Erica was an absolute professional and made everything so easy. She was prompt, organized, and fiercely passionate about her work. If you are on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, do yourself a favor and hire Erica. You deserve be stress free and enjoy your day. She assisted with rehearsal, decor and cocktail hour setup, making sure everyone came down the aisle and kept the timeline of events going. I'm sure there are several other things I don't know that happened and she took care of, because our wedding day was perfect. I cannot stress enough the importance of having a day of coordinator when you've invested so much time and money into one of the most important events in your life. Look no further!

Erica from K&L Events was an absolute lifesaver! We asked her to come on with only a few weeks notice before our wedding date because our previous plans fell through. Erica stepped in with such ease and calm and completely took away our stress in the weeks leading up to our wedding. She stepped in to help with our rehearsal, wedding day, and some decor rentals. She was so helpful pulling together our timeline and making sure everything was on track in the our last few weeks. Our wedding party and family kept raving about how confident and knowledgeable Erica was during our rehearsal, making suggestions that we never even thought of. Our wedding day, everything went so smoothly and we didn’t have to worry about any of the little things that kept things running because we knew Erica had everything handled. We were able to relax and completely soak up our time with our loved ones because of her help. I know how much work it is to run a smooth event, all the little things in the background that are “invisible” when things go perfect but are so felt when they’re missing. So we just want to reiterate how grateful and SEEN Erica's help was. She was an absolute joy to work with, beginning to end, and we will be letting everyone know about K&L Events!!!!!!

We booked K&L to do partial planning and coordination of our wedding in May, and we could not have had a more wonderful experience! Our planner, Story, was friendly, organized, and extremely attentive to detail. She had such helpful recommendations for what to do when we were debating all of those wedding decisions, and she went above and beyond to make sure our vision was realized. Knowing that she had it covered, my husband and I (and our families) could just relax, have fun, and enjoy the special day. We truly don't know what we would have done without K&L, and we would highly recommend them for your event!

My wife and I have two pieces of advice for any couple looking to get married. (1) Book your venue early- the rest will fall into place. (2) Hire Jillian as your day of coordinator. We hired some amazing vendors for our wedding. Jillian was quite possibly the best of them. She went above and beyond both in planning and on the day. She helped coordinate and was extremely familiar with both our venue and all of our vendors, was extremely well organized and an absolute joy to work with. This should not be the norm- but she while the reception was going- and despite our plan to have some of our guests help out- she took down the entire ceremony space and relocated it into our truck we were using as storage- without help. This was unexpected and incredibly kind. Furthermore- she managed to coordinate with our families to understand what our food desires were prior to our walk out/introduction so we could take some much needed rest/food in the reception without having to queue. There was absolutely NOTHING that we needed to worry about because she had EVERYTHING handled. Jillian- thank you does not go far enough. We are an extremely happy couple, and you deserve a HUGE amount of credit for keeping running as smoothly as it did. We would hire you again without question and strongly recommend any prospective couple do the same.

My day-of-wedding coordinator Erica went above and beyond to help me organize my wedding and make sure everything ran smoothly. She was truly a professional, and she spent a lot of time answering my many questions and providing wonderful resources. She was very responsive throughout the whole process, creating a portal that allowed for constant email communication. On the day of the wedding, she did a great job putting the finishing decorative touches at the venue and keeping us all on track with the timeline. Also, when a surprise issue arose with a vendor at the end of the reception, she was quick to take charge so I wouldn't have to worry. I was so impressed, and I highly recommend her for your wedding coordinator.

We rented our audio guestbook from Erica at K & L Events. It was a seamless experience! She was very quick to respond from the start and transitioned to communicating with our planner as the date drew closer. The guestbook phone was cute and had great signage included with it. Erica provided both drop-off and pick-up for the phone which was amazing. We now have audio zip files of our individual messages as well as a physical thumbdrive. What an amazing memory we are so excited to share for years to come with our family and friends. Highly recommend working with K & L!

Erica was the first vendor I hired for my wedding. From day 1 she was a life-saver. She was super communicative and responsive to emails and she provided a wonderful vendor referral list. Leading up to the wedding, she was fantastic with setting up the rehearsal and final details. She decorated the rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception beautifully. She also helped flip the ceremony & reception decor and handled the clean up. I used K&L for both partial planning and day of coordination. She has a fabulous collection of rentals and we also utilized her photo booth, which was a hit at the reception. She is also extremely reasonable with price. I cannot recommend her and her team enough.

It was so reassuring to have her on our team. What an honor to be her very last clients! We worked with Jillian from K&L Events and it was the best decision we made in planning our wedding. We knew Jillian would be worth the money after our first meeting simply by how supportive she was about the work we had already done in our planning. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough. She met with us in person during the venue meetings and helped advocate for us with the venue and venue coordinator. Our wedding day was flawless thanks to Jillian who helped set up, keep the schedule, check in with us, and organize the clean up at the end of the night. Absolutely blown away by our experience with Jillian from K&L! We knew she's be a massive help on wedding day, but she went above and beyond leading up to our wedding to answer any questions we had and bounce ideas off of. She is so organized and fun to work with! Our day went so smoothly and she's who we have to thank for that -- we didn't have to worry about answering any questions day-of, coordinating anything with vendors or being concerned with anything going wrong. K&L Events was hands-down the best investment we made in our wedding. We wanted to make sure we could actually enjoy our wedding day and didn't have to play host or ask any of family members to do that. Story went above and beyond in making sure every detail of the wedding was perfectly executed. For less than the average price of a day-of coordinator, we got essentially a full wedding planner. Story's expertise in Washington wedding vendors, her knowledge of our specific venue, her floor plan creation capabilities, her attention to detail, etc. She went above and beyond. In areas where we had no ideas, Story was able to help us create the perfect vision. Story also handled communication with all of our vendors prior to the the wedding day and worked with everyone to make it flawless. K&L is the first person we'd hire again if we were to do this wedding all over again. 1000000/10 recommend. If you're thinking of hiring a day-of coordinator, stop thinking and just hire K&L!

Alyssa was amazing!! There are not enough words to describe how much we loved working with Erica. Our wedding was a sort of destination wedding since we were living out of state while doing all the planning. Erica was able to provide local recommendations, provide relevant information about the area, and eased all our worries. I wanted to be fully hands on in the planning, and Erica was amazingly helpful in answering my many emails and reviewing all my plans to provide feedback. On the day of the wedding, she made sure both our locations were set up exactly how I had imagined them. She also managed any and every hiccup so well that I didn't even know anything had gone awry until hours after the reception had ended. Erica (owner) and Story (day-of coordinator) were a dream to work with. I find it difficult to trust others to execute my vision, but from the get-go I could tell Story would handle everything perfectly. And handle perfectly she did. On the wedding day, I did my hair and makeup in peace and when I finally got to see what she had done with the venue, I almost cried tears of joy. Everything was laid out so beautifully. (K&L also has a sizeable and tasteful rental inventory!) We proceeded with the day with no hiccups whatsoever. There was not a moment where I thought "I need help!" because Story had already thought ahead. We kept to the timeline but never once did I feel rushed from one event to the next. Story our wedding planner was a great investment for our son wedding in August 2023. She took care of all the details and this day would not have been special without her perfection to every detail. Erica was EXACTLY what we had hoped a day of coordinator would be for our wedding day! We were originally skeptical about the added cost of a day-of coordinator, but I can now say with confidence that hiring Erica was not only completely necessary, but a relief and enhancement to our wedding day. We had an absolutely fabulous experience with Story! We had several logistics go wrong leading up to our wedding (e.g. caterer didn’t bring the dish and flatware day of 😅), and Story was there to save the day. If you are on the fence about booking a wedding coordinator, I’m here to tell you to DO IT!! I can confidently say our wedding would not have been the same without Erica. First off, she was extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process. She was always willing and able to answer questions we had, hop on phone calls, and offer her honest opinion. Additionally, I can’t express enough how important she was on the day of our wedding. She made sure everything ran smooth, communicated with vendors, and made sure our vision came to life. What a phenomenal experience we had with Lindsay! She was much more than a day of coordinator. She was attentive and understood our vision. Lindsay made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. When she says she can and will do it all, she can and does do it all! Lindsay literally took care of EVERYTHING on our big day and it was incredible all thanks to her. She made sure we ate and drank all night, made sure decor and vendors were in order and made sure our guests were taken care of. She helped us with clean up and made sure everything was good to go before departing at the end of the night. Truly cannot rave enough about her OUTSTANDING skills and attentiveness. Where to begin…! Alyssa was absolutely incredible to work with. Extremely detail oriented, organized, and an all around fun person to have with us through the wedding planning process and for our big day! Alyssa went above and beyond to make sure we had everything the way we had imagined, and helped us to imagine things (and organize!) in what we weren’t thinking about - this was incredibly helpful and key for an anxious bride!! On the day of, anxious bride forgot to plan ahead for a couple things and I didn’t even know if there was a hiccup. Alyssa is that good!! 15/10 recommend going with K&L (and Alyssa, if you’re lucky!) for your coordination & planning for your big day.

Alyssa went above and beyond for us as a day of coordinator! We really enjoyed her fun and calming presence which bloomed into a friendship. She worked with us on all the big and little details and executed our vision perfectly. We really felt like we won the lottery by getting her as our wedding planner because she made everything so much easier and clearer. On the day of the wedding, she made sure that we were taken care of and that everything went smoothly. It was the most perfect day we could ever ask for! One thing we loved about K&L was the option to rent decor and a photo booth through them. This made things so easy for us! Story was such an amazing Day of Coordinator! She guided us through the whole day with confidence and poise. I am a caterer so I have a hard time trusting that others will do things the way I want. With Story, I just gave her some general guidelines and the decor and she simply did it honestly better than I would have. She is knowledgeable about wedding protocol, timing & many other aspects of wedding day details that I would not have known had we not worked with her. If I could give Story more than 5 stars I would. She exceeded our expectations as our day of coordinator. From the very beginning. The communication was amazing! We only requested day of coordinator and still felt like we got more with how much she took care of things. There was things that went wrong at our wedding such as we didn’t rent enough linens and our easels weren’t holding our signs and probably more that we don’t know about! Story took any problems and found solutions for them in what seemed like seconds! I am completely spacing on her assistants name but the two of them worked flawlessly to make sure our decor was what we wanted and how we wanted it!

Story was our day of coordinator and was great! She was always punctual and personable while helping the big day go so smooth. Story handled every situation amazingly including us making a last minute change in the seating chart display and needing table numbers day of after plan a didn’t work out. The best thing about having her there is that we have some family members with very strong…. personalities, that were very vocal regarding many aspects of the wedding at rehearsal and day of, Story handled it professionally and made sure that what we as the couple wanted was what we ended up with. A shout out to K&L as a business is that they offer any rentals you could possibly need, we used them for a Photo Booth which was a huge hit with everyone and also an audio guestbook so that we can hear people’s messages to us. Also the process from the reaching out to them to the day of was top notch guest service. I would recommend them to anyone for an event!
