We had our wedding on May 3rd and have to say KB3 was awesome!! So many guests from all over saying "best band ever" ..Thanks so being being part of our magical night!

KB3 was amazing. They brought so much energy and had people dancing the ENTIRE night. I have received so many compliments from our wedding. They made sure they played our “must plays.” I will say the band was different from the video on the website. Although, this probably goes with most bands. I partly hired KB3 knowing they are part of Kahootz Entertainment and have a great pool of singers/ musicians. They did not disappoint! Closer to the date, I did ask who was still in the band and they sent me samples from their current line up.

KB3 was an incredible wedding band! A few weeks before our wedding, we were able to Zoom with Chris to talk through all the details, including our specific song selections and the finalized reception schedule. We added the acoustic guitar for our ceremony and the duo for cocktail hour, which added something special to each event. Their talent, professionalism, and energy were unmatched. They had all our guests on the dancefloor all night. I would highly recommend KB3!

We had KB3 as our wedding band and they were amazing! Our guests loved them, they sounded great and did an awesome job interacting with our guests. We had gone to see the band twice before booking and ended up selecting them based on that experience - the female singer and the drummer/singer were especially memorable. Part of why we picked this band is that it is the same unit that plays each event so we knew what to expect. Unfortunately on our wedding day, nearly the entire band was different members than those we had seen perform - including both lead singers and the drummer. While the new band was still excellent, I wish that this had been at least communicated to me prior to our wedding so that it wasn’t a shock day of. Again, still would highly recommend this band and had a great experience but would appreciate some better communication regarding such an important aspect of our wedding day.

We had K2 at our August 2023 wedding and cannot recommend them enough! They were amazing, had such a fun energy, helped with the flow of the evening, and had everyone dancing all night long! So many of our guests complimented the music and vibe they brought. The planning process was seamless as well. One of the best decisions we made for our wedding!

Kahootz did an incredible job at our wedding this April! They kept the party going all night long and made sure than guests were engaged in dancing! They were also very helpful in the planning process - meeting with us before the wedding to discuss genre choices, ceremony music, and they even learned a new song for our first dance. Our guests still rave about how incredible they were! We highly recommend them!

We had the Kahootz band perform at our wedding last summer and could not have had a better experience. We worked with Chris throughout the lead-up to the wedding. He was super thoughtful and attentive, taking the time to listen to any of our wants and talk through the flow of events. When planning a big wedding, juggling agendas is super difficult but we never had to worry about anything with Kahootz. From song list, to cadence of the night, to reading the flow of the party and keeping everyone dancing and having a great time we just could not have been happier. The band have incredible voices - great depth and range that compliment one another for a wide array of songs. From oldies to pop to funk to rock they crushed it. Our favorite part was our first dance - to George Ezra "Hold my Girl". It was a new song that they had to learn but it was simply perfect. Highly highly recommend Kahootz - great people, energy, and just an amazingly fun and talented band.

I was lucky enough to have k2 perform at our wedding on Nov 5 2022! From start to finish Chris Cole was incredible to work with. He was extremely responsive to all my questions and so easy to work with! We used the band for our ceremony/sound as well as our reception. We had a little hiccup with sound being unavailable last minute but everything worked out perfect anyway! From start to finish our dance floor was PACKED! We had a large wedding 200 people and every single person commented on how amazing our band was. My husband and I love to have fun and dance and k2 truly made the best day of our lives even better. We have said over and over that we wished we could get married again just dance more! I cannot thank them enough for making our day amazing. If you're thinking of hiring a band for your wedding, truly don't look past this one. they are THE BEST

We cannot speak more highly of Kahootz!! Our wedding on 9/10/2022 was an incredible experience. From the beginning, we appreciated how easy the contract process was, Chris was very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. Closer to our date, we had a planning meeting with Chris were he focused only on how he and the band could make our day the best. When it came to the performance, they were out of this world! I have never heard such positive feedback about a band. We are still receiving compliments about how wonderful they sounded, how much they engaged with the crowd and the set list. If you are looking for a great guest experience BOOK THIS BAND!

Cannot say enough amazing things about Kahootz. They were so easy to work with from the beginning - we had a few unique requests and Chris & the band were very accommodating. They completely made the wedding day itself - our guests danced all night long. They listened to what our preferences were and ultimately played songs that truly encompassed what we love and got even our grandmothers dancing. Best decision ever made.

When planning entertainment for our wedding there was only one thing we knew for certain, we had to have live music. Given the state of the world, seeing bands before booking was not really an option. We found KB3 through our venue, and were instantly impressed by the samples from this 7-piece musical powerhouse. Throughout the process, communication was excellent and the planning the process had us excited to take the dance floor with our guests. What we got the day of our event, was absolutely incredible! From the piano cocktail music, to the ballad filled reception music that had my husband serenading his steak during dinner, to the dance music that had every single guest on the dance floor at one point or another. Everything was perfect. We closed our night with a private dance to a song the band learned for us. It was an incredibly intimate moment and a beautiful way to close the evening. We know it's not easy to clear a hot dance floor for something like that and we are very grateful for the band's assistance in making that happen. After our wedding we have had guests of all ages and walks of life tell us how much they enjoyed the band. Nothing beats live music, nothing beats KB3!

We hired KB3 as our wedding band this past August and they truly made our reception one of the best dance parties ever. K2 is a must have for your wedding! We cannot say enough amazing things about this band, and neither could our guests. They were so in tune with the energy of our guests which kept them playing the best music all night. We met with Chris before the wedding and he was so helpful in formulating our timeline with the dances and understanding what we were looking for (which was a big dance party all night). Everything we shared with Chris was perfectly executed by the band on the wedding day. K2 truly made our wedding the best time and our guests are still talking about how unbelievable they were. We are so glad we hired Kahootz for our wedding! We wanted to have a big dance party and the dance floor was packed all night long! People of all ages loved the band and were on the floor dancing! We were thrilled with KB3’s entertainment for our July 2021 wedding in Providence, RI. The band did an incredible job of reading the audience and playing songs that kept our guests dancing for hours on end. We heard (and keep hearing) over and over from guests that KB3 was the best wedding band they had ever seen, and they executed our requests (including “All Star” by Smash Mouth) perfectly. We would recommend them to anyone looking for an incredible band for their event!

We had Kahootz play at our wedding last summer. They are the best! They had the whole crowd dancing the entire time. We had KB3 play at our Boston wedding January 2020 and they did an amazing job. From the moment the reception began, there were people on the dance floor until the very end of the reception. The energy was high the entire night and every member of the band is so incredibly talented. Many of our guests have commented saying how great the music was and we couldn't agree more. From the moment we booked them we knew we would be in great hands. The band was so great at reading their audience and having them there really made our night extra special. We would highly recommend, especially if your guests are into dancing the entire night away!

Hiring Kahootz was the best decision we made for our wedding weekend! Leading up to the wedding, Chris was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and hopping on calls to discuss various details when needed. Kahootz made our wedding reception dreams come true. We were truly blown away at the range and talent all of the band members had. In addition, Kahootz truly listened to our song/genre requests and played a whole range of music for us! The upbeat and high energy vibe lasted all night long and all of our wedding guests were up and dancing the entire night! Their interaction with our wedding guests was fabulous! KB3 was absolutely the best money we spent at our wedding. Our friends and family love to dance and we knew when we first started planning our wedding that we wanted live music in order to have a truly great dance party. Chris, the manager, was easy to work with and took our (admittedly very vague) requests about what vibe we wanted and helped generate a set list of music that kept our multi-generational crowd packed onto the dance floor the whole night. The band was on point and Reggie gave the impression that he was having as much fun as we were - we hope so! Rina also did a gorgeous job playing for our ceremony and cocktail hour. My only regret is not specifying to Chris that we wanted our dinner music on the quiet side. It turned out not to be a big deal as they broke for dinner too while we ate and were very responsive to our request to dial down the volume of the recorded music, but consider specifying if you want things supper chilled out for dinner conversation.

This band was amazing to work with from start to finish. They were great at communicating before the wedding and getting a feel for what kind of atmosphere we wanted. They are so reasonably priced and so talented. We got married in August and everyone at the wedding is still talking about how fun they were - the dance floor was never empty!

Amazing band!! We hired The Kahootz band for our wedding and the whole band out did themselves. They are so talented and had everyone dancing all night. They play all the top hits and stay current with their music and only took one break during dinner. We had a 3 piece band for the cocktail hour and it was the perfect "background" music we anticipated (standup bass, sax, keys). Chris is the manager of the band (The Kahootz) and coordinated all the logistics. He was very responsive and took the time to hear what we we were looking for and then executed to perfection. We met with him about a month before the wedding to go through all the details and he was very organized and professional. Would definitely recommend The Kahootz!!

Kahootz performed at my daughter's wedding at the Boston Public Library and they were amazing! No one left the dance floor the entire night. Chris Cole was easy to work with and responsive. He even worked hard to set up a sound system so that my nephew could sing a song he had composed just for the bridal company into the courtyard at the BPL. Chris had said he always kept an eye on the crowd and if it thinned, they would play a slow song for the older folks. It NEVER thinned. My son-in-law is a dancing nut and he thoroughly enjoyed himself. I'm surprised everyone's shoes didn't have holes in them by the end of the night!

What professionals! All 160 people at our wedding were shocked and impressed by their performance. They truly know how to make every type of crowd get on their feet and dance! Tears during my first dance! Beautiful voices and they immediately understood the vibe we wanted. No wonder everyone recommends them

Kahootz is THE BEST. We had 200 guests at our wedding reception and the dance floor was packed the entire time!! I wasn't sure what to expect because I had never seen Kahootz live, and picked them based on recommendations from some of our other vendors. My husband and I met with Chris a couple weeks before the wedding, and he made us feel totally at ease - he was super open to our suggestions and requests about what type of music we wanted to hear. At our reception, Kahootz was amazing, professional, and FUN from beginning to end!! They did an awesome job with the wedding party intros and introducing the speeches... and then the dance party broke out. From the very first song, the dance floor was packed! Of course we expected all of our friends to spend most of the night on the dance floor, but what I didn't expect was for every single guest at the entire reception (from 16 years old to 92 years old!!) to be tearing it up the whole night. Kahootz played jam after jam - each song was better than the last. I honestly can't think of one thing I would change - if you are considering Kahootz for your wedding, just do it!!

BEST choice ever was booking with Chris and getting Kahootz - We are still smiling and dancing in our kitchen remembering the fun on the dance floor. When other reviewers mention that no one leaves the dance floor while they are playing, BELIEVE it!!! I didn't even know the reception was ending until they started putting away their equipment!!! They learned a new song for our first dance and it was simply breathtaking! I almost forgot to dance because all I wanted to do was stand there and listen! (Brett Young should watch out! ;). If we ever have an opportunity to throw another party, this band will be the FIRST thing we book!

We had KB3 for our wedding band this past October. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. We went to a showcase and fell in love with the band. Chris was great for the initial contact and set up. We greatly enjoyed meeting with band leader Jim and going over in detail our ceremony and reception, music choices, first dances. Jim kept us at ease through the whole process. The ceremony music was absolutely perfect and classy. The song choices for the night were great and kept the dance floor up and moving the whole night. Lead female vocalist Catherine has such an incredible voice- we are so glad she was a part of the night ! We had such a blast!! Thanks again for an incredible experience and making our wedding day sound perfect :)

I had seen Kahootz at a few different events and knew I HAD TO have them at my wedding. They are seriously amazing and totally rocked our wedding. Everyone was on the dance floor the whole night and stayed until the very end - chanting "one more song"! Needless to say - they were a hit. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a killer band to keep the crowd dancing and having fun all night!

KB3 made a very special event into a spectacular dance party. Jim, the band leader, listened to our wishes and delivered a high energy list of songs that kept the party going into the early morning hours. Katherine and Charles personalized the experience by engaging the crowd and dancing with guests. They were so loved that an encore performance was requested. I've received so many compliments about the band, saying that they were the best wedding band they'd ever heard. Also important was how the event was run - and KB3 was perfect here as well. They emceed the event in a very professional manner and moved the night along seamlessly. They also sounded fantastic playing our first dance. Hiring KB3 was one of the best decisions we made when it came to our wedding. Look no further for your wedding entertainment!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Kahootz. So much of flow and energy of the wedding reception is influenced by the band, and Chris Cole and Kahootz are keenly aware of this. Their attention to detail was evident starting at the detail meeting a couple weeks before the wedding. We felt so confident in their ability to keep the evening moving smoothly and read the crowd for a fun night, and we were not at all disappointed. We had people on the dance floor that we never expected to see up and dancing, and the energy of the band kept the dance floor full all night. In the weeks since the wedding, we have continued to hear rave reviews from guests about how great Kahootz was. We couldn't be happier with our choice.

Kahootz was absolutely incredible! They were very easy to work with during the planning phases, and thought of so many details that we never would have on our own! They did the music for both our ceremony and reception, and were fantastic in working with our venue, officiant, lighting, an other vendors. All the musicians were amazing, and they did songs from many different genres for us so everyone had something to dance to. They did a great job getting our party up and dancing! Would highly recommend to anyone.

KB3 was awesome and really helped take our reception to the next level. Everything was perfect, between the talent and personalities of the band members to the song selections Pedro chose for the beginning of the evening to the transition of upbeat music throughout the rest of the night. You could definitely tell the band and our guests were feeding off one another and it was great to see. We could not have been happier with KB3 and especially working with Jim prior to the wedding. He calmed any nerves having answers to questions we had and helped guide us with what to expect for the flow of our evening from a band perspective leading up to the event. It was also great they were able to learn our first dance and groom/mother dance so quickly and nailed both of them. I have heard nothing but great comments about our reception from all of our guests and many of them mentioned the band. I will certainly be recommending KB3 to anyone that asks.

KB3 band played our wedding last weekend in Jamestown, R.I. Not only did they listen to our music requests and throw an excellent party that our guests continue to rave about, the band, and especially drummer/bandleader Jim Felker, were extremely professional, which made the whole evening more enjoyable. Our wedding was in a tent and we fell victim to torrential rains that day, resulting in some flooded outlets. Jim was able to work in tandem with our other vendors and not panic as they figured out a solution. Our wedding planner commented how great they were to work with as opposed to other bands, which can get diva-Ish. I strongly recommend hiring Kahootz, and in particular KB3, if you are looking to throw an excellent party.

Kahootz band made our wedding day unforgettable!! They played a variety of music genres that appealed to the entire wedding party from classics , dance and pop, soul/funk. The band interacted with the crowd getting everyone up and dancing! Their musical abilities are incredible . The singers are so talented and musicians rocked it!!! As I prepared for the wedding, Chris answered any and every question I had via email or phone call. My guests are raving about the Kahootz band . My husband and I had the pleasure of having Kahootz play during our wedding ceremony and reception on July 6th. If you are looking for the best- LOOK NO FURTHER!!. The entire band is outrageously talented and so involved in their entertainment. You can often find them in the crowd dancing and looking for guests to sing along. We found it comical that every time we looked at the tables during our wedding no one was seated- the whole wedding was out on the dance floor all night. We had many guests compliment that kahootz was the best band they had ever heard and also that we had the best wedding they had ever been to. I can't speak enough of the entire kahootz band from their professionalism, enthusiasm, and talent. They truly were everything I was hoping for and them some!

We LOVED the Kahootz! They had our dance floor packed before salads were even served!!! They kept the energy high, engaged our guests and kept the dance floor full all night. Chris Cole was really organized and fantastic about tailoring their performance to match our guests’ taste and making all our requests happen. At our next-day brunch our guests couldn’t stop telling us how amazing the Kahootz were! We couldn’t recommend the Kahootz more – the band was phenomenal!

If you’re considering having at band at your wedding, I would without a doubt recommend Kahootz! Such a talented group of musicians with an amazing range of music styles they will surely get even the biggest wallflower out on the dance floor! They kept the energy high and were amazing at keeping our guests engaged. They were incredibly professional and totally made our wedding!

We just had Kahootz at our wedding at the Crane Estate this Memorial day weekend and we LOVED them. The band was amazing. They brought a great energy to the party and so many guests complimented us on the band we picked. The planning process with Chris Cole was excellent. He answered all our questions and we left our planning meeting with him feeling great.

I cannot speak highly enough of Kahootz! When meeting with Chris Cole, we discussed our preferences and he played all of our requests at the wedding - I loved the 80's music :) As the bride, I was extremely impressed to have the entire 200-guest wedding dance all night. The large band provided quite a variety of skill sets, and our guests continue to share with us how much they loved the band. This is hands-down Boston's Best Band!

I feel bad giving one star, but the band leader Chris Cole is down right rude and unprofessional. The rest of the band is talented and top notch. I would steer clear of hiring this band just on Chris Cole's interaction with guests never mind bride and wedding party. He was unprepared and unorganized, and when he was called out on it he was rude and uncooperative to work with. He swore several times and called members of the wedding party inappropriate names. I sure hope he doesnt treat his band the way he treats guests at a wedding. As talented as the band was I highly recommend looking elsewhere, I do not wish my experience to happen to anyone on their big day.

You can stop looking for your wedding band right now because Kahootz is the best! No one left the dance floor until the band had to stop playing at our wedding. Every song was top notch and the musicians were amazing. The songs we asked them to learn for us turned out so well. I wish I could throw parties all the time just so I can hire Kahootz again.

This review is long over as our wedding was in July-- but our experience with K2 was so good, I wanted to be sure I had time to give K2 and Kahootz the stellar review they deserve. My husband and I were married in Boston this past July (2017) and I knew right away I wanted K2. I had seen K2 perform at a wedding a few years before and had never forgotten how good it was. We reached out to K2 and from the get-go, they were great. Chris, the band manager was responsive and easy to work with. We met with Chris at the Seaport hotel to go over our needs, wants, likes and dislikes. He was awesome-- he knows his stuff, he's helped the band with tons and tons of weddings and is able to help you figure out exactly what you want for the big day. I have never even been a bridesmaid before so I had no idea what I was doing-- in that meeting Chris was able to talk us through making our dreams a reality. Timing, types of songs, what the crowd would like, when the best time for breaks was, slow songs vs. fast songs, what kind of slow songs for our special dances....etc. He's super comfortable to sit with and puts you at ease. On the day of our wedding, our planning was followed through to a T. The band was there on time, prepared, made no mistakes, and GOT THE PARTY GOING (and kept it going!). We have had so many friends and family members tell us that this was the best wedding they've ever been to-- and we have K2 to thank for that. People cannot stop talking about how good the band was. It was less like being at a wedding, and more like being at a performance. We entered to Bruno Mars "Uptown Funk" and the band hit every note and brought it loud. Everyone was on their feet in no time, and people never sat back down. There was not a minute of our wedding the dance floor was empty. Thank you Kahootz and K2 for making our wedding the party of the year!

Where to start-Kahootz is the best of the best. From beginning to end, our entire process was seamless. I had read rave reviews of them so my now husband made a point to attend one of their showcases at the Seaport Hotel in Boston (absolutely do this if you are considering this band). They were incredible and I knew our search was over. So much so that I emailed the manager of the band (Chris) immediately after the showcase ended to set up a time to chat and discuss the booking process. Leading up to our big day, Chris' communication was perfect. He was quick to respond to any questions and offered great suggestions as we started planning the details of our reception. The day of is when this band really shined. They were absolutely incredible-I cannot say enough good things about them. If you can hire this band, 100% do it. Guests are still talking about how amazing our dance floor was and several friends with upcoming weddings are planning to book them as well. They played a perfect combination of new and old music and kept the crowd on their feet all night long.

PROS: K2 is one of the best Boston wedding bands in the game. My husband and I had been to a ton of weddings and we knew that having a live band versus a DJ made all the difference, so having a fantastic band at our own wedding was a must for both of us. I invested a lot of time in the decision making process, went to at least 5 wedding band show cases - sometimes to hear the same band twice - and kept coming back to K2. They were undeniably talented and had a ton of energy - and they certainly brought their A-game to our big day. Nobody left the dance floor the entire night (I can't even remember them taking a break!) and my guests are still talking about how amazing they were , how they set the tone for the entire event and kept the party going, and how they loved that they came out into the crowd and broke it down on the dance floor mid-song!). CONS: I will say that the K2 band is not well represented on the Kahootz website - the videos, song lists, and artists in the band are not up-to-date., which was a struggle when I was doing my research and trying to remember who I had heard, what they sang, and how good they were, so I hope this doesn't deter anyone from giving K2 a second look and going to a showcase to hear them live because they are seriously unbelievable. There were also a few bumps in the planning process (stemming from the lack of organization on the part of management), but that had nothing to do with the actual band. They crushed it and I would make the decision again and again to hire K2 for my wedding. Check them out - they won't disappoint!

The rumors are true… Kahootz is literally the best wedding band EVER (not just in Boston). My now husband and I have been to enough weddings to know that what makes a fun party are the guests and a phenomenal band. We wanted our guests to dance and sing all night long and that’s exactly what happened. Kahootz brought so much spirit and energy to our reception (held at the Boston Public Library), playing an incredible range of music that brought all the generations out on the dance floor at once. Not only can they play a huge range of music (soul, motown, hip hop, rock) but they can emcee your event and work the crowd at the same time. In the middle of the dance floor, at the height of the reception, numerous friends and family would stop me to exclaim how much they loved the band. In addition to their amazing performance, it was also a pleasure to work with Chris Cole, the band manager. He was very responsive over email and asked great questions to help focus in on what we wanted for our reception. The band learned two new songs for us, including our first dance song, and let us choose the music to accompany everything from our introduction and cake cutting to the last dances. We are so happy we hired Kahootz. If you want a band, and a party that people will not stop talking about, hire Kahootz now!!!

I have worked in events for over 17 years. Mostly, I have worked on Cape Cod but I have worked across the country. So, when it came time to plan my own wedding I knew which vendors I wanted. Kahootz has always been my favorite band out of all the bands I have seen over the years. They are worth every penny and more! I have worked hundreds of weddings and it was the first time I have ever seen people dance before salads were even served. They engage the whole audience and everyone had so much fun. People are still calling me to tell me how fabulous our wedding was! Thank you Kahootz!!!

We are OBSESSED with Kahootz! We hired them following their gigs at both my brother's and sister's weddings. They are so smooth and energizing, the totally delivered on the vibe we were looking to build at our outdoor, daytime wedding in Maine. Also, they were quick to improvise when our generator accidentally blew. The did an accapella set on the fly which was a magical way to end our day. Thanks again, Chris and Kahootz! We could not have been more pleased.

Where do we start? Kahootz is the BEST WEDDING BAND EVER! All of the band members are incredibly talented which allows them to play a very diverse playlist, from the classic hits to the latest Top 40 and everything in between. They are also the most fun and engaging wedding band we have ever seen (our guests echoed this sentiment). The lead singers were always out in the crowd, allowing the guests to sing and dance right along with them, and you can tell that all of the musicians love doing what they do which gives off a super fun vibe. The dance floor was packed all night long which is exactly what we had hoped for on our day, and I can’t begin to tell you how many of our guests commented on how talented and fun the band was. Kahootz made the night everything we wanted it to be. Lastly, but not to be overlooked, working with Chris Cole (the band manager) was a breeze. He is professional, organized, responsive, and consistently focused on making your day the best it can possibly be. He met with us in person prior to the wedding day, where he got all of the details and listened to our vision of the day – he then helped to work out the flow of the reception and customized the music based on our vision. He also worked with our day-of coordinator at the venue behind the scenes to make everything seamless and stress-free. We cannot recommend Kahootz highly enough!!! This band is phenomenal! We first heard Kahootz while at another wedding in Boston and when we got engaged we knew we had to have them. They are soooo easy to work with and are so organized which I loved! They learned our first dance song for us which was amazing and kept the party going all night. We loved that they took the time to talk to us about the type of wedding we were picturing and we discussed how many ballads to play etc. I think every guest at our wedding came up to us to tell us how amazing the band was. Young, old, everyone loved them! We even had guests that were saying goodbye to us stay because of the next song the band played! I can't say enough about how professional and fun this band is, and the talent is out of this world!!! Honestly I would pay to go see this band perform. Highly highly recommend!

We booked K2 after a lot of research on various wedding bands in the Boston area. We loved them after seeing them at a showcase but their performance at our wedding was absolutely above and beyond our expectations. I cannot imagine there is a better wedding band out there! Everyone who attended our wedding has commented on how amazing K2 was and that they truly made the wedding. The only complaint we've heard about our wedding is that the dance floor should have been bigger!! They learned our slightly obscure first dance song and nailed it. All the members of the band were phenomenal- David's guitar tricks impressed everyone, Justin kept the crowd incredibly engaged and pumped up and people are still talking about Bianca's amazing voice! I would highly recommend K2 to anyone looking for a high energy wedding band.
