have. Our guests couldn't say enough good things about the food and how quick the service was. I could not have had a better catering service. Having their food truck out made clean up so simple because there were no buffet items to worry about. At the end of the night, Mic boxed up the remaining food that was left for us to take with us. I cannot even begin to say how great the Kanak Attack crew is to work with. I was short on my main plates I'd ordered and they took my plan and ran with it. There was no hesitation and no push back. They had things handled and I would recommend them to anyone that asked.

We chose to do away with dessert and lemonade and switch to appetizers and then add on water. There was NO water on the day of our wedding. We were also told the food would be packed based on guest count. We confirmed a few days before. One of our apps was a dip but on the day we ran out of the chips to go with it and were told we only ordered one bag of chips. One bag of chips for 130 people! We also picked out an eco friendly type of disposable plates for the event and on the day, they were not included. The owner himself also promised the father of the groom a personal upside down pineapple cake which was no where to be found. The servers were so nice and helpful but they knew nothing about any of this. It seemed as if a paper of notes on our meetings had been misplaced or forgotten. One of the servers even drove to her own house to get her own cake knife for our cake cutting service that we booked. Those of us who were at the tasting with the head chef and owner could also tell the obvious difference in the food quality. Our guests ended up loving the food but for us, who were dreaming of more of that Kanak Mac for months, were a bit disappointed.

nothing we had discussed happened. We discussed a double-sided buffet line due to our large guest count, 210 people. They did a one-sided and refused when we asked them to change. When more than half the line was down and several people spoke with the leader that night, they finally changed it to a double-sided, too late at that point really. We had discussed to save the leftovers and brought containers for them to save the food in so we could donate to the homeless shelter. They took the leftovers, including our silicone tongs, our punchbowl crate, and our hordoeurve platters that had food we had prepped and paid for independently (definitely not theirs to take). We called to discuss all of this with them, very nicely, and they did not take responsibility for any of it and blamed it on us. Although the food is great, I wouldn't give them our business again. Had they apologized and gone with the "customer is always right motto", this review would have gone much differently as it would have shown their integrity as a local business.

ing, however, they did run out of plates which was embarrassing for us. The problem was eventually resolved, but ti shouldn't have happened, there wasn't more people there than what we had planned. The food was a little different, pork was salty and chicken wasn't how we anticipated but all else was good.
