While they are based in New York, they happily work with soon-to-be-weds in the tri-state and beyond.
Just J Events provides full-service planning, partial planning, and month-of coordination. You will have a variety of packages and services to choose from based on your needs and wants. Jennifer and her team will connect with your vendors, oversee your event setup, and create custom timelines to best suit your vision. Jenn was incredible to work with and I honestly would not have been able to get through wedding planning without her. I hired Jenn for month of wedding planning but she began helping me with things over 3 months out. She took care of all the scheduling / itineraries and so many things that I had not thought about prior to the wedding. If you plan on having a larger wedding just call her - this your special day and having someone to be there to help you with all the little things and coordination between all your vendors is worth every cent.
Jen was exceptional! Leading up to the wedding answering any and all of my questions, helping me get quotes from other vendors, making suggestions, giving me some direction when I needed and even handling things with vendors without my involvement. Day of she made the day a breeze for me. I didn't check the time once or worry about a single thing. I knew Jen would remember it, think of it, and make it happen. I really loved working with Just J events and would 100% recommend her! Book her!
Jennifer was our month of planner for our NYC wedding. We dramatically reduced and replanned everything 90 days before the event due to COVID and she was right by our side through it all. She was a great sounding board, prompt responder and week/day of was AMAZING handling all the to do I didn't want to think about. What I loved most was how easy it was to talk to her about everything in the decision making process.
Our event wouldn't have been possible without Jennifer and would 100% use her again for any future events. She's a real gem - authentic, timely, thoughtful and organized.

Just J Events was simply incredible in helping with the organization and planning of every detail of our December 21, 2018 Wedding at Macaluso’s in Hawthorne. As you can imagine, planning a Wedding during the holiday season can be quite challenging. Jessica D’Aiuto did an outstanding job to make our day “Simply Perfect”!
Her professionalism and personal touch to assure that every detail was exactly as we anticipated was impeccable. She went above and beyond all of our expectations. What I appreciated most about Jessica was her genuine concern. Her first priority was making sure that we did not have any stress or worry. She certainly exceeded that and more!
Jessica made certain a timeline was in place for weeks before our wedding day and that all vendors and items associated with vendors (documents, etc. we would have never thought of) were complete and in order. She completed all phone calls and rechecks to every vendor! On the day of, she was prompt and arrived early to set up everything and to make sure all guests were prepared for our “First Look” and pre-wedding photo shoot. She took great care in considering our Mom who would be in a wheelchair that evening.
Jessica made sure that the Trellis, all floral arrangements, placement of lanterns in the aisle (all with various sized LCD candles that she arranged), picture frames, and gift card collection area, were exactly how we had shared with her. She was the one who assembled all of this and more. I had wanted a “special” Christmas seating arrangement using ten different Christmas Trees, special table numbers, labeled ornaments, LED lighting, gift boxes, thank you bags and a re-assembly of the Christmas Trees to be given away a gifts at the end of the evening to guests. She completed every request with great pride and detail in her work. Jessica is definitely a perfectionist and we are grateful that we were graced with her knowledge and gift for providing a personal touch to every facet of the evening.
Her guidance throughout the night enabled us to simply relax, embrace, and enjoy our special day!!! Thank you Just J Events for making our Wedding Day a monumental success and day filled with love, happiness, joy and most of all peace of mind!! A spectacular time was had by all thank to you!! We love you and are so happy that we chose your company to represent us on our Wedding Day!
Just J is INCREDIBLE!!! Honestly, Jennifer and Jessica are the reason our party went so well! We were hesitant about hiring planners, but it was the best wedding decision we made. They organized everything for us so we were able to glance at potential vendors and choose the ones we wanted to meet. We both work full time, so hiring Just J saved us so much time! They did all the leg work. Plus, they were phenomenal the day of! Everything went so smooth and honestly they're the reason. I regret not hiring them sooner! They're also super friendly and personable, which helped us feel at ease.
My husband and I joked around and said that if it wasn't for Jennifer and Jessica, we would've just eloped and not planned a wedding. We seriously could have not done it without them. They were extremely professional, on top of everything and most importantly, they made the whole day STRESS-FREE for us. We had a slight hiccup with the weather, and had to reshuffle the seating arrangements due to the rain but Jennifer and Jessica were on top of it and made the process easy! We got compliments all night from our guests for having a phenomenal wedding and we really owe it to them. Thank you Jennifer and Jessica for the best wedding planning experience!
Jennifer Walsh and Jessica D'Aiuto were our coordinators and they literally made our wedding! They both were phenomenal and were flawless from day one. Not only are they both lovely, personable and fun people, but they worked extremely hard for us and did an amazing job. They went above and beyond my expectations to make sure everything was perfect for our wedding without prompt. I am a very particular, organized and detail oriented individual (as is my wife) and Jennifer and Jessica blew our minds with how on top of EVERYTHING they were, while still being personable and not wanting to kill us. If I could give them 6 stars I would!!!
We worked with Jennifer to help with our wedding in September. I don’t know what I would have done without her! Jennifer was incredible to work with. I’m pretty particular with planning and type A, and she 100% “got me”. She was super organized with providing timelines, working with all of our vendors, and making everything extra special. She truly went above and beyond for us. I would definitely recommend her and work together again.
We had the absolute best experience working with Jennifer as our day-of coordinator. She was incredibly pleasant to work with in the run-up to the event, professionally coordinating the setup for all of our vendors and promptly replying to my incessant e-mails with thorough responses and with a smile. Her real heroism, though, came on the day of the event when she tracked down the bakery I asked to provide cupcakes when half of the delivered cupcakes arrived overturned and completely ruined, single-handedly salvaging the cupcakes and securing new ones last-minute as replacement! I was also so grateful to Jennifer for very politely but firmly preventing some of our less well behaved guests from opening a curtain separating our cocktail hour from an ice rink (they wanted to watch the game). :-) It really felt like we had someone representing us and our preferences worrying about everything so we didn't have to! She is terrifically reliable and so socially graceful and I would not trust anyone else with my event.
