Everything.... Well, it will feel like everything on the day of
your wedding. We place your card box, table numbers and all
decor, manage your vendors, and keep you on time.
We also find the groomsmen who went missing, order a new
cake and pick it up when your cake was dropped on the floor,
find a tuxedo shirt when your groom spills wine on his right
before the ceremony, superglue your shoe back together,
wash the best man's pants when he falls in a puddle upon
arrival, hold your umbrella in the pouring rain, let you
borrow our wedding bands when you forgot yours at home,
and most importantly keep you calm

I LOVED ANGELINA!!! The best coordinator. I used just in time events for the day of my wedding. But, she truly helped beyond that.. Anything I needed prior, like last minute seating chart and bar signs, she helped me find whoever I needed to get the job done. Or, she did it herself!! She was truly so amazing, she and her team made sure the day went absolutely PERFECT!! The day was so smooth, and everything was perfect. I did not stress over one thing. She even reapplied my lipgloss for me and put bandaids on my feet!!!! Truly the best in the business!

Angelina with Just in Time Events provided an outstanding experience with coordinating my wedding day-of timeline. Angelina went above and beyond with her services prior to the day of my wedding by reaching out to all vendors and confirming services, payment, times, etc. Angelina provided guidance and advice when communicating with vendors along with what to expect the day of. Being a "type A" individual + bride, Angelina executed all the meticulous details I was afraid would be lost or forgotten through the rush of the day with utmost professionalism and enthusiasm. Looking back at my wedding experience, I absolutely do not know what I would have done without Angelina! After hiring Angelina, a weight was lifted off of my shoulders - a priceless feeling as your wedding day approaches. I was truly able to enjoy my wedding day in its entirety because of Angelina and her team. I cannot recommend Angelina/Just in Time Events more for your wedding/event, they are truly unmatched.

I am so grateful for the Just in Time team. I was recommended to Just In Time Events from a friend, and I am so glad I followed her advice. I reached out about 5 months prior to my wedding. Angelina was very clear and concise on what to expect from the team leading up to the wedding and on the day of. The communication was amazing, and I knew she was available if needed.
Two weeks to the wedding, I was put in contact with Bridget who would be with us on our wedding day. Although I had talked to Angelina thus far, Bridget was super informed about what I was looking for and she just really calmed all my nerves. She truly was an angel.
Bridget and Victoria were rockstars. They had drinks in our hands all night. They captured behind the scenes pictures and videos for us. They encompassed everything we wanted for our wedding beautifully!

Get a wedding coordinator/planner, and then make sure it's Angelina and her team! I used Just In Time for their month of services and my only regret is not bringing the team on to help sooner. Angelina reworked my timeline to ensure I could get done all the things I wanted to. She even gave some great ideas like a receiving line from cocktail hour into the reception, which ended up being one of my favorite parts. Her team relocated flowers from ceremony to reception and brought in SO much additional decor for the space. She was so fun to work with, kept me calm throughout the day, but also kept things moving, which, as a Type A bride, I was very grateful for someone else taking charge. My favorite thing I found out after the wedding...we had last minute asked Angelina to put together a bathroom basket. I trusted she would put in the odds and ends like bobby pins, deodorant, flossers, etc. We found out that she even included earbuds that one of my younger nieces used (the music was very loud at reception and upsetting her). She really thinks of EVERYTHING. Hire them, and consider for more services than you think you need, you won't regret it.
If you are looking to get a wedding coordinator, Just In Time Events is the way to go. Angelina is absolutely INCREDIBLE. We booked her as a month of coordinator but she was there throughout the whole process. She was always available when we needed her to make sure our day was perfect and it was everything we could of dreamed of and more. There are many things you don’t think of when planning a wedding and she made those things clear and knew exactly what she was doing. She was on top of everything from contacting all of the vendors to creating a very detailed timeline for the day of, as well as sending a checklist before the wedding to make sure everything was done which was super helpful! On the wedding day she was there through every moment we needed her, and she handled everything behind the scenes so if something went wrong we didn’t even know about it and she handled it with no hesitation. The next day we got a whole album of behind the scene pictures that she had taken which was awesome!! Something that we will cherish forever. Her and her team made sure my husband and I ate, danced, brought us drinks, and that we were able to enjoy every moment together as new husband and wife. Angelina was by far the best investment of our wedding vendors. We told her our vision she went above and beyond to make it come to life. If you need a wedding planner bestie, she is the one!! Book her, you will not regret it!!
This is your sign to get a coordinator!! Angelina is an absolute rockstar. We booked her as a day-of coordinator, but she goes far above and beyond that. She organized a timeline down to 10 minute increments. She always made herself available to ensure our vision for our wedding was flawless. There were so many aspects of the day I hadn't even considered, but Angelina was on top of absolutely everything. She communicated with our venue and other vendors to make sure everyone is on the same timeline. On the day of, we actually got to enjoy our wedding. Angelina and her fellow coordinator, Gina, made sure my husband and I got to eat, drink, dance, and enjoy the night. If anything went wrong, we didn't even know about it. She takes the cutest behind the scenes pics/videos throughout the day that she shared with us the next morning, and she is also just a blast to be around. Truly your wedding bestie! We are so so grateful for Angelina's hard work.
One of the best vendors we booked HANDS DOWN!!!! Right from the first phone call I knew I wanted to book Ang. Her experience in the business and multiple times at Scotland Run put my mind at ease about our day and the day could have not gone smoother! She gave me a rough draft timeline 8 months in advance to help me with planning my other vendors. She answered every single question I had and even asked me questions I didn’t even think to question. She was my saving grace on wedding day, being my bodyguard when I needed her, keeping me on my timeline when I didn’t even know what time it was, and catering to us left and right. She even came prepared with her own sewing kit and sewed my now-husband’s split tux pants that he split before even getting to the venue. I don’t think I would’ve been as sane and calm as I was throughout the entire wedding process without her. Ang was a godsend, and deserves the world and an award for what she does. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!
When I decided I wanted to do a back yard wedding with 300 guests I knew I would need an event planner. I am so thankful I chose Just in Time Events. Angelina & her team will do absolutely anything to make sure your day goes smoothly. With a back yard event, there are so many moving pieces. Before our ceremony, the band was setting up and we did not have the right size extension cord. Angelina’s team ran to tractor supply & got exactly what we needed at the drop of a hat. Their calm presence allows you to truly enjoy your special day! To say I am thankful for Angelina and her team is an understatement & I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!!
Angelina and her team are AMAZING. We initially hired Just in Time Events for day of coordination and quickly realized we needed them for the welcome reception and everything else we had going on. Angelina went above and beyond to make our day perfect. She even helped me fill the welcome bags while we met to discuss the final details. Oh-and we can't forget to mention her calming guidance on our wedding day. She built an imaginary brick wall around us and ensured every detail was executed without us having to stress. I can't say enough great things about Angelina and JIT - in fact, I am trying to convince my husband to get our next party on the calendar so I can work with them again soon!
I am the most type A personality ever- and I literally CAN NOT imagine if I didn't have Angelina at my wedding. She was hands down the most important vendor I booked, and had no idea of that, until AFTER the wedding.
She did SO MUCH to help from little things you'd never realize, to setting up my ceremony and venue within my vision, to advocating for me when my florist delivered pink and red flowers instead of white and brown, on my wedding day, and had her come back to fix everything. Angelina was literally a dream.
She is detail-oriented, never needed to be reminded twice, and kept us on schedule all day, and was always there with a safety pin or small suggestion that you'd never realize you needed- I.e. "walking down the aisle hold your flowers low so theyre not in your face for the pictures, Hand off the flowers first, then the hug, hold hands during the ceremony so it doesn't look awkward." - and a million more examples just like this where she helped me, my husband, the bridal party, etc.
I can not imagine where all this stress and missed details would have fallen without her.
Hands down the most important person that made my day flawless.
Angelina was wonderful! We hired JustInTime Events as a month of and day of coordinator for our June wedding. From the very first phone call, we could immediately tell she was a pro at planning weddings and made suggestions for things we hadn’t even thought of yet. She helped us to make beautiful and classy signage (welcome, seating, and a few other things we were missing as the day got closer). Her team did all of this in less than a week! Angelina arrived ahead of time at the rehearsal the day before too which was great so everyone could meet her before hand. She knew exactly how to line everyone up and keep everyone in order. The day of Angelina was a real trooper, she pushed through even after taking a hard spill as we were on our way to the ceremony. Even a swollen wrist didn’t stop her! Her personality is perfectly suited for an event planner. Her assistant, Taylor, was also as sweet as could be which is very helpful when the nerves start kicking in. I didn’t realize this at the time, but Angelina was also snapping pictures throughout the day and shared them with us in a shared photo album. It was so touching to have so many “behind the scenes” photos and videos the day after the wedding, especially since it can take some time to get photos back from the photographer. Just In Time Events = Five stars, highly recommend.
For any couple who is debating whether or not they should hire a day of coordinator and/or wedding planner... DO IT WITH JUST IN TIME EVENTS!! This is your sign. I'm giving it to you. Angelina and her team were exceptional to work with and made our whole wedding run smoothly and organized as possibly! Angelina was literally like my fairy god mother and made our wedding perfect. I can go on and on about how much I love Angelina and her team but that would take forever. My key points: 1) she helped organize and edit our timeline until we felt comfortable with it, 2) made sure our vendors and bridal party were all on the same page, and 3) she communicated with us to ensure the small things were taken care of and not forgotten.

Angelina is the absolute best that there is! If you’re a struggling control freak like I am, it’s hard giving up that control on such an important day like your wedding! Angelina was absolutely amazing to work with, and made sure that my wedding was everything that I could have ever dreamt of! It looked like I walked into a fairytale, I actually started crying like a baby when I saw the ballroom decorated! Not only did she completely get my vision, but she even ordered black table runners with her own money, because she knew they would look better than my off pink ones! (She was SO right!!!) I HIGHLY recommend Just In Time Events for any type of wedding planning or wedding coordination. You will NOT regret it! Thank you so much Angelina and your team, you were absolutely amazing!
Angelina is THE BEST. Book her and do it now!!!! She was a lifesaver for us as we navigated rescheduling our wedding due to COVID and was our lifeline on the day of our wedding. Not only did she think of everything and attend to Kyle and I, but she made sure our guests had everything they needed, too!!! She was so responsive to all of my emails and texts and figured out how to make all of my dreams a reality. The day went perfect and that is not a coincidence - it was thanks to Angelina!!!
We hired Angelina for partial planning for a complete DIY wedding in only 2 months. Needless to say, she was a life saver! She kept us on track throughout the process, helped set expectations, and was completely accessible by email and text. On the day of, she made me and my fiancé feel comfortable and worry-free. She was always there with a full glass of rosé for me... she truly gets me! Even my MOH and other vendors told me how much they felt at ease. We also used JITE party assistants as catering servers for our wedding as well. I would highly recommend Angelina for anyone looking for superb organization for their wedding.
I want to start out by saying , I am a COVID bride and my wedding has been postponed . This is an extremely difficult time , and very stressful. I reached out to Just in Time Events when I saw the post on Instagram about a free one hour consultation .
Angelina helped me for an hour go over alternative options , helped me with a new vendor because my current vendor was completely booked next year and took the edge off . She was kind , calm , and collected . Just talking to her made me feel at ease , and that this stressful time was going to be okay . She never once pushed me to choose one of her packages , and I instantly felt at home with her . I reached back out to her a day or two after the free consult. She still wasn’t pushy or trying to sell me her services . She was so Genuine and you can tell she really cares about her brides . After a working out budget we were able to work her Day of Fee in and I am so glad , to be able to have someone I trust coordinate my wedding next year . Angelina - thank you for your kindness and compassion . I am glad we get to spend the next year planning together .
So..... if I could Angelina 10 stars I absolutely would. 5 is not enough! Let me just start out by saying, I didnt really want a planner, but then after loking at how busy I was with work and school I knew I did not have enough time for all that weddings entail. So I wanted to just get a Day of Cooridinator- have someone to run my day etc (plus I didn't want to spend a lot of my budget). I spoke with Angelina and she recommended that I purchase her partial planning package- I was thinking, why do I need that? and its double the cost of the Day of package, no thanks. But then after talking to Angelina I realized yes I do need the extra help other than the day of. Day of my wedding, she was on time, organized, managed all of the vendors, i did nothing but sip mimosas, and enjoy the best day of my life thanks to her! I had not one clue of what was being done behind the scenes, she made it all happen like magic So fast forward to after my wedding. Let me just tell you! That partial planning package was worth every single dollar. Angelina is absolutely freakin amazing. She texted me back no matter what time it was, she gave me insight on when to send out invites, made me feel so happy with all the decisions I made and most importantly- she listened to me! She was there for every moment in wedding planning and I feel that I have made a friend for life. I can not wait for all of the other parties I am going to hire her for, hopefully next is baby shower lol Angelina you are an absolute dream to work with and I am so glad I picked the partial package so that I could have you in my corner for over a year cheering me on and guiding me.
Angelina was literally my dream coordinator. My husband and I were nervous to meet a wedding coordinator because we didn't know what to expect. She was the perfect amount of chill and professional that my husband I needed. She assured us that we shouldn't do anything that we felt we had to do and only do what we wanted. She is so personable, sweet and EXTREMELY talented at her job. Also, she was receptive and responsive to our incessant emails. I seriously could not recommend her enough to anyone. Especially those who might be a little nervous about hiring a coordinator.
Just in Time Events was an absolute God send . I chatted with a number of planners before I had the chance to speak with Angelina . After one call I knew she was the one . She is an excellent communicator , organizer and the queen of design . She is the pillar of calm and handled two days of our chaos like a boss . She had a great sense of humor and was down to earth . I would work with her again hands down she is one of a kind .
Angelina and her team are A- Mazing. We booked her for partial planning of our backyard wedding and so glad that we invested the money to do so. Angelina is highly organized, a go getter, knows what she is doing and I could not have asked for a better wedding planner. She was always available, if I texted her with a question she would get back with in minutes- I swore she never slept. I have nothing but kind words to say about Just in Time Events - if you haven't booked them then you are truly missing out on a stress free and amazing wedding planning experience
We were referred to Just in Time Events through one of our mutual associates who spoke very highly of Angelina. My now wife and I interviewed several planners before we met Angelina and instantly knew we wanted her to be our planner. She is extremely passionate, personable, and well organized. She asked us all the right questions to make sure that we were taken care of and stayed within our budget. She took the time to get to know us and make us feel more like friends then just her client. Angelina was wonderful in so many aspects. She went above and beyond. She collaborated with the venue and their Maître D, which changed a couple times after we reserved our wedding date, and she was instrumental with the success of our dream wedding. The venue was not the best at communicating and Angelina was our expert in handling that situation flawlessly. Without her, we do believe our wedding would not have been what we envisioned. All in all, what Angelina provided for us was assurance and the ability to bring our vision to life! She made sure everything was perfect for the wedding day so that we could just enjoy the moment. Having that peace of mind was the best investment for us as my wife would have been over analyzing every detail herself had Angelina not been there. We truly enjoyed getting to know and trust her while planning our wedding. Most of all we are beyond thrilled with how our special day turned out thanks to Just in Time Events executing our vision even more beautifully than we could have ever imagined.
Angelina at Just in Time Events did a great job coordinating our wedding. We were getting pretty close to the date and we didn't have a coordinator yet. We were worried that we wouldn’t be able to find someone who was still available. Angelina luckily had our date still open and she did a great job making time to chat with me about our needs. Angelina’s enthusiasm and professionalism were just what we needed. She did a great job of filling in the gaps, letting us put the wedding together the way we wanted, but helping us with opinions when needed. When it came down to getting everything done, it was such a relief to have her on our team, as she really knew what she was doing. Also, the few last minute vendors she referred us to were all fantastic. Of particular importance was the help and support that we got from Angelina’s whole team on the day of our wedding. They swooped in and helped take care of all the little details, ensuring that we could relax and enjoy our wedding day.
If you aren't using Just in Time Events, good luck planning a wedding and enjoying your day. Angelina and her team are AMAZING and made my wedding day was so stress-free despite the weather and a couple of setbacks. I was completely confident in her team taking care of every last minute detail and the day was absolutely FLAWLESS. Their attention to detail was so impressive and I never once doubted that she had my back if anything was not as we originally planned. Angelina helped craft the most incredible day of my life and is a wedding expert. I did not have to stress about anything, from picking vendors to the last minute details, I was able to sit back and relax. My dream wedding became a reality because of Angelina. She will be as involved or hands off as you'd like and truly makes you feel like a one-of-a-kind bride. I can't thank her enough for everything!
Angelina was amazing from our first meeting! She was so helpful and understanding. She offered such great advice and encouraged us to be as creative as we wanted. I can't believe how stress free our wedding day was because she was there! We got to enjoy our day with our loved ones and she took care of all of the details. No one from our family or wedding party had to worry about a thing. This was the absolute best money we spent while wedding planning. We would have been absolutely lost without her! Thank you for the best day ever!
We are so happy that we found Angelina. My husband and I both agree it was the best decision we could have made during the entire wedding planning process. We had a lot of the big ticket items done, but needed someone to keep us in line and on schedule for the 12 months or so leading up to the event and manage the day-of details. So we met with her and were able to do the partial planning package someone that is between a full-suite event planner and day-of planner. She lived up to and exceeded those expectations! We were so in sync that by the time it was the week before the wedding, there was hardly anything to do. It was a breeze and complete weight off of my shoulders. As far as the wedding day - everything went according to plan. Angelina also managed to handle every issue that may have come up such as a guest showing up who did not RSVP and also to helping me fix my wedding dress before the reception as it had a stain on it Additionally, the planning apps she uses is really helpful for listing attendees, what their meal choice is, planning who is sitting at which table, and overall layout of the reception venue. Absolutely hire her for your wedding!
Angelina . Gets. Stuff. Done. I was a very nervous bride in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding, and she was very patient and answered every question I had. She helped me feel calm and ready for the big day! It was THE BEST to have her be there day of to make all pieces of my wedding vision come to life. I kicked back in the bridal suite, had some cocktails, and when I emerged from hair and makeup the everything was ready. It was like magic! Angelina helped me find different ways to stretch my wedding budget, responded promptly to all of my questions and all around made the day better than I could have ever imagined
We worked with Angelina at Just in Time Events to plan a shower, and she was AMAZING. She is organized, friendly, and helped make our day the best day possible for the bride to be without us having to worry about the details. She did a great job recommending vendors and getting in touch with them before the event to make sure everything was in order. I can't say enough wonderful things about Angelina and would recommend her to anyone looking to plan an event.
Could not give them a better review, though I do feel five stars isn't nearly enough. From beginning to end Angelina handled everything with professionalism and care. She treated me with respect, kindness, and a great deal of friendship. This process could have been absolutely insane, but she handled literally every aspect that I asked her to, and the some details that I didn't even think about. She found me wonderful vendors who were all within my budget, and everything was organized and ran smoothly. There were no hiccups with planning or the wedding at least, not that I was every aware of. Angelina were there the whole day to make sure everything was going as planned, and took care of me and my needs, too. I never once got stressed or overwhelmed by the process of planning or at my wedding thanks to the amazing planner at Just in Time Events. She is the fairy godmothers of the Wedding industry in my opinion.
I can confidently say Just in Time Events will make all your fairy tale dreams come true.
Angelina was fabulous! We hired her for the basic coordination package and would do it all over again. She helped ensure our day ran smoothly, and did a great job coordinating all of the vendors, and ensuring everything was set up just perfectly. If there were problems on the day of, I wasn't even aware of them - as everything went perfectly in my opinion. No doubt there were actually challenges, but that's just a testament to her hard work that the bride and groom aren't even aware of them. She kept us on schedule and was willing to help with literally anything to make sure it was a success. I highly recommend working with Just In Time Events.
All I have to say is Angelina went above and beyond. I hired her for Day of Coordination and she did more than I could have ever asked. She helped me with me with so many little details, and gave me a lot of great advice. She was amazing. The day of my wedding it rained and she came out of nowhere with 10 umbrellas. I could not have gotten through the day with out her.

She answered my millions of questions, texted me back the same day and usually with in minutes to calm my nerves, and had a great selection of vendor friends to choose from.
