My father ordered the limo as a gift for my wedding. A wedding is a special day in a woman's life and one hopes that those working in the industry would understand that fact and be prepared to provide exceptional service. In general, the limo driver did not know her way around Washington, DC. Several of our guests were forced to tell her directions and how to get to our destinations. After the ceremony, we went to the US Capitol Building to take pictures. Once we were done, we asked the driver to proceed to the Jefferson memorial. It was not our job to keep eyes on the route - but all of a sudden I noticed from the window that we were in NE DC in the direction of RFK! That's absolutely the opposite direction of the Jefferson memorial and not remotely the best route from the US Capitol. Also, when making several turns, the driver could not make a turn and ended up on the curb, an accident waiting to happen.

We had the hummer limo, which was beautiful and it gave us plenty of space for the bridal party. KV limos was a great company to work with and they were very well priced. They did not make us rent for a full 8 hours like a lot of companies do. The driver was friendly and very professional. He picked up everyone on time and even got out the red carpet for us to take pictures. Exceptional service!

We had an Escalade Limo and it was very nice, big and spacious! Our driver was professional, flexible and nice. We got a great deal! We even had drinks ready! If you want to have fun and drive around DC after your wedding to take pics or walk around, ask for Esau! He's amazing and makes sure the bridal party is having a great time!

I used KV limo for my huge bridal party and had the H2 limo! It was gorgeous inside and huge!!The driver was on time and dressed professionally. She did seem to have a little trouble navigating the huge limo and it took her longer to get from one place to the next than expected, but in her defense it was during a hurricane! At one time she did not hold the door open for me and my husband, but everyone else was already in the limo. We were supposed to have the "VIP service" which included a red carpet - again it was pouring due to hurricane Irene so no problem not having it - just married signs, balloons, and sparkling cider. I think the balloons would have made it difficult to fit the entire party and we brought our own champagne so it really wasnt a problem. I would use them again!

Our driver arrived on time and got us to and from everywhere we needed him too. Everything was flawless and our SUV limo was perfect! It was very nice inside and equipped with champagne glasses for a toast with the bridal party on the way to the reception (we brought the champagne). Our driver was very pleasant to work with and everyone I spoke to on the phone was great as well! Overall I would highly recommend KV Limo.

We used KV for a 2009 Cadillac Escalade limo to transport our large bridal party. They were one of the more inexpensive limo services but they provided great service. The limo was on time and the chauffeur was the nicest guy. We had to make some last minute changes the week before the wedding and they easily let us do that.

Clean limo, everythin went smoothly and was on time, they rolled out a red carpet, provided champagne, etc...great service, very responsive, very nice and NEW limos. Highly recommend this for any couple getting married - they can deliver great quality even on a tight budget.

We found KV Limo through a google search and I got very excited when I found "specials" on their website that seemed like an extraordinary value, however, when I called they came up with 1,000 reasons why they cannot honor a deal that's posted on their website!! Finally I got someone on the line who would honor their deal, and I got a great bang for the buck for the limo. However, when it came time to sign the contract, the contract did not state some of the things that we had agreed upon, the kinds of things that all vendors place in their contract that protect the recipient, like "in case of emergency, if KV Limo fails to provide the agreed upon service, __ __ deposit will be refunded." When I called to argue it they said that their manager would be really mad if they changed the contract. So I made them send me an e-mail with that sentence so I'd have it in writing legally, and they did so. The day of the wedding I gave the driver a check for the balance and he took it and said thank you. The next day I found a charge on my credit card for the balance! They charged my credit card without telling me!!! I called KV Limo to tell them that I had already written the driver a check, and they said they don't accept checks, and instead of telling me that on my wedding day they chose to just charge my credit card!! Overall, the limo ride was good, the value was great, but in my opinion they are a fairly poorly run company...

The service was professional and friendly, but not having air conditioning in July is not acceptable. Pros: - The limo was very nice, clean, with nice ammenities. - The driver was polite and professional, showed up on time, and drove us to all the locations without getting lost. Cons: We got married on one of the hottest days in the past several years (105+ degress) and the limo air conditioning didn't work. While I don't expect the driver to be a mechanic, he didn't seem to acknowledge the problem at all - just sort of shrugged. It made our ride exteremely uncomfortable and one of our groomsmen almost passed out. We emailed the company on August 9 with a complaint, after waiting the required 48-hour limit (apparently the company won't hear complaints within the first 48 hours), but have yet to hear anything back as of September 6. I wasn't as upset with the lack of air conditioning as the fact that my emails have been ignored.
