Kailey Bri Weddings and Events

Kailey helped us the day of our daughters wedding. We met 1 week before at our home where the reception was to take place. We talked about every detail. She took notes, pictures & heard every concern & request. Kailey’s husband helped the day of at the reception. They paid attention to the crowd & made sure the day flowed beautifully. We were all able to have fun, be in the moment & relax knowing they were working in the background to make it a wonderful day/event! Truly looking back, nothing could have made the day go better! No regrets! Best decision ever!

I highly recommend Kailey Bri for wedding and event planning. My daughter got married this past Friday and I never imagined her day running so smoothly. Kailey met with her prior to her wedding, helped to set a timeline for the day, contacted all vendors, DJ, florist, attended the rehearsal, provided detailed info at the rehearsal for bride, groom and whole wedding party. She was there the day of prompt and brought the brides vision to life and so much more. She was there on hand the whole day. She coordinated with the florist, decorated, and handled vendors as they arrived. Everything ran smoothly before, during, and after the event. It was a beautiful evening and we honestly would not have made it through the whole process or the day without her. That is not an exaggeration! Her attention to detail, organization, kindness, patience, and professionalism did not go unnoticed.

An Honest Comprehensive Review My sister got married on 10/22/22 and Kailey coordinated her wedding. I was the Matron of Honor and heavily involved in the process. Kailey seems like an extremely sweet girl, as other reviews state. Once you see her lack of actions/work/communication but see how nice she is to your face, it gives you an eery ingenuine/gaslit feeling. The first red flag early on was that my sister, the bride, always had a hard time getting in contact with her. It could take 3 days to get a text back, even with the wedding approaching. On wedding week, the bride tried to set up a call with Kailey, but she had little to no availability because she had personal affairs to tend to. This is a paid-for business transaction, not a favor. Vendor Relations - Kailey was supposed to talk with vendors early in the process and then two weeks before the wedding, which was the vendor's deadline. Kailey told the bride she reached out at two weeks and never did. The bride found out because 3 angry vendors called the bride 4 days before the wedding mad that they never received any detail or final numbers. When confronting Kailey, she said that she "likes to communicate with vendors on wedding week." Vendor deadlines already passed a week and a half prior. They called the bride 4 days before the wedding. When was Kailey planning to reach out? If you're in the industry, you know that you don't finalize vendor details 3-4 days before a wedding. The vendors didn't even know if the wedding was indoors or outdoors, despite Kailey saying that she had an initial convo and they were on the same page. The vendors did not agree with this story, and the cake baker was so fed up that he requested Kailey not to contact them, and would only communicate through the bride because Kailey wasn't doing her job. Wedding Set Up - Kailey did not know what was going on and asked so many "who, what, when, where" questions, that she slowed everything down and caused more stress. She knew very little about vendor timelines, details, etc. The venue owner approached Kailey after a while, within my earshot, and said "It's clear you need to be caught up today. Let me catch you up." The venue owner noticed Kailey was causing more stress than helping. Wedding Ceremony/Reception - Kailey never had a conversation with the officiant, DJ, or bride about songs or timing for the ceremony. She shot the wedding party down the aisle in what seemed like 30 seconds. Immediately following, she sent the bride down the aisle, before she needed to walk. The officiant wasn't given any time to ask the guests to stand, so the bride walked down the aisle with the guests still seated. Awkward. Early in the day, The bride asked Kailey to communicate to the DJ that she would like an anniversary dance during the reception. Kailey wrote this down, but as expected, she never told the DJ so it didn't happen. Kailey did not deliver what was listed in her package. If there were more honest reviews here or Kailey balanced her brides better, this could have saved my kind-hearted, grace-giving, saint of a sister, many many tears in the weeks and days leading up to her wedding.
