Kathy is an absolute DREAM to work with!! She truly does go above and beyond. We booked K&A for our Day Of and Floral/Decor package and she did not disappoint! We had guests comment on the decor from the start of the reception to days later. Kathy is unlike all other wedding planners/coordinators because she has all the table linens and decor in house which saves you from having to work with a linen/decor vendor AND Kathy is able to show you all the possible linen/table options when you meet with her. This way, you get to see a glimpse of what your reception will look like before the big day. I came to Kathy with a bit of an unorthodox reception idea. We wanted lots of passed appetizers in lieu of a sit down dinner to encourage people to mingle and dance. Kathy was very open to my ideas and gave her professional suggestions as to what does and does not look good and what will and will not work well in our wedding venue. Kathy listened to my vision and not only delivered, but went above and beyond and our wedding turned out beautifully. I was not stressed at all the weeks leading up to my wedding 100% because I knew Kathy had everything under control and had thought of every little detail prior to. I will recommend Kathy to all brides looking for a coordinator/florist. K&A’s services compared to other coordinators in the Houston/Galveston area do not even compare. Hiring Kathy Reynolds and the K&A team was money well spent!!

Kathy was amazing to work with! She really listened to what I wanted and helped me work through some of the floral colors and styles I wanted. She answered all my questions and even met with me me a few times to really get the florals pinned down. Everything turned out beautiful!! Everyone loved the arrangements and bouquets. I would definitely recommend her to any bride! 😊

Planning a wedding is stressful enough, but wedding planning during COVID-19 is even more stressful. I just can't praise her enough. She handled all of the decoration, coordination, and florals so you don't have to do anything or lift a finger - you just have to decide! Kathy was so easy to work with, incredibly responsive, professional, and well worth the value. She captured the vision of our big day spectacularly and ensured that everything went smoothly from day 0 to the big day - you truly don't have to worry about a thing. Her decorations and florals were absolutely breathtaking. Kathy goes above and beyond what a "day-of" coordinator does. She takes the time to know you and understand your vision; she has unlimited consultations unlike many other coordinators I initially looked into. She is with you every step of the way again just went ABOVE & BEYOND! Our day was perfect because of her, nothing went wrong, and I truly believe that we could not have done it without her! Kathy Reynolds and her crew were INCREDIBLE! They went above and beyond what I ever could have envisioned for my wedding. To say it was beautiful is the understatement of the century. Kathy is absolutely the best to work with. Having her as our coordinator as well as decorator was fabulous. During the planning process she would answer the hundreds of texts and emails that we would have about what we should do. She gave her input on what she thought would look the best and never cringed when we would make changes. She helped keep things right on track and helped keep my nerves non-existent. The number of comments that we have had on how beautiful the venue was and "this was the most beautiful wedding I have ever attended" is incredible. My wedding was a dream come true, a true fairy tale, thanks to Kathy and her crew.

Kathy was absolutely wonderful and designed the wedding of my dreams! She exceeded every expectation I had and made my wedding day the least stressful and most beautiful event of my life. The decorations and linens and flowers were all perfect. I could not have asked for a more gorgeous and perfect day. I love her and will recommend her to anyone!

Kathy is AMAZING! She does it all: coordinating, decor and flowers. Coordinating I had a very tight schedule for my daytime wedding. We had two ceremonies we had to pull off (Western and Korean) within a span of four hours, not to mention the cocktail “hour”, cake cutting, special dances, lunch, making sure people were utilizing the photobooth and making sure that THREE wardrobe changes happened on time. Some how some way she made it all seem so seamless and effortless on the outside. We also had to change our plans from having an outdoor ceremony to an indoor ceremony (rain) with not much time to plan. In the end, everything felt like it fell into place perfectly. Not only did she make sure that all of the components of the wedding were executed well, she made sure myself, the groom and our families all felt as comfortable and stress free as possible. Decor This woman has a FANTASTIC eye. She is extremely artistic and has great taste. She has so many resources to make any dream wedding decor happen and if she doesn’t have what you want, she will get it. Kathy and I would sit and talk about what my expectations were. She would guide me in selecting what would go on the table scapes, guest book table, chairs, cake table, etc. to express the kind of elegance I wanted. Her professional artistic input made my day gorgeous. All rooms were unified so beautifully (can’t wait to see the photos!). Floral Kathy made my our boutineers, bouquet, my flower girl’s “Pomwand” and my bridesmaids bouquets and I can’t tell you how happy I am with them. They are more than your typical round arrangements. She created dynamic, bold yet subtle pieces that carry a sense of elegance to them along with some whimsical elements. My flower girl gently waved a “Pomwand” down the aisle instead of throwing petals on the floor and it was beautiful. Kathy really takes the time to get to know you. I think this is why I was SO happy with the results. She considered all of my needs and expectations and made sure they were met. She even went above and beyond to include items, gifts and emotional support throughout the day that exceeded any of my expectations. She takes pride in her work and it shows. She is caring, loving and so accommodating. I feel so fortunate and grateful to have had her by my side on my big day.

Kathy is an angel and a pro at decorating and coordinating weddings. If not for her, I think I would have lost my mind somewhere along the way. She makes excellent use of her time, is very professional, and keeps lines of communications open. Kathy listened to what we wanted and took her time exploring our options, which resulted in decor that was uniquely and exquisitely the perfect expression of me and my husband. Kathy's creations are wonderful and tailored to your vision of your perfect wedding day. She coordinated with our other vendors so elegantly and professionally, and our wedding day went off without a single hitch thanks to her skillful management. Her personality makes her easy to work with, which makes the hours of going over decor fly by. I can't imagine what my wedding would have been like without Kathy and her team, and I am eternally grateful for all their hard work that went into making our day absolutely perfect.

Kathy is one of a kind! She truly went above and beyond to make our big day special. We ended up utilizing her for both our decor and day-of coordination. When she says "it's all in the details", she means it! We received countless compliments on the decor and attention to detail. Kathy nailed our style, which made our wedding feel very "us". We could not be happier with K&A Artistic Events! Thank you for everything!!!

She was hands down the best of the best! Decor& More! She did programs and bouquets, bouts, set up and lots lots more! All with such beautiful flare! Love Kathy!!!
