K Scott Events

Krystal and her team were amazing, and I cannot say enough great things about them! We hired K Scott Events for month of coordination for our wedding. Krystal and I talked on the phone prior to signing the contract and she made me feel so at ease. She was fun, bubbly, smart, and you can really feel the passion she has for helping brides. She had recommendations for ways to cut costs and ideas that I had never even thought of and was in constant contact asking if there was anything she could do or help with. She was incredibly friendly and had no problem texting, calling, emailing - whatever was working for me at the time. Krystal was so helpful at our final details meeting with the venue. They ask questions we had never considered and Krystal was quick with suggestions and guidance. She checked in almost every day leading up to the wedding to make sure we were all set. The day of our wedding ran like magic. We did the rehearsal the morning of and she was so wonderful at keeping the bridal party on track and letting them know where they needed to be and when. At no point during the day was I concerned, stressed, or even looking at a clock because I knew they had this covered. Krystal would come into the bridal suite and start hyping us up over the decor, the cake, anything and everything - she had us so excited and ready for the day. Krystal was amazing at working with our other vendors like our photographers to make sure the after ceremony pictures and cocktail hour were timed just right. During dinner and the reception, Krystal and her team would check on us to make sure there was nothing we needed. They kept us right on time with the first dances, speeches, cake cutting, all the tiny details that you don't want to be worried about on your big day! Ultimately Krystal gave us the most perfect day we could have imagined. I know things would not have gone as smoothly as they did without her. As a bride, you want to enjoy your day with your friends and family without a million potential issues running through your mind or having to send a bridesmaid out to make sure the seating chart was set up correctly or that the special chargers you ordered were placed out. Krystal will listen to what is important to you, work through any questions you have, and give you a flawless event. I cannot recommend Krystal and K Scott Events enough!

Where to begin. I was referred to Krystal by the violinist at our wedding. We were less than a month from our January 1st wedding and I was in desperate need of some help. I contacted Krystal and she was so quick to respond and answer all of my questions and go over everything that still needed to be done. She was in contact with everyone and made sure everything was set in place for our wedding day, even through out the holidays. She was helpful in not only the big things but also the small details we sometimes forget or would have never thought about as the bride, as a million things are running through our minds leading up. She was communicative in what was going on through out the big day, she made sure everyone was where they needed to be and she really just made sure our wedding was what we envisioned. If it wasn't for her, I know our wedding would have been a big mess and it wouldn't have been as thought out as she made it. For that, I am so thankful that we were able to work together.

I had a long engagement and so had planned most of my wedding myself. About 2 months out from the date I became overwhelmed with coordinating everything and started looking for a month-of coordinator. As a COVID bride I knew I would need someone special to help me navigate all the unknowns of having a safe wedding. I saw a recommendation for Krystal from a fellow pandemic bride and as soon as we spoke I knew I found the perfect person. Krystal immediately took all of the vendors off my plate and I very quickly knew that I could let go and trust her to take on my vision. She helped me work with my difficult venue, helped me get the most from my money with every vendor, and took charge the day-of so that I could just enjoy my day. I really can't recommend her enough. She made the last weeks of planning and my wedding day stress-free!
