I seriously cannot even put into words how much appreciation I feel towards Kaitlin and her team. There were so many times throughout the wedding planning process that I had to turn to my fiance and say can you believe we somehow got the most talented and down to earth wedding planner on the planet? Seriously, not ONE THING went wrong on our wedding day and that is 100% because of Kaitlin and her team. She is INCREDIBLE. I truly did not feel any sort of stress throughout the entire process and it is entirely because of her. Hiring Kaitlin Shea Weddings was one of the best decisions we made for planning our wedding. Kaitlynn Zerr was our lead planner and she did an amazing job of guiding us through the entire process. I was so overwhelmed with everything that needed to be done, but Kaitlynn made the entire journey SO much easier. We initially were not planning a full on wedding planner since we had covered a lot of the vendor selection and planning ourselves so early on, but ultimately we decided to hire the KSW team for about the last 9 months of the process and are SO glad we did. Jon at KSW was totally invaluable to us for our wedding planning and day of coordination!! We had monthly check in meetings to go over details, make sure everything was on track, and meet with various vendors. Jon knew every detail I needed to be thinking about (I had never planned a wedding before!) which was so helpful in keeping me on track in planning and minimizing stress. Day of, Jon and his assistant Kimia did a fantastic job with our intricate decor set up, clean up, and keeping everything running smoothly! After all the stress leading up to the wedding, I had virtually none day of because Jon and Kimia kept everything under control. Saylor scheduled monthly check in’s with us from the moment we signed our contract, which was over a year before the wedding. These check in’s ranged from virtual video calls to meet up’s at our venue and always resulted in follow up emails with specific, actionable tasks for the following month. Saylor even provided resources like tipping guides, ceremony script ideas for our officiant, and inventory sheets to keep track of all our wedding items. She made what seemed like a very complex task (planning a high-stress event with all our family and friends) not only possible, but truly fun. Saylor and Kaitlin were absolutely incredible! We were looking for someone to help us in just executing our vision and Saylor did that and more. We hired about 9 months before our wedding so we had most of our vendors already selected. The best decision my husband and I made during our planning process was hiring Kaitlin Shea Weddings. We honestly had a hard time finding a wedding planner that we felt like we could trust with such an important day - that all changed as soon as we talked to Kaitlin! We worked with both Kaitlin and Kaitlynn Z throughout our planning process and they brought so much joy and care into every conversation we had. Kaitlynn Z was our lead planner who met with us every month, visited our venue with us, helped us design our floor plans, took over vendor communication in lead up to the wedding and set-up, coordinated (she was even our MC!), and cleaned-up the wedding of our dreams! Anything I say on here, I already know it isn't going to be good enough to showcase how talented Kaitlin is. We used Kaitlin and her team to coordinate our wedding, and wow, we were blown away. From Day 1, I had absolutely NO IDEA what I was doing or what I wanted. Kaitlin guided me into a direction that ended in the most perfect and memorable day. From her picking up all three dogs from our Airbnb and bringing them to our first look (which is NOT EASY, I add) to setting up our photobooths and decor. Actually, let me correct myself, to setting up EVERYTHING. She is definitely undervaluing herself with her prices!! WHAT A STEAL!! Besides marrying the man of my dreams, the best decision I made for my wedding day was using Kaitlin Shea as my wedding planner! Great people! Sarah took care of us the whole way through, all the way through the wedding. Their team is well organized, timely, and always available for any questions. They offer a number of different services with varying levels of support throughout wedding planning. I took a more hands-on approach to wedding planning, but am 100% sure they would be capable of handling things had I wanted it different. They made sure I had what I needed when I needed to have it done, without pressuring me. Each step of planning, from vendors to napkin colors, their team was available to help. Sarah was very personable and took some of her own time to help me at some of my dress fittings. Over all, I really enjoyed working with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

As a bride dealing with destination wedding planning, our wedding planner Sarah M. truly was the best thing we could have asked for and more. As a day of planner, she did far more than her job description entailed, as she began helping us plan almost a year before our day, checking in on zoom each month. She even let us ship all of our decor, etc. to her house to make the dream wedding possible. Sarah is extremely detail oriented, has incredible communication skills, writes down everything (which is extremely valued as a bride, so that you feel you are being heard in your vision of planning of your dream wedding), and she truly is a genuine, caring, and loving person, making sure you have the best experience possible. Every time we asked Sarah questions, she never made us feel silly for asking, and she created such an open and positive relationship between us and her, even over zoom. Our wedding weekend went by perfectly thanks to Sarah, and Kaitlynn Z (who helped out at few meetings before the wedding and the day of). Kaitlynn even offered us many different ideas as well for those few meetings she did attend, which we so appreciated. The whole Kaitlin Shea wedding team is committed to their clients from beginning to end. Sarah and Kaitlynn were both extremely professional, attentive, creative, and went above and beyond to make the day perfect. I cannot recommend them enough, and we will truly miss working with Sarah, as she made this process so enjoyable for us. It is clear she is passionate about what she does and knows what she is doing. If it weren’t for Jon’s help and support, our wedding would not have been near the level of perfection as it was. Jon is an incredible coordinator and knows what he is doing. Jon’s knowledge of wedding planning is outstanding! He went above and beyond with answering my questions, emailing vendors, creating a timeline, ensuring everything was set up correctly and so much more. I appreciated how he knew everything that needed to be in question like transportation, having food while we got ready for the big day, and gathering personal items so I didn’t have to worry about knowing where everything would be after the wedding. Our monthly meetings were so informative and kept us on track with getting everything we needed done in a timely and stress-free manner. On the day of the wedding, he made sure I knew that everything would be taken care of and that I wouldn’t have to worry about anything but getting ready to walk down the aisle.

I can't imagine how my wedding would have gone without Kaitlin Shea Weddings! Kaitlin and her team were so AMAZING to work with every step of the way. She was incredibly responsive to emails with small one-off questions to the more complicated items that we needed guidance on, especially given that we were planning our Colorado wedding from New York. She even prioritized meeting us in person during our brief summer trip to Colorado just to get to know us even more. I never felt like my questions were silly, and Saylor was so helpful in setting timelines and deadlines to help make the wedding planning process more approachable. All of their vendor recommendations were spot on, and having Saylor coordinating directly with the vendors in the weeks leading up to our wedding gave us such piece of mind that everything was perfectly handled while we were across the country. As many wedding planning websites as there are in the world, nothing is quite as helpful as having Saylor to reach out to at any point during the planning process. During our wedding weekend, Saylor and Kaitlin went above and beyond at every single point possible. Saylor came along to our Welcome Dinner and made us feel even more excited and calm going into our wedding day, letting me share anything I was nervous about. The morning of our wedding, she was one of the first people checking in on us, making sure all was on schedule, things were being moved to the venue, everything was decorated as planned, and all of the vendors were perfectly on schedule. We had a wide variety of things that needed to be set up on the day of our wedding, from the photobooth to the custom cocktail napkins to our custom escort cards, and every single item was exactly where we wanted it and set-up in a way that we were so impressed with. Our wedding day went absolutely flawless, and I contribute so much of it to Saylor. We didn’t feel a single bit of stress and truly were able to enjoy every second with family and friends knowing things were handled by Saylor and Kaitlin. Saylor flawlessly guided us through the day, never being pushy, but instead being a voice of calm guiding us from one thing to the next. I never felt rushed or out of place because I knew Saylor had everything managed. I never thought twice about the coordination of outside vendors, yet every item was in place and on-time without incident. As the cherry on top, without even asking, Saylor brought my other pair of comfortable shoes down and helped me switch into them so we could keep the dance party going! We truly could not recommend this team more for anyone getting married – they were by far the best vendor we hired for our wedding. What more can you ask for than a team that not only gives you complete piece of mind on your wedding day, but also feels like a trusted friend throughout the entire process! She also served as our officiant and guests didn't stop complimenting us on the ceremony! Kaitlin will handle whatever unconventional requests you have - a videographer who lets you do the editing? Done. A chronic-illness friendly caterer who works around your disability flares? Taken care of. No detail is ever forgotten - all i's dotted and t's crossed. Kaitlin Shea Weddings & Events was a great choice for our needs. We had a non-religious ceremony and needed an Officiant and organizer for the event. She provided a touching and meaningful celebration, which was customized for us, and she helped with the vows we wrote for ourselves. We received numerous compliments about how she handled the ceremony. As an added bonus, she also organized a reception-type garden party a few days later that we had for friends, co-workers, and neighbors. She organized the layout of tables, seating, and dance floor, and she knew the best rental services and other vendors. She saved us a ton of time and stress. We recommend her highly.

The absolute BEST thing we did was to hire Kaitlin Shea Weddings & Events for our daughter's wedding!!! Kaitlin herself acted as our wedding planner and there are not enough positive adjectives in the English language to express our wonderful experience!!!! Kaitlin was available to us whenever we had a question or dilemma. She attended all of our meetings with vendors and the venue. Her recommendations were excellent and her coordination of all the vendors, decor and timelines was impeccable! If you are looking for an incredible planning team for your wedding, look no further! The Kaitlin Shea Weddings team is absolutely incredible. Now to the details: our wedding was October 29th, 2022 in Denver, CO. Although our venue required month-of coordination, I would have booked with the KSW team anyway. Having a coordinator leading up to our wedding was such a lifesaver. We specifically worked with Sarah and Jon on the KSW team, but I had the joy of getting to chat and work with Kaitlin and Saylor, too—the whole team is a freaking delight! Although we booked for “month-of” coordination, our regular meetings with Sarah and Jon started about nine months out from the wedding, during which they helped us maintain a sense of where we should be on our to-do list, the timeline of booking other vendors, and also maintaining a calm demeanor that was exponentially more necessary as the wedding day approached. After every meeting, Sarah would send a comprehensive followup email recapping what we discussed, including any links to products or ideas, which was so useful for keeping myself organized while I planned. Sarah and Jon also had great recommendations for vendors; having vetted recommendations amidst a sea of possibilities made the process far easier and cured our decision-fatigue. In the final weeks before the wedding, Sarah and Jon took over communication with our vendors, including organizing our walkthrough and ensuring everyone knew where they had to be, when they had to be there. I cannot overstate how much you will appreciate having a trusted person to take the reins of communication, so you as the couple can focus on what the day is all about: celebrating your love with your nearest and dearest. Sarah and Jon did exactly that. They made sure every detail was executed perfectly and the day of the wedding, I didn’t worry about a thing—because I knew they had everything handled. If you are looking for a wedding coordination team, look no further! I cannot recommend KSW enough. They are organized, communicative, and the sweetest group of humans I’ve had the pleasure of working with in a very long time. Although this review is overdue :) the delay in posting has nothing to do with the quality of the experience! Kaitlin handled my daughter's wedding last week, and she did a wonderful job! It was a pleasure to work with her because she pays great attention to detail while remaining relaxed and unruffled. I was thousands of miles away during the planning process, and, when I worried about how I could provide this or that, her immediate response was always, "Oh, I can find that . . . or fix that . . . or do that for you." Then, the day of the wedding, she intuited tensions and smoothed the feathers of those who were on edge. The wedding, the dinner reception, and the traditional Korean ceremony that followed were all beautiful! She is a lovely, positive, resourceful person, and she has an easy-going manner that suits this profession. I counted on her from beginning to end, and she never let us down. Hiring Kaitlin Shea Weddings was one of the best things I did for myself in my wedding planning! After getting all the big bookings out of the way, I wanted someone to help me with the smaller intimate details, nailing down my decor, and to generally help me stay organized as that isn’t my strongest point. Sarah helped me do all 3! She listened and understood my vision and helped me execute it. I felt comfortable expressing my ideas to her and knew she would help me bring them to life! She was professional and always made me feel like my wedding was equally as important to her. I also felt like she genuinely cared to get to know me and my husband. Her and Kaitlin made my day go by seamlessly and everything was EXACTLY how I wanted. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing on the day because they had everything handled. Not only were they organized, kept us on track with planning, and recommended great vendors that stayed within our budget, but they were also a ton of fun to work with. They took a compilation of random ideas in our head and from Pinterest and made it into a truly beautiful wedding. They were even able to incorporate our dog and horse! And on the day of when little issue inevitably came up they were able to handle them without us knowing anything about it until after the fact. It allowed us to be present in the moment which was exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend hiring them for your wedding day!

Choosing Kaitlin for our wedding was the best decision we had in planning a long distance wedding. While living on the east coast we decided to change our big wedding plans and instead wanted to plan a small, intimate wedding in one of our favorite places, Colorado. We quickly realized it would be helpful to have someone local to help guide us- and found Kaitlin's Planning company. We realized almost immediately that she was a great fit for us- her personality matched ours, she understood our vision and respected the ways that we wanted to stray from the traditional wedding path. She had several packages for the level of help we needed- and we chose the month of planner since a lot of our details were already picked out we needed someone to help execute our vision. Day of Kaitlin and one of the other planners, Saylor, were there bright and early to direct the venue getting ready. Kaitlin stopped in during my early hair and makeup session to see how we were feeling. She went above and beyond what we were expecting and made us feel very well taken care of. Her communication throughout (even outside of our 'month' planning) was incredible and prompt. Would absolutely recommend Kaitlin and her team!

If you don’t think you need a wedding planner, you’re wrong! Hire them anyway! I cannot express how worthwhile it is! We planned our sunrise ceremony with 19 people in about eight months, and about a month into the process, we met with Kaitlin Shea Weddings and Events (KSW) and decided to go for it and hire the planners to take some of the stress off our plate. Saylor was our lead planner, and she was patient, kind, empathetic, encouraging, compassionate, and reassuring throughout our process. We met with her monthly to ensure we were on track for our wedding. Saylor and Kaitlin were available to answer our questions throughout the process, and they were incredibly responsive, which provided me with so much comfort. KSW took care of everything for us the last month. They contacted our vendors to schedule pickups and updated our timeline as we made changes. On the day of the wedding, they handled everything. We couldn’t have had the wedding of our dreams without them. They picked up the flowers, cake, and rentals, brought all the stuff we provided for the ceremony and reception, and set it up for us. All we had to do was show up and enjoy the day. It was everything we ever wanted. They made sure we left with all of our stuff and loaded it into our car for us. I couldn’t have done it without Kaitlin. Hands down, she carried the day to perfection. We planned a destination micro wedding in RMNP, CO with an intimate reception afterwards. Kaitlin worked with me for nearly 8 months to plan, organize, and perfect the day. She officiated us in a beautifully written ceremony, decorated the reception space, and coordinated the whole event. There were so many little emergencies that popped up - us desperately needing coffee morning of because the coffee machine broke, forgetting our emergency bag, a dress ripping - Kaitlin handled everything with flawless ease. She also has quite the artistic eye & did such a beautiful job decorating! Would recommend her in a heartbeat.

We loved working with Saylor and Jon for our wedding and quite honestly would've been lost without them. They had regular meetings with us to talk about basically whatever we needed help with and just generally to soothe our souls throughout the process. They have helpful relationships with vendors that made coordinating things significantly easier. They thought of 101 things we did not think of and helped us do them. Our big day and the lead up to the wedding went so smoothly and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. In the planning process we had monthly touch bases with Jonathan where he helped us figure out what we wanted… he gave us so many ideas that ultimately made it into the wedding and got such great reviews from our guests. My now husband and I were very intimidated by the wedding planning process, especially a destination elopement in an area that weren’t super familiar with. Honestly, I don't really know where to begin with how great Kaitlin Shea Weddings is. We began working with the team in the depths of COVID, and they were so helpful in making sure we were comfortable with the planning process, how to think about COVID protocols, etc. etc. and fortunately, by the time we had our ceremony, it was less of an issue. There's no amount of room that can fit all of the little details that they helped us out with but suffice it to say, there's NO way we could have done our wedding without KSW. End of story! From the get-go, Kaitlin and her team (shout out to Jonathan) were keeping in very regular contact with us to make sure that my fiancee and I were checking things off of our checklist, and the most helpful thing was the fact that they helped organize our to-do lists (e.g. when to order flowers, when to order bakery items, etc.) which was super helpful. They truly have a strong pulse on the wedding vendor community here in Denver, so there was no shortage of recommendations, all of which were awesome (tough to choose!). The closer we got to the actual ceremony, the more that little details kept popping up that we needed to take care of and finalize and so forth, and having Kaitlin & Jon there by our side through the whole process was extremely helpful when dealing with vendors, since they know what those contracts should look like and most of the time, having no idea what questions to ask our venue contact, they stepped in and got every detail figured out for us. Then for the actual ceremony, the team went truly above and beyond. Having the KSW team there (with their awesome bluetooth speaker!) helped the whole day run incredibly smoothly, with the team helping with coordinating the ceremony start, transition to the reception, and so on. They helped with every last detail, I can't even capture them all here.

Jonathan and Kaitlin were awesome to work with! Our venue required a coordinator but it was very helpful along the way to be sure we were on schedule with planning and vendors. Made the process more fun. Day of though was crucial making sure people were in the right spot, setting up the decor, and supervising the flow, all so we didn’t have to worry. Jon was the best!
