the first five minutes of our conversation, I knew she was the one to make the impossible possible! I had extremely high standards, a vision filled with things I was told were impossible to do in Northern Michigan, and very little time to spare. Stacy and her team went above and beyond to make my wedding dreams come true, and she did so with grace, patience, and fearlessness. She immediately put together a plan, vision board, vendors, and worked tirelessly to make sure every last romantically elegant detail was attended to. I really don’t think she sleeps, because she answered every email or call at any hour of the day or night! She quickly grew into a friend, and was the ideal person to have by my side on one of the most special days of my life. She made me feel comfortable, confident, calm, and somehow managed to set up an entire outdoor wedding dinner for 100 (complete with chandeliers, florals, and those perfect pink goblets) during cocktail hour! I can’t recommend Stacy and her team enough, and I am so very fortunate to have met and worked with her. She is truly the best in the business (and bonus, her pricing is incredibly reasonable too)!

Stacy and her team surpassed every expectation we had. Me, my husband, and our family adored her and her commitment to our vision. Both my husband and I work in industries that require quick response times, ellaborate project plans, and detailed budgets... Stacy amazed us with her ability to balance all of our high expectations. She made complicated logistics stress free and easy. We wanted to make the night full of amazing moments. She coordinated firework permits, helped us procure flatware and plates from 500 miles away, found ways for us to cut costs in linen, worked the dynamics of a strict parish, organized our inventory of weddng supplies, ensured our timeline down to the minute. She always remained professional while providing the support and positivity needed. We had six events over 48 hours, and six months later I am still hearing from family and friends about how they wish we could repeat the weekend! The weekend could not have happened with out her, her team, and her perpetual patience! Thank you Stacy!

When we started planning our wedding, we had no intentions of having a wedding coordinator because I figured I could just ask others for help to set up on the day of and I could do the rest. I am so grateful that we decided to hire a wedding coordinator, but especially glad that we decided to hire Juniper & Lace! Right from the first email and phone call with Stacy, I already felt so relaxed! We were from down state so it was so amazing having Stacy and Emily up in TC where we couldn’t be all the time. After our first group meeting with our venue coordinator, Stacy, Emily, my husband, and myself, I knew that this was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding and it was going to be worth every penny! They thought of things that I would never have dreamed of, and that was after lots of research on my end! They went through a timeline that worked for us and gave lots of advice but really cared about how we wanted our day to go. My phones calls, emails, and text messages were always met with excitement and quick responses! My wedding weekend could not have been more perfect! It was magical, dreamy, fun, and very much a fairy tale come to life! I give that credit to Emily! Emily was our saving grace that weekend and made our weekend and day that much more special! She took care of everything and constantly made sure that both my husband and I had everything we needed! Words cannot express how appreciative I am to have had Emily as part of our special day! She made me feel so relaxed the whole time and not worry about a thing! If problems arose, I never knew about it because she was so quick to take care of everything! I will always look back on our special day and know that it was that much better because of Emily and for that I will be forever grateful! I will feel forever blessed to have met and worked with Stacy and Emily! Our special day/weekend truly would not have been the same without them! Stacy Horn and her team are truly amazing. I have done so many wedding events in my Hospitality career and thought I would have a hard time stepping back and being a bride as opposed to a hostess or organizer. Stacy and her wonderful team had every detail planned out. The day was flawless and smooth. We had location changes from the ceremony to the reception to photos in the middle of the street, to the beach overlooking the lighthouse. I write this review as a now wife who met Stacy Horn in a quaint Traverse City coffee shop one early winter morning. Stacy was vibrant, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and left me feeling like we had been longtime friends after our first encounter. I knew immediately that Juniper and Lace was the right fit. WOW!!! I have never seen a wedding planner work as hard as Stacy did - she was amazing!!! Then as hard as she worked if we asked anything additional of her she just smiled and said 'let me make that work for you'..... and she did. If I could have packed Miss Stacy up to bring back to Texas with us I would have!! I highly highly highly recommend Stacy with Juniper and Lace - you will be very impressed and not have to worry about one small detail because you can feel confident she has it ALL under control!! When you select five stars on the Knot, little words pop up that cheerfully say "the best ever!" This could not be more true of Stacy and her team at Juniper & Lace Events. Even though we were planning our wedding from a different state, my husband and I had no intention of hiring a wedding coordinator - we were SO foolish! We quickly realized that we needed someone on the ground, well connected and able to take care of all the things we couldn't from far away. Little did we know that hiring Stacy would not only accomplish that, but she would take our haphazard vision for our day and turn it into something so perfect it can only be described as magical. She went above and beyond what you expect when you hire a coordinator. She fixed my bustle when it broke, she sprinted across the venue for a new champagne bottle when there was a sabering mishap, and she even built a fire on the beach after our reception. We can't list everything here, but trust me - above and beyond. We didn't have the opportunity to meet Stacy until just about one month before the wedding, and once we did it felt like she had been in our lives forever. You know it's good when you feel like you gained a friend - my parents were equally as obsessed. We could not be more grateful for her and we are honored that she was the captain of our dream team. Stacy is a magical wedding planning fairy. We couldn't be more grateful to have found her, and we simply adore her as a businesswoman and new friend. We planned an ambitious DIY-style wedding at our home in Northern Michigan and there is absolutely no way that we could have done it without Stacy and her team. Because of them, we were able to relax and enjoy the entire weekend. We thought we were pretty organized, but Stacy thought of details that we never would have thought of. She knew all the local vendors and had great suggestions on where to go when I didn't know where to start. She went above and beyond in every way from helping us figure out the right placement for the portable restrooms, to helping with flower arrangements, to lugging signs back and forth from our home to the place where guests were saying. And through it all, she was always smiling, always supportive, always professional, and always kind. Everyone who contributed to the wedding fell in love with her including us. Where do I start? I couldn't have done it without the help of Stacy and her team. I am so thankful I hired her for all of her help and expertise for our wedding (planning our wedding in Traverse City was harder as an out of towner!). She thought of things I wouldn't have thought of, and kept everyone and the entire day in order. She ran errands for me that I wasn't able to do. She made sure we were happy with everything. She helped with the rehearsal (it was our officiants first wedding!) I could go on and on. I really felt I could be in the moment and enjoy our wedding day. We are so thankful for all of Stacy's help in making our wedding day the best day of our lives. When we initially got engaged, I knew that I didn't have a lot of time to plan a wedding with my busy schedule and we were on a tight timeline (5 months) for planning. We initially asked Stacy to help with just day-of logistics thinking that we could handle planning a wedding from another state. And then after a few short conversations and a ton of amazing and creative ideas, I quickly realized that she needed to be part of the entire planning process! Before hiring Stacy as our wedding planner/designer, I was hesitant as to whether it was even necessary to hire someone to help us. However, I can now confidently say that hiring Stacy was the single best decision we made in the entire wedding planning process. From our first meeting, Stacy immediately put me at ease, listening to all my concerns. She was incredibly flexible with our busy schedules and never got frustrated if we took a while to respond to emails. If I was unsure about a decision, she would arrange to get on the phone with us whenever we found it convenient. She had fantastic recommendations on vendors and great lines of communication with them so that we were able to get what we needed smoothly and quickly. She picked things up from multiple vendors wedding weekend and went out of her way to do extra things like make golf reservations for the groomsmen and sew together our cocktail linens. Instead of being stressed out on our wedding day, I was remarkably calm and able to enjoy every moment because I knew Stacy had thought of everything and would handle anything that came up. Our wedding day was perfect because of Stacy, and I’m so happy I can look back at it and not wish to change a thing.

When researching our wedding coordinator, there was something about Stacy that I immediately liked. I am so glad that I trusted my gut and booked her to coordinate our day as she far exceeded our expectations. Stacy went above and beyond merely "day of" coordination. When we realized we forgot to order something two days before the wedding, Stacy took care of it immediately. She handled all of our local printing (menus, place cards, programs, etc) and took the initiative to proof everything before sign-off. She also handled all of the setup and cleanup for our rehearsal dinner. And so much more!!! She was organized and responsive, and is genuinely a wonderful person that I now call my friend. As someone who is very detail-oriented, it was comforting to be able to trust her judgement and decision making on our special day. Simply stated, she was the key to making our weekend an unforgettable experience for everyone.

She made amazing things happen for us; from finding hop flowers in June for the groomsmen's boutonnieres to coordinating babysitters for our reception, to picking up cigars and scotch, transporting rented items to and from their rightful owners and worked so thoughtfully with our vendors to set up a wedding reception and day-after brunch that completely blew us away. We don't live in Traverse City so having her there locally with her amazing and joyful attitude made everything so enjoyable to plan. Our wedding was everything we dreamed it would be and more. Stacy was phenomenal! We asked for a mixture of traditional and non-traditional elements in our wedding experience and she delivered exactly what we requested. In addition, she thought of all the details we would have otherwise missed (like a microphone for the minister who was performing our ceremony in front of large fountains, and countless other important details). Our venue raved about how wonderful Stacy was to work with as a planner. She answered any questions we had timely and thoroughly. Her follow up was impeccable. I am a very organized person and found myself completely free to hand over one of the most important days of my life to Stacy without a second thought. I can't recommend her highly enough. She is incredible to work with...so competent, so detailed, so thoughtful. We are forever thankful for her help!

Stacy was an amazing day-of-coordinator! My mom is a wedding planner and took care of all of the wedding planning leading up to the week of the wedding but we hired Stacy to run the day-of details so my mom could enjoy the day, and Stacy blew us away with how great she was. She did WAY more than I expected from just a "day-of-coordinator". She stepped in two weeks before the wedding and took over all of the stressful last minute details with vendors, which allowed my mom and I to just relax and enjoy the events. She was calm the entire weekend, despite last minute weather changes, and I trusted her completely to make decisions on my behalf. She truly was phenomenal! Stacy was the greatest decision we made for our wedding! She was both my and my husbands friend and voice of reason through all the stress of pulling together a wedding. Stacy was the best decision we made for our wedding in Vail last April! She made the whole planning process a breeze and the day of coordination was the best I have ever seen from any coordinator. She was very laid back but very helpful in supplying ideas and solutions to wedding day logistics. She picked up on our style and definitely helped us see our vision come to life. She helped us pick the caterer, photographer, linens, etc. and worked with our friends who provided vendor services, like out florist and DJ, completely professionally and made sure it was a succesful event. She was willing to do whatever we needed to make the day go smoothly and have everything we wanted. We loved her!

Stacy did a wonderful job helping to plan our wedding last March. While I was living in Dallas, Texas she helped put together a fantastic wedding weekend in Tabernash, Colorado. I have heard from many brides that planning a wedding in the city you are not located in is very stressful but Stacy made the process quite simple. She never missed any details and was always thinking ahead to make sure we did not miss anything.
