It was such a pleasure to work with Kaleidoscope Events to plan and coordinate our wedding. Biana was our wedding coordinator, and Samantha, the owner of Kaleidoscope Events, assisted her. We chose their month-of package (which was worth every penny!) Neither of us had been to any weddings in recent memory, so we had zero traditions to draw upon and were often lost when trying to plan various aspects of the ceremony and reception. Biana and Samantha were quick to swoop in with gentle suggestions and tips for us and were patient and kind when we had to bounce back and forth between multiple decisions. We expected to feel a heightened amount of stress when the 30 day countdown to our wedding began, but instead we felt immediate relief when we handed everything over to Biana and Samantha. They made sure that not a single detail was missed on the day of our wedding; the ceremony and reception venues were decorated exactly how we pictured them to be. We were touched by how Biana kept coming to us with different plates during the reception to make sure we remembered to eat while mingling, and we were impressed by how Samantha knew exactly how to coordinate our family members for photos. Multiple guests commented to us afterwards that the careful orchestration of our wedding was visible and apparent; some even asked us for Kaleidoscope Events’ info! One of our aunts, who was initially skeptical about the concept of having a wedding planner/coordinator at all, was awe-inspired and said that whatever the cost, Biana and Samantha’s services were absolutely worth it.
 One tip to couples who are thinking of hiring Kaleidoscope: if you choose the month-of coordination package, make sure to get early access to Aisle Planner as well. It’s a very helpful interface for organizing the wedding and communicating with the planners and our only regret is that we didn’t populate it with our vision sooner during the planning process.

It was so helpful having Demitre take charge for our last month. We had the big pieces in place but she really pulled everything together and made it cohesive. She got all the vendors on the same page, tracked all the details, and enabled us to add little grace notes throughout so that the event felt both polished and personal. Her hard work allowed us (bride, groom, parents, the whole wedding party) to relax and truly enjoy our day without worrying about the logistical details. With her experience and expertise, she knew how to anticipate and avoid the usual pitfalls - coordinating with the different providers, managing transitions, reminding us to hydrate, and ensuring we got to eat during the cocktail hour, dinner, AND dessert! She stayed calm, supportive, and upbeat through the entire process. Even during a brief stretch when I thought I had lost the marriage license, she was able to discreetly locate it (safely in the groom's jacket pocket) before anyone else even knew what was going on. She communicated clearly, asked good questions at appropriate times, navigated the wedding party dynamics smoothly, and made sure everyone and everything was exactly where / how it needed to be. We were really lucky to have her helping make our wedding weekend absolutely perfect!

Where do we even begin! Our wedding truly could not have happened without Samantha and her #girlboss team. The saying goes that “love is in the details,” and the Kaleidoscope team was thorough and thoughtful at every turn. We worked with Samantha for month-of coordination, and from the 1-month mark up to our wedding day, she was widely available for support, and incredibly organized in building relationships with our vendors and demonstrating leadership across the board. Our venue was site-only, so coordination was a must-have for our wedding day. Wrangling so many vendors was a huge stress for us, and Samantha instilled so much confidence that our day would go off without a hitch… and it sure did! Samantha goes above and beyond to make your event exactly what you want it to be. She’s seen the good, the bad and the ugly of past events and knows how to handle anything, at any turn! Her attentiveness did not go unnoticed– our family and bridal party was also blown away by Samantha’s ability, and her thorough, yet low-key attitude. Along with feeling organized and prepared for our wedding weekend, we also felt hands-off, relaxed and at ease. Samantha and her team pampered us throughout our weekend– we never left our seats to get a drink during our reception and Samantha herself was even walking around contributing to the at-table wine service during dinner! We cannot recommend Kaleidoscope Events enough, and they truly added to the magic of our wedding day!

I knew Samantha and Kaleidoscope Events was the right choice for helping us coordinate and plan our wedding day from the moment of our first conversation. Samantha is so kind, incredibly thoughtful, and a joy to work with. She and her team thought of every detail and it was such a relief to know they were 20 steps ahead of me and my fiancé on the big day to make sure everything went smoothly. It is so important to have someone who is your advocate to deal with all the last minute coordination that needs to happen to have all the vendors in the right spot at the right time and Samantha helped make our day better than we could have ever imagined. Samantha took the time to understand the vision that my fiancé and I had for our day and made sure that she was always advocating for us. Aisle Planner, the professional planning tool KE uses, was also really easy to work with for this Type A bride who had 1000 spreadsheets and wanted to manage every detail. Samantha helped us think through things we would never have thought of on our own, she leaves no detail behind! It is so worth it to have a professional like Samantha that has seen it all and can plan for all contingencies. If you want to really enjoy being in the moment on your wedding day I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Kaleidoscope Events to make sure your day runs as smoothly as possible! We hired KE for their month- and day-of coordination, and truly could not be happier! Samantha and Lisa made final communications with vendors, timeline creation, and all of the little things that come up at the end of wedding planning feel so manageable and organized. They took a huge weight off of our shoulders and allowed us to relax and enjoy the week leading up to our wedding, as well as the wedding itself. Hiring Samantha and the Kaleidescope Events team was the BEST decision we made! Samantha has a wealth of knowledge on the industry, vendors, and design. She will bring your dream vision to life all while working hard to stay within budget. We hired KE to orchestrate a private residence wedding of 150 guests in our back yard - she built the venue from the ground up and did not miss a single detail. All of our guests raved about the evening and most said it was the best wedding they’ve been to. She’ll work hard to do all of the tedious and stressful wedding details leading up to your big day so you can really enjoy every moment. I'm particular and I think being a wedding planning is probably one of the toughest jobs in the world. Our wedding went much more smoothly because Samantha helped out. Samantha is a kind, hard working, and personable person. Her support was super valuable in the last couple of days leading up to the wedding and on the day itself. That said, here are a few things that might be helpful to know if you're going to work with Samantha. Our venue required a meeting that was a few days before the cut-off for our "month of" planning package and because Samantha was not willing to attend that meeting early, this wasted a lot of time and created a lot of inefficient back-and-forth between three parties where information was repeated. I understand the need for planners protect their time, but a more flexible approach would have been to attend that meeting, but "black out" a few days into the month to make up for it (no work on our wedding and no communications). In addition, I would recommend asking for the wedding website tool well before a month in advance, because having it so late meant a lot of double-work for my husband. Again, this felt like an overly cautious measure to protect from getting questions too early, but led to many inefficiencies. Finally, the first meeting is inefficient for people who know how to use websites. I would suggest opting out of that to maximize your time unless you really can't figure out a website on your own. The first week after the first meeting was also not very efficiently used. I'm leaving this information here not to warn against working with Samantha, but in hopes that other couples might see this and find it useful! I'd also recommend advocating very strongly for yourself when you hold nontraditional priorities when working with any wedding planner. I think it's hard for wedding planners to fully absorb things that might be important to you but aren't typically important to others (we mentioned timing out our music so there would be no awkward cutoff and the short procession would flow and feel more complete, but somehow that was not communicated to the musicians/officiant and it got cut off). And there were several things that might seem risky to a wedding planner, but ended up being great ideas for us (like constructing our own dance floor, so easy, cost cutting, and a great bonding activity). And there are other things that might seem hugely important to a wedding planner but aren't to you (things like a first look, having a card box, having very white teeth, etc.) But I want to end on a positive note, because in a counterfactual world, I'm sure similar issues would have happened with other planners too. We appreciate all that Samantha and her team did for us, including executing a few things that we didn't ask for, but in looking back, we now realize were hugely important, like actually decorating our wedding cake with flowers and moving the altar piece onto the piano.

Samantha and her team came on board one month before our wedding as coordinator. We were having some issues with our venue and Samantha was able to help us work with them smoothly, and even caught a huge oversight that possibly saved our whole wedding! She truly thought of everything in the planning process, which was a little overwhelming initially, but it meant that every detail of our day was carefully considered and planned for. We were able to go hands-off the week before with KE taking over a few small errands, and we felt well taken care of on the day. Our wedding went so well, even better than expected, in no small part to Kaleidoscope events!

Samantha has fantastic taste and adapted to the details we already had figured out. She handled our unorthodox ideas with an open mind and really enabled our vision to come to life. She did a stellar job at coordinating all the various folks and getting good deals on vendors and services. Her group of previously used professionals are all terrific, we’d never have been able to find a group of such conscientious and expert people on our own. All her recommendations and suggestions are informative and on target. She handled all the difficult and messy details for us (including all the things we didn’t even consider before) and working with her was overall a great experience. Cannot recommend her enough!

So my wife and I hired Kaleidoscope in 2021 to help us plan our wedding under their “1-month” plan. That is, our wedding was in October of 2022 and they would jump on-board to help us exactly 1 month out from our wedding day (including the wedding day itself, of course). We had a meeting about 1 year before our wedding, another meeting around maybe the 6-month mark, and then 30 days away from the big day. The company employees were always perceptive, predictive and responsive at every step of the process. They continually engaged with both of us and arranged meetings and contact information with all our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page, and that my wife and I received the wedding ceremony we envisioned. They also made sure to observe and advise other contractors about the particulars of our religion and chapel etiquette, which they followed without flaw. Overall, if I could get married twice to my now-wife, I would hire them again!

Samantha Duggan at Kaleidoscope events was a fantastic month of coordinator for our wedding. She was extremely communicative, responsive, organized, and just an overall pleasure to work with. She handled countless items the day as that were such a stress reliever. By way of just one example my husband’s bowtie literally broke and Samantha went to a store and negotiated purchasing a bowtie right off of a manikin because no others were available in store. Meanwhile I had no idea this was even going on and she just handled it without stressing me out about it. I have many more examples of things like this that she did that were above and beyond. She helped with the bridal suite and was just a very welcome presence the day of the wedding. Everything went very smoothly in part because she was involved. I would 100% recommend working with her!

Samantha and the whole KE team absolutely made our wedding what it was! We booked Samantha for the full planning package with only 9 months to our wedding. She found both our ceremony and reception venues to fit our very specific asks, she created a vision and pulled together all of the vendors, and the whole team executed the day with such organization and professionalism, we didn't have to worry about a thing! Samantha is easy to work with and always willing to take on the next challenge you give her. I had a vision of what I wanted the day to look like, and she made that come to life and more! I could not have come close to pulling off such a spectacular wedding without her every step of the way! I absolutely recommend Samantha and KE to any bride wanting a worry-free wedding of their dreams!

Samantha was great to work with! She was very organized, and really knows all of the ins and outs of wedding planning. My partner and I hired her when we realized that, although we had done the majority of the planning already, we needed an extra set of eyes to look over everything and additional help the day of to make sure everything went off the way we planned it. If we could go back and do it again, we probably would have hired her earlier. Throughout the month we worked with her, Samantha took point on coordinating with our various vendors, leaving us time to deal with other aspects of the wedding that we needed to complete by ourselves (writing our vows, making some of our decor items, etc). An added bonus is that she is also a registered Justice of the Peace so she was able to help us iron out our ceremony script since we did not get married in a religious setting. On the day of, Samantha and her assistant, Lisa, transformed the venue and everything went off without a hitch! It was better than we could have ever imagined. There were so many tasks that afternoon and throughout the night we never even thought of, but of course Samantha and Lisa did and executed them flawlessly! The venue was beautiful, everyone enjoyed the ceremony, and the cocktail hour and dinner and dancing were such a blast! We would definitely recommend Samantha and her team for your wedding!

I had the pleasure of hiring Kaleidoscope Events and working with Samantha as my month of planner. She was an incredible asset to the preparation, planning, and orchestration of my dream wedding! She was in constant communication with all of my vendors so that I could really sit back and not only enjoy my big day, but also the weeks leading up to it! One of the greatest things about having a wedding is that you get to meet so many talented people you would not have otherwise met. Samantha Duggan at Kaleidoscope Events is one of those people. She went above and beyond to make our wedding month and day go as smoothly as possible. We hired Kaleidoscope Events for the month-of planning of our June 2022 wedding, and are beyond happy with our choice. We thought that wedding planning as a service was too expensive and potentially unnecessary and have completely changed our minds after working with KE and Samantha D. in particular. We cannot imagine having our wedding go smoothly without their services. Samantha Duggan is impeccably competent, organized, responsive, reassuring, and a warm/fun person to work with.She helped us navigate the complicated and messy parts of planning a wedding. She also served as an advocate for us, helping ensure that we were receiving fair deals, and that our vision for our wedding was preserved, while navigating complicated vendor schedules and timelines in a somewhat challenging venue. In truth, Samantha was like a lawyer, advocate, organizer, therapist, and wedding planner all rolled into one!!! During the day of the wedding and reception, Samantha was crucial to making sure everything went smoothly, and that any problems were handled without disrupting our enjoyment of the celebrations. The wedding planning resources and timelines Kaleidoscope provided also helped us bring everything together, especially during the final month, and their decor rentals helped us bring our vision to life without having to purchase extra stuff. Our only wedding regret is not hiring Samantha Duggan and KE sooner. They have our unreserved recommendation. We hope to get to work with Samantha and KE for event needs in the future.

We hired Demitre as our month-of coordinator for our wedding in Lenox MA. She was great!

It is impossible to imagine trying to plan, celebrate and then actually enjoy our daughter's destination wedding (in VT) without the help of our amazing planning Demitre Allen at Kaleidoscope Events. She continually provided both our daughter and me with her expert advice, connected us to great resources (cue the wooden circular wedding arbor made by an artisan in Russia!?!), found key vendors, and was the voice of experience and sanity while we worked to plan this dream weekend for our daughter and our families--all while dealing with Covid concerns and restrictions, a heat wave and potential hurricanes (which happened both the weekend before and after our daughter's wedding). Demitre is unflappable and she brings her wonderful sense of humor, optimism, can do spirit, great taste, incredible kindness and superb professionalism to her projects each and every day. We had a wonderful wedding weekend, one that we all enjoyed and will treasure forever and Demitre and her Kaleidoscope team were absolutely essential in making it happen. And to quote one very wise woman, Tina Turner, "Simply the best!!!"

Samantha and her team at Kaleidoscope Events were more than we ever could have imagined. When COVID hit, we postponed our planned wedding ceremony in downtown Boston and arranged a small outdoor ceremony. Samantha and KE organized our mini-wedding together on very short notice, including orchestrating the ceremony, obtaining tents, furniture and decorations for an outdoor reception, and arranging for an incredible private chef. Samantha also worked extensively with our original venue and vendors to reschedule the event we had planned originally. When we were finally able to hold our big ceremony this year at a downtown hotel, Samantha and KE were crucial in making our dream wedding a reality. They were always responsive to our questions and worked tirelessly to fulfill even our most obscure requests. They meticulously prepared for every detail of our ceremony and reception, and seamlessly coordinated the vendors so that we could enjoy the celebration. Samantha’s efforts were invaluable and brought us peace of mind throughout the process. In the end, Samantha planned two weddings for us that were both more beautiful and enjoyable than we could have possibly imagined. There is no one better than Kaleidoscope.

Samantha and her team are excellent! We opted for the full package and Samantha kept us moving and shaking for a year+ out from the date (including, of course, helping us to actually choose the date). Her experience and advice was invaluable. It was most fun to see her and her team on the day of. We hired Samantha as a month-of planner and she did a fantastic job of getting everything organized and on track for our big day. Demitre is a miracle worker!! 10s, 10s, 10s across the board (for any drag race fans out there). First, a little about us: we are two very opinionated women and we had a vision for our ceremony. We had a 110 person ceremony and celebration in Cambridge in October 2021. While we did not necessarily need full design services, there were so many ins and outs and details that happened during the event that we did not anticipate and we were so so grateful we hired a support person and month-of planning services. Listen yall, Demitre and Samantha are EXPERTS. They have done this a ton of times, while we have never done this-- their previous experience and openness to our vision was the perfect balance to make our event flawless. We were so lucky to get on KE’s calendar for 2021 after we had postponed our ceremony due to Covid. Throughout the rescheduling process, Demitre was there to lend her ear of support and guidance as we navigated hosting an event in the after-times (still times!) of the pandemic. Demitre was our rock. She was a great advocate for us in helping our vendors break out of bride/groom language as we are two women who like using the terms “happy couple” or “partners.” There was no question I couldn’t ask, no time that was inconvenient for her: Demitre was always available for us the month leading up to our celebration. On the day of, Demitre was supported by Samantha (KE’s owner) and they stopped by our hotel room to steam my dress and my partner’s suit, offer snacks, make sure all vendors were arriving on time. They also mounted our ceiling chandeliers that we made of fake flowers and they were amazing!! I was so nervous about this decor element but they did it! FLAWLESSLY! And listen, I am a critical person, and these two were exceptional. In short, the key words with KE are reliable, professional and executors of your vision!! Truly the best of the best.

I hired Kaleidoscope Events for the month of package for my Boston wedding. Going into the wedding planning process I initially didn't think I would need a planner, but as we got closer to the date I realized I needed help. That is where Samantha and team came in and really shined. Samantha is truly passionate about wedding planning and became an essential piece of the success of my wedding down to the smallest details. Our wedding planner, Demitre, was absolutely fantastic. She helped us navigate planning, cancelling and re-planning a COVID wedding with style and grace. My goal in hiring a wedding planner was to help create the wedding of our dreams without a lot of unnecessary family drama. Demitre did all that and more. She navigated difficult family relationships and created the most beautiful and unique wedding for us with a smile. Our Kaleidoscope wedding planner, Demitre, was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were exhausted and depressed after a long summer of constant travel and work, and we had no idea how we were going to implement the vision to make our autumn wedding a success. Demitre very quickly understood that we needed a lot of help with communication and that we needed a firm hand to focus us on the issues that mattered. She identified what mattered to us and our families while pushing us to consider options that turned out to be some of our favorite aspects of the wedding. Finally, I could see that she made our vendors jobs much easier and made sure they had what they needed to be at their best. Kaleidoscope came highly recommended to us, so I have to imagine that Samantha and the rest of the crew are just as connected, calm, and organized as Demitre. If you’re in the Massachusetts area, you definitely can’t go wrong with any of their planning/coordination options.

Where do I begin? Samantha and her team put together the best event in a picturesque fairy tale manner that I have only seen illustrated in national bridal magazines. Do not hesitate to book Samantha in an instant. Her detail-oriented approach was second to none, and you will not be disappointed.

If I could give more stars I would! After getting engaged and deciding to have the wedding at a private residence we knew we needed help! Enter Samantha and Kaleidosocope Events! Samantha was there every step of the way- all 10 months! Every detail was taken care of and it allowed us (and our families) to enjoy the process without all the stress. Samantha was so responsive and attentive. She was able to take my vague concepts and create a cohesive vision that made our wedding feel like an ocean-side garden dream! Samantha went above and beyond almost daily making sure that all the logistics were covered as well as all the things we wanted to include. The day of the wedding I was so relaxed and could just enjoy getting ready! Samantha kept asking me and my parent's "is there anything I can do for you" while running around doing a million things with a smile on her face. I knew it would be a lot of work to plan a wedding at a house but had no idea just how much. We received compliments on how well run the event was by guests and vendors alike! When my husband and I decided to get married at his parents house in the Berkshires, we didn't realize just how much planning is required to get married at your own home. We were so excited to work with Samantha and her team because they had extensive knowledge of vendors in the area as well as the most detailed list of what we needed to do in order to pull off our dream wedding. And it was a success! Samantha helped us stay on track over the one and a half years that we worked with her (we postponed the wedding almost a year out), to make sure our wedding went as smoothly and stress free as possible. We didn't realize until it was all over how absolutely necessary having a wedding planner would be. Samantha and Dimitri were both great right from the start. This review is in addition to Pete D's review of his son's wedding. I am the MOB. We hired Samantha at Kaleidoscope Events for our daughter's wedding. As a corporate planner in my previous life, we only contracted for the 30-day planning package since I was able to manage all the details leading to the event. At the 30-day mark, Samantha came on board and took over all the tedious confirmations and details as well as keeping everyone focused and on track. This included all the vendors as well as the wedding party. She managed this with ease. The wedding weekend, she and her associate, Demitre, handled all details at the venue, including setting up and take down of the decor for the three rooms we utilized, dealt with all the outside vendors, orchestrated the ceremony and much more. They are a delight to work with. Having done several events myself, it is an exhausting task. The main reason we hired a planner was to alleviate the stress and exhaustion the weekend of the wedding had we managed it ourselves. So instead, my exhaustion was from having a great time with our guests without any worries that something would go wrong. Samantha is a true professional and she is worth every dollar and more!

Attention to detail was above and beyond. First let me give everyone a little back story regarding our sons wedding. I am the crotchety guy who when the topic of a "Wedding Planner" came up, I said "who the hell needs a wedding planner". Let me tell everyone who reads this review that I could not have been more wrong with my perceived opinion. Everyone has an idea about how their event is going to take place. Samantha and Demitrea took those ideas and their knowledge of event planning and turned the wedding day into a unbelievable experience for EVERYONE. The attention to detail and communication with the wedding party was handled with top notch care. They are very good at their job and did it seamlessly. Samantha was amazing to work with and made our planning process go smoothly! She was with us every step of the way while changing our original 180 person event to a 19 person minimony. Samantha and her team brought our vision to life, all while adding touches that made it perfect! The best part, was being able to relax and enjoy the day, while the Kaleidoscope Team did all the hard work! We couldn't have had such a beautiful day without Samantha!

We had hired Samantha to help plan our out of state elopement not knowing what to expect. Not only were were thrilled but we can truely say that our wedding was perfect! She was was with us throughout normal wedding circumstances, but also went above and beyond to make sure everything went on with covid wedding circumstances. She made sure we had everything that we asked for including things we didn't even know we could get for our wedding day. I hired her for day of coordinating which typically means she gets involved a few weeks prior, but due to all the craziness with COVID she volunteered her time months prior, which honestly was the only way I kept organized thru out the process. Samantha was amazing throughout the entire planning process. Let me start by saying she basically planned 2 weddings for us. Originally, we were supposed to get married on 3/28/2020 in Aruba. Unfortunately, due to COVID we had to cancel 2 weeks prior. Samantha was helping to plan our wedding in Aruba for about a year. When we first met her we knew Aruba was the place but didn’t really have much of anything else planned. Samantha quickly learned about our vision and hopes and made it come true. She will help plan even the smallest details. Samantha even traveled to Aruba with us months prior to the wedding and set up tastings and meetings with vendors. Unfortunately, as mentioned previously this was canceled as keeping our guests safe was top priority. Samantha, was so helpful, supportive, and accommodating throughout the entire cancellation process. She made all the calls to get our money back and followed up with us. We didn’t really know what we were going to do at that point. Everything was up in the air. My now husband and I decided that we still wanted to have a micro-wedding back home. Samantha was right there to plan it all. We ended up getting married at a church in my home town and then had an intimate dinner in the backyard of my family summer home. This was planned in about 1.5months or so. Samantha was able to incorporate many of our Aruba details while adding a New England spin to it. You wouldn’t of even known the dinner was in our backyard everything was so beautiful. Samantha knew exactly which vendors to call. They were all the best of the best. She made sure guests were safe and everything was just so beautiful and perfect. Throughout the entire planning process Samantha felt like a friend to my husband and I. She is so easy to talk to and work with. She pays very close attention to detail, is honest, and has excellent taste in design not to mention her amazing organizational skills. She will think of things you never thought of but that are so important to make the day even more special. The best part is you can relax (as much as one is able to on their wedding day) and so can your family. We would recommend Samantha and her team to anyone whether it is for a wedding or any other event. She is the best! If you are looking for a wedding planner. Just stop here and meet with her. After two years of engagement, my wife and I welcomed Sam and Demitre as month-of coordinators for our wedding in September 2019. From the very first conversation, it was easy to see the enthusiasm, attention to detail, and compassion they would bring. As our big day approached, we were spared the stress of coordinating with vendors, knowing their team could manage a million moving pieces as professionals. Perhaps most impressive, they navigated the challenges of large family functions with patience and resilience. (Even driving hours to retrieve a forgotten suit.) Their efforts culminated in a celebration that was unforgettably magical and genuine. We could not have asked for a better team to entrust our day with, and highly recommend them to all future newlyweds.

We hired Samantha and her team as month of/day of coordinators and I am so glad we did! We hired them a few months before our wedding, we already had our venue and all vendors booked so we originally weren't sure if we needed a coordinator (or if we could squeeze it into our budget). After speaking with other couples who remembered being stressed on their wedding days, we knew we wanted someone who could take the weight off of our shoulders and let us enjoy our day with family and friends. The month before our wedding Samantha met with us multiple times to gather all of our details and thoughts, then took over all communication with our vendors, helped iron out a perfect schedule, and brought up additional details we hadn't considered. It felt great on our wedding day to know that everything was taken care of! We had the BEST time at our wedding, and that wouldn't have been possible without Samantha and her team. Samantha and Ally went out of our way on our wedding day, from steaming my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses, to making sure the venue was setup, to keeping everyone on schedule, making sure we got all of the photos we wanted, and even cleaning our hotel rooms and leaving some of our wedding donuts for us to enjoy late night! The whole weekend was everything we dreamed of and we were so grateful for Kaleidoscope. Even if you like to think of yourself as organized and detail oriented and think you might not need a planner - reconsider! After so much planning and logistics for a the year leading up to our wedding, the greatest gift we gave ourselves was hiring someone else to be in charge so that we could actually enjoy our wedding.

My wife and I couldn't have been happier working with Samantha as our Month-Of Wedding Coordinator. After our very first phone call just getting to know each other a few months prior to our wedding, we were blown away at how supremely organized and detailed she was when it came to ever last aspect of our wedding. Starting a month before our wedding, we had weekly check-ins with her and were immediately able to feel a much needed sense of relief that someone with Samantha's degree of experience and professionalism was taking over our wedding planning and were so confident she would execute something perfectly in line with our vision -- and that's exactly what happened! The week of our wedding she took over every aspect of logistics and planning 100%, and during the rehearsal and the day of she was on top of so many different details and tasks we swore she must have cloned herself to be in so many different places at once. She even agreed to act as our impromptu videographer for a few special moments of our wedding with a small portable video camera we had purchased for the wedding and we can't stop rewatching those videos now that our wedding is over. So many other small details that she took care of just made our whole evening so pleasant -- when we got back to our hotel suite at the end of the night, she had even arranged to have a couple extra entrees, hors d'oeuvres, and slices of cake ready in our fridge for us to enjoy as a late night snack. We both can't imagine not having hired Samantha as our wedding coordinator and give her our highest recommendation to any other couple looking for an extremely professional, punctual, creative, and dedicated wedding coordinator.

Kaleidoscope Events was a pleasure to work with. I had worked with Samantha for just around a year planning my wedding in the fall. They were organized, creative, and they made sure EVERY aspect of the wedding was covered. They went out of their ways to make sure everything was absolutely perfect for our wedding day. Samantha created the timeline for the day of the wedding and made sure that we hit all of our times so our guests were not waiting around for things to happen. Samantha and her team made sure everything I had imagined for our wedding was put in place to include my decorations and table setup!! Hiring Kaleidoscope Event Planning to be our month-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding. Samantha is SO organized, professional, kind, hard-working, and driven. I can't say enough about how awesome she is, and all of my wedding guests (and other vendors!) told me how impressed they were with her. She learns about you as a couple and takes many steps to ensure that she fully understands your wedding vision and can execute it flawlessly. From coordinating with vendors to fixing my hair on the dance floor to saving us hundreds of dollars on flowers, Samantha worked day and night to get the job done as we envisioned it, all with a huge smile on her face. I couldn't have pulled this off without her and her assistant Ally, who was also super helpful with little details on the day-of! We can't say enough good things about Samantha and her team. We used the Day of Coordinator package which started 1 month prior to the wedding. Samantha made that month leading up to the big day a breeze. She was responsive whenever we had questions, was on top of every deadline, and really made sure that we weren't missing anything. The biggest thing was that she had our involvement in the planning be totally done 1 week prior to the wedding. It was amazing to be able enjoy the time before the wedding with our families without scrambling to finish last minute details!! On the day of the wedding Samantha and Rebecca went above and beyond getting the venue ready! The decor was done exactly how I wanted, with some extra touches that really elevated the whole design of the event. The event ran so smoothly and I know this is due to the detailed timeline Samantha created and her ability to keep the event running on time. Multiple guests and vendors commented to me after the wedding how on top of everything and helpful Samantha was. We know our wedding would not have been so perfect without Kaleidoscope events!!

As a Photographer, I generally feel wedding coordinators are bossy and annoying, however, Samantha and Demitre are Amazing to work with. I also have never seen a team work more tirelessly than these two. I never saw them stop, ever. I know this bride would have been super stressed if not for Samantha handling everything behind the scenes. Samantha made the entire day Gorgeous, seemless and stress-free for not only the couple, but for me as well. I highly recommend hiring this team if you want to be able to just enjoy your day without having to worry about anything and for the day to go off without a hitch. Hiring Samantha was the best decision my husband and I made in planning our wedding! I am in graduate school full time and my husband works 50 hours a week, so we did not have the time or patience to plan a wedding! We hired Samantha about 4 months into planning, and my only regret is I wish we hired her sooner. Samantha helped us stick to our budget and we were able to rent a lot of decorations from her... we were able to avoid paying a lot for decorations we would never use again. Samantha also saved us money by telling us what isn’t necessary or a waste of money, and negotiating with our transportation company. On the day of the wedding, we fully enjoyed every moment. We had been warned by friends that the day would fly by. With Samantha keeping us on track and handling everything we were able to savor each moment rather than worrying about a timeline. She ensured that we got all of the important photos on our shot list. Samantha is very energetic and a pleasure to work with. Our vendors commented on how hard she worked!
