We worked with Kate & Co. for our wedding back in May and we were thrilled with our experience. Kate's eye for design and Kimmy's planning and implementation made for an unforgetta...
ble wedding that was absolutely beautiful.
From the very beginning, Kate & Co. made it a priority to get to know us -- both as individuals and as a couple -- in order to get a better sense of who we are and the things that were important to us. One of the most meaningful compliments that we received about our wedding is that it reflected our personalities and that every detail, no matter how small or big, had a purpose. And we can say without reservation that it was Kate & Co.'s attention to detail that made that happen. The creative concepts they brought to life were nothing short of breathtaking, and we were truly amazed by their ability to transform a vision into reality.
The team's enthusiasm and energy were infectious, making the planning process genuinely enjoyable. We looked forward to our meetings, not only to hear and discuss the latest developments with the wedding, but also because we genuinely enjoyed them as people. It was evident from these chats that they were not only dedicated, but eager to bring our ideas to life and create an unforgettable experience for our family and friends. We miss seeing Kate & Co. for our weekly chats, but can only hope that there's an epic anniversary party in our future!
This is my family’s third wedding with Kate and Company and they continuously exceeded our expectations. When my husband and I started our wedding planning process, we knew we want...
ed our experience to be stress free and also wanted our families to enjoy every moment of our special day. The moment my husband and I connected with Kate, we knew we were in good hands.
Kate and her team sat down with us and took time to get to know my husband and me as individuals and as a couple. They focused on the details of us as a couple and were able to create and paint a picture of our relationship and bring that to life through every element of our wedding. Every detail from our invitations to greeting our guests, was very personable and well thought out. Kate’s ability to put our wants and requirements first made for an unforgettable wedding. They we were very insightful and always had our our best interests when it came to the flow of the day and spending. The process from start to finish, especially our wedding day was nearly effortless and extremely enjoyable, thanks to Kate and her amazing team.

endations and advice were always spot on. I cannot count how many friends and family have mentioned to me that the wedding invitations were the most beautiful they have ever seen or that the wedding colors were exquisite. They created a truly beautiful experience for all of us and we will cherish the memories for many years to come.

to be stress free and we wanted an experience that was custom to us. This was by far the best decision we made. They created an experience from start to finish that was unique and personal to us. Their recommendations for vendors were spot on and streamlined—they knew the perfect fit for our needs. They guided us through everything and had great insights and advice on how to make it the best experience for ourselves, our family, our guests. The design was beautiful and comprehensive—everything fit together seamlessly and incorporated a lot of colors, textures, patterns, and different elements adding depth and elegance. They did a great job of making sure day of was a fun and stress free experience for both of us—we are so grateful for the beautiful experience they created for us—it truly was more perfect than we could have ever imagined.
A heartfelt testimonial for Kate+Co. Wedding Consultant & Event Design Firm St. Louis. Our pandemic wedding experience was extraordinary, & Kate+Co. was exceptional.
We are all...
weary hearing about COVID, but as the pandemic threatened our country with the unknown, our daughter & future son-in-law, wedding underway for several months the COVID Pandemic threatened their plans with postponement of their marriage. Kate+Co. came to the rescue to guarantee the original dream to be married on November 7, 2020, became a reality.
Original plans for our only daughter to celebrate her marriage with a grand wedding of 300+ guests, invitations were mailed. Awkward for us, but Kate+Co. composed eloquent "uninvites" by her capable "Team Kate." Their flexible timeline kept us focused & eased our anxiety through scheduling changes of venues & vendors. Their adaptability was the confidence we needed. Foremost, was the goal of our daughter & future son-in-law. They stayed on top of everything & they guided us through a rollercoaster of uncertainty. Their sense humor conveyed familiarity with our personalities & we felt relaxed.
The Bride & Groom were going to visit our grandmother in a senior care facility immediately following the wedding ceremony to include her in their joy, however, due to the Health Facility lockdown a visit was prevented. Intrepid Kate+Co. empathetic & compassionate team creatively included our Mamma by delivering flowers & a miniature wedding cake!
A beautiful church wedding was followed by an intimate reception at the Bride's childhood home. Kate+Co. transformed our Kirkwood house into a gorgeous wedding reception celebration. They addresses unforeseen hiccups posed by our eighty-year-old house without guests' notice. The mask-clad professional vendors & staff provided an intimate celebration of sixteen guests comprised of our immediate families, & the best friends as Maid-of-Honor & Best Man.
Up to the last-minute, concern safety were addressed. Some family members were concerned about eating indoors due to the risk the pandemic imposed. Undaunted by the challenge, our guests felt safe from the risks as Team Kate delivered outdoor heaters & table linens to transform our patio for an outdoor cocktail hour & guests who were reluctant to dine with us indoors enjoyed a catered candlelight dinner under the stars. The unseasonal seventy-degree weather enabled open window dining with caution to airflow & comfort for our indoor guests.’ We laughed through personalized plastic face shields!
Our original musical entertainment for a six-piece band was replaced by a pianist, who played love tunes on our upright piano during dinner. We danced under our pergola of twinkling lights to favorite music of the bride & groom. Afterwards, the greatest care was given in handling & hand washing our forty-year-old place settings, boxed for the bride & groom to enjoy their future anniversaries.
Kate+Co. experienced staff & vendors supported us as we maneuvered through the uncertainty of a pandemic wedding. The newlyweds were sent off on their Happily Ever After beaming, "We wouldn't have changed anything.”
Without a doubt, we highly recommend Kate+Co. owned by, Kate Turner who went above & beyond to start our daughter and son-in-law on their path to live happily ever after. Kudos & COVID-free!

verything is being taken care of. They are extremely organized and truly take the time to understand their clients wishes. Planning and making all of the big decisions can be super overwhelming and they took all of that stress away. No detail was left untouched and I truly cannot recommend these women enough, they are the best of the best!
Kate and Company truly has the best people in the business working hard to bring your special day to life, and they clearly enjoy doing it.
Kate was a good friend from college. I...
knew her well before Kate and Company existed but never would have doubted she would create the thoughtful and dedicated company that bears her name. It was inspiring to see the independent woman I knew from college grow a business as I watched from afar through social media posts. But I could not have imagined how thoughtful and personal this lovely group of women would be as we asked them to tackle our own wedding. From the very beginning, Kate and Company made us feel like our special day was the only one on the calendar. They were always available but in the way you know your old friend is always there. They gave us as much control as we wanted, giving us space to experiment and sort through ideas on our own. Yet, when we hit a wall or needed reassurance, they were more than excited to offer fresh ideas and professional experience, all while ensuring we never got away from OUR special day. The end product was a day of incredible memories we will never forget that we felt we had a personal hand in creating with as little stress as you would expect for a wedding. The bonus was the new friendships we found in and through Kate and Company. Given all her dedication we witnessed for our own wedding, there is clearly a reason she has some of the strongest connections in the industry. And her experience in the space is second to none. I would not hesitate to ask Kate and Company to help with any event in our future and trust them completely. We are beyond grateful we had the opportunity to work with them to bring our special day to life.

y are extremely professional, organized, and made the wedding planning process fun! I think what sets them apart from other planners is their design ideas as all of their weddings are beautiful and unique. I love how they easily executed our vision and how they were able to express touches of our love story into our design. We trusted Kate and Kimmy so completely since they had an amazing grasp of what we were looking for that towards the end of our planning process we gave them complete control of the design decisions. Over 6 months after our wedding, I am consistently told by our guests how much fun they had, how beautiful it was, and how it was the best wedding they have ever been to. My husband and I have even had people thank us for inviting them! I couldn't be more grateful to the ladies of Kate + Co. for executing the wedding of our dreams and being part of some of the most fun memories of our lives!

ng French vendors for the ceremony and handled everything for the reception. She beautifully executed our vision to bring France and the memories from our ceremony to St. Louis to share with all our friends and family.
I was so excited to work with Kate a second time for my husbands surprise 30th Birthday party. It all started with a clever theme that she ran with to execute a fun celebration for our friends. From invitations to dessert, everyone has raved about both events years later. I can't wait to work with the entire Kate & Co team again!

The wedding Kate + Co. planned and designed for my daughter was beyond my wildest dreams. My daughter thanked my husband and I repeatedly on her wedding day for the "wedding of my ...
dreams." The "wedding of her dreams" was totally due to the work of Kate + Co. They nailed the vision my daughter had for the day and then added their exquisite touch. What makes Kate + Co. different from many wedding planners is they are both designers and planners. It is one stop shopping and they do both exceptionally well. They were available virtually 24/7. With the dedication they displayed to my daughter's wedding, one might think hers was the only wedding they had that year! I had another daughter get engaged not too long ago and my first call was to Kate + Company. I can't wait for the ideas they will come up with for the next wedding. I know it will be perfect and just what my daughter and her fiance will want.

nd enjoy your wedding without worry or stress. The team is extremely professional, hardworking, creative and genuinely kind and caring.
The attention to detail throughout the design process is incredible, and our jaws actually dropped upon seeing the space on our wedding day. The team integrated details from both of our cultures into the day, and we are still receiving compliments from our guests! Most people find wedding planning to be extremely stressful, but I actually miss it! We cannot thank Kate & Company enough for giving us our dream wedding and the most amazing memories to share with our friends and family.
Kate and Company did an excellent job of planning me and my husband’s wedding. We originally planned to have a large wedding with close to 300 guests but due to Covid, we opted to ...
scale down our guest list considerably. Not only was the Kate and Company team supportive of this decision, but they made the transition of what our new vision would look like seem effortless. Definitely not an easy task when scaling down to only 18 guests.
Our intimate day was nothing but a dream come true. From the flowers to the decor to the incredible food, our day was truly unforgettable. I feel like any need or want was met with grace and executed perfectly. Kate and Company did such an incredible job of honoring our guests’ requests to feel safe and comfortable during a global pandemic. This made the planning process much more enjoyable and less stressful.
Not only is the team professional, but also extremely communicative and honestly made my husband and I feel like we were the only clients they were working with at the time. My husband and I often reminisce on our special day, and we owe a lot of our wonderful memories to the Kate and Company team. I recommend Kate and Company ten fold to anyone who is planning a wedding or even just a special event of some kind. This team will always and forever hold a special place in my husband’s and my heart. I still can’t thank them enough for everything they did!

anning not one but two weddings - one for before we knew about COVID and then the actual wedding we ended up having during COVID. Although we were discouraged and had no idea how to proceed, Kate was right there to step up with level headed leadership and guidance to ensure that we hosted a safe wedding but also a spectacular and memorable wedding. We further had several unique situations that required creative solutions; Kate and her team made it seem like these were just business as usual. Their constant professionalism, accessibility, and genuine enthusiasm to be working with us on this special event in our lives made all the difference. My wife and I have told many people that we honestly don't think we would have had the dream-like wedding we had without Kate! Anyone looking to have their dream wedding made into reality should give Kate a call -- you won't be disappointed (unless you don't call!!).

n at Kate & Company! We wouldn't have made it through without their expertise, kindness and patience. Planning and designing a wedding - especially a destination wedding in the middle of a pandemic - can be so so stressful, but not with Kate & Co on your team!

really listened to our wish list and executed a celebration that captured our story and absolutely delighted our guests. She and her team have built a network of fantastic vendors to fit a wide range of budgets and style preferences. We thoroughly enjoyed every milestone in the planning, from invitations to catering and everything between. The week of the wedding was so organized and ran so smoothly that we were able to spend that time with our families instead of worrying about anything. The actual wedding day was the stuff of dreams…they made it beautiful, and no detail was left untouched. It was the perfect start to our happily ever after.

ottom, Kate & Co ensures your event will be perfection. Their professionalism, talent, organization, communication and compassion are top notch. Event genuises. With all the insanity of covid, I am not sure our wedding would have happened without them. They were on top of everything and focused on making our wedding amazing, but also budget conscious on our behalf and respectful of our vision and wishes. Could not recommend them more. Simply incredible people.

immy during our planning time with input and design help from Kate herself :). From the minute you reach out to them to start this whole process until its completion you are treated so well by this staff. Having a professional help guide you through the process of planning your wedding was something I never knew I needed until it happened and now I couldn't imagine doing any of this without them!
This team of amazing ladies has it down. They have it all figured out and help to keep you on track and on budget. They truly take into consideration every aspect and detail and make sure that you are aware of all the different things that could go into your wedding.
In preparation for the wedding we had monthly meetings and phone calls to make sure things were getting done and to just check in and make sure everything was going well. The thought and energy that Kimmy put into our timeline making sure that every minute of our day was planned out was amazing. The timeline was meticulous and it took my stress level down to almost zero since 1. I didn't have to do the timeline myself and 2. I knew all the times and events would work out because I had a professional putting her seal of approval on it.
The rehearsal and day of the wedding were really the icing on the cake. At the rehearsal Kimmy was there with event assistants and got us in, out, and on our way to dinner in drinks. They were professional, punctual, and perfect executing this for us.
The day of the wedding went flawlessly (if something did go wrong, neither my parents or husband or I had any idea). Kate & Co had enough people to help out with my bridal party, the groom and groomsmen, and also at the church and reception venue to make sure everything was getting done. There wasn't a moment that went by when I was thinking "What do we need to do now?" or "Do we have enough time for that?" It was almost as if Kimmy could read my mind and she was on top of absolutely every single detail. We cannot thank her enough for allowing us to have the most perfect and carefree day.
Kate & Co really was the reason our wedding day went off without a hitch and gave me, my husband, and both of our families the ability to sit back, relax, and enjoy this day that we had been planning for a year! I can't say enough how professional and supportive every person I encountered from Kate & Co was.
Kate & Company is the absolute best. I originally was on the fence if I even needed a wedding planner and now I really don't know how people have a wedding without one!!
We had Ki...
mmy Klipsch and she was amazing. I loved the monthly calls to help me with planning and that Kimmy was able to go to meetings with me, particularly ones where I needed help like the florist! One thing I loved was that Kimmy was always honest and gave her opinions, which I really appreciated. She made the planning fun and always helped with whatever I was stressing over!
On the day of the wedding, Kimmy & her team were there start to finish to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. I was so calm wedding day and truly got to just sit back and enjoy because I knew Kimmy and the team would take care of everything. My mom felt the same way. A lot of my friends say that their moms didn't enjoy the wedding because it was so stressful to make sure the schedule was followed, bring home gifts, clean up, deal with issues, etc. but we did not have any of that!!
I really cannot recommend them enough! I know my wedding day was perfect because of Kimmy and I am so thankful. If you're on the fence about a wedding planner, take a meeting with Kate & Co and you will see!

d), but I knew I needed a local wedding planner to pull it off--Elizabeth Gorman with Kate & Company did just that and more! I'm a big picture person, and all I had to do was explain the vision and feeling of the day to Elizabeth and she made it come to life (and trust me when I say this was no easy task). I didn't have to worry about tracking down a vendor for table linens, or how tables should be arranged, or when I needed to send out invitations. She handled everything from vendor coordination to tracking RSVPs, and used this great software platform that I could log into at any time to see our progress. I received so many compliments from my bridal party that this was the most laid-back wedding they had ever been a part of, and during our dance my dad said Elizabeth was worth every penny! Elizabeth is a perfectionist, but also has a calm and steady demeanor and handles high-stress situations with ease. Instead of running a million errands or talking to vendors in the days leading up to the wedding, I enjoyed spending time with my family and friends and relaxing with my husband-to-be, which was the best wedding gift of all. Thank you, Elizabeth, for bringing our fairy tale wedding to life!

municating to our vendors and making sure we had every detail planned out. There was never a "no we can't do that" it was always "let's see how we can make that work", for example, we really wanted real candle sticks for the tables at dinner and several vendors we were working with only had the fake candle sticks- Jill and Allie found us a different vendor to get the real candle sticks for the day and made that possible! Also, the table seating and guest list organization with the software they used made it so easy to seat people etc, I don't know how we would've done it without them! The day of our wedding went so smoothly, our seasoned groomsmen and bridesmaids even commented on how smooth and drama free the day went. As the bride and groom, it was so nice to just enjoy the day and not have to worry about anything ever. They are true experts in what they do and a JOY to work with!! Also their office is really really cute :)

the very beginning of planning. Loren was able to help guide my decisions, give her own input, and also keep us on track and organized with what our next steps were during this process. We were able to email and talk on the phone constantly. She answered every question with expertise and even thought of things that we didn't think of. She also was able to help us find vendors for programs and escort cards (which we hadn't thought of yet). Loren and her team took care of everything on our wedding day. There was not one thing that I stressed about. From making sure vendors were prompt and timelines were smooth to even having the needle and thread for when my strap on my dress broke. Loren and her team were so professional and helpful to myself, my husband, the wedding party, family, and guests. If you are looking for someone who truly cares about helping make your day as perfect as possible, is organized, has wonderful ideas, and is an overall lovely person- Loren at Kate and Company is the route the go. I was 100% happy and appreciative with everything they did for us. We love them (and Loren)!

Co. Maureen and Loren completely blew our expectations out of the water. They were absolutely fantastic. From the planning, to the day of, we couldn't have asked for anything better. Any little thing, they took care of before we even would find out about it. They made our day/weekend so special and we are so grateful for them. I joked with my husband that I wish we had another big event to plan so we could hang out with Maureen and Loren more. They weren't just wedding planners, they became our friends and we were so lucky to have them! I can guarantee that if you choose Kate and Co you will feel the exact same way. Make sure you request Maureen and Loren too because I don't know how anyone could be better than them!

rful people at Kate & Company. Their ability to take the time to really listen to our every wish and made our dreams come true. They helped us navigate through the overwhelming and confusing world of vendors and decisions and helped us make sense of everything. We loved, loved, loved our experience with Kate & Company!

airytale dream wedding to life! They helped coordinate all the vendors (esp helpful since we both are out of town), gave us small assignments along the way so that we would not get stressed or overwhelmed, arranged all the meetings with vendors for when I was in town to try and meet with everyone as efficiently as possible. In addition, for our all Croatian wedding, they went above and beyond to help incorporate our culture into our wedding day and even learned some Croatian along the way! From the programs, dance floor decal, and welcome boxes for out of town guests--all these little touches really meant a lot to us, our families as well as our guests! Kate&Co truly is talented and we would not have been able to execute it without their assistance. Especially that last day, we forgot to purchase some items but they told us not to worry and took care of it, no questions asked. Never thought a stress free wedding existed, but because of them and their services, I now know that they do, as we had the pleasure of experiencing just that! We were able to focus on our special day, our bridal party, and families/friends--such an invaluable gift! I could sing their praises over and over, would recommend Kate & Co to EVERYONE planning on getting married--it more than pays for itself!

ng we forgot, broke, or just wanted, Ali and her team had already in a bag waiting for us to ask for it. They were kind, but firm with our schedule and keeping us organized. They made my sister's special day truly the best day of her life and I really can't thank them enough. From a bridesmaids standpoint, Kate & Company is full of angels that follow you around with dental floss, bandaids, and happiness. I want Ali to be my life planner.

few months before the wedding, Jill Perez with Kate and Company presented my family with a developed and extensive schedule that covered all details of wedding week – from event setup to transportation to wedding day snacks for the bridal party. This attention to detail removed any anxiety surrounding the details that often consume a wedding; allowing my family to focus on what is truly important: being together and celebrating the wedding.
Looking back on wedding day, I am most surprised by the peaceful nature of the day. After watching too many romantic comedies, I expected at least one family melt down, forgotten bouquets, a tardy limo driver and at least one tipsy groomsmen. Under Jill’s watchful eye, none of this happened. The day proceeded without a noticeable hitch so that this type of theatrics did not consume the day. This kept all focus and attention on the beautiful mass, thoughtful toasts, delicious cake, and animated dance party.
Jill's thoughtfulness, calm demeanor, and constant cheerfulness created a relaxing, joyful, and truly unforgettable event. I would recommend her to anyone.

Jill’s calm and poised demeanor, attention to detail and beautiful and refined taste created visually stunning events that were full of fun and happiness for our guests, family and all the parents. As the mother of the bride, it was such a gift to be present in the Joy of the day and know we were blessed with such a wonderful and professional wedding planner.

us on details led to me to hiring them. The continuous genuine interactions with Maureen and Loren, prompt communications, and truly creative wedding ideas led me to trusting them. After a short period of time and few in vivo meetings, Maureen knew who I was, and was able to understand me completely. Finally, their ability to integrate my every need and thought into their design process, with the aid of their lovely and dynamic team, in a timely manner, led me to wishing they would always be there to plan everything. My experience with Kate & Co., as a bride, was perfection. I felt supported emotionally, professionally, and even at times, physically. The large void felt after the planning of a large event was felt on my part, but more for the loss of two wonderful women and the support of a well-run company. Thank you Maureen and Loren and I will cherish the memory of this process.
For the following reasons, we are so happy we hired Kate & Company:
· The entire wedding planning process can be complex and stressful. Your team walked us carefully thr...
ough the process and eased, at least Jon and my stress, before and during the wedding.
· Your attention to detail and organized approach did not go unnoticed
· Your team exhibited 3 Ps – professional, prepared (loved your emergency kits) and extremely patient (especially the day of the wedding)
· We could tell you choose carefully those that are on the Kate & Company team as they all our positive and helpful. Your team’s calming approach kept us all calm.
· Jon and I were able to enjoy this special day knowing that you guys were focused on the execution.
In the end, Sara and Chris’ wedding surpassed our wildest imagination. I credit Sara’s vision coupled with your team’s execution expertise for making this dream a reality. Maureen, Loren and team, I want to sincerely thank you for all of your hard work in making this day so memorable.

These girls were so helpful and one step ahead at all times making sure everything was planned perfectly and communicated directly with my vendors through out the entire process, especially the wedding day and week leading up to. Absolutely anything I needed help with they were there no matter how small or large the task even at a moments notice. Fantastic!!notice,notice.noticenoticeNOnotice.Overafantastic
Well let me start by writing that I absolutely LOVE KATE & CO! I had the opportunity of working with Jill and Ali, hands down by far the BEST! They created our dream wedding and...
made our special day an unforgettable one. They are beyond creative and so eager to please, and to top it off I had so much fun. I trusted everything that they said and did not question a beat. If you are looking to have the most memorable wedding beyond your wildest dreams, Kate & Company, Jill and Ali are your go to ladies. The only problem is that after the wedding is over, you do not get to meet with them on a regular basis anymore. So now I just have to hire them for another event because I miss just hanging with them because they are that AWESOME! Thank you Jill and Ali for making our dream wedding come true! WE absolutely love and adore you both! We can not express our gratitude enough.
I cannot say enough about Jill Perez and Ali Margherio at Kate & Co. I asked for only one thing, and that was jaw - dropping. That's what I wanted when you walked into the receptio...
n, and they not only delivered but delivered beyond my wildest imagination. The other thing that was very important to me as I had a broken foot and unable to drive I needed them to do absolutely everything to preview options and then bring me choices. They did it without any hesitation and always had a smile. Jill and Ali are positive, kind and fastidious! I can't think of one thing that I would change. I have never worked with a wedding planner before, so forming a partnership with them was critical to the success of our big wedding. They make things happen. They thought of details I never would have. How many times do you get thank you notes from a third of your guests thanking you for inviting them to your wedding? We continue to receive thank you notes of appreciation for including them in our only daughters wedding. Kate & Company is the absolute star of wedding planners in St. Louis. Jill and Ali are phenomenal!
Kate and her crew are literally the most amazing individuals on this planet. They are organized, efficient, helpful, knowledgeable, and so detail-oriented. They made our day the mo...
st perfect it could possibly be, and I cannot thank them enough for all of the wonderful things they did for us! I was most concerned about our families and friends being stressed for the days up to, during, and after the wedding, but Kate and Co (Maureen, Loren, Stephanie, Robert, and, of course, Kate) made our experience so relaxing and fun! All of our friends and family were absolutely blown away at all of the details that Kate & Co planned. Since my husband and I got married in a non-denominational space, we had to hire an officiant. But, we really wanted a close friend of ours to officiate the wedding. Since he had never done a wedding before I was nervous that we wouldn't have enough direction for the ceremony; however, Kate took charge at the rehearsal and provided everyone with such a clear picture about how things should flow, and it turned out perfect! If you are even considering a wedding planner, you need to hire these beautiful people! You will seriously be so relieved!
Even before we got engaged, my husband and I knew we wanted Kate & Co. to be our wedding planners, and it was the best decision we made throughout the entire process. We worked wit...
h Maureen and Loren, who could not have been more professional, courteous, fun, engaged, and all-around wonderful people. From the first day, they truly wanted to know what we wanted for our special day and worked tirelessly to make that happen. We knew that we could call them for any question, concern, or anything else that came to mind. As soon as we asked for them to look into something, it was done. They anticipated our wants and questions before we even had a chance to think of them. A couple of times we changed our minds about something (i.e. linen or paper goods) at the last minute and they rolled with it. They never told us we couldn't have anything, they worked with the vendors to give us as much time as we needed, and advocated for us in every instance. Even when we weren't sure if we wanted a videographer, for example, they still took the time to research options, set up meetings, sat in on those meetings, and walked us through the process. We never felt pressure to hire anyone, or choose anything that wasn't completely what we wanted. They offered their professional opinion when we needed it, but mostly talked us through aspects and allowed us to decide for ourselves. Maureen and Loren were truly our right-hand women for a year and a half.
When it came time for the wedding, it was perfect. Every second of it was perfect. Maureen, Loren, and other members of the Kate & Co. family were on hand to make sure we were happy and satisfied with everything. We knew the day would go off perfectly, but it was better than we ever imagined. We are the only people I know who did not have a single thing go wrong during their wedding. For example, at one point a groomsmen didn't have a bowtie, but Maureen magically (and I mean magically) made one appear within minutes. They took care of every member of the wedding party, and we have all since started the joke that when something does not go perfectly in everyday situations someone offers to call Maureen or Loren. They took care of everything like true professionals and as people who genuinely cared about us and our families. The whole night was timed perfectly, and we had the best night. My husband and I could focus on each other, our friends, and our families because we knew every other aspect was taken care of.
They say they will pull off the wedding of your dreams seamlessly, and they absolutely deliver without a doubt. Our wedding was unique, classy, and one of the best parties we have ever been to, and we owe it solely to Maureen and Loren. I cannot express enough how amazing this team is, how much we are going to miss them being in our lives regularly, and how happy we are that they made our big day better than anything we could have imagined.
I can't say enough good things about Kate and Co!!! Maureen and Loren got to know me and my husband-what we liked, what we didn't like, nitty gritty details, how obsessed we are o...
ver our dog(they found someone who could make cookies that look like our dog!!!), family dynamics etc etc. They literally did everything and made our big day worry free for myself, my husband, our families, and the bridal party. I can't recommend them enough!!!!

, relieved all stress and made every dream we had for our day a reality. Our story was captured in every little detail - things we would never have conceived without Kate & Co. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone that is planning a wedding no matter where your wedding location may be. I cannot thank you enough, Kate, Kimmy and Francesca for making our wedding day beautiful, memorable and fun! I'm only sad the planning is over because we won't get to work with y'all for sometime...

tress off of our plate. My daughter and son-in-law were unable to meet with The Kate and Co team also went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect and to ensure that my husband and I were enjoying ourselves. tention to detail in our year-long wedding planning process. My husband and I believe this was, by far, the smartest choice we could've ever made. Kate (and Kimmy, from the Kate & Co. team) were thoughtful, organized and calm at every step of the way, allowing us to feel confident that our vision for our big day would come to fruition. We loved that Kate & Co. was so well-networked (and well-regarded), that they had our backs and found us cost-savings in multiple areas, and were always responsive when we (or our families) needed them. This was particularly important to us as we planned a 230-person, St. Louis wedding while living in the Chicago area. There was never a question too big or too small and it was consistently clear that the Kate & Co. team was on top of our timeline - both in the many months leading up to the wedding and then during the wedding weekend itself. We cannot imagine our big day without them, and are so, SO glad we chose to work with them. We HIGHLY recommend the Kate & Co. team - not only are they great wedding planners, they are great people, with whom we look forward to maintaining a lifelong friendship henceforth.
Kate & Co rocked our January wedding with positivity, flexibility, creativity, hard work, kindness and care. Weddings are touchy because they deal a lot with two things - family an...
d money! Kate and crew handled these topics with grace and lots of experience. I loved working with them & can't wait to do another event with them someday! Cheers to Kate, Kimmy, Ali, Lynn & crew!

ieving the wedding of their dreams! We remember that when they were interviewing and determining who they would select to help them prepare for the most significant event of their lives thus far, they were so excited and inspired by your presentation. They expressed eminent faith that Kate & Company would help them realize their goals! How right they were!
From the very beginning, Kelvin and I were impressed with Kate & Company's attentiveness, organized approach, focus on the details that Lauren and Brian felt were important, and commitment to making each step of the process both productive and fun. We appreciated the manner in which you kept us in the loop, all the while concentrating on Lauren's and Brian's wishes and aspirations for their wedding and affiliated events. Your reliability and consistent execution throughout enabled them to feel confident that their wedding would be all they hoped it would be. Their confidence, as well as our personal interactions with you, definitely helped us to relax and enjoy the planning phase. You were quick to answer questions and provide assistance to everyone involved, including the maid-of-honor. After hearing accounts from other parents about the stress they felt during that time, we recognize how fortunate we were to have had such a positive experience.
The flawless execution of the wedding day itself, from start to finish, was something to behold! The "timed agenda" you devised to keep everyone on track was terrific. Kate & Company staff (under Kate's expert supervision!) were everywhere handling details large and small, from helping Lauren secure her dress (thank you, Kimmy!), to making sure the flip-flops were stored and available at just the right time during the reception. Things couldn't have gone more smoothly or turned out more successfully! For that, we (in addition to Lauren and Brian, of course!) are eternally grateful!
We truly appreciated your stellar work with our daughter and new son-in-law! They are a great couple who deserves the best of everything! With Kate & Company at the helm of planning their wedding, that is precisely what they got: the very best!
Elegant and Fun. That's what I wanted, and that's what I got. My mom wanted "jaw-dropping," and she got that. Jill and Ali were fantastic to work with and kept things on track ...
the whole way. Kate & Company managed to take the vision we described and completely made it real through the design process, selecting vendors (I had already picked a few out and made a few changes based on their recommendations) and and the execution during the actual wedding day. There were a few things that we agreed to change up last minute based on the situation and they were great at adapting and making recommendations. We had a full wedding weekend from a Friday night welcome party, Saturday activities, wedding and reception and then brunch, and they kept everything so organized and well planned. If we had a request to do something a particular way, they were totally flexible and made every effort to make my day easy for me and perfect. The end result was an amazing day, and a weekend that people can't stop talking about. Kate & Company delivers - my day was magical.
We had such a wonderful experience working with Kate & Company. Initially, I didn’t think I needed a wedding planner, but I was shocked at how helpful and important it became. Fran...
cesca is a gem-she walked us through tough situations and helped us with even the smallest of details (which far exceeded her job description). Planning a wedding from afar, she went above and beyond, helping my mom with logistics and even went as far as providing advice for my maids of honor.
Hiring Kate and Company was without a doubt one of the best decisions we made in the planning process. Their incredibly detailed timelines and commitment to service is truly exceptional and unique in the St. Louis area.

e help of Loren & Katie, our wedding was a great success and my husband & I enjoyed every moment! Maureen was so attentive, but also seemed to blend in seemlessly at the reception. Whenever we needed anything (for example, dental floss after the main course), she was on top of it without even asking :-). Her attention to detail was excellent, and our wedding party was quite impressed with extensive and down-to-the-minute timeline. Maureen & her colleagues established good report with all of our vendors, who also appreciated her organization and professionalism. My husband and I would highly recommend using Kate&Co., they made our special day even more memorable!

hter-in-law, husband, and I, were able to really be present on the big day. We were stressing about all the details when we hired Maureen for the day of. Best thing we did. When we met with Maureen before the event, she put together a timeline for things we hadn't even thought about. I can't say enough good things about Maureen, her team, and Kate & Company. We put our trust in them and they didn't disappoint. I can't thank them enough for making our special day perfect. Do yourself a favor and hire Kate & Company. You'll be glad you did.
Deciding to hire Kate & Co. as our wedding planner was the very first decision I made after getting engaged. I’ve followed them on social media for years and have always been amaze...
d by the amazing events that they put together. I could not have been happier with everything Maureen (our lead coordinator), Moira (project manager) and the rest of her team made possible for us! They completely understood our vision and made it a reality. I was absolutely blown away by our wedding ceremony and reception. It was exactly what we had envisioned for our special day. They thought of every little thing and had wonderful suggestions for things to add special touches to make our wedding unique. Not only did Maureen, Moira and the rest of Kate & Co. execute a flawless design, they made sure everything ran smoothly and on time. Knowing that they were behind the scenes taking care of everything made it possible for my fiancé, myself, our families and our wedding party to relax and enjoy the day. I cannot say enough about how grateful and appreciative I am to Kate & Co. for making our wedding day everything we imagined and more. I could not have pulled it off without them! Thank you!
