I cannot say enough amazing things about Kelly and Andrea! From start to finish, they were the calm, thoughtful, and incredibly supportive team I needed to bring my wedding vision to life. They truly thought of everything, ensuring my day was seamless, stress-free, and filled with joy.
When an unexpected issue arose with one of our vendors, Kelly and Andrea literally saved the day. They handled everything with such grace and professionalism, keeping me calm and positive through it all. Thanks to their expertise and quick thinking, my wedding day turned out even better than I could have ever imagined.
If you’re looking for planners who are not only organized and detail-oriented but also kind, approachable, and genuinely invested in making your day perfect, look no further. I feel so lucky to have had them by my side, and I truly cannot imagine my wedding without them!
Our wedding was absolutely stunning thanks to Kelly! She is an amazing planner with an eye for detail. From our first conversation with her we knew we would be in good hands. She was always responsive when we had questions or needed advice on handling family dynamics. Kelly was so on top of it that on our wedding day we did not have to worry about a thing. If anything did go wrong that day, we had no idea, and that is a true testament of what an amazing planner she is. We highly recommend Kelly and the Just Save the Date Team for any couple who is looking for a planner!
I will start this review off with the cliché ‘I have never written a review before.’ When the truth is, I have never written a review in my life. I am not the kind of person who complains or sings the praises of people behind the keys of a computer. However, a few people truly went above and beyond for our recent wedding in Key West Florida, that it would be a crime not to let other potential clients know about them!
My now husband, Kris hails come America and I am from Australia. While we call Australia home, we decided upon a destination wedding in Key West Florida. A decent percentage of our friends and family would be meeting for the first time, making it all the more special. We envisaged a weekend filled with fun, laughter and memories to last a lifetime.
I, being your typical bride, did a lot of research online. I read countless reviews, reached out to people and mulled (sometimes painstakingly) over decisions. We knew planning a wedding in America from Australia was going to require an amazing wedding planner. Kris and I emailed numerous different planners and Skyped with a few. We settled on Kelly Fowler from Just Save The Date and it was one of the best decisions we made.
Kris and I had a pretty good idea of what we envisaged for our wedding day and Kelly made it happen. She guided us through every decision for the day, from big decisions like food/beverages, music and photography to smaller decisions like charge plates, napkins and runners. She was kind and caring but brutally honest when she needed to be.
We had an almost 18 month planning time frame, and a schedule to stick to. Kelly helped us making all decisions in a timely manner. She responded to my countless emailed (maybe close to 1000!) and would Skype with us at flexible, out of business hours time. She dealt with and negotiated all our contracts and reminded us when payments were due.
There were so many benefits to hiring such an amazing dedicated wedding planner, however one benefit that stood our was Kelly knowledge of the industry and her amazing contact list. She recommended numerous vendors and all were highly professional, did a truly amazing job and helped make our day perfect.
If you are considering hiring a wedding planner, we highly recommended Kelly. We think it was one of the best wedding decisions we made!
We cannot recommend Kelly Fowler enough. We hired Kelly to be our month-of wedding planner for our destination wedding in Key West. Although she did not officially start working with us until October for our November 2nd wedding, she graciously answered our sporadic and panicky questions throughout the year and half that we were engaged. Kelly was so patient and calm and very easy to work with. She made sure our time in Key West and our wedding day progressed perfectly. I don't know what we would have done without her!!
If you’re planning a Key West wedding, I have one major piece of advice: Hire Kelly Fowler of Just Save the Date! Kelly’s bubbly personality, wedding expertise, industry contacts, and island savvy (sometimes things work a little differently in the Keys…) are INDISPENSABLE during the sometimes stressful wedding-planning process. Do exactly what she tells you to do, her advice is always spot-on. Through working with Kelly, our wedding went off without a hitch! She handled every situation efficiently and professionally, and put this bride at ease on my most special day! In addition to Kelly’s stellar work ethic, she is simply a joy to be around. We’ve made a friend for life. Make sure to hire Just Save the Date if you want your wedding to go off seamlessly and beautifully. Kelly is without a doubt THE BEST!
We got married on February 16, 2018 and choosing Kelly as our wedding planner was the best decision we made.
We had zero clue on what wedding planning entailed, but Kelly made us comfortable throughout the whole process. She was always available to answer questions or provide suggestions on what we needed completed. When selecting vendors, she made quality recommendations based on what she had learned from us. She understood what we wanted and made sure that it was executed precisely.
Our original wedding venue was damaged due to Hurricane Irma, but we didn't know the exact damage until a month after the storm hit. When we found out we had to select a new venue, Kelly was quick to act and extremely helpful in securing a new location with the same amenities and costs, all within a week's time.
The day of our wedding (as well as the previous night's rehearsal) went without a hitch and that is because of Kelly. She made sure vendors were on point, she made sure we knew where and when we needed to be places, she made sure our wedding party and our officiant were comfortable in what they had to do, and made us feel relaxed and ready with a giant smile on her face the entire time.
Kelly wasn't just a wedding planner, she also became a good friend. We would whole heartedly recommend Kelly to anyone trying to choose a planner.
What an amazing decision we made when choosing Just Save the Date. From start to finish this was literally the easiest part of our wedding. Christina was so amazing and truly made our day stressfree. I highly recommend using them!
I can't say enough great things about Kelly. I am so thankful I got her to help me plan my wedding and make everything I wanted happen. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went exactly how I had planned and through some difficult obstacles she managed a friendly smile.
This girl is absolutely amazing and I can't thank her enough for everything she did.
Kelly and her team are fabulous and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have expert local guidance for their Key West wedding. She recommended THE BEST vendors and her day-of coordinating was spot-on! She has a wonderful personality and was very accommodating when we visited prior to the wedding to meet with some of the vendors and explore Key West. Sometimes she was a little slow to respond in between the time when we selected the vendors and the actual wedding day, but maybe that's the norm with wedding planners. Still, she has expert knowledge and day-of skills that made getting married far away from home a breeze.
Kelly of Just Save The Date was an absolute doll! She went above and beyond from the very beginning and all the way to the very end. Every little detail was carefully planned and taken care of with honest feedback. When my videographer would not get back to me for months after the wedding, she made sure that I got my archival DVDs no matter what. Very sweet and would highly recommend!
I hired Great Events as my wedding coordinator. As a coordinator, Great Events will provide you with guidance and answer questions while you plan your event and will completely take over 1 month out to coordinate vendor activity and event execution. When I contacted Kelly Fowler, she was already booked for my wedding date but said that her assistant, Leslie, was available. During the planning phase, I communicated regularly with both Kelly and Leslie. They were happy to answer all of my questions and provided honest feedback on vendor options. Despite giving birth only 1 month before my event, Kelly remained engaged in all communication and all meetings (live and over the phone). Essentially, I had two coordinators for the price of one!
My wedding was at the Audubon House where there is no back-up for rain (they do not even allow tents or sails on the property). When there was a 40% chance of rain and storms on my wedding day, I was pretty stressed out and too busy to figure out a back-up plan. Leslie and Kelly took responsibility for finding a back-up venue and found two great locations. They scheduled time with the venues and took us to visit both so that we could decide which property was preferable to us. They reviewed all of my contracts and helped me to decide on the best back-up plan. They completely took all of the stress away by coming up with a back-up plan that was almost as amazing as my original plan!
Leslie and Kelly both assisted with the wedding rehearsal. Leslie brought another assistant to the actual wedding.
On the wedding day, Leslie took care of EVERYTHING. I never once received a call from a vendor who did not know where to be or what to do. Leslie completely shielded me from everything! Although the florist and the vintage furniture vendor were providing almost all of the décor, I brought several things that I gave to Leslie (menus, signage, escort cards, gifts, vendor payments etc.) and she took care of everything. Leslie was at my venue the entire day for vendor set-up and stayed there for the entire ceremony. She checked in with us several times to make sure we could hear music, the food/drink service was good etc. The skies did open up and dump rain for a few minutes during dinner. As the rain came down, Leslie kept us calm and handled the situation with grace. While the whole process with Great Events from start to finish was a positive experience, the flawless wedding day execution is what I am most grateful for. I literally had zero stress on my wedding day!
Both Leslie and Kelly are professional, experienced and well connected with the vendors. You will spend a lot of time with these gals, sharing your dreams/fears/ideas/plans etc. and then they are with you every moment on one of the most significant days of your life. It is great to have a planner/coordinator that you consider a friend, someone you might want to be there even if they weren’t working for you.
Kelly was wonderful to work with from day one. She was honest in her feedback regarding experience and opinion with all aspects of the wedding and our trip to Key West. The day I received the first draft of our wedding weekend schedule, I sat back, smiled, showed my then husband-to-be and said 'right here is why we have Kelly.' From that moment on the only real wedding stress I felt was getting things shipped from Arizona and our traveling gear packed. As soon as I stepped on that plane I knew Kelly was handling the receipt of some very large boxes from FedEx, finalizing the schedule and contacting every vendor and all the other little details. The day of the wedding Kelly and her assistant handled every little piece like conductors of an orchestra - everything fell into place smoothly. All my changes during the months and week leading to the day, my last silly questions the day of before I remembered I could let go of the reins, the excited family members, last minute centerpiece changes, even holding back traffic on Eaton Street so the wedding party could cross easily was all handled beautifully by Kelly and her assistant. We are very happy with her services and all her help. Just Save the Date made our wedding day drama and stress free so we could enjoy and remember everything with a smile. Thank you!
