Hands down the most unprofessional experience with any vendors we had with our wedding. We had such a special day with all of our closest people in September of 2023. However, a couple months after our wedding we lost my father in law which was just before Christmas. We kindly asked Kaleb if he would look through our footage and send us anything that had him in it so we could look back on one of the last good days he had. At this point we still hadn't received our USB. Some more months go by and we hadn't received out USB. Finally we start contacting him in July of 2024 asking when we are going to get our footage. We knew he had moved to Nashville and we were just hoping he didn't forget about our footage and hoped it hadn't been deleted. He reached back out to my husband and said that he would meet us in about 2 weeks time when he was back up in Ohio. Well the time came and went that he was up here and we tried to reach out without getting an answer in return. A couple more weeks go by and we reach out again asking about our footage. We were then told the completed USB was ordered and would be sent directly to us. A few more weeks go by before he asks if we received the USB because he was notified that it was delivered. We did not receive it and he ended up sending it to his former address from when he lived in Ohio. He told us he would be up that coming week and would get the USB from his old address, put the footage on it, and deliver it to us. We were confused because he first told us that we would receive the USB with the footage already on it when it was first sent to us but we didn't say anything. Months go by without another word from him so our daughter finally had to email him and ask for our footage back. He responded to her with a link to a folder on dropbox and told her that one of his friends had the USB and she could download whatever footage we wanted onto the USB since it was empty. So he lied to us multiple times, kept beating around the bush and ultimately didn't do his job. We had to buy a different USB to try to download the footage because there was not enough storage on the drive to store our footage. By the time the new USB came, we could no longer access the footage to download it. Our daughter has emailed Kaleb once again because as of 1/11/2025 we STILL do not have our footage. We are really hoping we get our footage back before we reach our 2 year anniversary.
