Welcome! At KC Events, we've been coordinating weddings since 2015 and absolutely love getting to guide clients through their most significant and beautiful day! We treat every wedding as if it were our own! Our package is strictly limited to Event Management (We do not offer full service planning at this time). We'll work with you from day one of planning up until your wedding + unlimited emails + complimentary decor and design assistance. Three months prior to the wedding, we take over venue & vendor communication and management along with overseeing all details and logistics. She made sure we had our requested cocktails and appetizers ready to eat when we had some alone time right after the ceremony, she made sure the bridal suite was cleaned up at the end of the night, and she even managed to succeed in the difficult task of putting the escort cards in the corks I had cut, a task we struggled with and she willing took over. Those are just a few of the many tasks she managed to complete day of the wedding that was all done behind the scenes, leaving us to just enjoy the day. I highly recommend Karissa!

r wedding vendors and contracts, but she was such a big help in navigating the postponement of our wedding celebration due to COVID-19. This was obviously uncharted territory for us all, and she handled it with grace and ease. Our rescheduled wedding was November 13th, and it was the best day of our lives. Karissa developed a very in-depth timeline for our vendors and our family/bridal party for the whole wedding weekend, which was extremely helpful, and she made sure everything ran smoothly the entire weekend. If anything went awry behind the scenes, we certainly did not notice. Karissa, we cannot thank you enough!

Two days before our wedding our DJ canceled on us and Karissa was a great help through the very stressful process of finding a replacement. She was honest in saying the back-up DJ our original DJ found was not the best and that we should keep looking for a replacement. She immediately started making calls and sending emails to do everything she could to find us a suitable replacement. While we were freaking out inside, knowing that Karissa was doing everything in her power to find someone last minute helped put us at ease. When we found a new DJ, she immediately was in contact with them to make sure they were caught up on our itinerary and all the details of our big day.
Throughout our wedding day she had a great energy, she was sweet and calm, yet excited for us and able to command attention and order when needed. From her experience she knew when we needed to change/move things around in our itinerary and trusting her judgement paid off. We would highly recommend her as coordinator that guarantees you'll be able to fully enjoy your day while she and her assistant make sure everything goes off without a hitch!
