We hired Kastina & Co about a month before our daughter’s wedding on May 17, 2026, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made.
For months, the bride and groom and my...
husband and I had been handling all of the planning ourselves—choosing the venue, caterer, photographer, videographer, DJ, and all the other details that go into a wedding. As the wedding approached, coordinating everything was becoming overwhelming, and I realized we needed an experienced wedding planner to take over the day-of coordination. Kastina & Co came highly recommended, and after meeting Kastina Morrison, the company’s founder, we immediately felt confident that she could handle it.
From the moment Kastina began working with us, she took charge. She created a detailed timeline for the wedding day, coordinated directly with every vendor, and made sure everyone knew exactly where they needed to be, when they needed to be there, and what their responsibilities were.
On the wedding day itself, two members of her team, Emma and Nicole, were there from beginning to end making sure everything ran smoothly. Because of them, we were able to stop worrying about logistics and focus entirely on the bride, groom, our family, and our guests.
What impressed us even more was what happened at the end of a very long day. We discovered that Emma and Nicole had packed up everything for us. Instead of spending another hour or more gathering decorations, personal items, and wedding materials, it had already been taken care of.
That level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail was typical of our entire experience with Kastina & Co.
If you are looking for a wedding planner or day-of coordinator, we could not recommend Kastina & Co more highly. They took what was already a wonderful day and made it even better—and far less stressful—than we ever imagined.
Kastina & team were truly amazing and our wedding day would not have been the same without them. In our early planning sessions, they gave us sound advice and great vendor recommen...
dations (DJ and florist). Kastina is professional, organized, and very detail oriented. We felt comfortable leaving the details of the day in her hands, and myself, my husband, and our parents were able to truly relax and enjoy the wedding day. All of our vendors told us they love working with Kastina and she seems to have a great reputation in the industry. We cannot recommend enough!
From the very start, wedding planning felt organized, structured, and surprisingly stress-free because of Kastina and Co. Every step of the process was clearly laid out. They were ...
great with the timelines, vendor communication, outlines, and checklists. All of these were incredibly thorough and easy to follow. We never felt confused about what came next, which made such a difference during a time that can easily feel overwhelming.
Communication was outstanding. Kastina and Co were responsive, thoughtful, and proactive, always keeping us on track so we never felt rushed. It was clear that every little detail had been fully thought through, from vendor coordination to timing transitions and even small behind-the-scenes elements we wouldn’t have considered ourselves.
On the day of the wedding, the energy Kastina and Co brought was calm, confident, and reassuring. The vibe was exactly what we hoped to be steady, positive, and managing the day without ever feeling stressed. Any small issues that came up were handled seamlessly without us even noticing. We were able to be fully present, relaxed, and genuinely enjoy every moment because we knew everything was in capable hands.
Having our coordinator there made us feel calmer, more confident, and completely supported. It was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. If you’re considering hiring a coordinator, we would 100% recommend Kastina and Co. The were an absolute game-changer and helped make our wedding an unforgettable day.

Pre-Wedding: Our semi-regular meetings with Kastina and her team brought definite calm to what can often be a hectic process. She has all the tools and guidance a couple could need going into the month of their wedding.
Wedding Itself: Kastina was an absolute professional in every way. She ensured our wedding ran smoothly from start to finish, and ironed out every possible wrinkle (metaphorically - our wedding party took care of the literal wrinkles in clothing and such). Her team was likewise incredible.
Kastina Morrison is the epitome of event excellence. We hired Kastina & Co. for day-of (really, month-of) wedding coordination for our outdoor ceremony at a non-traditional farm ve...
nue. Kastina dove right in, offering a curated list of 5-star vendors, brainstorming for decor, and setting several meetings to keep things on track. We had a lot of cannabis elements (a very new thing in Minnesota), but Kastina was able to help us find the right partners to stay compliant and classy.
The best part, aside from Kastina’s immensely positive and creative spirit, is her organizational skills. She created many invaluable documents, including an incredibly detailed run-of-show that outlined our wedding down to the minute. Every single person, whether it was a vendor, a wedding party person, or a family member, knew precisely where they needed to be when. This document alone was worth its weight in gold as it allowed me (the bride) to enjoy my special day, and helped ease the mind of my anxious MIL (not an easy feat).
On the day of, Kastina and her team worked their tails off to ensure things went off without a hitch - including repairing a wind-damaged tent. It could have spelled disaster for our reception, but somehow Kastina saved the day. And I didn’t even know it happened until the very end of the night. She’s just that good.
If you’re considering hiring Kastina & Co., do not hesitate. It will be the best decision you ever made. Our wedding even made it into Minnesota Bride magazine thanks to Kastina’s brilliant execution!
Kastina and her team made the wedding planning process totally stress free. She was always available for questions and felt such relief after each of our pre planning meetings beca...
use of her and her teams organization and planning skills. The day of the wedding, Kastina’s team, Lauren, Tory and Sammi, were so organized and made sure the day flowed effortlessly. I know I did not have to worry about a single thing with them around on the day of.
Many of our guests commented how well the day went. One guest told me it was like watching a movie with how everything flowed together. Another guest said she had never been to a wedding where nothing went wrong. Maybe nothing went wrong and maybe something did. Bottom line was if anything did, our guests didn’t know and neither did we. For that we are grateful to this talented team!
Not only are they all so very good at their jobs, but they were also very kind, supportive and positive throughout the entire day and did everything in their power to ensure the day went off without a hitch! I would highly recommend working with Kastina and Co for your wedding, you will not regret it!
We had a lot of moving parts with our wedding, so we knew we needed to feel confident in the wedding planner. From the very first call, we knew Kastina was our girl! She brought gr...
eat ideas, new perspectives, and a bubbly energy to everything.
We got the 'Day Of' package, which was amazing that it included help for the final 30 days before the wedding. Crunch time was on but it was low stress with Kastina!
The wedding Day--- If Kastina had eyes on it, it was done perfectly. Her and her assistant Tory were instrumental in making sure the day went smoothly and we didn't have a care in the world.
If she is in your budget, do it!
Kastina was absolutely wonderful! Both her and Nicole made my wedding go on without a hitch. We cant say enough nice things! If you are looking to not have to worry on your wedding...
day, it is worth every penny!! I am normally a very anxious person and need to make sure everything is perfect and not having to worry and manage everything on my wedding day when everything was so hectic and busy was exactly what i needed. If anything fell through or didnt went awry on my wedding day, Nicole and Kastina made sure to fix it swiftly before anyone even knew about it. They also guarded my ready room when I needed a moment to myself. LOL They were so kind and wonderful. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator (which you 100% should) Kastina is the perfect match!
Kastina was absolutely fantastic. We booked Kastina as our day of coordinator which is much more than just "day of". About a month before the wedding, we met with her to go over t...
imeline and details and she truly took over from there. She took over all the little details and follow up with vendors - basically the things I was dreading! It really helped the weeks leading up to the wedding be a lot more stress free!
I felt like I was able to take a deep breath when Kastina arrived with her crew on the wedding day. We had a pretty large wedding so there was a lot to coordinate and she crushed it. We were able to laugh and be in the moment and literally dance for 3 hours because we had nothing to worry about. We are so lucky!!!
Kastina is a boss and we were lucky to have her help with our wedding day!
We couldn’t recommend Kastina enough! She was absolutely amazing for our wedding this summer. We thought the planning process would be very overwhelming, but once we hired Kastina ...
the organization of the wedding day fell into place. She was willing to meet with us multiple times throughout the process to work through whatever we needed. Leading up to our wedding day we knew she was going to be great, but seeing her in action was amazing. Her energy and professionalism throughout our special day was unbelievable. We never got off schedule and she kept the 20+ person wedding party in check, but made sure the day was so fun as well. Looking back on our day, we don’t know how we would have had the perfect wedding without Kastina. We highly recommend her fas she is truly the best in the business in Minnesota!
HIRE HER! You will not regret it. Kastina is extremely organized, helpful, and overall an expert at all things wedding. Kastina quite literally made our day perfect and stress free...
! She kept everything on time, set up/took down our decor, and communicated with all our vendors/wedding party prior to the day. She also handled all the vendor hiccups so we could just enjoy the excitement and day. Without Kastina, I do not think our wedding would have been as perfect as it was! If you want to take the stress out of your wedding and feel 100% present in your day, you'll hire Kastina :)

nd will find ways to make up for the other things in your budget. We used her as a partial planner and day of coordinator and she absolutely KILLED IT. There is seriously no one else I’d recommend enough. She was amazing to work with throughout this process. She also had a really great perspective from what she’s learned throughout her experiences.

a. We had her as our day of coordinator which was more like a month of coordinator. She was timely with her responses, understood our vision so well and make quick changes happen on our wedding day when our outdoor wedding turned into a down pour! And it was AMAZING. Kastina is our biggest yes girl! We love her dearly and would recommend her to everyone! Go check her out because she is about to be your best choice you could make!

lenges, and Kastina and Nicole had our backs the entire time. Kastina was especially familiar with our wedding venue, having come from Red Wing herself, so her inside information on everything from shuttle services to local bakeries was invaluable! Both she and Nicole were on top of everything and were quick to reply. They’re also kind, and you can tell when they say it’s an honor to help people with such a special moment in their lives, they truly mean it. Kastina’s calm and professional demeanor (with a smile!) on the day of the wedding was such a gift. I had no anxiety on my wedding day! Thank you, Kastina and Nicole!

pressive :) It was extremely organized through google docs with myself, vendors, friends, and family. Everyone knew where they needed to be and when, she completely took over communication with vendors the week before which was extremely helpful. it honestly felt like I had forgotten to do something because it was so stress free. Day of when she got there with her assistants ( who were equally amazing) I felt so confident and calm in how the rest of the day would go and it was PERFECT! There was not a single detail that she missed. I was hesitant to hire a day of coordinator because I usually like to do things myself but I wouldnt have been able to have the best wedding without her. She truly is a game changer! On top of her being extremely professional and organized she is an amazing person, she always makes you smile and feel calm every step of the way. I have recommended her to family and friends and hope that she continues to help change other peoples lives and wedding day!

e loop with every decision and the shared documents made it really easy to see what had been done and what was yet to be accomplished. We had a last minute issue with our food vendor and she had us a list of 3 vendors within an hour which she had already reached out to and made sure they were available. We had numerous zoom calls leading up to the wedding so nothing was missed. With Kastina, no detail was too small. Kastina would be my first and only call if I was planning another wedding, if she wasn’t available that day I would move the wedding to another day.
Having Kastina as our full-service wedding planning and day-of coordinator was so amazing. You don't realize all of the details that go into your big day and you don't get a second...
chance. She handled all of the coordinating with the many vendors and any changes to the timeline (she made a masterful, detailed timeline!). We got married during a pandemic so there were many logistical challenges, including one date change and a venue change to our backyard 5 weeks leading up to our rescheduled date. Kastina handled it all with grace and an unwavering commitment to make our wedding beautiful...all while she simultaneously ran similar exercises with other soon-to-weds. She was also so helpful during the budgeting process. Her deep knowledge in the wedding industry allows her to guide you on spending dollars where it counts. She anticipated our needs and was invested in taking as much off our plate as possible so we can focus on each other and the special time with friends and family. Highly recommend Kastina's services!
Hiring Kastina as the Day-Of Coordinator for our wedding was the BEST decision we made! She was absolutely essential, and helped us have the relaxed, smooth, and fun wedding day we...
always wanted.
Although we hired her for her Day-Of Coordination services, Kastina started working with us and our vendors a full month before our wedding day. She was incredibly organized throughout the entire process. She even made time to join us at several pre-wedding meetings with our venue.
After we introduced her to all of our vendors, we never had to send another email to coordinate, schedule, or plan in the weeks leading up to our wedding. Aside from managing our many vendors, she created and sent customized schedules to all of our parents, wedding parties, and other important people so they knew exactly where to be and when. Also, this wasn't part of her job, but she even offered to help us pick up our table linens the day of our wedding so we wouldn't have to!
On the day of our wedding, she was incredible. She ran around all day behind the scenes, ensuring everything went according to planned. She handled all vendor interactions. She distributed our tips. She set up all decorations and neatly packed them at the end of the night. If there was a problem, we never knew about it.
Aside from her coordinating skills, Kastina is a positive and kind person to work with. We really enjoyed working with her and HIGHLY recommend her to anyone that is thinking about hiring a coordinator.
I honestly can’t say enough good things about Kastina and co. We were so fortune to have found her and have her on our vendor team for our wedding. She coordinated with all of our ...
vendors and wedding party and created a seamless timeline to ensure the day went according to plan. We had a small hiccup with our DJ company and Kastina was on top of it and a great advocate for us. She also helped with all of the set up and tear down from our day. She really took the extra stress out of those last couple of weeks of planning and especially during our wedding day.
Many of our vendors came to me during the wedding and told us how helpful and great she was to work with. My mom said she was our best investment for the whole wedding. Thank you, Kastina! We couldn’t have done it without you!

edding on 7 acres in my daughter's beautiful backyard. Sounds easy, right? NOT! Kastina handled things I could not including updated documents with all vendors, organizing shuttle services between hotels, parking, order of the day, keeping my daughter and I calm as we knew she was totally capable of handling anything that came up. She was super cooperative and responded quickly. She was in charge and I love that because I did not have to be and it made it a very special day for me as a mom. I cannot recommend Kastina & Co enough. I promise you you will be glad you did!

et up some decorations and keep us calm :) and the day of the event they creatively problem solved some of the last minute details we brought to the table. One of Kastina's assistants even saved the day for us by fixing a computer/display/presentation! The communication leading up to the event was stellar. Definitely recommend!

made these stressful decisions easier knowing we had a professional on our side. She was very helpful in working with the venue and made several requests and recommendations that we never would have considered. Her documents and communications provided a great framework for us to stay organized. She had a fantastic relationship with the florist and really brought our abstract visions to life. We felt incredibly calm and confident on the day of our wedding knowing that Kastina was in charge of all the details of our special day. She managed a huge amount of décor and made our ceremony more spectacular than we could have imagined. Her attention to detail made every table and place setting perfect and elegant. In addition, she managed the timeline of the entire day, making sure we were on schedule for every event. It was wonderful to leave at the conclusion of our reception knowing that she was tending to final details and packing everything up. Having Kastina as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding.
Kastina created a seamless wedding experience even on a less-than-ideal rainy fall day. In her earliest meeting with Kastina, the bride was emphatic that her ceremony take place ou...
tdoors. However, it began to drizzle just before the ceremony, and Kastina was tasked with keeping to the bride's wishes at the top of her priority list while keeping guests and equipment safe. As a guest at the wedding, I saw her work as a mediator to quickly bring vendors to a decision that everyone could work with. The ceremony remained outdoors and was a pleasant experience for all. Throughout the rest of the event, she was quick on her feet in coordinating minute details while keeping the bigger picture in mind, taking care of everything from officiating the ceremony, keeping photo shoots on schedule during the cocktail hour, working with catering to cue courses, and assisting the DJ in gathering the family for toasts. Even with all these tasks on her plate, she still found time to remain attentive to the couple and wedding party that day, ensuring that everyone was comfortable and had a memorable evening. Her supreme organization, quick thinking, and foresight were clear at this wedding.
Kastina contacted me about 3 weeks before my Minnesota wedding, which happened to be the exact moment of my coordinating breaking point. She assured me that everything would come t...
ogether beautifully and that I had nothing to worry about. I sent her all my vendor information and day-of itineraries, and she drastically transformed what I thought was a good day plan, into a plan that left no one guessing and flowed seamlessly. Kastina was the key person in my wedding planning experience that brought everything together and took absolutely all the logistical stress out of my hands. Kastina's experience in this industry is unmatched. Not only did she know my vendors personally, but she was able to coordinate and direct everything from flower and food deliveries to providing logistical instructions for the musicians, to ensuring the venue set up and decor was perfect, to fielding numerous questions from vendors and wedding guests. Kastina is fantastic to work with and I can't thank her enough for her attention to detail and for making my wedding day flow effortlessly.
I honestly could not speak more highly of my experience.

de all the difference. I remember being so anxious about how the planning process was going to go - I had quite a few people in my life/family with strong opinions and having Kastina guide us from day one truly made it smooth from start to finish.
Kastina's knowledge and relationship with the vendors in Minneapolis helped make a vast pool I knew nothing about seem small and manageable. She helped me focus on choices that would make the most impact for my budget without losing the aesthetic I was driving for.
Kastina took the time to truly understand the style I was going for and frankly facilitated the elicitation of that style - one that I only had parts and pieces of in my head at the start.
When an unannounced remodel of the space where my ceremony was going to be held that made it unusable, Kastina worked with us, and the venue, to create a solution that was even better than the original.
Working with Kastina for the entire process allowed me to focus on the elements of wedding planning and prep that were truly important to me and none of the things that can make that day so stressful. I walked into the wedding of my dreams with a clear head knowing everything had been taken care of. My wedding was perfect and I owe it completely to her.
